Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) have an important role in creating new jobs. Currently, MSMEs as one of the economic foundations are expected to be able to compete in the era of free trade, both in local and international. One of the strengths that are expected to be able to compete is by improving business processes and increasing information technology capabilities. The use of Information Technology (IT) changes the way in business processes in MSMEs. The current condition is that MSMEs are not ready to implement IT and its infrastructure. This study aimed to determine the quality of business process maturity and IT availability in small MSMEs. The method used in this research was the Business Process Orientation Maturity Model (BPOMM). The results of the analysis show that the maturity level is in the defined category with a final value of 5.36. The assessment of IT availability is 2.75 with the highest score is found in IT HR.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penetapan penerima beasiswa yang dilakukan dengan cara analisis langsung oleh manajemen Sekolah Dasar-IT Imam Syafii Sampit tanpa menggunakan teknologi komputasi dikhawatirkan akan menghasilkan keputusan yang tidak konsisten, terutama karena data-data calon penerima beasiswa (khususnya data kualitatif) mempunyai kemiripan antara satu dengan yang lainnya, dengan jumlah parameter yang cukup kompleks. Paper ini menyajikan perbandingan akurasi kinerja model Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) murni dan Model Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) berbasis AHP dalam memprioritaskan calon penerima beasiswa, dengan asumsi patokan akurasi adalah Kebijakan Manajemen Sekolah. Lima sampel data calon penerima beasiswa, dengan empat parameter yang terdiri atas: status keberadaan orang tua, penghasilan penanggung keluarga, jumlah bersaudara, pekerjaan penanggung keluarga, diuji untuk menentukan model mana yang menghasilkan keputusan yang paling mendekati Kebijakan Manajemen Sekolah. Hasil uji menunjukkan model SAW memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih mendekati keputusan Manajemen Sekolah dari pada Model AHP murni.   Kata kunci: Penerima beasiswa; Prioritas; Simple Additive Weighting (SAW); Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP)  Abstract. The determination of scholarship recipients carried out using direct analysis techniques by the management of the Imam Syafii Sampit Integrated Islamic Elementary School without using computing technology is feared to result in inconsistent decisions, especially because the data on prospective scholarship recipients (especially qualitative data) have similarities between one and another. others, with a fairly complex number of parameters. This paper presents a comparison of the accuracy of the performance of the pure Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model and the AHP-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) model in prioritizing scholarship recipients, assuming the accuracy benchmark is School Management Policy. Five data samples of prospective scholarship recipients, with four parameters consisting of: parental status, income of the family guarantor, number of siblings, occupation of the family guarantor, were tested to determine which model resulted in the closest decision to School Management Policy. The test results show that the SAW model provides recommendations that are closer to school management decisions than the pure AHP model.Keywords: Scholarship recipients; Priority; Simple Additive Weighting (SAW); Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Abstract

Along with the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and information, the human need for information technology is also getting bigger. The development of information technology can improve performance and enable various activities to be carried out quickly and accurately. Based on the development of information and communication technology, many companies have implemented Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP). The Civil Service Police Unit Service is an apparatus of the Regional Government in enforcing Regional Regulations. In an activity or assignment at the civil service police unit, a Task Order (SPT) is required. In addition, the assignment letter is a reference for calculating the crediting figures in an assessment of the promotion of a class of employees who have performed duties in several periods. The system that has been running so far is still done conventionally. Where archiving the entry and exit of letters, salary report data, leave reports and attendance reports is still inefficient and data storage for credit score assessment is less effective because it often creates obstacles in data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system to facilitate filing of letters and handle the problem of storing data for calculating class promotion credit numbers and data on salary reports, leave reports and attendance reports at the Civil Service Police Unit. Abstract

E-Government, namely the use of information and communication technology, for various purposes in order to implement effective and efficient government administration and operational activities in office activities. The first problem experienced includes the process of managing incoming mail data and outgoing mail data, which are still scheduled in the letter agenda book and important documents are still stored in the odner and are not managed by the system so that if there is a loss or computer error one day, all data will be lost and need more space and costs to manage documents. The second problem is that service activities in the form of requests for weather and climate data are still not integrated and without applications so that service users need less efficient time and energy because they do not know or lack the requirements to get the required climate weather information. Seeing the obstacles encountered. Therefore, the system that will be created by researchers is a web-based information system that functions as a data processing medium, both incoming and outgoing mail data and data on transaction letters requesting weather and climate data. By implementing this information system, it is hoped that it can minimize the errors and difficulties experienced so far and help employees to search and provide data in a fast, precise and without problems. In designing the E-Government application, the Administration System at the Meteorological Station uses the Waterfall method and uses the Yii Framework in making applications

Abstract

The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as one of the supports for the operation of an integrated business sector and better data accuracy. An ERP system consists of various modules and sub-modules that can represent certain business components, one of which is CRM. Application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or customer relationship management which is indirectly said to be computerizing customer data. This is intended so that the company knows what the needs and desires of customers are so that good relationships can be established with customers. In East Kotawaringin, there is now a place to eat called Rumah Makan Nasi Uduk "Babe". This restaurant is a small business engaged in the sale of food. This restaurant serves direct customer orders, namely coming to the restaurant and by telephone. This ordering process goes through a very long route, where the prospective customer will choose the food menu and the restaurant records the menu ordered by the customer to the notebook and calculates how much the customer has to pay, then the customer waits for confirmation of the specified price. In connection with the aforementioned problems, a web-based application design is proposed so that in the future it can provide services about detailed information on food menus, prices and orders to customers. The research method used in this report is divided into several stages, namely the data collection stage, the system design stage, the program development stage, the program trial stage and the implementation stage. The conclusion of this research is that an ERP system has been successfully developed for a web-based CRM module with a case study of the "Babe" Nasi Uduk Restaurant.

