Abstract

Kata kunci: bilingualisme, implikasi, bahasa, pembelajaran     Abstract Bilingualism Implications in Primary Classroom Interactive Students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Singaraja Bali. This paper reveals the reality of these implications. Its context does not concern only in the language learning, but into the education in broadest sense also. It is because bilingualism “force” teachers to consider language teaching in the classroom instruction. Generally, students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Singaraja Bali-as an Islamic Primary School- have Indonesian language background (L1). Indonesian language used with various dialects of Balinese language and its vocabulary. The use of Indonesian as their everyday language is caused their parents from neighborhood background and the multi-ethnic milieu. Their parents are fourth and fifth generation of their forefather, and almost had not used their native language in family domain. The migrant families were mostly traders, laborers, and some of them are civil servants. Balinese language, as L2 acquired in social domain especially in secondary scholl. The implication of Indonesian as language teaching more “educative-accommodative”; adjusted by students’s language background and their level of language development. Keywords: bilingualism, implication, language, learning

Abstract

Abstract

Aims: Families of patients in intensive care units (ICUs) face significant psychological and emotional challenges, with diverse needs spanning assurance, information, proximity, support, and comfort. Understanding and addressing these needs is crucial for enhancing family well-being and satisfaction with ICU care. Objective: This study aims to synthesize existing evidence on the needs of ICU patients’ families, identify priority domains, and explore factors influencing these needs. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. Searches across PubMed, Scopus, CINAHL, Web of Science, and PsycINFO identified studies published between January 2015 and December 2024. Inclusion criteria focused on peer-reviewed articles addressing the emotional, informational, or practical needs of ICU patients’ families. Data extraction and quality assessment were performed using the Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Thematic synthesis was applied for qualitative data, while quantitative findings were analyzed descriptively. Results: From 11 studies, assurance emerged as the most critical need across diverse populations, followed by information, proximity, support, and comfort. Sociodemographic factors such as age, education level, and gender, as well as contextual factors like cultural norms and length of ICU stay, significantly influenced family needs. Assurance and information were universally prioritized, while proximity and support varied based on regional and cultural contexts. Conclusion: ICU families’ needs are multidimensional and influenced by individual, clinical, and sociocultural factors. Assurance and information consistently rank as top priorities, highlighting the need for family-centered, culturally sensitive care strategies. Tailored interventions, effective communication, and policies facilitating family presence can address these needs and improve family satisfaction. Future research should explore real-time strategies and the role of technology in meeting family needs.

Abstract

Since tax revenues are declining annually, it is evident that Indonesian taxpayer compliance is still at a low level. The declining number of taxpayers in KPP Pratama Sleman Regency each year is another indicator of taxpayer compliance and the negative attitude of private taxpayers. The goal of this study is to determine the relative importance of tax penalties, taxpayer knowledge, taxpayer awareness, and taxpayer attitudes. Quantitative approaches are used in this study. The sample in this study consisted of a few KPP Sleman personnel, while the population consisted of 50 respondents, who were KPP Sleman taxpayer consumers. Random sampling was the sampling method employed in this study. Multiple regression is the data analysis method employed, and the analysis's findings indicate that Taxpayer Knowledge of Taxpayer Compliance is attained at t = 9.338 > -4.911ttable with a sig level of 0.00 < sig.α (0.05), meaning that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. As a result, H1—the research hypothesis that "Taxpayer Knowledge has a considerable effect on Taxpayer Compliance"—is accepted. Taxpayer Compliance (Y) obtained t = 4.377> 14.855 from ttable with a sig value. The influence of taxpayer attitudes on taxpayer compliance is obtained t = 9.338 > 4.337ttable with a sig level. = 0.00< sig.α (0.05), and H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based technology has presented new challenges in treaty law, especially regarding the validity of legal relations that occur without face-to-face meetings. This study uses a normative-empirical method to analyze the application of treaty law in the context of the AI ecosystem. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the legal terms of agreements based on Article 1320 of the Civil Code and the practice of agreements made through AI-based digital media. The data sources came from a literature study of laws and regulations, jurisprudence, and online treaty practices. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and participatory observation of the implementation of AI in community legal interactions. The data analysis technique uses the law enforcement approach and the concept of recht vacuum to assess whether there is a legal vacuum. The results of the study show that agreements made through AI are still declared valid and binding as long as they meet the legal elements of the agreement according to the Civil Code, except for certain types of agreements that legally require face-to-face meetings such as land buying and selling, notary deeds, and grants, in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions
