Abstract

This study aims to determine and test the Effect of Current Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, and Total Assets Turn Over on Profitability (ROA) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan for the 2018-2021 period. The population in this study is a report on the finances of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) for the 2018-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability sampling, namely by using saturated samples, so that the population and samples used are monthly data in 2018-2021 which amounted to 48 samples from January 2018 to December 2021. This study used classical assumption test methods and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research testing, it shows that simultaneously the Current Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, and Total Assets Turn Over have a positive and significant effect on the Profitability (Return On Assets) of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan for the 2018-2021 period. Partially Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA), Inventory Turn Over has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROA), and Total Assests Turn Over has a positive and significant effect on Profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this research are through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques start from data preparation, data tabulation to the testing stage. The results of the research calculations of multiple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the variables. This research aims to determine the influence of Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) which influence 79.3% (0.793) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other factors outside this research. Conclusion, Job Training (Variable X1), Discipline (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) influence employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Motivation, Job Training

Abstract

In modern times, the need for transportation is very high, this is indicated by the large number of people who have their vehicles. As the number of private vehicles increases, the possibility of traffic accidents occurs, the solution to deal with this problem is: utilizing vehicle insurance services. PT. Asuransi Reliance is a car insurance company that is committed to being the best choice in the vehicle insurance industry. In the preparation of this thesis, the main thing discussed is the effect of responsiveness, guarantees, and physical evidence on customer purchasing decisions on PT. Asuransi Reliance. In this study, the author used an interview method that focuses on primary data as a data source. Based on the findings of this study, the author concludes that physical evidence, responsiveness, and guarantees influence the purchase decision of PT. Asuransi Reliance, where the better physical evidence, responsiveness, and guarantees are owned by PT. Asuransi Reliance then the higher the level of customer purchase decisions. From the conclusions and results of the analysis in the discussion chapter, the author would like to provide suggestions, namely: the company PT. Asuransi Reliance needs to improve the quality of their company's physical evidence, responsiveness, and assurance to improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sawit yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan produk minyak goreng dimana salah satunya adalah merek Sanoli. Dengan banyaknya produk merek minyak goreng membuat konsumen menjadi sangat selektif dalam memilih produk yang ingin mereka gunakan. Konsumen melakukan evaluasi terlebih dahulu terhadap berbagai hal-hal yang dapat memberikan mereka suatu kepuasan sebelum memutuskan untuk melakukan pembelian. Terdapat berbagai hal yang mempengaruhi pembelian konsumen tersebut diantaranya seperti kepercayaan, ekuitas merek dan penjualan personal. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di perusahaan selama periode 2022 yang jumlahnya sebanyak 197 konsumen. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 197, maka penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Slovin dengan standar 5% sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 132 sampel penelitian. Untuk teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu accidental sampling dimana responden akan dipilih secara acak menjadi sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen CV. Berkat Hidayah Medan. Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen CV. Berkat Hidayah Medan. Penjualan Personal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen CV. Berkat Hidayah Medan. Secara serempak Kepercayaan, Ekuitas Merek dan Penjualan Personal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen CV. Berkat Hidayah Medan.

Abstract

Nutrihub Medan adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang berfokus pada kesehatan dan kualitas. Namun, lingkungan kerja yang kurang mendukung, seperti AC tidak memadai, ruang kerja terbatas, dan koneksi jaringan buruk, dapat menghambat kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja juga perlu ditingkatkan agar karyawan tetap bersemangat dan tidak mudah putus asa. Selain itu, masalah disiplin kerja masih terjadi, seperti ketidakpatuhan terhadap jam kerja dan aturan perusahaan, yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja. Untuk mengatasinya, perusahaan menerapkan regulasi disiplin yang harus dipatuhi oleh seluruh karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasi berjumlah sebanyak 76 orang yang merupakan karyawan pada PT. Nutrihub Medan. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi sedikit, maka Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh yang artinya jumlah sampel menggunakan keseluruhan populasi. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nutrihub Medan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nutrihub Medan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nutrihub Medan. Lingkungan kerja, Motivasi kerja dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nutrihub Medan.
