Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of listening skills of students in Indonesian Language subjects. This study aims to determine the effect of the Two Stay Two Stray type of cooperative learning model on the improvement of students' listening skills in Indonesian. This research was conducted at SDN Rancasari in the 2020/2021 school year with a research sample of 22 grade IV students. This research method using quantitative methods with a pre-experimental research design. Researchers used pretest and posttest to determine the increase and effect of the Two Stay Two Stray type of cooperative learning model. The data collection techniques in this study were through tests, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses the N-Gain calculation to measure the improvement of students' listening skills in Indonesian subjects and hypothesis testing (t-test) to determine the effect of the Two Saty Two Stray type of cooperative learning model on improving the listening skills of students in the eyes. Indonesian language lessons. The results showed that (1) there was an influence of the Two Saty Two Stray type of cooperative learning model on the listening skills of students in Indonesian subjects. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t test) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And from the results of observations of student activity shows that each meeting has changed as much as 5% with an average result of 72.50% with a good category (2) there is an increase in students' listening skills in Indonesian subjects with an average N-Gain score 0.55 with "medium" criteria. Thus, before the treatment (treatment) and after the treatment (treatment) there is an increase and influence on the listening skills of students. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Two Stay Two Stray type of cooperative learning model in improving the listening skills of students in Indonesian subjects.

Abstract

Based on the results of field studies conducted by researchers, the quality of teaching and speaking of students in grade IV SDN Sukamaju is still less active in terms of speaking, they prefer to talk during lessons, do not want to ask questions, say nothing and if the teacher asks to speak, students are still stammering, embarrassed and doubtful. With this in mind, it can be seen that fourth-grade students still do not have the speaking skills, and it is difficult to communicate the information obtained. Researchers are learning to role-play learning models for class IV student learning in Indonesian language learning and for class IV students' understanding by applying role-playing learning models to speaking learning in Indonesian language learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative study kind of quasi experiment conducted on students in class IV SDN Sukamaju with a total of 42 students, consisting of IV A 21 people and class IV B 21 people. This research uses the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data The results of the study were obtained from interviews, tests, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The average value of the post-test class using conventional learning has an average value of 74.90. In contrast, the experimental class that uses the role-playing model has an average value of 80.19. It can simplify learning by using role learning models that can help students in learning to read in learning Indonesian.

Abstract

Abstract, The Objective of study is to increase the quality of human resources of the principal as an element of leadership to administer the educational program of the public junior high schools.The problem of research is ‘How does the role of principle in the effeart to increase the educational quality through the concept of the school-based management ?. The Methtod of the research is descriptive method with qualitative approach with subjects of research are principal and teachers of the state junior high school in subdistrict of Subang. The findings of research can be formulated as in following: 1].The role of principal as a manager of education 2].The role of principal as an educator 3].The role of principal as an administration 4].The role principal as a supervisor 5]. The effors were done by principal in order to increase the quality of education, i,e. by [a],doing the establishment of the teacher profesionality, [b].activating the meeting of school subject matter teachers, [c].building the guided discussion group, and [d]. Abstract

Penggunaan survei hidroakustik yang simultan dengan swept area trawl diharapkan akan saling melengkapi dan meningkatkan akurasi dalam estimasi stok sumberdaya ikan, khususnya ikan demersal. Dengan demikian, kelebihan maupun kelemahan masing-masing metode tersebut akan dapat diungkapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan densitas ikan demersal dari pendeteksian survei hidroakustik terhadap tangkapan trawl dasar, dan menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan estimasi densitas ikan demersal dari metode swept area dan akustik. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei, Agustus dan November 2012 di sekitar perairan Tarakan-Kalimantan Utara, menggunakan Echosounder Simrad EY60-120 kHz dan trawl dasar yang dioperasikan secara simultan untuk mengukur densitas ikan demersal. Estimasi densitas ikan demersal yang dihasilkan antar kedua metode menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat signifikan. Perbedaan hasil estimasi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh catchabilit, area dead zone trawl, dan tingkah laku ikan.Kata kunci: Akustik, Densitas, Ikan demersal, Swept area, Trawl, Tarakan

