This study aims to (1) find out the factors affecting Kampung Koto Kandis serve as the prohibition of fish holes and (2) to know the system of local wisdom implementation in the prohibition of fish in Kampung Koto Kandis.The method used in this research is the Mixed Method. Research Samples are taken as many as 15 people and 10 respondents.The result of this research is to find out (1) the factors that influence the area is used as the prohibition of the focus to two factors, namely: the first factor of Koto Kandis society that originated from the thinking, musyawarah, planning, supervision and community cooperation hence formed the fish. Second, the physical condition: Kapalo Banda River is the main river flow and is the first order river because it is not encountered by other river branches, the river flows following the slope of the rock layer, and the topography of the area around the river is dominated by a flat slope.2) The system of local wisdom of fish prohibition in Kampung Koto Kandis accepted and formed in 2007 by people Koto Kandis, people just believe, then provide peace, and food for the fish so that the fish are used to life and do not feel disturbed. it is intended that no people take fish, but in fact this does not use any mystical element.

This research was purposed to find out: 1) Range of land coverage, 2) Trends of land conversion, and 3) Compatibility between land coverage and RTRW unit. Method used in this research was descriptive quantitative. Data in this research was Landsat TM7 satellite images recorded in 2007 and 2012, and OLI/TIRS8 satellite images recorded in 2017, and data analysis techniques were pans sharpening, supervised classification, overlay, and scoring. Research finding shows that: 1) developed area in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 642 ha, 1011 ha, and 1472 ha; forest area in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 2301 ha, 2134 ha, and 2025 ha; mixed-farm area in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 114 ha, 181 ha, and 277 ha naked land in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 83 ha, 89 ha, and 95 ha; rice field in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 2351 ha, 2283 ha, and 1965; bushes in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 693 ha, 488 ha, and 402 ha. From precision test of images, it was obtained overall accuracy of 86.72%, and kappa coefficient value was 0.8192%. 2) Trend of land conversion from 2007 to 2012 was developed area addition of 495 ha, and trend of land conversion from 2012 to 2017 was developed area addition of 461 ha. 3) Overlay compatibility of land coverage and RTRW unit shows that 73.20% compatible and 26.80% incompatible.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan karakteristik pulau-pulau kecil di Kota Pariaman dan 2) mengetahui potensi wisata pantai pulau kecil di Kota Pariaman Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan data secara observasi dan dokumentasi. Metode deskriptif dilakukan untuk menjelaskan karakteristik pulau-pulau kecil di kota pariaman. Sampel diambil berdasarkan populasi yaitu Pulau Kasiak, Pulau Angso Duo, Pulau Tangah dan Pulau Ujung . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) karakteristik pulau-pulau kecil di Kota Pariaman yaitu: (a) Kecerahan perairan di Pulau-pulau kecil Kota Pariaman Pulau Kasiak 10 m, pulau Angso Duo 5 m, Pulau Tangah 15 dan Pulau Ujung 25 m. (b) Kecepatan arus di pulau-pulau kecil Kota Pariaman yaitu pulau kasiak 8,96 m/dt, pulau angso duo 8,12 m/dt, Pulau Tangah 12,75 m/dt dan pulau Ujung 16,85 m/dt. (c) Gelombang di Pulau-pulau kecil Kota Pariaman ketika pasang ± 60 cm dan musim surut 84 cm. (d) Suhu di Pulau pulau-pulau kecil Kota Pariaman 27-320C. (e)Tutupan lahan di Pulau: bangunan, kelapa, hutan, semak belukar (f) Sarana dan prasaran: pulau kasiak: gapura, pos jaga, jalan setapak, Pulau Angso Duo pondok wisata, kuburan panjang, mushalla, sumur, jalan setapak, wc, Pulau Tangah tempat berkemping, mata air / sumur pulau ujung tidak sarana dan prasarananya. (g) Aksesibilitasnya yaitu mengunakan boad. 2) Potensi wisata pulau yang ada di pulau kecil yaitu seperti: menyaksikan penangkaran penyu, kemping, memancing dan menyelam. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang analisis kerentanan sosial ekonomi masyarakat petani sawit di kecamatan sungai aur kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif.Jumlah populasi adalah semua petani sawit yang ada di 22 jorong di kecamatan sungai aur. Dalam penelitian ini Pendekatan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin (Bambang Prasetyo, 2006) dalam Yudi Antoni 2016 dengan perhitungan sampel berjumlah 99 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan menggunakan data sekunder dari pemerintahan Nagari Batu Basa.