In the provisions of the Marriage Law one of the breakups of marriage is through divorce, and specifically regulated in the mediation of divorce is stipulated in the provisions of Perma No.1 Year 2016 and compilation of Islamic law. In practice, divorce must be done through mediation, one of which is in the religious court of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of mediation in the divorce trial at the Bandung Religious Court reviewed from Perma No.1 year 2016 jo compilation of Islamic law, and what factors influence mediation in the divorce trial at the Bandung Religious Court. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical approach to the specifications of the research discriftif analysis and analysis of ny data is qualitative normative. The result of the study that the implementation of mediation in the Bandung Religious Court is in accordance with the procedures applicable at the United Nations, there are also factors that affect the mediation process the main factor is the strong desire of the ara parties to divorce. Dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Perkawinan salah satu putusya perkawinan adalah melalui perceraian, dan secara khusus di atur tentaang Mediasi perceraaian diatur dalam ketentuan Perma No.1 Tahun 2016 dan kompilasi hukum islam. Dalam praktik terjadi peceraian harus melalui mediasi salah satu nya adalah di pengadilan agama bandung. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui implementasi mediasi dalam persidangan perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Bandung ditinjau dari Perma No.1 tahun 2016 jo kompilasi hukum islam, dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi mediasi dalam persidangan perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif spesifikasi penelitian nya diskriftif analisis dan Analisa datanya adalah normatif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa impelementasi mediasi di Pengadilan Agama Bandung sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku di PERMA, ada pun juga faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses mediasi faktor utama nya adalah keinginan yang kuat dari ara pihak untuk bercerai

Abstrac. The sale and purchase agreement so as not to cause legal defects must meet the conditions for the validity of the agreement as regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. However, a land sale and purchase agreement does not rule out the possibility of misuse by parties who do not have good intentions. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to find out how the good faith of the parties in the sale and purchase agreement of property rights is based on Book III of the Civil Code in conjunction with the UUPA and to find out how the legal consequences of the sale and purchase agreement of property rights are not in good faith. This study uses a normative juridical approach, which is an approach method based on the main material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations that produce primary and secondary data. The two data are then analyzed qualitatively which will produce descriptive data analysis. The results of the study showed that in a sale and purchase agreement, the right of ownership was not only required to fulfill the legal requirements of the land sale and purchase agreement in the UUPA and the Civil Code but also had to pay attention to the good faith of the parties. The legal consequences of the sale and purchase agreement of property rights that do not have good faith, namely the non-applicability of good faith by one of the parties in a sale and purchase agreement of property rights can cause losses to the other party, so that the agreement can be invalid and can be legally canceled. Key Words : Aggrement, Good Faith and Buying And Selling Land Abstrak. Perjanjian jual beli agar tidak menimbulkan cacat hukum maka harus memenuhi syarat-syarat sahnya perjanjian yang diatur dalam Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata. Namun suatu perjanjian jual beli tanah, tidak menutup kemungkinan terjadinya penyalahgunaan oleh para pihak yang tidak mempunyai itikad baik. Untuk itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana itikad baik para pihak dalam perjanjian jual beli tanah hak milik berdasarkan Buku III KUHPerdata jo UUPA dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana akibat hukum perjanjian jual beli tanah hak milik yang tidak memiliki itikad baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif, yaitu suatu metode pendekatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan bahan utama dengan cara menelah teori-teori, konsep-konsep, asas-asas hukum serta peraturan perundang- undangan yang menghasilkan data Primer dan data Sekunder. Kedua data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif yang akan menghasilkan data deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dalam suatu perjanjian jual beli tanah hak milik tidak hanya diharuskan untuk memenuhi syarat sah perjanjian jual beli tanah dalam UUPA dan KUHPerdata saja tetapi juga harus memperhatikan itikad baik dari para pihak. Akibat hukum perjanjian jual beli tanah hak milik yang tidak memiliki itikad baik yaitu tidak diterapkannya itikad baik oleh salah satu pihak dalam sebuah perjanjian jual beli tanah hak milik dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi pihak lainnya, sehingga dapat menyebabkan perjanjian tidak sah dan dapat dibatalkan secara hukum. The sale and purchase is known as novation as long as the sale and purchase is carried out by the debtor with written approval from the bank as the creditor, but in practice the sale and purchase of collateral objects by the debtor to a third party without the approval of the bank as the creditor sometimes also occurs and causes problems in the future. This study aims to provide a prescription regarding the implementation of a lawful cause for the legality of the deed of sale and purchase of land by the debtor without the approval of the creditor. This research method is a normative legal research, using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a case comparison approach, the case used in this research is the District Court Decision Number 7/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Rhl which is confirmed by the Court's Decision Pekanbaru High Court with Case Number 85/PDT/2020/PT PBR was further reaffirmed by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia with Decision Number: 1600 K/Pdt/2021 so that it has permanent legal force or inkracht."The results of the study can be concluded that the deed of sale and purchase agreement on the land negates the point of lawful cause as one of the fundamental requirements in contract law, b. the deed of sale and purchase of land is contrary to the Mortgage Law, c. the decision was in accordance with the principles of formal justice.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the lack of effective regulations regarding personal guarantee agreements that can harm one of the parties and provide less legal protection for the parties. This study aims to discuss the implementation and legal certainty of the personal guarantee agreement at Bank BSI. The method used in this writing is the normative legal method, using a normative juridical approach with a descriptive research method, using a qualitative approach. The results showed that in its implementation where when a third party agrees to insurer the creditor, it means that the guarantor is ready to be responsible for paying off the credit, then in the bank BSI personal guarantee is not made an individual guarantee deed which is usually done by the bank through a notary. This makes the huku power weak in case of problems in the future. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kekurang efektifan peraturan mengenai perjanjian jaminan personal guarantee yang bisa merugikan salah satu pihak dan kurang memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang bagaimana implementasi dan kepastian hukum dari perjanjian personal guarantee di Bank BSI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu adalah metode hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya dimana ketika pihak ketiga menyetujui untuk penanggungan pihak kreditor maka artinya pihak penjamin siap bbertanggung jawab untuk melunasi kredit tersebut, lalu di bank BSI personal guarantee tidak dibuatkan akta jaminan perorangan yang biasanya dilakukan pihak bank melalui notaris. Hal ini membuat lemahnya kekuatan huku yang ada jika terjadi masalah dikemudian hari.

