Abstract

This study aims to determina the characteristics of the slums of the city of Bukittnggi. The method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive method. The results showed the following: 1. Characteristics of the building: a) the state of building there are 2 RTs not conforming to the technical requirements. b) construction density 5 RTs have a high construction density. c) the distance between the building is 1.5 to 2 meters. 2. Characterstics of the installations and infrastrictures: a) condition of the roads, there are 13 RTs inadequate. b) The condition of clean water infrastructure there are 7 inadequate RTs. c) the MCK condition that 4 RTs do not comply with the technical requirements. d) the state of the waste is 5 RTs which are not maintained. e) inadequate drainage conditions 8 RTs. 3. Social characteristics: a) the population density is 3 RTs with level. b) income level there are 10 low-income RTs households. Then obtained soft slum levels in 26 RTs and 10 RTs with a moderate level.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to calculate and simulate the development of economic values of each type of land use, the level of pollution and analyze the level of socio-economic vulnerability of the nagari community. This study reveals that from the type of land use that shows economic development and a high level of damage is the use of floating net cages (FNC). FNC economic growth in 2014 reached 1.5 trillion rupiah. Judging from the level of socio-economic vulnerability of the nagari community in the Lake Maninjau Region (LMR) it was found that the nagari included as vulnerable were Nagari Tanjung sani, Nagari Sungai Batang, Nagari Bayur, Nagari Koto Malintang and Nagari Maninjau. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain (1) an overview of the potential determination parameters, (2) the potential area to become locations , and (3) evaluate the existence of an existing Bank Nagari ATM. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique uses the scoring method to determine the distribution patterns and evaluation of the existing ATMs. Data processing used by Geographic Information Systems and Nearest Neighbor Analysis. The results of the study (1) there are that parameters are determination of the potential location of Bank Nagari ATMs in Padang City is, land use, positive accessibility, regularity of settlements, existing ATMs and crime rates. (2) Potential locations of Bank Nagari ATMs in the city of Padang can be classified based on three categories, namely potential I (high) with a value of 21-34 percentage of the area 0.22%. Potential II (moderate) is at a value of 6-20 percentage of the region 20,51%. And for potential III (low) is at a value of (-9) -5 with a regional percentage of 79,26%. And the pattern of ATM location distribution in the study area is included in the clustured pattern with an T index value of 0.72. (3) Evaluation of the decrease in ATM locations there are three classifications, a high decrease with a value of 3-66, a moderate decrease with a value of 67-130, and a low decrease with a value of 68-194.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan penggunaan lahan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan analisis regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai korelasi yang menunjukan bahwa penggunaan lahan mempengaruhi PDRB adalah nilai tingkat tinggi dan sedang. Di Kota Padang Panjang, pertambahan penggunaan lahan lahan pemukiman dan lahan peruntukan transportasi membuat sektor penyumbang PDRB tertinggi adalah sektor pengangkutan dan transportasi. Sedangkan, di Kota Bukittinggi pertambahan penggunaan lahan pemukiman, industri, dan jasa-jasa lainnya membuat sektor penyumbang PDRB tertinggi adalah sektor perdagangan, hotel, dan restoran

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of agglomeration and economic growth in regional income inequality in Padang Pariaman in 2015-2019 in the agriculture, industry and tourism sectors. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and data collection techniques with secondary data analysis. The results showed that inequality in agriculture, industry and tourism always increased. This can be seen in the tourism sector with an amount of -0.95 or -0.0095% in 2019 and 2015 with an amount of -0.69 or -0.0069%. In the agricultural sector with a total of -0.93 or -0.0093% and while the industrial sector with an amount of -0.90 or -0.009% from year 2015-2019. The results of economic growth in the agriculture, industry and tourism sectors experienced high growth. The highest amount in 2015, which was 5.73 or 0.005% and in 2019 decrease by an amount of -90,89 or -0,908%. The results of agglomeration in the agriculture, industry and tourism sectors, namely in the tourism sector in 2015 amounting to 0.31 or 0.003%, in 2019 decreased by an amount of 0.05 or 0.005%. In the agricultural sector has an amount of 0.07 or 0.007% and the industrial sector has an amount of 0.10 or 0.01% in 2015-2019.

