Preaching is a form of Christian ministry in which a preacher delivers the message of God's Word. The role of preaching is central in Christian ministry. The preaching role can influence the character of individuals or congregations. In this modern era, the role of preaching has been replaced by the sophistication of artificial intelligence where the use of artificial intelligence to deliver the Word of God has occurred in Germany. The use of artificial intelligence is made possible because artificial intelligence is able to replicate human intelligence and make decisions as well as explore various religious-related information in delivering the Word. However, ethically, the use of artificial intelligence results in the drying up of human spiritual experience. The use of artificial intelligence in delivering the Word replaces humans cannot bring about spiritual growth. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, the author attempts to describe the concept of preaching according to the Bible. The author also describes the sophistication of artificial intelligence. The author will examine this from ethical and appropriateness perspectives. The author states that the role of AI replacing humans in preaching is inappropriate and unethical. It is humans who should deliver the message of God's Word.

Emotional Intelligence is an intelligence in managing emotions and self-motivation. Emotional intelligence is required by learners. Emotional intelligence can be enhanced through story-telling based teaching. Story-telling is a teaching method involving narration. The content of story-telling determines how learners' emotional intelligence is formed. Through story-telling, learners can be trained to possess good emotions and cultivate noble characters according to the teaching material. Philippians 4:4 can be used as teaching material to enrich learners' emotional intelligence. Philippians 4:4 teaches that happiness and joy will arise when all attention is focused on Jesus Christ and His redemption work. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the author asserts that teaching learners with Philippians 4:4 through story-telling can enrich and enhance emotional intelligence.AbstrakKecerdasan Emosional adalah sebuah kecerdasan dalam mengelola emosi dan memotivasi diri dimana kecerdasan emosional dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik. Kecerdasan emosional dapat dipacu dengan pengajaran berbasis story-telling dan story-telling adalah sebuah metode ajar dengan bercerita. Materi story-telling menentukan bagaimana kecerdasan emosional peserta didik terbentuk. Dengan story-telling, peserta didik dapat dilatih untuk memiliki emosi yang baik dan menghasilkan karakter yang luhur sesuai dengan materi ajar. Filipi 4:4 dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar demi memperkaya kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Filipi 4:4 mengajarkan bahwa kebahagiaan dan sukacita akan muncul saat segala perhatian berpusat kepada Yesus Kristus dan karya penebusanNya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penulis menyatakan bahwa mengajar peserta didik dengan ayat Filipi 4:4 secara story-telling dapat memperkaya dan meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional.

This research examines the theological construction of human role and responsibility in creation care based on an in-depth analysis of Genesis 1:26-28. The contemporary ecological crisis reveals a fundamental gap between the divine mandate given to humanity as stewards of creation and the reality of exploitative practices that damage the environment. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach that employs biblical exegesis, this study examines the theological significance of the human role as imago Dei within the context of creation. Textual analysis demonstrates that humanity is called not as absolute rulers, but as God's representatives (vice-regents) responsible for maintaining and preserving the integrity of creation. The theological-practical implications of this research include: the need for reformulating Christian environmental ethics that integrates ecological spirituality with concrete conservation actions, developing an ecological praxis that views environmental concern as an expression of love for God and neighbor, and forming faith communities committed to environmental justice for the well-being of all creation. This research contributes to the development of contextual eco-theology that bridges biblical insights with the challenges of the global ecological crisis. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji konstruksi teologis tentang peran dan tanggung jawab manusia dalam pemeliharaan ciptaan berdasarkan analisis mendalam terhadap Kejadian 1:26–28. Krisis ekologis kontemporer menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan fundamental antara mandat ilahi yang diberikan kepada manusia sebagai penatalayan ciptaan dengan realitas praktik eksploitatif yang merusak lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan metode eksegesis biblika, penelitian ini menelusuri makna teologis dari peran manusia sebagai imago Dei dalam konteks penciptaan. Analisis tekstual menunjukkan bahwa manusia dipanggil bukan sebagai penguasa absolut, melainkan sebagai representasi Allah (vice-regent) yang bertanggung jawab memelihara dan menjaga integritas ciptaan. Implikasi teologis-praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup: perlunya reformulasi etika lingkungan Kristen yang mengintegrasikan spiritualitas ekologis dengan tindakan konkret pelestarian alam, pengembangan praksis ekologis yang memandang kepedulian lingkungan sebagai wujud kasih kepada Allah dan sesama, dan pembentukan komunitas iman yang berkomitmen pada keadilan ekologis untuk kesejahteraan seluruh ciptaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan eko-teologi kontekstual yang menjembatani wawasan biblika dengan tantangan krisis lingkungan global.

