Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan menggambarkan strategi pembelajaran musik kolintang yang diterapkan di Grup Prima Vista Lembean serta mengidentifikasi metode-metode yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran tersebut. Pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendalami fenomena pembelajaran musik kolintang dan memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang topik penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Lembean, Kecamatan Kauditan, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, selama dua bulan dengan melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data interaktif, yang melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat metode pembelajaran (ceramah, demonstrasi, latihan, dan tutoring) terintegrasi dengan baik dalam pembelajaran musik kolintang di Grup Prima Vista Lembean. Jadwal pembelajaran yang terstruktur membantu memaksimalkan pembelajaran bagi anggota grup. Faktor pendukung pembelajaran meliputi ketersediaan alat musik, tempat latihan, keberadaan pelatih yang kompeten, dan minat anggota untuk belajar. Namun, faktor-faktor seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang irama dan kesulitan menentukan akord menjadi penghambat dalam pembelajaran. Pembahasan strategi pembelajaran mencakup kegiatan pendahuluan, penyampaian informasi, partisipasi anggota, evaluasi melalui praktik langsung, dan kegiatan lanjutan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang pembelajaran musik kolintang dan menyediakan panduan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam pengembangan musik kolintang.

Abstract

The present study is conducted to explore the roles and functions of the worship music team as shown at the curch of GPdI Karmel Tataaran II. This qualitative study uses primary and secondary data. The primary data are obtained through interview from the members of the church and the members of the music team of the church. The primary data are also collected through direct observation. On the other hand, the secondary data comes from the documentation of the previous relevant research and the digital sources from the internet. The obtained data are then analyzed using interactive data analysis which consists of the steps of data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. The findings show that the worship music team at the church of GPdI Karmel Tataaran II has a very important role in the worship experiences of the church members. The worship music team help the church members to have praying experiences full of happiness, to have a close relationship with the God, and to create a harmonic and happy atmosphere during the worship. The findings have important implications for the development of church worship and the enhancement of the music team's role in supporting worship objectives. Theoretically and practically, this research contributes to further understanding of the dynamics of music teams in Pentecostal churches.

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar is one of the programs proposed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia as part of the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in Higher Education Institution. This program is expected to help the students to learn outside the campus to hone their problem-solving skills by becoming the partner of the teacher at the designated elementary school. The present study aims to investigate the implementation of Kampus Mengajar on music arts learning at elementary school. This qualitative study is conducted at an elementary school in Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara. Observation, interviews and documentation are used by the researcher to collect the data. The data obtained are analyzed using the interactive qualitative data analysis. The findings show that the music arts learning at the elementary school get many benefits because of the implementation of Kampus Mengajar Program. The students participated in this program helped the teacher by assisting them during the learning process, providing a novel perspective to the teacher regarding the teaching of music arts. It benefited the teacher since they can gain new understanding related to the teaching of music arts. The students at the elementary school can also learn in more engaging way. Hence, the implementation of Kampus Mengajar contributes positively to the teaching and learning process of music arts in elementary school.
