Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of the Parado Rato Village Community towards the use of the Musyarakah Agreement in the Agricultural sector. The Musyarakah Agreement is a form of cooperation in Islamic Economics that allows two or more parties to participate in capital and share profits based on an agreement. Although this agreement has great potential to be applied in the Agricultural sector, the application of this concept in rural communities has not been widely studied, especially in the context of trust, understanding, and acceptance. The research method used is a Qualitative Approach with Data Collection Techniques through in-depth interviews, Observation, and Documentation. Respondents consisted of Farmers, Religious Figures, and Village Leaders in Parado Rato who have experience in Agricultural activities. The results of the study show that Community Perception of the Musyarakah Agreement is influenced by factors of Education, understanding of Islamic Economics, and experience in business work. Most respondents showed a Positive attitude towards the use of this Agreement because it is in accordance with the principles of justice and mutual cooperation. However, there are obstacles in the form of limited understanding of the Musyarakah Agreement mechanism which often hinders its optimal implementation. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the conclusion is that although the Parado Rato Village Community has a positive perception of the use of the Musyarakah Agreement, further socialization and education are needed to improve understanding and application of this Agreement in the Agricultural sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis praktik Unit Simpan Pinjam dari Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) yang berlokasi di Desa Palama Kecamatan Donggo Kabupaten Bima melalui lensa hukum ekonomi syariah. Fokus utama dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi cara praktik simpan pinjam dilakukan di BUMDes tersebut dan menilai sejauh mana praktik ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum ekonomi syariah, terutama mengenai larangan riba dan keadilan dalam setiap transaksi. Metodologi yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan simpan pinjam di BUMDes Desa Palama masih memiliki elemen yang tidak sepenuhnya selaras dengan hukum ekonomi syariah, seperti potensi terjadinya riba dan minimnya jaminan terhadap risiko kredit yang tidak tertagih. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada inisiatif untuk memperbaiki pengelolaan yang ada agar sesuai dengan prinsip syariah yang menekankan keadilan, transparansi, dan kebermanfaatan bagi masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini mengajukan beberapa saran agar BUMDes dapat lebih konsisten dalam mengimplementasikan prinsip - prinsip ekonomi syariah guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Rural communities have a desire to live a decent life, so they make efforts to advance the businesses they run to achieve these goals. Where in the process of advancing the business is not always smooth. It is not uncommon for people to need an injection of funds to finance their business. Islamic financial institutions are present in rural communities, especially in Sila Rato Village to help finance business activities run by the community. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the role of Islamic financial institutions in supporting the economic independence of the community, especially in Sila Rato village. The type of research is qualitative research. Then the data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The research location is Rato Sila Village, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, Islamic financial institutions have played a significant role in encouraging the economic independence of the Sila Rato Village community by providing financial resources that can be accessed easily and in accordance with sharia. The existence of these institutions not only improves economic welfare, but also strengthens social ties and solidarity among community members through financing based on the principles of mutual cooperation and risk sharing. Thus, Islamic financial institutions have a positive impact on the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of zakat fund management in education programs run by BAZNAS Kota Bima. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that zakat fund management in education programs has been implemented effectively through systematic planning, transparent implementation, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. Education programs include scholarships, school supplies assistance, and skills training. Although there are several obstacles such as limited funds and a less than optimal mustahik data system, BAZNAS Kota Bima is able to overcome them with innovation and cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on consumer purchase intention at outdoorMU Store in Bima City. The background of this research is based on the growing trend of outdoor activities, which drives the expansion of the outdoor gear industry, particularly in Bima, an area with great natural tourism potential. The research employed an associative quantitative approach with purposive sampling involving 68 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results show that both product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on consumers’ purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. These findings offer strategic implications for store management to continuously improve product quality and set competitive prices to maintain customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of Islamic ethics in meatball stall businesses in the Belo District. The business actors referred to in this research are members of the independent meatball stall business group in the Belo District. This is field research using a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and direct documentation of the relevant subjects. Data validity was ensured through triangulation. The research findings reveal five principles of Islamic business ethics applied in the meatball stalls in the Belo District. First is the principle of tawhid (unity), in which the quality of the offered products is prioritized, and no prohibited (haram) items are used. Second is the principle of balance, ensuring that the prices offered reflect the actual quality and value of the food being sold. Third, the principle of free will is upheld, promoting transparency and the absence of coercion, while allowing customers the freedom to choose from a variety of meatball menu variations at uniform prices, and allowing employees to propose the most popular menu items. Fourth is the principle of responsibility, ensuring excellent service quality, transparent pricing, and responsible waste management. Fifth is the principle of benevolence, guaranteeing fair and adequate support for all customers and transparency in the ordering and payment processes. The conclusion of this research is that meatball stalls in the Belo District have implemented Islamic principles of buying and selling, both in food processing and service delivery, based on Islamic business ethics.

Abstract

The number of MSME players who market their products using traditional methods and MSME players in sila are still lacking in integrating Islamic economic principles in implementing digital marketing such as honesty, social justice, and gharar in online transactions which make it difficult for MSME players to reach a wider market. So this research aims to find out the Implementation of Digital Marketing as a Marketing Strategy to Increase the Competitiveness of Fashion MSMEs in Sila Islamic Economic Perspective. This research will be conducted in Sila, Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses Qualitative Research with a Descriptive Approach. Data Collection Techniques are Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data Analysis Techniques are Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. Based on the results of this study, Digital marketing has proven to be an effective tool to increase the competitiveness of fashion MSMEs in Sila, both in terms of increasing sales, brand awareness, and market reach.
