Abstract

An important strategy to enhance the quality of education is by optimizing the utilization of learning resources within the educational process. This study aims to analyze the role of the principal as a supervisor in the use of learning resources at SDN Bukit Bamba 1, Pulang Pisau. This qualitative research uses a case study approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Research informants included the principal and teachers. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive pattern that included data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the principal has a strategic role as a supervisor in improving the quality of learning by assisting teachers in the use of learning resources. The obstacles are limited supporting facilities, limited internet access, and a lack of variety of learning media. This study recommends the need to improve infrastructure, strengthen teacher training, and develop collaborative learning communities to support more varied learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui problematika yang paling dominan pada Penyandang Tunalaras. Tunalaras adalah seseorang individu yang mengalami kondisi pada gangguan emosi dan tingkah laku yang menyimpang. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 2 penyandang Tunalaras berdasarkan dari penjelasan masing-masing penyandang Tunalaras.  Ruang lingkup objek penelitian ini adalah bidang pribadi dan keluarga informan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan penelitian yang berupa wawancara, pemberian Daftar Cek Masalah (DCM) dan juga observasi atau pengamatan secara langsung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik keabsahan data triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak tunalaras memiliki permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan ketidakmampuan dalam mengontrol emosinya sehingga anak tularas ini tidak mendapat respon yang baik dilingkungannya.

Abstract

This article describes the manners of communication when viewed from students' perceptions in Islamic religious studies. This study used a quantitative approach and was tested by simple linear regression analysis. The research sample was n = 110 students from the city of Bengkulu. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the understanding of Islamic religious studies on how to communicate properly and politely to students with an R Square value of 0.385 or 38.5%, the effect on the way students communicate at school.

Abstract

Teaching Islamic Religious Education in the digital era has its own challenges for teachers as facilitators. This study aims to show the effectiveness of the role of social media as a learning medium in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using an online questionnaire with the research subjects of grade XII students of the Industrial Pharmacy Department and Community Clinical Pharmacy who were randomly selected as many as 62 students. Based on 4 aspects of the assessment, namely 1) effectiveness of social media use, 2) ease of use of social media, 3) student involvement, and 4) effectiveness of material delivery, an average score of 54.5 was obtained, indicating that social media is effective as a learning medium for Islamic Religious Education.Keywords: effectiveness; media; social; learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat karakteristik pada pendidikan moral yang merupakan tanggung jawab seorang pendidik (guru). Guru (pendidik) sebagai pelaksana kurikulum harus mampu menerapkan kurikulum dalam proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah apa yang harus dilakukan guru (pendidik) supaya pendidikan akhlak tidak hanya dipahami oleh peserta didik tetapi mampu diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan metode interaktif dan non interaktif. Dalam pendidikan moral di sekolah, guru memiliki peran yang sangat dominan, sedangkan peran yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru adalah sebagai berikut: 1) peran sebelum proses pembelajaran adalah: guru sebagai desainer instruksional, guru sebagai penjaga system nilai (teladan) serta guru pengganti orang tua; 2) peran dalam proses pembelajaran adalah: organizer, fasilitator, motivator, inovator dan mentor; 3) peran setelah proses pembelajaran adalah: evaluator.

Abstract

Parental divorce affects the ability of individuals to flourish. This study aims to determine the relationship between forgiveness and gratitude and the flourishing of emerging adults whose parents have divorced. Voluntary convenience sampling was used to identify respondents (N = 429 emerging adults whose parents had been divorced for at least two years). Data were collected using the Emotional Forgiveness Scale, the Gratitude Questionnaire-Six Item Form, and the PERMA Profiler. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that forgiveness and gratitude were significantly associated with flourishing in emerging adults whose parents divorced (R2 = .382, F = 131.634, p < .05). The contribution of gratitude (β = 1.299) to flourishing was greater than that of forgiveness (β = .722). Forgiveness and gratitude can predict flourishing in emerging adults whose parents are divorced, in this case, the role of gratitude is greater than forgiveness. Interventions that combine the basis of forgiveness and gratitude can be used to optimize the flourishing of such emerging adults whose parents are divorced.

Abstract

Families raising children on the autism spectrum experience significant parenting challenges. To provide effective support, it is important to understand the distinct roles and experiences of fathers and mothers. Existing family research has predominantly focused on mothers as primary caregivers, leaving fathers' voices underrepresented. Consequently, support for fathers is often generalized from findings based primarily on mothers’ experiences. Using a critical discourse analysis approach, this study aims to construct a discourse that uncovers the hidden social power driving marginalization in the context of caregiving and disability, experienced by fathers. Findings from interviews with 14 fathers of children on the autism spectrum reveal three dominant discourses that shape their understanding of their roles, influenced by sociocultural dynamics. These discourses include: (1) discourse on the transformation of gender roles in the family; (2) the discourse of social power: norms, stigma, and hierarchy; and (3) cultural discourse: the construction of autism in society.