Abstract

The issue of environmental pollution has come to the attention of the world community and has become a strategic issue in sustainable development, so it needs to have the support of all parties, including the government, the private sector and educational institutions. Integrated Junior High School Lampang, Subang Regency West Java Indonesia has been implementing the green school program since 2008 and in 2019 it was entrusted by the West Java Education Office to be proposed as a national level green school program. Some achievements as a green school implementing school are private schools that have obtained "A" (exellent) accreditation with a beautiful environment and are able to fulfil 4 (four) components, namely (1) environmentally sound policies, (2) implementation of environment-based curriculum, (3) participatory-based environmental activities and (4) management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities Keywords : Management, green school Isu pencemaran lingkungan hidup telah menjadi perhatian masyarakat dunia dan menjadi isu strategis dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, sehingga perlu mendapat dukungan semua pihak baik pemerintah, sector swasta maupun lembaga pendidikan. SMPS Terpadu Lampang Kabupaten Subang telah melaksanakan program adiwiyata sejak tahun 2008 dan pada tahun 2019 diberi kepercayaan oleh Dinas Pandidikan Jawa Barat diusulkan sebagai Sekolah Adiwiyata (green school program) tingkat nasional. Beberapa capaian sebagai sekolah pelaksana green shcool adalah sekolah swasta yang telah memperoleh akreditasi “A” (Unggul) dengan lingkungan asri dan mampu memenuhi 4 (empat) komponen yaitu (1) kebijakan berwawasan lingkungan, (2) pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan, (3) kegiatan lingkungan berbasis partisipatif dan (4) pengelolaan sarana pendukung ramah lingkungan Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Sekolah Adiwiyata

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji ”Manajemen Pengembangan Mutu Sekolah” khususnya dalam mengkaji faktorfaktor kepemimpinan kepala, fasilitas belajar, pendanaan dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap implementasi rencana stratejik sekolah, dan pengembangan mutu sekolah pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, dengan metode survey dengan penjelasan yang mendalam (explanatory survey method), responden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru yang memperoleh tugas tambahan sebagai wakil kepala sekolah dan pengurus komite sekolah, dengan jumlah keseluruhan sebanyak 245 orang yang tersebar pada 35 sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Subang, yang memiliki akreditasi A dan B. Penjaringan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi ganda (multiple correlation analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah, implementasi rencana stratejik sekolah berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah, fasilitas belajar berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah, pendanaan berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah, partisipasi masyarakat berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the efforts and results that have been achieved by Lampang Subang Integrated Private Vocational Schools in improving the quality of learning to meet national education standards (SNP), so that they become private schools with the status of national standard schools (SSN). This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Integrated Vocational School of Lampang Subang, West Java. The results showed that the level of achievement of the program that had been compiled in the RPS of Lampang Integrated Vocational School had reached 90% with the main target being the achievement of the UAN level and graduation that had been carried out by teachers both in the preparation of RPPs and teaching materials had reached 85%, Management developed by Integrated Vocational Schools Long-time contributed significant value, especially in program planning and implementation, while the supervision and leadership of the Principal has been running well, so the value obtained is quite significant, while other components that are quite prominent are PBM and content standards that get good enough grades , so that it can be developed further

Abstract

Era global menuntut SDM yang bermutu tinggi dan siap berkompetisi, baik dalam tataran nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Peningkatan kompetensi kualifikasi guru dan sertifikasi dimaksudkan untuk mendorong organisasi pembelajaran, dedikasi, loyalitas dan profesionalitas guru, yang diharapkan akan berpengaruh positif pada kinerja dan prestasi kerjanya pada era globalisasi ini. Prestasi kerja tersebut akan terlihat dari kualitas lulusan satuan pendidikan sebagai SDM yang berkualitas, produktif dan kompetitif. Dalam menghadapi era globalisasi yang penuh dengan persaingan dan ketidakpastian, dibutuhkan guru visioner dan mampu mengelola proses belajar mengajar secara efektif dan inovatif. Persaingan yang makin ketat serta tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kualitas sekolah menjadi daya pendorong untuk terus menerus meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Upaya mencapai visi dan misi yang mengamanatkan kualitas peserta didik. Disamping identifikasi tataran nyata yang dihadapi sekolah dalam mencapai mutu yang diharapkan menjadi referensi pentingnya kompetensi guru.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low skill of writing essays for grade 3 students in elementary school. Based on the observation results, the low ability of students in writing poetry on Indonesian language subjects is due to the lack of effective learning created by the teacher, ineffectiveness due to the inaccurate strategies applied by the teacher in learning. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The reason for using this method is to find out how the use of picture media in improving poetry writing skills in this classroom action research was conducted on Indonesian language learning in SDN Layapan, Purwadadi District, Subang, 2017/2018 academic year in the first semester. Based on the results of the study concluded as follows: 1) Poetry writing skills using media images can be improved by means of; students observe images, explore their initial knowledge of images, write words that are appropriate to the image and develop ideas and ideas into whole poems by paying attention to the elements of poetry. The increase in poetry writing skills can be seen from the average value of students increasing from the initial conditions which only have an average value of 55 and in the first cycle of 63, cycle 2 the average value obtained by students is 72. And then in the cycle III the average value obtained by students is 86 which is included in criterion A (very good); 2) Activity of students at the time of research using picture media for third grade students of SDN Layapan, showing an increase in writing skills for students. After doing the research as a whole the average value of students increases in cycle 1 the average value of students is 67, then in the second cycle then in the second cycle the average value of students is 79, and in the third cycle that is equal to 92 who can categorized as criterion A (very good).
