<![CDATA[This article describes the various views of Christian ethicists about the concept of responsibility. The paper attempts to better understand the meaning of responsibility for Christians during the pandemic covid 19, particularly in carrying out health protocols. It is said that responsibility is relevant to human ethics, moral life, and actions revealed through His love. When the notion of responsibility is only associated with a mere duty ethic, it will be trapped in consequentialism. Responsibility in Christian ethics is the manifestation of good deeds based on the grace of faith. This is the essence of the Christian life. Responsibility in Christianity reflects loving God and neighbor, not just the right or wrong attitude, because this action does not affect the promise of salvation. From the theological perspective, responsibility is considered retrospective responsibility for past actions and the consequences before God.]]>

<![CDATA[Christian Worldview is the way we see Christianity as a complete unity that hooks up with each other. Every human being has a worldview that consciously or not, affects the beliefs of life. This fundamental thing is not easy to understand but it controls all aspects of human life. In the midst of a changing modern world it proves how Christian worldview becomes the antithesis of secular worldview and other religions. This research explains the problem and is associated with church callings. These problems raise various conflicts of ideas and beliefs that affect each other. On the one hand the church has a calling to be salt and light of the world. On the other hand, the church is also commanded to not be similar to the world. The purpose of this research is to show how the philosophical concept of Christianity as a way of church views can play a significant role for the church calling, so that the church can distinguish and know the values that influence another worldview. By utilizing a philosophical-systematic approach it produces answers to research questions. An approach with Christian worldview is able to encourage the church to proclaim the truth in every aspect of life effectively and provide the right perspective for the belivers in the modern age to be a means of God's mission.]]>

<![CDATA[Peningkatan taraf hidup umat manusia dan suatu bangsa adalah pintu gerbang peradaban mereka menuju kepada suatu kemajuan. Setidaknya ada indikator pencapaian pembangunan suatu masyarakat agar dapat berkembang dan maju dalam segala lini kehidupan. Indikator pembangunan tersebut adalah empat pilar peradaban yaitu; kehidupan Sosial, Pendidikan, Spiritual dan perekonomian. Namun bagaimana hal ini diwujudkan jika masih ada daerah-daerah terpencil yang belum terjangkau oleh salah indikator pilar peradaban tersebut? Inilah yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengangkat suatu realita yang fenomenal tentang kehidupan masyarakat yang terpinggirkan dan terlupakan yakni masyarakat Bonenggaya. Degan menggunakan metode pendekatan so sial budaya dalam bentuk komunitas untuk mencapai tujuan yang mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dengan mendirikan Gedung sekolah bagi masyarakat ini. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa seluruh lapisan masyarakat Bonenggaya menerima rencana pembangunan Gedung sekolah serta tenaga pengajar dari SETIA Jakarta untuk tinggal di daerah mereka melaksanakan pembelajaran sampai waktu yang tidak ditentukan.]]>

<![CDATA[Katekisasi sudah banyak diabaikan oleh banyak gereja. Dalam penelitian Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini team mengimplementasikan tradisi ini sebagai sebuah usaha awal dalam mengajar firman Tuhan kepada jemaat suku Kaili-Daa di dusun Bavuaya. Katekisasi merupakan metode yang digunakan yang cocok dengan karakter dan latarbelakang konteksnya. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini cukup signifikan, tidak hanya belajar firman Tuhan namun Pendidikan lain juga terserap karena metode tanya jawab dan persekutuan yang intensif membuat jemaat yang dahulunya sangat tertutup lambat laun menjadi terbuka. Kesempatan seperti ini sebuah langkah yang berat itu sebabnya dilakukan cukup lama.]]>

<![CDATA[Dusun Bavuaya merupakan salahsatu dusun di Desa Karuvia di Donggal Sulawesi Tengah. Keberadaan masyarakat yang masih tradisional membuat masyarakat menjadi wilayah yang tertinggal dalam berbagai hal. Selain masalah jarak yang jauh dari pusat desa karena hidup ditengah pegunungan. Masalah utama lain masyarakat di pegunungan Kecamatan Pinembani yang masih buta huruf 99%. Dalam rangka ikut serta program pemerintah dan bersama menjalankan sebuah pendekatan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa sekalipun tantangan dalam pelayanan misi daerah pedalaman sangat sulit namun dengan melalukan Misi Kemitraan beberapa kendala utama dapat teratasi dan menunjukkan hasil positif. Program ini bertujuan juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat tertinggal secara sosial.]]>