Abstract. Indonesia is a multicultural archipelagic country, so each region has different legal characteristics. One of the characteristics of law in Indonesia is the law of inheritance which is still in a state of pluralism or has various types and different characteristics. Inheritance law is still not legally unified, which means that inheritance law in Indonesia has not been codified, so that inheritance laws and regulations are still nationally integrated and cannot be realized. So, inheritance law in Indonesia is still in a state of pluralism or various, which causes inheritance problems to be uniform. After the death of the inheritor, his property will be automatically transferred to his legal heir. The heirs entitled to the property of inheritance include immediate family members of the inheritors. Even though the law defines that only the legal heirs are entitled to the property, but in fact there are still cases regarding the control of inheritance by other parties who are not the heirs. This case was found in the case of Decision Number 77/PDT/2015/ TP YYK, the heir filed a lawsuit regarding the control of the inheritance in the form of land. This study used a normative research method in the form of research on library materials and the data used were secondary data. The conclusion obtained in this matter is that only the heirs of legitimate heirs can have the right to obtain or control the inheritance handed down by the heir, as well as the control of the inheritance by third parties and all transfers made by non-heirs are null and void by law. So that cases like this do not occur, one way to achieve this is by providing legal counseling to the public so that they understand more about inheritance law and cooperation between heirs to better protect their rights and obligations. Abstrak. Indonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang multikultural sehingga dalam setiap daerahnya mempunyai ciri khas hukum yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu ciri khas hukum di Indonesia yaitu hukum waris yang masih dalam keadaan pluralisme. Hukum waris sampai saat ini masih belum unifikasi hukum, yang artinya hukum waris di Indonesia belum dikodifikasi, sehingga peraturan perundang-undangan kewarisan masih terpadu secara nasional dan masih belum dapat diwujudkan. Demikian juga hukum waris di Indonesia masih dalam keadaan pluralisme sehingga menyebabkan masalah waris masih belum seragam. Pewarisan baru akan terjadi setelah pewaris meninggal dunia, maka harta yang dimilikinya beralih kepada ahli warisnya. Ahli waris yaitu yang berhak untuk menerima warisan yaitu keluarga sedarah. Meskipun telah dinyatakan dalam undang-undang bahwa ahli waris yang sah yang dapat mewarisi, namun nyatanya masih terdapat kasus mengenai penguasaan harta warisan oleh pihak lain yang bukan ahli warisnya. Kasus tersebut terdapat dalam kasus Putusan Nomor 77/PDT/2015/PT YYK, ahli waris tersebut mengajukan gugatan mengenai penguasaan harta warisan yang berupa tanah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif yang berupa penelitian bahan Pustaka dan data yang dipergunakannya merupakan data sekunder. Kesimpulan yang didapat dalam permasalahan ini yaitu bahwa hanya ahli waris dari pewaris yang sah saja yang dapat berhak mendapatkan atau menguasai harta warisan yang diturunkan oleh pewaris, serta atas penguasaan harta warisan oleh pihak ketiga dan segala perubahannya yang dilakukan oleh bukan ahli waris adalah batal demi hukum. Jadi agar tidak terjadi kasus seperti demikian, maka dapat dicapai salah satunya dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan hukum kepada masyarakat agar lebih mengerti mengenai hukum waris dan Kerjasama diantara para pihak ahli waris untuk lebih melindungi hak dan kewajiban yang dimilikinya.

