Abstract

Palu Kana Mapande (PKM) merupakan salah satu program pembinaan perilaku beragama peserta didik. Program ini dilatar belakangi oleh keinginan pemerintah Kota Palu untuk membangun generasi muda yang berakhlaq mulia, taat beribadah, memiliki kepribadian yang baik, pengendalian diri, dan memiliki kecerdasan. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengacu pada kurikulum dan buku ajar yang telah disusun oleh Tim yang dibentuk oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kota Palu. Pembelajaran terdiri dari kegiatan awal, inti dan penutup. pembelajaran diawali dengan doa bersama, asmaul khusna, membaca dan menulis pelajaran, menghafal surah-surah pendek, menghafal bacaan shalat, dan terakhir doa bersama sebelum mengakhiri pembelajaran. Hasil pelaksnanan program PKM terlihat pada meningkatnya kemampuan peserta didik membaca dan menulis al-Qur’an, berakhlak mulia, rajin melaksanakan shalat, tartil juz 30, hafal surah-surah pendek dan doa-doa harian. Hasil ini diperoleh dari tes lisan, tulisan dan tes praktek. Implikasi dari penelitian: a. Pemerintah segera membangun sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran; menetapkan aturan (PERDA) agar program ini berkelanjutan, b. Mengintegrasikan materi PKM dengan ayat al-Qur’an yang berwawasan mitigasi bencana, c. Pentingnya membangun kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi dalam menyusun kurikulum darurat bencana, pelibatan Volunter (relawan), LSM dan Organisasai keagamaan, kerjasama semua pihak untuk lebih mendorong dan mengasah potensi peserta didik, sehingga terbentuk generasi kuat, dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Camba is one of the area that have a potential business of honey bee in south Sulawesi that should be developed by farmer. The aim of this research was to analyze the business development strategy of honey bee. Data were collected from 30 farmers selected by census, using field observation and direct interview with the respondent using structured questionnaire. This research was conducted in November 2016 until February 2017. The analysis used analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results of the research indicate that the business development strategy of honey bee in Camba sub district consists of a marketing strategy as a priority and harvesting strategy was the second priority.

Abstract

This study aims to elucidate the correlation between enhancing high-level cognitive thinking skills among school students and their self-assurance when tackling mathematical challenges. Employing a qualitative research approach, specifically the library research method, this investigation entails an in-depth exploration of various scholarly sources, encompassing articles and books, to serve as research data. These sources are directly pertinent to students' sequential thinking proficiency and self-belief in addressing mathematical problems. The outcomes derived from this research substantiate the existence of a discernible association between students and their instructors within the classroom setting. This interplay possesses the potential to exert an influential impact on the students' overall condition and academic achievements. Furthermore, a compelling correlation emerges between these two pivotal factors. Consequently, students with elevated high-level cognitive thinking skills and a corresponding self-assured disposition are inherently predisposed to demonstrating a greater propensity for successfully resolving mathematical challenges. This study highlights the intrinsic connection between students' cognitive capacities and self-confidence levels, underscoring the pivotal role these factors play in their ability to address mathematical problems effectively.

