Abstract

Website took an important role in online activities, especially in academic institution. Website in academic institution not only as an information media for students and lecturer but also show a professionalism of that academic institution. Website is a representation of academic institution in cyberspace. A website that functions properly is not enough, it is necessary to have other things that can be considered so that users who visit the website can feel comfortable, effective and efficient and the most important thing is that the website must be usable. To determine the usability level of website of Universitas Pancasila using eye tracking method and System Usability Scale (SUS). The result of eye tracking method for profile menu in website Universitas Pancasila that is structural organization, history of Universitas Pancasila, and the strategic goals of Universitas Pancasila successfully conveyed to respondent, on the contact menu of website Universitas Pancasila that is campus contact list and maps location of Universitas Pancasila successfully conveyed to the respondent, and in registration menu of website Universitas Pancasila that is general information for D3&S1 programmes and flow of registration was successfully conveyed to the respondent. As for the results of the assessment scores using the System Usability Scale, an analysis was obtained that the tests that had been carried out on the university profile menu, contacts, and registration on the Pancasila University website showed a score of 74.5833 which was on a grade scale C or good, where the results of these values it can be concluded that the three menus that are the object of usability testing are good.Website mengambil peranan penting dalam beraktivitas secara online, salah satunya dalam dunia Pendidikan. Website bagi perguruan tinggi tidak hanya sekadar wadah atau fasilitas umum yang bisa digunakan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen, namun dapat juga memberikan kesan profesionalisme bagi perguruan tinggi tersebut. Website bagi suatu perguruan tinggi merupakan representasi perguruan tinggi tersebut di dalam dunia maya. Website yang berfungsi dengan baik saja tidak cukup, maka perlu adanya hal lain yang dapat diperhatikan agar para pengguna yang mengunjungi website tersebut dapat merasakan kenyamanan, efektif dan efisien serta yang paling utama adalah website tersebut harus bersifat usable. Untuk mengetahui tingkat usability website Universitas Pancasila perlu dilakukan pengujian dan pengamatan menggunakan metode eye tracking dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan metode eye tracking diperoleh hasil analisis yaitu pada menu profil Universitas bagian struktur organisasi, sejarah Universitas Pancasila dan sasaran strategis Universitas Pancasila berhasil tersampaikan kepada responden, pada menu kontak di bagian daftar kontak kampus 1 dan pada bagian maps atau peta letak Universitas Pancasila berhasil tersampaikan kepada responden, dan pada menu pendaftaran bagian menu persyaratan peserta pada informasi umum program D3&S1 dan alur pendaftaran berhasil tersampaikan kepada responden. Sedangkan untuk hasil skor penilaian menggunakan System Usability Scale, diperoleh analisis bahwa pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap menu profil universitas, kontak, dan pendaftaran pada website Universitas Pancasila menunjukkan hasil skor 74,5833 yang berada pada grade scale C atau good, di mana hasil nilai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga menu yang menjadi objek pengujian usability sudah baik.

Abstract

The tempeh business has the potential to grow, given that public consumption of tempeh remains high, but challenges remain in the traditional production process. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of household tempeh producers in Cikaret Village, South Bogor, by applying appropriate technology and improving business management. The implementation method was carried out in a participatory manner through several stages, which was activity coordination, procurement of soybean peeling equipment and fermentation rooms, business management counselling, assistance in technology implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in production process efficiency of up to 50% with the use of soybean peeling and hulling machines. The application room improved the success of fermentation and the quality of tempeh. From a management perspective, the ability of partners to maintain financial records. This activity also raised collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders within the business group. This program demonstrates that the combination of technology and management improvements can strengthen the capacity, efficiency, and independence of small, household-based businesses.