Abstract. The role of land as one of Indonesia's state assets is very basic because the state and nation live and develop on land. The population and development activities in the city of Bandung are increasing. However, the availability of land for development is increasingly limited, especially in the construction of settlements so that many people are forced to build settlements in places where they should not be, one of which is the cemetery land at TPU Cikadut, Bandung City, which has changed its function to become a residential area. This study aims to determine the murder of a house on the land of a public cemetery belonging to the Bandung City government at the Cikadut Public Cemetery and the legal efforts that have been made by the Regional Government of Bandung City against the looting of a house on the land of a public cemetery. This research is a normative juridical research using an approach that emphasizes legal norms based on literature and secondary data. The specification of this writing is descriptive analysis, which describes and analyzes itself by including the laws and regulations associated with the theory and implementation of positive law. This writing data collection technique is a literature study and field studies with interviews. This research data analysis method is normative-qualitative. From the results of the research that has been carried out, regarding the recognition of individual houses on public burial grounds belonging to the Bandung City government at the Cikadut Public Cemetery and the legal efforts that have been made by the Bandung City government against the detention of houses over public burial grounds. Based on the results of this study, the disturbance of building a house on burial ground can endanger the functional and aesthetic value of Green Open Spaces and housing accommodation on burial ground, including violations and can be subject to sanctions. Abstrak. Peran tanah sebagai salah satu asset negara Indonesia yang sangat mendasar karena negara dan bangsa hidup dan berkembang di atas tanah. Jumlah penduduk dan aktivitas pembangunan di Kota Bandung semakin meningkat. Namun ketersediaan lahan untuk pembangunan semakin terbatas terlebih dalam pembangunan pemukiman sehingga masyarakat banyak yang terpaksa membangun pemukiman di tempat yang tidak seharusnya salah satunya lahan pemakaman di TPU Cikadut Kota Bandung yang beralih fungsi menjadi pemukiman warga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui terjadinya pendirian rumah di atas tanah tempat pemakaman umum milik pemerintah Kota Bandung di TPU Cikadut dan upaya hukum yang sudah dilakukan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Bandung terhadap pendirian rumah di atas lahan tempat pemakaman umum. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang menekankan pada norma hukum didasarkan atas kepustakaan dan data sekunder. Spesifikasi penulisan ini adalah deskriptif analitis, yaitu menggambarkan dan menganalisis sendiri dengan memusatkan kepada peraturan perundangan-undangan yang berlaku dikaitkan dengan teori-teori dan pelaksanaan hukum positif. Teknik pengumpulan data penulisan ini adalah studi kepustakaan dan studi lapang dengan wawancara. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah normatif-kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terkait pendirian rumah perseorangan di atas tanah pemakaman umum milik pemerintah Kota Bandung di Tempat Pemakaman Umum Cikadut dan upaya hukum yang sudah dilakukan pemerintah daerah Kota Bandung terhadap pendirian rumah di atas tanah tempat pemakaman umum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini akibatnya dari pelanggaran mendirikan rumah dia atas tanah pemakaman dapat membahayakan nilai fungsional dan estetika Ruang Terbuka Hijau dan pendirian rumah di atas tanah pemakaman termasuk pelanggran dan dapat dikenakan sanksi.