Abstract

Background: This article is a literature review aimed at analyzing and explaining the contextual approach in enhancing the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in Elementary Schools (ES). Purpose: The contextual approach is a teaching method that emphasizes the relevance of learning materials to students' daily lives and environments. In the context of IRE, this approach involves connecting Islamic religious lessons with life situations and Islamic values relevant to ES students. Method: Through a comprehensive literature review, this article explores previous studies and research involving the curriculum and teaching methods of IRE in ES using a contextual approach. This literature review covers various aspects, such as comparing the effectiveness between contextual and conventional approaches, their impact on understanding Islamic religion, students' learning interest, and participation in IRE learning. The article also discusses the challenges and opportunities in implementing the contextual approach in IRE learning in ES, including teachers' perspectives, required curriculum changes, and support from the school environment and families. Result: The results of this literature review indicate that the contextual approach can enhance the effectiveness of IRE learning in ES significantly. The relevance of learning materials to students' daily lives motivates them to be more engaged and to better appreciate Islamic values. In conclusion, the contextual approach has the potential to make a positive contribution to the development of IRE learning in ES. Conclusion: This article provide valuable insights for educators, researchers, and policymakers in the field of Islamic education, and encourage more empirical research to support and strengthen the findings of this literature review.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji proses rekrutmen guru TMI (Tarbiyatu Al-Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah) dan pengembangan kompetensinya setelah menjadi guru di pondok pesantren modern Al-Istiqamah Ngatabaru kabupaten Sigi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif yang datanya diperoleh dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan masa keikutsertaan, pengamatan yang terus menerus, triangulasi dan diskusi teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peroses rekrutmen guru TMI (Tarbiyatu Al-Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah) melalui beberapa tahapan yang panjang, Tahap pertama, kegiatan pengamatan dan penilaian lembaga Pengasuhan dan TMI (Tarbiyatu Al-Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah) lewat pemberian tugas dan pembekalan praktikum mengajar sebagai sarana dalam pendidikan yang membentuk karakter sebagai guru. Tahap kedua, pemberian kesempatan bagi siswa yang memiliki keinginan kuat serta di dukung oleh orang tua untuk menjadi guru di pondok, Tahap ketiga, musyawarah tertutup yang dihadiri oleh bapak pimpinan pondok, bapak pengasuh, direktur TMI dan semua wali kelas beserta wakilnya, dan Tahap keempat yudisium kelulusan dan penetapan guru di pondokpesantren modern Al-Istiqamah Ngatabaru. Pengembangan tenaga pendidik dilaksanakan secara berkala, pertama pembekalan guru baru dengan berbagai ilmu dan praktik keguruan Didaktik Metodik menjadi program tahunan dalam membekali guru baru. Kedua mewajibkan guru untuk mengikuti jenjang Pendidikan tinggi strata 1 atas biaya pondok. Ketiga mewajibkan guru untuk mengikuti kegiatan kamisan yaitu evaluasi pembelajaran setiap hari kamis. Keempat diadakanya Upgrading bagi guru. Kelima diwajibkan bagi setiap guru untuk membuat persiapan mengajar setiap kali akan mengajar dan diperiksakan kebenarannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Kepemimpinan Transformatif Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kemampuan Literasi Digital Tenaga Pendidik di SD Alkhairaat 1 Palu”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab fokus penelitian mengenai kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital tenaga pendidik di SD Alkhairaat 1 Palu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskrptif. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Agar data yang diperoleh terjamin validitas dan kredibilitasnya maka diadakan pengecekan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah di SD Alkhairaat 1 Palu dengan (a)Pengaruh idealisme kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dilakukan membangun komitmen tenaga pendidik terhadap tugas yang diberikan, melakukan supervisi dan monitoring pembelajaran tenaga pendidik secara berkala, menjadi teladan yang baik dan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah dalam merencanakan program sekolah serta komitmen dengan program tersebut. (b) Motivasi inspiratif kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dilakukan dengan komunikasi yang menginspirasi , memberi dorongan bahwa tugas tenaga pendidik dalam mengamalkan ilmu tidak hanya untuk urusan dunia tapi juga untuk bekal diakhirat, memberikan teladan yang baik, memberikan saran dan kiat dengan berbagi pengalaman (c) Stimulus Intelektual kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dilakukan dengan sikap terbuka terhadap kritik dan saran bawahan dan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah untuk pengambilan kebijakan (d) Kesadaran individu kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dilakukan dengan memperhatikan dan peduli terhadap kebutuhan tenaga pendidik, menampung aspirasi, keluh kesah dan mencarikan solusi serta memberikan penghargaan maupun reward bagi guru yang berprestasi. (2) kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital tenaga pendidik dengan memberikan kebijakan umum seperti mengikutkan workshop, diklat, seminar dan studi banding ke sekolah yang sudah maju dalam hal digitalisasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe teachers' perceptions of the implementation of an independent curriculum in elementary schools. This research is qualitative. Qualitative research explores and understands the meaning of several individuals or groups of people with social problems. The researchers construct reality and understand the meaning, so this research strongly focuses on processes, events, and authenticity. The respondents were elementary school teachers. Data were collected through interviews. The main instrument of this study was the researcher, supported by field notes. All data were collected and reviewed descriptively to obtain reliable and trustworthy findings. The results showed that: (1) teachers' perceptions are positive and good towards the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in elementary schools, (2) teachers play an essential role in the process of curriculum development and implementation in elementary schools, and the success of curriculum implementation depends on the intensity with which teachers implement the curriculum in the classroom, (3) teachers can develop and implement curriculum and design classes to improve learning quality; (4) socialisation and special technical guidance related to the formation of the Pancasila learner profile have not been maximised; (5) not all elementary school teachers have adopted Merdeka curriculum; (6) not all teachers have information technology skills; and (7) the obstacle in implementing Merdeka curriculum is the lack of stable internet access, especially for remote schools that have geographically difficult internet access.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of social media use in Islamic religious education learning on student motivation and engagement. The method used is qualitative analysis by collecting data through surveys and in-depth interviews with students who engage in religious learning using social media platforms. The results of the analysis showed that social media significantly increased students' motivation, with many of them reporting a higher sense of passion for learning when interacting with friends and teachers through these platforms. The interactions that occur on social media create a fun and dynamic learning atmosphere, which increases students' interest in learning religious materials. With the opportunity to discuss and exchange ideas, students feel more involved in the learning process, which in turn strengthens their understanding of Islamic values. The findings indicate that the integration of social media in the religious education curriculum can be an effective strategy to increase student engagement and support more interactive learning in the digital age.

Abstract

This narrative review explores the significance and application of interdisciplinary approaches in Islamic studies across domains such as psychology, gender, law, education, and public policy. The study aims to understand how integrating diverse academic disciplines enhances the theoretical depth and practical relevance of Islamic scholarship in addressing contemporary societal challenges. Using a systematic literature search strategy across databases like Scopus and Google Scholar, the review includes peer-reviewed empirical and theoretical studies that utilize interdisciplinary frameworks. The findings reveal that interdisciplinary strategies offer enriched insights into issues such as spiritual well-being, ethical leadership, gender justice, and culturally grounded policy-making. For instance, integrating psychology with Islamic teachings provides new models for understanding mental health and moral education, while feminist legal theory helps reframe gender roles in Islamic jurisprudence. The review also uncovers successful models of interdisciplinary practice in Southeast Asia and globally, including the integration of fiqh with astronomy and religiously-informed environmental conservation. However, systemic barriers such as academic bureaucracy, mono-disciplinary dominance, and resource constraints remain significant challenges. Addressing these requires institutional reform, increased funding, and enhanced collaboration across academic and community stakeholders. The study concludes by recommending more inclusive, locally adapted, and empirically grounded research to expand the impact of interdisciplinary Islamic studies. These approaches are essential in making Islamic scholarship more responsive, socially engaged, and transformative.
