Abstract

This research is motivated by an analysis of the organizational structure of fund management in Muhammadiyah which is autonomous, individual and egalitarian so that the management of funds is left to each institution/business charity under Muhammadiyah. The purpose of this study is to obtain information on how effective the Muhammadiyah cash management integrated fund management system is in collecting business charity funds, to find out the factors that influence the implementation of an integrated fund management system for cash management services, and to identify and analyze how much benefit is felt from the integrated fund management system. Muhammad. The method used is an analytical-identification method. Data collection techniques through two stages and the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The results show that institutional liquidity for public perception has a significant influence on the level of benefit, profits for respondents' perceptions and suggestions have a significant influence on the level of benefit, member satisfaction for community perceptions has an insignificant effect on the level of benefit, member involvement for community perceptions has a significant influence on the level of benefit, and business sustainability has a significant influence on the level of benefit. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas konstruk dari instrumen kecerdasan spiritual versi Indonesia yang diberi nama Indonesian Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (ISIQ) yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model pengembangan alat ukur dimana kuesioner diuji validasi pada sebanyak 391 mahasiswa pascasarjana muslim yang ada di Indonesia. Instrument yang digunakan berdasarkan teori Zohar dan Marshall (2007) yang mengukur tujuh dimensi meliputi kesadaran diri, visi, fleksibel, holistic, perubahan, inspirasi dan refleksi diri. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) menggunakan program Amos, model pengukuran instrument ini dikatakan fit dengan nilai RMSEA sebesar .070 (p < .05). Sementara itu, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 26 item valid mengukur kecerdasan spiritual. Instrumen ini cocok digunakan sebagai instrumen yang tepat untuk mengeksplorasi kecerdasan spiritual pada seorang mahasiswa muslim di Indonesia.

Abstract

Employees are an essential asset for the organization to advance and develop the organization to be more productive. This situation may achieve when employees in the organization have optimal performance. Many factors positively affect the performance of employees in the organization. This study aims to determine how much influence organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance in PT. PLN (Persero) P3b Sumatera UPT Padang. Respondents who were involved in the study were 60 people who were selected using the saturated sample technique. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously, organizational commitment, work motivation, and work discipline had a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of the tested variables is .636. It shows that the percentage contribution of the variable organizational commitment, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 64.6%. In comparison, the remaining 35.4%  determined by other variables not analyzed in this study's model. Thus, this study shows that the three tested variables must be an essential consideration for the organization to obtain optimal employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the service strategy of the company PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in increasing users of fire rubber transportation services. Based on the results of the study showed PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has carried out a good SWOT analysis consisting of market strengths, weaknesses of this company, opportunities from the existence of railway products, and finally the threats that occur. In addition, researchers have studied further regarding the willingness to work in the current government, both permanent and contract employees. During the company's existence there has been an expansion of service offerings compared to the previous year, it has become commonplace by reducing the number of objections from customers who use these services. The most important thing is that there is a considerable effort on the part of the management to solve problems in serving the railways.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan Unilever Indonesia. MSDM yang berjalan baik tentu akan menjadi keuntungan bagi perusahaan Unilever Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah literatur review. Penulisan literatur review ini mengadopsi hampir 80% artikel-artikel internasional dan nasional yang dimuat pada berbagai platform penyedia  jurnal dengan skala internasional dan nasional yang membahas tentang Unilever Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan Unilever Indonesia dalam menerapkan fungsi MSDM sudah menerapkan dengan baik. Baik itu fungsi manajerial maupun fungsi operasional. Hal ini tentu menjadikan Unilever Indonesia perusahaan rujukan internasional dalam mengembangkan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang sudah lebih bagus dibandingkan perusahaan lain yang ada di Indonesia

Abstract

Objective. This research was conducted on Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Padang, where this study aims to deremine the mediation of job satisfaction which has an impact on employee performance by organizational communication, organizational commitment and work discipline. Research Method. This study uses a quantitative method through a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 91 employees using a census sampling technique where the entire population was sampled. Results. There is a significant positive effect of organizational communication on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction can’t mediate the effect of communication organizational on employee performance, job satisfaction can’t mediate the effect of commitment organizational on employee performance and job satisfaction can’t mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Conclusion. It turns out that job satisfaction has not been able to mediate communication, commitment, and work discipline and their impact on employee performance. In the future, job satisfaction needs to be investigated further and look for other mediations that can affect the variables studied by the authors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan financial attitude, financial knowledge, dan spiritual intelligence mahasiswa pascasarjana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 391 mahasiswa pascasarjana yang kuliah di perguruan tinggi negeri (PTN) di provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling techinque. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi pearson dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwasanya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara financial attitude dengan financial knowledge. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif juga pada financial knowledge dengan spiritual intelligence. Sedangkan untuk analisis antara financial attitude dan spiritual intelligence tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan, sehingga bisa disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan sama sekali.

Abstract

The background of this research, the existence of stock price fluctuations which makes investors must be observant in analyzing stock prices. Otherwise, investors will suffer huge losses. In addition, increases in inflation, the rupiah exchange rate, and book rates are among the factors that affect stock prices, so that stocks become out of control and continue to increase. The objectives of this study are 4, namely to analyze the inflation rate on stock prices, the rupiah exchange rate for stock prices, interest rates on stock prices, and finally to analyze together the influence of inflation rates, rupiah exchange rates, and interest rates on stock prices. especially for companies listed on the LQ45 Index. This type of descriptive quantitative research with purposive sampling method of sampling at the LQ45 company which consists of 45 companies, in order to obtain 225 observations for each variable. The data source for the company's annual report uses the data analysis technique, namely panel data regression. The results of the research that have been done can be concluded that partially inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates have a significant and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously both have an influence on stock prices and have an adjust R Square value of 88.93% and 11.07% influenced by other factors not present in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and validate a financial management behavior scale. This study used the approach of measuring instrument modification by applying the existing theory into a statement that will be used as an instrument to see the condition of a person's financial management behavior. The researchers used the basic theory of Dew and Xiao (2011) which divides financial management behavior into the consumption dimension, cash flow management dimension, savings and investment dimension, and debt management dimension. The subjects involved in this study were 391 people who were postgraduate students in the capital city of Jakarta and were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS software were used in this study. The results of the analysis showed that the financial management behavior scale developed by the researchers has met the fit model and produced a valid statement which is ready to be used to measure the behavioral conditions of one's financial management specifically in the student context. Abstract

Rendahnya pengelolaan keuangan masyarakat saat ini salah satunya dikarenakan kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan yang mumpuni tentang bagaimana melakukan perencanaan keuangan yang baik. Terlebih di masyarakat yang didominasi oleh mayoritas muslim, kebutuhan akan pengetahuan berbasis syariah menjadi sangat penting. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru SMP-SMA Saintek UHAMKA mengenai perencanaan keuangan yang berbasis syariah. Sebanyak 15 guru yang terlibat dalam pengabdian sebagai responden dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dalam 5 tahapan prosedural, meliputi tahapan permulaan, sosialisasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Dari kelima tahapan tersebut dapat diperoleh mengenai gambaran pengetahuan perencanaan keuangan syariah responden yang menunjukkan dalam skala baik. Hal ini menjadi indikator bahwa pengabdian yang dilakukan berhasil memberikan perubahan pengetahuan kepada guru untuk mempunyai perencanaan keuangan syariah yang baik. Sementara itu, hasil pengabdian ini juga bisa diperluas dengan melakukan kegiatan yang sejenisnya pada sampel yang lebih luas.
