Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Terhadap Peningkatan Jumlah Peserta Golongan Bukan Penerima Upah (BPU) pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Kepesertaan Peserta Bukan Penerima Upah (BPU) pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota dan strategi pemasaran yang diprioritaskan oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dimana teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik penelitian kualitatif, serta peneliti menggunakan observasi dan wawancara guna untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini. Strategi pemasaran yang dikembangkan oleh Fandy Tjiptono, yang menjadi focus utama dalam pemasaran adalah Bauran Pemasaran. Produk, harga, tempat dan promosi yang digunakan dalam bauran pemasaran atau sering disebut dengan “4P” guna menumbuhkan jumlah peserta golongan Bukan Penerima Upah (BPU) pada Badan penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui apakah Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Paradise Dynasti Medan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan melibatkan 37 orang responden atau sampel didalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Paradise Dynasti Medan. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 65,5% variabel Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja, sementara sisanya 34,5% mendapat pengaruh dari variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak di terangkan pada penelitian ini. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja mempengaruhi dengan positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan di PT. Paradise Dynasty Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ROA, NPM, CR, and EPS simultaneously and partially on stock prices in consumer goods companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017 – 2020. This study uses a population of 53 consumer goods companies listed on the IDX for the 2017period – 2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used are secondary data registered through the official website www.idx.co.id and www.idn.financials.com. In this study, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. This research was tested using the classical assumption test. The data investigation method used was the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that partially ROA, CR, and EPS had a significant effect on stock prices partially and NPM had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. IDX for the period 2017 – 2020.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry are a manufacturing sector that processes raw materials into finished goods in the form of food and drink products. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) categorizes this industry under the non-cyclical consumer sector. This study employed a quantitative research method, which, according to Sugiyono (2018), is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to study a specific population and sample. The results revealed that profitability, liquidity, and debt policy simultaneously influence the firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. This conclusion is evidenced by the T-test results. The calculated T-value for profitability's influence on firm value is 4.046, which exceeds the table T-value of 1.998, and the significance level is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that profitability partially has a significant and positive influence on firm value. The T-test results for liquidity's impact on firm value showed a calculated T-value of -0.094, which is less than the table T-value of 1.998, and a significance level of 0.926, which exceeds 0.05. Therefore, it can be inferred that liquidity has a negative impact on firm value. The T-test results for debt policy's impact on firm value showed a calculated T-value of 2.024, which exceeds the table T-value of 1.998, and a significance level of 0.047, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, it can be inferred that debt policy partially has a significant and positive impact on firm value. Based on the calculated F-value of 8.465, which exceeds the table F-value of 2.75, the study accepts the hypothesis that profitability, liquidity, and debt policy simultaneously influence the firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the Effect of Current Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, and Total Assets Turn Over on Profitability (ROA) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study is a report on the finances of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling, namely by using saturated samples, so that the population and samples used are monthly data in 2018-2021 which amounted to 48 samples from January 2018 to December 2021. This study used classical assumption test methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research testing, it shows that simultaneously the Current Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, and Total Assets Turn Over have a positive and significant effect on the Profitability (Return On Assets) of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan for the 2018-2021 period. Partially Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA), Inventory Turn Over has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA), and Total Assests Turn Over has a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this research are through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from data preparation, data tabulation to the testing stage. The results of the research calculations of multiple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the variables. This research aims to determine the influence of Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) which influence 79.3% (0.793) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other factors outside this research. Conclusion, Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) influence employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Motivation, Job Training

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan dalam menganalisa dan menilai pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, serta ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan di perseroan aneka industri tertera pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2017. Adapun populasi penelitian yakni semua perseroan aneka industri pada Bursa Efek Indonesia total 35. Penentuan sampel memakai teknik purposive sampling, sampel akhir dipakai yaitu 15 perseroan dengan jumlah data sebanyak 45. Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dipakai pada observasi ini dan menguji hipotesis memakai program SPSS. Hasil studi menggambarkan likuiditas, profitabilitas, solvabilitas, serta firm size mempunyai pengaruh secara bersamaan serta signifikan pada nilai perusahaan di perseroan aneka industri yang tertera pada BEI periode 2015-2017. Secara parsial likuiditas berpengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan pada nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas tidak ada pengaruh serta tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahanan pada perusahaan aneka industri pada BEI tahun 2015-2017.Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Nilai PerusahaanABSTRACT The research aims to analyze and rate the effect of liquidity, profitability, solvability and firm size on value of companies in various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research populations are all industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, total 35. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique, the final sample used was 15 companies with total of 45 data. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used in this observation and tested the hypothesis using the SPSS program. The results of the study that liquidity, profitability, solvability and firm size have a concurrent and significant effect on the value of the company in various industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Partially, liquidity has a negative and not significant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, solvability has no effect and is not significant on firm value, and firm size has a significant positive effect on company value in various industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 -2017.Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, Solvability, Firm Size, and Company Value

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar diketahui lebih lanjut perihal: Motivasi, Reward serta Punishment pada performa pekerja CV. Nusantara Enterprise Medan dengan serentak ataupun parsial. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini disertai bantuan SPSS 25 memakai uji regresi linier berganda. Bisa terlihat secara jelas jumlah data yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak populasi 50 orang karyawan CV. Nusantara Enterprise Medan. Hasilnya variabel motivasi berdampak positif serta signifikan pada performa pekerja. Variabel yang dimiliki reward juga berdampak positif serta signifikan pada performa kerja. Punishment juga berdampak positif serta signifikan pada performa pekerja. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa 62.6% variasi tabel kinerja karyawan (Y), sementara yang 37.4% adalah dari variabel bebas lain.

Abstract

Abstract

The Medan City DPRD Secretariat is one of the agencies tasked with carrying out secretarial and financial administration as well as providing services to the leadership and members of the Medan City DPRD. The aim of this research is to analyze organizational culture, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat office. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat, numbering 50 people. The technique used in sampling is the saturation side technique, where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data sources were obtained from primary data through field research, namely interviews and distributing questionnaires to all employees at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat. Secondary data comes from journals and articles that are relevant to the problems that occur. Simultaneously, organizational culture (X1), work motivation (X2), work environment (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat. Determination shows a result of 0.728, meaning that organizational culture, motivation, work environment contribute to employee performance at the Medan City DPRD Secretariat by 72.8%