Theologically the work of Christ in death, resurrection and ascension is a series that influences many doctrines in Christianity. But for the Indonesian Faithful Christian Church members, it is still an interesting topic for them. most do not understand it well, and other things that seem ordinary. The results of this community service show how enthusiastic they are about intensive teaching deepening. It is hoped that there will be an increase in understanding that can impact the congregation's spiritual life, which is expressed in daily life.]]>

<![CDATA[Moral diversity can be a problem and has presented challenges and opportunities for Christian ethics, especially as it relates to the spirituality of the congregation. The prevalent moral pluralism shows a different understanding of the Bible's contents and the process of understanding God's will, coupled with the emergence of theories that want to make a certain viewpoint. In the process of exploring these issues, the article offers a reflection based on the teleological approach to creationism. The thesis of this article states that the doctrine of creation can be one of the important foundations in shaping Christian ethics in contemporary era.Keragaman moral bisa menjadi masalah dan telah menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang bagi etika Kristen, terutama yang berkaitan dengan kehidupan spiritualitas jemaat. Pluralisme moral yang banyak terjadi menunjukkan pemahaman yang berbeda juga dalam menggali isi Alkitab dan proses memahami kehendak Allah, ditambah lagi dengan munculnya teori-teori yang ingin menyudutkan satu pandangan tertentu. Dalam proses mengeksplorasi masalah-masalah ini, artikel ini menawarkan refleksi yang didasari dengan pendekatan teleologis dari ajaran penciptaan. Tesis dari artikel ini mengatakan bahwa doktrin penciptaan bisa menjadi salah satu fondasi penting dalam membentuk etika Kristen di zaman kontemporer.]]>

<![CDATA[Transformation is the key to the growth of the church and mission. Transformation is a positive change toward Christ that marks believers’ life, as indicated by Paul’s exhortation in Romans 12:2. The church refers to the people who believe in Christ so they are renewed by the power of the Holy Spirit. That transformation or renewal empowers the church to function as the light of the world, as a missional community through the power of the Holy Spirit. This article seeks to present the strong correlation between the spiritual transformation of the church by the power of the Holy Spirit with her function as a missional community. This article elaborates the meaning of transformation in the New Testament, the meaning of transformation from the perspective of systematic theology, and the strong correlation between spiritual transformation and the function of the church as a missional community. Abstrak Transformasi adalah kunci dari pertumbuhan gereja dan misi. Hal tersebut merupakan perubahan positif yang menjadi ciri kehidupan orang percaya kearah Kristus, sebagaimana nasehat Paulus dalam Kitab Roma 12:2. Gereja adalah orang-orang yang percaya kepada Kristus sehingga dibaharui oleh kuasa Roh Kudus. Transformasi atau pembaharuan tersebut merupakan hal yang memampukan Gereja untuk berfungsi sebagai terang dunia, sebagai komunitas misional oleh kuasa Roh Kudus. Artikel ini melihat relasi yang erat antara transformasi Gereja oleh kuasa Roh Kudus dengan berfungsinya Gereja sebagai suatu komunitas misi. Artikel ini memaparkan makna transformasi spiritual di dalam Perjanjian Baru, makna transformasi spiritual dari perspektif teologi sistematika, dan relasi erat antara transformasi spiritual dengan fungsi Gereja sebagai suatu komunitas misi.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper discussed Schilder's position on the theology of covenant in engagement with the Yoruba thought, identifying their points of agreement and departure and establishing the fruitfulness of Schilder's thoughts on the theology of covenant among the Yorubas. Through library and field studies, it answered whether the levity accorded the Christian faith in the recent by the Yoruba people group is not unconnected to a shallow understanding of the implications of breaking the covenant relationship entailed in the Christian faith. And how the implications of covenant violation, as discussed by Klaas Schilder, can be fruitful for the Yoruba people's understanding of the covenant of grace.]]>