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik scoring. Hasil penelitian menemukan : (1) Tingkat kerentanan sosial petani sawit di kecamatan sungai aur dalam kategori sangat rentan (nilai >11) yaitu terdapat pada 8 jorong, kategori agak rentan (nilai 4-11) terdapat 7 jorong dan kategori tidak rentan (Nilai <4) terdapat 7 jorong (2) Tingkat kerentanan ekonomi petani sawit di kecamatan sungai aur kategori sangat rentan (nilai >11 ) yaitu terdapat pada 8 jorong, kategori agak rentan (nilai 4-11) terdapat 7 jorong dan kategori tidak rentan (Nilai <4) terdapat 7 jorong (3) Tingkat kerentanan perkebunan petani sawit di kecamatan sungai aur yang kategorikan sangat rentan (nilai >6) yaitu terdapat pada 9 jorong, kategori agak rentan (nilai 3-6) terdapat 5 jorong dan kategorikan tidak rentan (Nilai <3) terdapat 8 jorong.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui luas perubahan penggunaan lahan di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat tahun 2005-2015 2) Mengetahui konstribusi sektor pertanian pada Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Pasaman Barat tahun 2005-2015 3) serta menganalisis keterkaitan antara luas penggunaan lahan pertanian terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat tahun 2005-2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data skunder, cara pengambilan data dengan dokumentasi yaitu peneliti memperoleh data yang tersedia dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Badan Perencanan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Luas lahan pertanian yang ada di Kabupaten Pasaman Barat tahun 2005-2015 mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan dari tahun 2005-2015, luas lahan pertanian sebesar 115.883 Ha dan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 205.193 Ha, pertumbuhan luas lahan pertanian sebenyak 89,31 Ha atau 77,06%. (2) Konstribusi sektor pertanian terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Pasaman Barat setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan signifikan, dari tahun 2005-2015 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 5,39%. (3) terdapat keterkaitan yang positif dan signifikan antara luas lahan pertanian terdahap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Kabupaten Pasaman Barat sektor pertanian, artinya semakin luas lahan pertanian maka Produk Domestik Regional Bruto sektor pertanian akan mengalami peningkatan, jika lahan pertanian bertambah 1 Ha maka Produk Domestik Regional Bruto sektor pertanian akan bertambah sebesar Rp 2.561 Juta atau dengan korelasional 2,73%, nilai thitung sebesar 1.061 dan nilai ttabel1,56 Abstract The aim of this study: 1) to know the extent of land use change in West Pasaman Regency 2005-2015 2) Knowing the contribution of agriculture sector in Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pasaman Barat Regency in 2005-2015 3) and analyze the relation between the wide of agricultural land use to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of agriculture sector in West Pasaman Regency 2005-2015. This research is quantitative descriptive, date which is secondary date, way of taking data with document that is researcher get available data from Central Bureau of Statistic and Regional Planning Board (BAPPEDA) Pasaman Barat Regency, analysis of data used is simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The area of agricultural land in West Pasaman Regency 2005-2015 has increased significantly from 2005-2015, agricultural land area of 115,883 hectares and an increase of 205,193 heactares, the growth of agricultural land area is 89,31 Hectares or 77,06%. (2) The contribution of the agricultural sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pasaman Barat Regency every year has increased significantly from 2005-2015 there was an increase of 539.30%. (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between the area of agricultural land gradually Gross Regional Domestic Product of Pasaman Barat Regency in agriculture sector, meaning that the larger agricultural land, the Gross Domestic Product of the agricultural sector will increase if the agricultural land increased by 1 ha, the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the agricultural sector will increase by Rp 2,561 million or by correlation 2.73%, the tcount of 1,061 and the value of t table 1 , 56