Abstract. Intermarriage that occur between an Indonesian citizen who marries a foreigner will become a problem if the two of them enter into a marriage without a preneptual agreement regarding the separation of assets, then the Indonesian citizen may lose his or her property rights due to a mixture of assets that occurs after the marriage takes place. The approach method used to examine the problems of this research is a normative juridical approach, namely an approach based on the main legal material by examining the concepts, theories, legal principles and laws and regulations related to this research. In land law, Indonesia itself adheres to a nationalist principle which closes space for foreign citizens to register their rights, problems regarding the mixing of assets in marriage law after the issuance of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015 concerning marriage agreements, makes the making of marriage agreements in unlimited time. at that time it can provide space for Indonesian citizens to make an agreement regarding the assets acquired during the marriage. Abstrak. Perkawinan campuran yang terjadi antara seorang WNI yang menikahi WNA akan menjadi sebuah problematika jika keduanya melangsungkan pernikahan tanpa perjanjian perkawinan sebelum menikah mengenai pemisahan harta kekayaan, maka WNI tersebut dapat kehilangan Hak Miliknya akibat percampuran harta benda yang terjadi setelah perkawinan tersebut berlangsung. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengkaji permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan yuridis normatif yaitu pendekatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan bahan hukum utama dengan cara menelaah konsep-konsep, teori-teori, asas-asas hukum serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Dalam hukum pertanahan Indonesia sendiri menganut asas nasionalis yang menutup ruang kepada pihak warga negara asing untuk mendaftarkan haknya, permasalahan mengenai percampuran harta dalam hukum perkawinan pasca dikeluarkannya Putusan MK Nomor 69/PUU-XIII/2015 tentang perjanjian perkawinan, menjadikan pembuatan perjanjian perkawinan yang tidak terbatas pada waktu tersebut dapat memberikan ruang kepada warga negara Indonesia untuk membuat kesepakatan tentang harta-harta yang diperoleh selama perkawinan berlangsung.

One of the government's endeavors to promote legal clarity and maintain communal land rights is to register all land in Indonesia. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency is in charge of a statewide program called Complete Systematic Land Registration, which aims to speed up the land registration process. In accordance with the directive issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency Director. A number of problems prevent the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration, including inconsistencies in government regulations, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning's regulations, and the Law on Regional Taxes and Regional Retributions. Legitimacy Theory, Legal Validity Theory, and Legal Certainty Theory all stipulate that statutory regulations may not conflict with other regulations in order to provide certainty; these theories should be followed if the government is serious about achieving the goal of Complete Systematic Land Registration. Legislation provides safeguards for those with title to land, free of normative conflicts and the potential for multiple interpretations at the administrative and judicial levels. Both the normative legal approach and the synchronization legal approach will be included into the analysis of the qualitative data used in this study.

The main problems found in the Malaya Farmer Group in Pasirjambu District which are partners, are problems related to honey bee harvesting techniques and the diversification of honey products. Some of the methods applied to achieve the target are coordination with domestic and foreign partners through outreach, discussions, identification of problem solutions, selection of alternative solutions to problems, and formulation of implementation stages. Then the implementation of training on honey bee harvesting techniques, the practice of making diversified honey products, and marketing the results of diversified honey products. The achievement of this community service has obtained data in the form of honey product diversification including Honey Combination Soap, Honey Ginger Candy, and Honey Milk Coffee Drinks with the MAZALI brand. In addition, through this community service, training on honey bee harvesting techniques was successfully carried out with the title Trigona Honey Bee Cultivation Training with the theme of Harvesting Techniques, Quality Assessment, and Diversification of Trigona Honey Products. It is hoped that this community service can provide benefits for the development of science, especially in order to help improve skills in honey bee harvesting techniques and develop various diversifications of honey products so that they can become superior in Pasirjambu District.

The implementation of agricultural reform comprises the enactment of access and asset reform. In order to ensure compliance with the aforementioned instructions, the Indonesian government issued Presidential Regulation Number 86 of 2018, which stipulates the commencement of agricultural reform as a means to support asset and access reform. The primary goal of access arrangements is to enhance access to finance and various forms of support to enhance welfare outcomes through land utilization. This particular methodology is frequently denoted as community empowerment. The normative juridical research technique, commonly known as library law research, perceives law as a normative system that possesses autonomy, independence, and distinctiveness from society. The methodology necessitates the utilization of a conceptual framework that incorporates a social tenure domain model and a legal perspective.