Abstract

This pupose of this study is to identify: (1) The service area of Bandar Buat Market, (2) The driving factors of buyers buy in Bandar Buat Market, (3) The origin of the supply of primary items sold at the Bandar Buat Market, and the availability of primary items sold in the Bandar Buat Market. The method of research is quantitative descriptive. Many of 45 buyers and 38 sellers in Bandar Buat Market using incidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done using questioner and interview guides. The research found: (1) The range of the market service includes 3 densities, which are Kecamatan Lubuk Kkilangan, Kecamatan Pauh, Kecamatam Lubuk Begalung with the farthest sample point of 5 km or further than the theoretical radius of service which is 3.5 km. (2) The factor that most encourages costumers to visit Bandar Buat Market is that they have access to 67%, the second faktor is completeness of goods (45%), the third is the quality of the goods (37%), the fourth is the price (31%), and the last is the type of the goods (20%). (3) the origin of the supplay of staple goods sold at the Bandar Buat Market originating from West Sumatera Province, especially in Padang. the availability of primary goods sold at Bandar Buat Market is sufficient to meet the daily needs of buyers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Posisi tanah ulayat di nagari Supayang Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kabupaten Solok. (2) Membuat peta perubahan luas tanah ulayat yang sudah terjual dan belum terjual. (3) Faktor-faktor peyebab terjualnya tanah ulayat. Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan menjadi penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara untuk menggali informasi mengenai posisi tanah ulayat nagari, batas-batas tanah ulayat nagari yang terjual dan faktor-faktor penyebab terjualnya tanah ulayat di nagari Supayang Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kabupaten Solok. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu : (1) Posisi tanah ulayat di nagari Supayang Kecamatan Payung Sekaki Kabupaten Solok adalah sama halnya dengan posisi tanah ulayat diseluruh wilayah Minangkabau yakni dimiliki bersama oleh anggota kaum atau suku.tanah ulayat tidak boleh diperjualbelikan, hanya boleh digadai apabila suku atau kaum tersebut sedang berada dalam kondisi : a.maiak tabujua diateh rumah, b. rumah gadang katirisan, c. gadih rando indak balaki, dan d. mambangkik batang tarandam. (2) Batas tanah ulayat yang terjual adalah tanah milik Dt. Lompong sati dari suku Caniagodi arah utara seluas 142 Ha dan Dt. Rangsang baduri dari suku Malayu disebelah selatan dengan luas 232 Ha. (3) Faktor-faktor penyebab terjualnya tanah ulayat adalah : a. adanya kesempatan akibat dorongan ekonomi, b. faktor lokasi, dan c. faktor pendidikan masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Memetaakan pola persebaran industri kerajinan tenun songket di Kota Sawahlunto, (2) Mendeskripsikan tentang profil industri kerajinan tenun songket dilihat dari skala ekonomi di Kota Sawahlunto. Metode penelitiannya adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian seluruh industri kerajinan tenun songket di Kota Sawahlunto tahun 2017. Bahan yang digunakan adalah peta administrasi dan data mengenai industri kerajinan tenun songket di Kota Sawahlunto. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan dari lapangan serta data sekunder dari dinas perindustrian Kota Sawahlunto. Teknik analisa data yang dipakai adalah dengan teknik rendom sampling, regresi linear bereganda- Cobb Douglass, dan analisis tetangga terdekat. Hasil penelitian itu memperhatikan: (1) Pola persebaran industri kerajina tenun songket di Kota Sawahlunto memiliki pola mengelompok atau clustered (2) Profil industri kerajinan tenun di Kota Sawahlunto dilihat berdasarkan skala ekonomi berada pada Decreasing Returns to Scale – DRS sedangkan sifat produksinya adalah bersifat padat modal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine :1) Climate classification in Tanah Datar Regency according to Schmidt and Ferguson systems 2) The suitability of each type of climate to the growth of robusta coffee plants. This type of research is classified as quantitative research aimed at finding the relationship between each variable so as to produce new information by revealing or describing something that already exists or is currently ongoing. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the BMKG Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency and the Tanah Datar Central Statistics Agency. The results of this study indicate that the climate type of Tanah Datar Regency based on the 2015-2019 rainfall in each rain post according to the affordability of the Batipuh rain station is included in very wet climate types and other rain posts are included in the wet climate type. Tanah District is included in a suitable area for coffee plant growth because it is supported by weather elements such as rainfall, air humidity, air temperature, and altitude., With an area that is included in the very suitable category of 34%, the appropriate category is 42%, and for quite suitable category 25%

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify changes in the area of ​​public and private green open space in Jambi City and to identify the factors that influence changes in the area of ​​green open space. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research was conducted in Jambi City, and was conducted from June to September 2020. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation and documentation. Data amalisis technique is obtained through spatial and descriptive analysis. The results showed that: (1) In the 2015-2019 period, the area of ​​public Green Open Space (RTH) in Jambi City decreased, which decreased by 2,223.23 hectares from the original 2015 amounting to 10,167.67 hectares to 7,937.44 hectares in 2019 and the area of ​​private green open space in 2015 has increased from an area of ​​6,983.74 hectares to 9,206.97 hectares in 2019; (2) the factors that influence the change in the area of ​​public green open space are health facilities, educational facilities, and economic facilities, while the factor affecting the change in the area of ​​private green open space is population density.