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan mata pencaharian dan tingkat pendapatan kepala rumah tangga nelayan tangkap sebelum dan pasca langkanya fauna endemik rinuak (rosterang ryroania) (Sebelum dan pasca November 2016). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah kepala rumah tangga nelayan tangkap dan sampel responden yaitu total sampling dengan sampel wilayah dibatasi menjadi 3 jorong sehingga berjumlah 70 orang.. Penelitian menemukan : (1) Profil kepala rumah tangga nelayan tangkap terbanyak berdasarkan umur yaitu 45-49 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan yaitu SD sampai akademi dan yang tebanyak adalah SD. (2) Sebahagian besar mata pencaharian nelayan tangkap setelah langkanya fauna endemik rinuak (rosterang ryroania) mengalami perubahan pada umumnya yaitu sebagai petani , buruh keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) dan yang bertahan sekitar 20%. (3) Pendapatan pokok nelayan tangkap pasca langkanya fauna endemik rinuak (rosterang ryroania) mengalami penurunan dari rata-rata sebelumnya Rp.2.560.000 menjadi Rp.1.700.000. Abstrack This study aims to look at changes in livelihoods and income levels of capturing fishermen's household heads before and after the scarcity of endemic rinuak fauna (rosterang ryroania) (before and after november 2016). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The study population was the head of the capture fishermen's household and the sample of respondents, namely the total sampling with a sample area restricted to 3 jorong so that there were 70 people. The study found: (1) Profile of the most capture fishermen household heads based on age, namely 45-49 years. The level of education is elementary school to academy and the most elementary school. (2) Most of the livelihoods of fishermen caught after the rare fauna endemic rinuak (rosterang ryroania) experienced changes in general, namely as farmers, the floating cage labored (KJA) and who survived around 20%. (3) The main income of fishermen catches after the scarcity of endemic fauna (rosterang ryroania) has decreased from the previous average of Rp. 2,560,000 to Rp. 1,700,000.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) distribusi keruangan perolehan suara pasangan calon kepala daerah Kabupaten Solok Selatan tahun 2015, 2) faktor sosiologis pemilih pada pemilihan kepala daerah Kabupaten Solok Selatan tahun 2015. Penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode dalam penelitian dengan mixed methods. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Solok Selatan dengan populasi sebanyak 76.800 pemilih dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pemilih. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, 1) terdapat segresi distribusi suara dimana pasangan H. Muzni Zakaria dan H. Abdur Rahman menguasai Kabupaten Solok Selatan di bagian Barat sedangkan pasangan H. Khairunnas dan Edi Susanto menguasai Kabupaten Solok Selatan dibagian Timur, 2) Faktor sosiologis pemilih seperti agama tidak menjadi pertimbangan pemilih didalam menentukan hak politiknya sedangan faktor sosiologis pemilih seperti umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, suku dan tingkat pendapatan pemilih ditemukan menjadi pertimbangan pemilih didalam menentukan pilihan politiknya. Kata kunci : geografi politik, pemilihan kepala daerah, distribusi keruangan, faktor sosiologis pemilih ABSTRACT This study aims to determine 1) spatial distribution of votes for the candidate pairs of South Solok Regency regional heads in 2015, 2) sociological factors of voters in the election of regional heads of South Solok Regency in 2015. This research was a qualitative descriptive type. Methods in research with mixed methods. This research was conducted in South Solok Regency with a population of 76,800 voters with a sample of 100 voters. The study sample used the Slovin formula. The results showed, 1) there was a segregation of the sound distribution where the couple H. Muzni Zakaria and H. Abdur Rahman controlled South Solok Regency in the West while H. Khairunnas and Edi Susanto pair controlled the South Solok Regency in the East, 2) Sociological factors of voters such as religion is not considered by the voters in determining their political rights while the sociological factors of voters such as age, sex, education, occupation, ethnicity and voter income level are found to be considered by voters in determining their political choices. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui luas lahan padi sawah yang dikonversi menjadi perkebunan kelapa sawit dan pendapatan hasil panen kelapa sawit hasil konversi dari lahan padi sawah petani di Nagari Ketaping tahun 2005-2015. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional random sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 30 orang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis induktif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Luas penggunaan lahan pertanian padi sawah di Nagari Ketaping menyusut sebanyak 2345 Ha (88,55%) pada tahun 2015 dibandingkan kondisi tahun 2005. (2) Pendapatan panen petani kelapa sawit di Kenagarian Ketaping adalah Rp 19.980.000/Ha/tahun. Dari analisis di atas terdapat perbedaan antara pendapatan petani padi dan petani kelapa sawit, dimana penghasilan yang didapatkan petani padi adalah Rp 8.482.150/Ha/ tahun. Kata Kunci: dampak, konversi lahan, kelapa sawit ABSTRACT This research aims to know the land area of rice fields which has baen converted to Palm oil plantations and the income of oil palm fields as the results of tthose conversion of land for rice farmers in the Nagari Ketaping betwaen 2005-2015. The technique of sampling, is proportional random sampling, the number of sample in this research are 30 peoples. This type of research using quantitative descriptive method using inductive analysis. The results showed that: (1) Extensive use of rice farmland shrunk as much as 2345 Ha (88.55%) in Nagari Ketaping by the year 2015 compared to the condition of the year 2005. (2) Harvest oil palm farmers income in Kenagarian Ketaping is Rp 19.980.000/Ha/year. From the above analysis, there is a difference between the income of the farmers of rice and palm oil farmers, where rice farmers obtained Rp 8.482.150/Ha/year. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) dampak PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi terhadap ekonomi di Kecamatan Pahae Julu, (2) untuk mengetahui dampak PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi terhadap lingkungan (pencemaran air) di Kecamatan Pahae Julu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Daerah Aliran Sungai Batang Toru dan masyarakat Kecamatan Pahae Julu dari 19 desa yang berjumlah 12.343 jiwa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) ada dampak positif dari keberadaan PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi terhadap ekonomi masyarakat seperti di bidang pekerjaan masyarakat memiliki peluang menambah penghasilan seperti membuka warung, rumah makan, kontrakan/kos-kosan, jual jasa sopir dan laundry sehingga dengan ini pendapatan masyarakat meningkat, 2) berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai lingkungan (pencemaran air) yang dilakukan dengan uji laboratorium, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air Sungai Batang Toru yang ada di sekitar PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Panas Bumi tergolong tercemar dengan parameter yang diuji yaitu pH, BOD, DO, Posfat dan COD dan Nitrat tergolong tidak tercemar. Kata Kunci : Dampak Ekonomi, Dampak Lingkungan ABSTRAC This study aims to determine (1) the impact of PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal on the economy in Sub Pahae Julu, (2) to know the impact of PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal on the environment (water pollution) in District Pahae Julu. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods.This study uses primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is the Watershed District of Batang Toru and Pahae Julu community of 19 villages totaling12 343 inhabitants.The research was conducted by survey and interview. The results showed that 1) there is a positive impact of the presence of PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal towards economic communities such as in the field of community work have the opportunity to increase revenue such as small store, restaurants, rent/boarding houses, selling services of a driver and laundry so that these people's income increases, 2) based on the results of research on the environment (water pollution) conducted by a laboratory test, the results showed that the waters of the Batang Toru around PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) Geothermal classified as contaminated with the parameters tested, namely pH, BOD, DO, Phosphate and Nitrate COD and relatively uncontaminated. ABSTRACT The study aims to determine the magnitude of employment and GRDP in the city of Padang, the level of elasticity of employment in each sector as well as the leading economic sectors of the Padang City region in 2010-2013 and 2014-2017. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data analysis is an analysis of the growth of employment, the level of labor elasticity and analysis of Location Quotient and Shift Share. The results of the study show that: (1) The amount of employment in the City of Padang in 2010-2013 were 16,65% and years 2014-2017 were 4,40% and growth of PDRB Padang in 2010-2013 were 8,33% and years 2014-2017 were 5,95%, (2) The level of elasticity of employment in Padang in 2010-2017 is inelastic , and (3) The leading sectors of the economy of the Padang City region in 2010-2013 and 2014-2017, the highest percentage of economic growth is the construction sector and the lowest is the processing industry.