Post-truth is a phenomenon of subjective truth circulating within society at large, driven by technological advancements. Information disseminated widely in society often lacks prior validation. Truth in this post-truth era aligns with individual preferences without undergoing validation. Christian leaders bear a significant responsibility amidst the Christian community in this post-truth era. Integrity and morality are essential attributes for Christian leaders to navigate the post-truth era. The integrity and morality of Christian leaders should be founded upon the Biblical Word of God. Without integrity and morality, Christian leaders will struggle to guide the Christian community through this post-truth era. Christian leaders need to shine a light for the Christian community amidst this post-truth era. Through descriptive qualitative methodology, it can be concluded that integrity and morality form the foundation for Christian leaders to guide the Christian community through the post-truth era. Moral and integrity-driven leaders will instill similar moral values and integrity within the Christian community, enabling them to shine amidst the post-truth era.AbstrakPost-truth adalah fenomena kebenaran yang tidak objektif yang beredar di masyarakat luas. Post-truth terjadi akibat dari kecanggihan teknologi. Informasi yang beredar luas di masyarakat tidak mengalami validasi terlebih dahulu. Kebenaran di dalam era post-truth ini adalah kebenaran yang sesuai dengan selera individu tanpa mengalami validasi. Pemimpin Kristen memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar untuk berada di tengah-tengah umat Kristen di era post-truth ini. Integritas dan moralitas adalah hal yang harus dimiliki oleh pemimpin Kristen dalam menghadapi era post-truth. Integritas dan moralitas pemimpin Kristen harus dibangun berdasarkan Alkitab Firman Allah. Tanpa integritas dan moralitas, pemimpin Kristen tidak akan berhasil membawa umat Kristen bertahan di dalam era post-truth ini. Pemimpin Kristen perlu menjadi terang bagi umat Kristen di tengah era post-truth ini. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa integritas dan moralitas adalah dasar pemimpin Kristen membangun umat Kristen menghadapi era post-truth. Pemimpin yang bermoral dan berintegritas akan membawa umat Kristen memiliki moral dan integritas yang sama sehingga umat Kristen dapat menjadi terang di tengah era post-truth.

This paper is written to criticize government policies related to scarcity of cooking oil and gas. The criticism is based on economic justice in the perspective of Christian theology. Christian theology provides a perspective on social justice perspective that favors the poor. Christian ethics also highlights the correct and responsible distribution of resources. With the practice of this, the distribution of cooking oil and gas should be enjoyed by the Indonesian people, especially the poor. Fair and responsible distribution is the key to achieving social justice. Through a descriptive qualitative approach descriptive qualitative approach, the author tries to unravel economic justice in a Christian perspective. Christian perspective. The description will be useful to provide criticism for government policies related to the scarcity of cooking oil and gas.

Abstract. This paper was aimed to explore the meaning of pleasing God as a form of transcendental motivation through an integrative approach combining Christian theology, transpersonal psychology, and biopsychology. This study used a library research method. Findings showed that this motivation is linked to spiritual direction, the heart as the center of moral discernment, and surrender as a response to grace. In transpersonal psychology, it aligns with self-transcendence and meaning-centered motivation. Biopsychologically, the prefrontal cortex supports moral decision-making, the dopaminergic system enhances spiritual joy, and the limbic system stores spiritual memory. These insights affirm that spirituality is not only an inner experience but also a biological process, showing that pleasing God involves a holistic formation of the person—spiritually, psychologically, and biologically.Abstrak. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi makna menyenangkan Tuhan sebagai motivasi transendental melalui pendekatan integratif antara teologi Kristen, psikologi transpersonal, dan biopsikologi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ini terkait dengan arah hidup spiritual, pembentukan hati sebagai pusat pertimbangan moral, dan penyerahan diri sebagai respons terhadap anugerah. Dalam psikologi transpersonal, motivasi ini mencerminkan self-transcendence dan meaning-centered motivation. Dari sudut biopsikologi, prefrontal cortex berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan moral, sistem dopaminergik memperkuat sukacita rohani, dan sistem limbik menyimpan memori spiritual. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa spiritualitas melibatkan pengalaman batin sekaligus proses biologis yang mendukung pertumbuhan iman secara utuh.

This paper is designed to explore the relevance of covenant theology in the preaching of the gospel and its implications for the spiritual formation of the church. Covenant theology is a theology derived from the Bible. Covenant theology frames God's interaction with humans through the lens of covenant. The gospel affirms God's saving power. The proclamation of the gospel has vital urgency in the church. The intersection of covenant theology and the gospel is in the person of Jesus Christ and His perfect work of redemption. By understanding covenant theology in the preaching of the gospel, the congregation will understand the richness of God's promises centered on Jesus Christ. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, the author tries to pay attention to the relevance of covenant theology in the preaching of the gospel in the spiritual life of the congregation. The author asserts that the preaching of the gospel is very relevant to covenant theology because the meeting point of both is in the person and work of Jesus Christ. The relevance of covenant theology in the preaching of the gospel will have a positive and constructive impact on the spiritual development of the congregation. This paper offers a new perspective on the preaching of the gospel from the perspective of covenant theology to foster the spiritual life of the congregation.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara eksegetis dan teologis Efesus 1:7 dalam perspektif penebusan sebagai puncak teologi kovenan. Penebusan merupakan rencana keselamatan yang telah Allah rancang semenjak kekekalan bagi umat manusia. Penebusan ini dikerjakan secara sempurna melalui Yesus Kristus. Di satu sisi, teologi kovenan menggambarkan peran Yesus Kristus dalam ketaatanNya dan pengorbananNya untuk menyelamatkan umat manusia. Efesus 1:7 merupakan teks kunci dalam menegaskan puncak karya redemptif Allah di dalam Yesus Kristus. Melalui penebusan Yesus Kristus, dosa manusia diampuni dan hubungan manusia kembali harmonis dengan Allah. Penebusan Yesus Kristus juga memberikan keselamatan yang kekal bagi umat manusia. Selain itu, penebusan Yesus Kristus memberikan sebuah kuasa transformatif dalam kehidupan etis orang percaya. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penulis akan melakukan telaah eksegetis dan teologis Efesus 1:7 dalam hubungannya dengan teologi kovenan. Penulis menyatakan bahwa telaah eksegetis dan teologis Efesus 1:7 menegaskan penebusan Kristus sebagai puncak dari teologi kovenan. Tulisan ini menawarkan Efesus 1:7 sebagai titik kulminasi naratif dan teologis dari struktur kovenan Alkitab. Tulisan ini juga menawarkan sebuah dasar bahwa teologi kovenan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari Kristologi dimana penebusan dalam Kristus merupakan realisasi absolut dari janji kovenantal.

This article explores the dynamics of Christian religious education in the post-truth era and its relationship with the enhancement of digital intelligence from the perspective of Colossians 4:5. Christian religious education embodies the truth of God's Word. Such education is essential for students in this post-truth era. The post-truth era introduces a distortion of reality in society, degrading the value of truth by reducing it to personal taste without verifiable and accountable affirmation. Students are expected to possess digital intelligence in this post-truth era. Digital intelligence is cultivated through Christian religious education within the framework of Colossians 4:5. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach; this study investigates the enhancement of digital intelligence from the perspective of Colossians 4:5 through Christian education in the post-truth era. Colossians 4:5 provides an appropriate perspective to develop students' digital intelligence through Christian education to face the challenges of the post-truth era. AbstrakArtikel ini dibuat untuk menelusuri dinamika pendidikan agama Kristen di era pascakebenaran dan hubungannya dengan peningkatan kecerdasan digital dalam perspektif Kolose 4:5. Pendidikan agama Kristen merupakan pendidikan dengan nilai kebenaran Firman Tuhan. Pendidikan kristiani diperlukan oleh peserta didik di era pascakebenaran ini. Era pascakebenaran memberikan sebuah distorsi kebenaran dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Era pascakebenaran mendegradasi nilai kebenaran karena kebenaran hanyalah perkara selera perspektif personal tanpa adanya verifikasi dan affirmasi yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Peserta didik diharapkan memiliki kecerdasan digital dalam era pascakebenaran ini. Kecerdasan digital dibangun melalui pendidikan agama Kristen dalam perspektif Kolose 4:5. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini akan menelusuri peningkatan kecerdasan digital dalam perspektif Kolose 4:5 melalui pendidikan kristiani di era pascakebenaran ini. Kolose 4:5 merupakan perspektif yang tepat untuk membangun kecerdasan digital peserta didik melalui pendidikan kristiani untuk menghadapi era pascakebenaran ini.

This article is designed with the aim of tracing Esther's example in suing for justice in the face of power. Queen Esther's courage in the Book of Esther, especially her action against King Ahasuerus without an invitation, is a representation of courage against potential injustice. Queen Esther's courage was not blind courage but courage with wise strategy. This study looks at how Esther's actions have affected modern leadership and how courage and wisdom can serve as examples for Christian communities and leaders today. This study can inspire modern leadership to dare to declare an injustice lawsuit against the rulers. The research uses the method of religious research to respond to the injustice in the face of power that threatened the Jewish nation under the rule of King Ahasuerus. The results of this study show that fighting injustice must be accompanied by a wise strategy and trust in God's providence for the Jewish nation by returning to moral principles and values. This research contributes in the form of a theological reflection for Christian women to emulate Esther in facing injustice in Indonesia.
