Abstract

Management of purchase of raw materials is a very important activity in the PT. INDOCHITO International for supporting the availability of raw materials in the production of PT. INDOCHITO International. Calculation error occurred, the problems in the reporting process, recaps mistakes and the absence of evidence of storage media - evidence of transactions, they often occur in the PT. INDOCHITO International Sidoarjo. To solve the above problems, the storage medium, recording purchases and reporting processes used to a computerized system. To meet these needs has to be developed raw material purchase management application at PT. INDOCHITO International. Abstract

As more and more areas implement information technology in the field of e-government, evaluation of its effectiveness is an increasingly important topic for practitioners and researchers. After an information system enters the implementation phase in the life cycle of information system development, it is necessary to conduct post-implementation review. Pamekasan District Government website is part of internet-based information technology services managed by KOMINFO Pamekasan District. Since the website published by the government has never conducted an analysis of the success of information systems to the Pamekasan District Government Website. Based on the results of research on success analysis Pamekasan District Government website based on DeLone and McLean model that has been done and resulted in two drop between variables. The first, indicates that the quality of information available on the website of the Government of Pamekasan Regency is good enough to affect user satisfaction. And the second, indicating that some of the respondents said the website is good and comfortable to use so that users feel comfortable to access it again.

Abstract

The institution of SMAS Al-Multazam Mojokerto is an educational institution located in Islamic Education Foundation naunagan Al-Multazam housed in Kepuhanyar Highway No. 24 subdistrict of Mojokerto Mojoanyar. SMAS Al-Multazam in improving service quality of academic, SMAS Al-Multazam issued policies do the migration from manual process becomes a process of tersistem with good match from one of Al-Multazam SMAS mission. The issues facing the SMAS Al-Multazam currently include first, the determination of class time takes a long time because it takes seven days to correct the problem with the entry value. Second, in doing scheduling subjects, often happens to crash on a schedule created. Third, the hardcopy form presence form the crash prone, missing data, error and need a recap of additional fees for doubling documents presensi form. Fourthly, the assessment process be longer when the eleventh semester activities will be performed. Based on some of the problems above, Al-Multazam SMAS requires the presence of the analysis and the design of the academic information system that can do the process of determining the class presensi, data storage, scheduling subjects and calculation value as well as making the report. Academic information system design is done using the stages of the SDLC waterfall method. Analysis and design of information systems academic at Al-Multazam SMAS will produce the document specification of Software Requirements (SKPL) and document design and software architecture (DAPL). The document can be used as the basis for the development of academic information systems.

Abstract

With the increasing number of debtors who do credit activity, PT Bank BTN experiencing credit constraints in the monitoring activities of the debtor. Currently the monitoring conducted not as desired management. This was due to the system monitoring company could not monitor the number of debtors who are in arrears per the desired period.From these problems PT Bank BTN requires a monitoring system that can produce an information in accordance with the desired period, then be made application performance monitoring debtors collectability. This monitoring system requires a three indicators as a reference for the evaluation of the NPL and delinquent debtors.This application is able to produce the monitoring report delinquent debtors, and the monitoring report of non-performing loans that can be used to provide an alternative decision-making on the management of PT Bank BTN. Keyword : Monitoring, Application, Overdue debtors.Dengan semakin banyaknya debitur yang melakukan aktivitas kredit, maka PT Bank BTN mengalami kendala dalam memonitor aktivitas kredit debitur. Saat ini monitoring yang dilakukan belum sesuai yang diinginkan pihak manajemen. Hal ini disebabkan karena sistem monitoring perusahaan belum dapat memonitor jumlah debitur yang menunggak per periode yang diinginkan.Dari permasalahan tersebut PT Bank BTN membutuhkan sistem monitoring yang bisa manghasilkan informasi sesuai periode yang diinginkan, maka dibuatlah aplikasi monitoring kinerja kolektabilitas debitur. Sistem monitoring ini membutuhkan tiga indikator sebagai acuan untuk evaluasi npl dan debitur menunggak.Aplikasi ini mampu menghasilkan laporan monitoring debitur menunggak, dan laporan monitoring non-performing loan yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan alternative pengambilan keputusan pada manajemen PT Bank BTN. Kata Kunci : Monitoring, Aplikasi, debitur menunggak