Internet technology is growing rapidly nowadays. Apart from providing information, the use of internet technology also leads to online transaction activities. The use of web-based online transactions has been implemented in various fields in the business world. The ease of accessing the internet at this time illustrates how useful and beneficial the internet is. This statement is made clear by the number of programmers who make web-based systems, programs, games, for example online sales systems, education systems, social networks and others. To create a web-based trading business system itself is an action to follow the development of existing technology, besides that this web-based system can be continuously updated, especially by using PHP and MySQL database processing can be controlled. This is clearly very helpful and profitable for business people. Including services such as ordering a car service slot online. PT. Anzon AutoPlaza Sampit is an authorized dealer for marketing Toyota cars after PT. Astra Internasional and PT. Source of the Equator. The field that this company is engaged in is in the field of sales (Marketing) specifically for the Toyota brand. In addition to sales, this company also provides service services, as well as special spare parts for Toyota cars. The facilities provided are sales outlets, authorized Toyota repair shops and car spare parts sales. Accounting is a process that begins with recording, classifying, processing, presenting data, and recording transactions related to finance so that information can be used by someone who is an expert in their field and becomes material for making decisions.

Abstract

PT. Imperium Happy Puppy is a company engaged in karaoke entertainment, the first to adopt the concept of family karaoke, where this company has many branches spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is in the area of ​​Sampit, Central Kalimantan. However, in this company there are problems in managing employees, namely: recruitment, managing employee bio data, scheduling, managing attendance, filing for leave, promotions, assessments, payroll which are still not fully computerized in this case still using Ms. Office to manage these data. So that it is very difficult for HRD leaders to see the report data concerning employees. Therefore, ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) technology can be the right tool to solve these problems. One of them is by using the HRM (Human Resources Management) module, with the hope of producing fast and precise information and helping companies make decisions.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan pada PT. Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors. Hampir semua perusahaan mulai dari skala kecil maupun skala besar dalam melakukan kegiatan penerimaan karyawan mulai membuat keputusan dengan menggunakan metode sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menunjang kinerja perusahaannya. Dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam perekrutan karyawan perusahaan akan lebih selektif lagi dalam memilih calon karyawan yang berkualitas guna menunjang kinerja dalam perusahaan tersebut.  PT. Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang otomotif. Dari pihak perusahaan tidak ada menerapkan suatu sistem untuk menunjang sebuah keputusan yang terkomputerisasi dalam melakukan seleksi penerimaan karyawan, penilaian pada saat interview calon karyawan masih dengan tulis tangan pada berkas pelamar dan juga dihadapkan pada pilihan untuk menentukan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy proccess (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan baru menggunakan metode AHP dan SAW pada PT. Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempercepat dalam proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan. Tujuan menggunakan dua metode ini adalah untuk membandingan hasil perhitungan antara metode AHP dan SAW. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dan perhitungan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai, akan tetapi lebih direkomendasikan mengambil hasil perhitungan metode AHP karena perhitungan AHP lebih kompleks dibandingan dengan metode SAW.

Abstract

Kecedasan buatan merupakan bidang ilmu komputer (computer science) yang khusus ditujukan untuk membuat perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras yang sepenuhnya bisa menirukan beberapa fungsi otak manusia. Kecerdasan buatan harus didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip teorikal seperti : struktur data,algoritma dan teknik – teknik bahasa pemrograman. SDN 11 Baamang Tengah merupakan sekolah dasar negeri  yang berstandar nasional yang terletak di Sampit, Kotawaringin Timur.  Jumlah siswa sebanyak 300 anak, yang terbagi menjadi 11 kelas. Program yang diterapkan adalah pemilihan siswa teladan. Siswa teladan merupakan siswa berprestasi dan aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Permasalahan pada objek penelitian ini adalah setiap tahun pihak sekolah memilih murid dari kelas 4,5,6 untuk menjadi siswa teladan, dan selama ini sekolah hanya menggunakan 1 kriteria yaitu nilai akademik untuk pemilihan siswa teladan. Dengan hanya 1 kriteria saja maka hasil pemilihan siswa teladan kurang valid karena ada beberapa aspek yang perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti kegiatan ektrakulikuler dan juga keterampilan dari setiap siswa. Solusi dari permasalahan di atas adalah dengan adanya sistem ini maka pemilihan siswa teladan bisa diketahui dengan dilakukan perhitungan oleh metode Simple additive weighting (SAW) dan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) maka hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan pemilihan siswa teladan dengan menggunakan metode AHP dan SAW.