Abstract

PT. Bahtera Global Solutions is a company engaged in the provision of services and sales of IT products. IT products in the form of audio-visual products, computer, network solutions, security products, software telecommunications products and other office supplies. Marketing is one of the main factors that could affect the interests of the customer. Good marketing system and on target, may increase the purchasing power of customers and customer loyalty to the company. Thus it can increase profits for the company. Currently, the company still has obstacles in the marketing process is the lack of information regarding the products of the company making the customer trouble knowing what products are sold by the company. The company also difficult to know what products are needed promotions regularly, goods and services are most desirable, what are the needs of each customer, and promotions such as what is required of each customer. Of the above problems, the company wants to increase its marketing system. Marketing information system based 4p ie, place, price, promotion, and product marketing are needed to address the problems that occur in the company. The early stages of the design of information systems in the form of information system design can be used as a cornerstone in building a marketing information system.

Abstract

SICYCA is the main website as media appreciation STIKOM Surabaya, the fact that not all SICYCA are used with maximum facilities by students. To know the success rate of a technology implementation, how high the student acceptance rate of SICYCA. The model used by researchers is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology ( UTAUT ). The instrument in this study was used questioner. The writer spread the questioner to students in STIKOM Surabaya in academic year 2010-2013 in every major at STIKOM Surabaya. The writer used 200 students as the sample in this study. The research design was used Stratified Random Sampling method which was focused on separated the elements group of words in STIKOM Surabaya. Descriptive analysis, validity analysis, and reliability was used SPSS 16 software. Data analysis was used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and use AMOS 22 software to analysis the structural. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: 1) performance expectancy has an positive effect to intentions of using SICYCA. 2) effort expectancy has an positive effect to the intentions of using the SICYCA. 3) social influence do not positive effect significantly to the intention of using the SICYCA. 4) facilitating conditions do not have an positive effect to the SICYCA utilizing. 5) behavioral intention has an positive effect to the use of behavioral SICYCA.

Abstract

Logistic department is one department at PT . Rukina Sukses Abadi that supports the company's operations by managing the spare parts ship and one of the outputs of this department is reporting procurement of spare parts . As part of the logistic department late in making statements procurement of spare parts and long reports to the purchasing section , it can hinder the performance of the ship because the ship will wait for a new spare part is needed , so the company could suffer losses owing to ships that do not work.Based on these issues , then the author made application workflow reporting the use of spare parts web-based, in this system there is a list of input request , form input data usage and features of data management usage and online demand spare parts can be giving notifications when usage and the demand for spare parts , so as to overcome the problem of the length of an agreement that could hamper the activities of dredgers.Conclusion The results of trials that have been conducted , application usage reporting workflow spare parts can perform user management and request spare parts directly when the ship parts to wear or ask for spare parts , and is able to generate reports when the procurement of spare parts as well.

Abstract

SMK Ketintang Surabaya is one of the private SMK located on Jalan Ketintang 147-151 Surabaya. Every year SMK Ketintang opens registration for prospective new students. The process is carried out with new students or parents of new students coming directly to the SMK and filling out the registration form. The process resulted in the accumulation of registrants, the process of checking prospective students' data and payments tended to be slow, there was a discrepancy of data written in the registration form with those recapitulated by the PPDB committee, archives in physical form that were prone to data loss and damage, the work of the committee piled up causing late confirmation to the principal and the slow process of announcing the admission of new students. The solution that will be made is, an application for developing rules driven workflow management system for new website based student admissions. This application has features such as file checking, recording, reporting, archiving, and announcements to speed up the process of accepting new students. With this application made helps improve the performance of those who handle the registration process. This application also helps in archiving documents that are converted into data. The acceptance of new learners is also easier in managing student data and making reports. The results of the trial application for the development of rules driven workflow management system on the acceptance of new students of the Surabaya-based SMK Ketintang website were able to assist in the management and archiving of new student registration data and the ease of distributing related documents for immediate approval.

Abstract

The attendance of employees at the company is one of the important factors considered by the company, from the attendance data can be seen employees attendance level such as how often an employee is late for work, how often the employee's consent, or even alpha. However, the process of managing existing attendance in the representative office of SKK Migas Surabaya has several problems, such as the absence of data delay and does not relate processes such as employee absence permit, leave, and service in the process of managing employee attendance. With this application can help offices SKK Migas Surabaya manage employee attendance, prevent data loss in the absence of the permitting process, and provide authorization in stages in the process of application for permission, leave, and overtime
