Abstract

PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia, which is engaged in selling women's products such as clothes, pants, skirts, bags, watches, wallets, and mukenah does not yet have a Sales Evaluation Information System. From the results of the interview, it was found several problems such as the company so far only produced information limited to sales recapitulations obtained from copies of sales notes. The results of the recording have not been able to produce sufficient information for managers in evaluating sales in each branch. Because the information that can be obtained is limited to information on the number of items sold each period. Not being able to know which items are selling best, or information on turnover of items that have the highest sales speed. If the information generated is more detailed, it will help managers in making sales target decisions. And so far, the company also does not have a procedure to set and monitor the achievement of sales targets. This makes it difficult for PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia to be motivated to make sales achievements because the information generated is not satisfactory. The solution to solve this problem is to create a Website-Based Sales Evaluation Information System at PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia, which is able to produce sales information, sales turnover information, inventory information, and sales target information. Second, being able to determine sales targets by using the sell-through method which is used to calculate the percentage of sales speed of each item and using the top down method as a parameter to determine the sales target of the manager. Based on the results of blackbox testing and evaluation of excel calculations with the calculation of the sales evaluation information system that has been carried out, it shows that the Website-Based Sales Evaluation Information System at PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia can carry out the sales process validly, can perform the sales turnover calculation process using the sell-through method with valid, and the calculation process of determining sales targets using the top down method with valid. So that it can make it easier for managers to monitor sales and monitor sales targets in each branch.

Abstract

The process of majors that occur at this time the school is sorting the value of students by eliminating students according to the interests that students have chosen, then the result of the grouping will be compared again with the number of UN are sorted from highest to lowest UN value and will be compared with TPA value and psychotest result. The result of the sorting is the highest value of TPA, interest majors choosing IPA, the number of the highest value of the UN will enter the SCIENCE department in accordance with the remaining IPA class quota will go to the Department of IPS. The student majors have several problems, one of them, it takes 2 weeks to sort the students  grades so that they can exceed the date limit set by the school. Based on the problems, SMA GIKI 2 Surabaya need an application that can support in the process of student classes are timely and accurate using the Simple Additive Weighting method. Based on existing solutions, it will generate a website based student program that can help the BK section manage the data, perform student majors, and report generation.

Abstract

With the increasing number of gadgets and other online media, it is possible for consumers to provide reviews of services in the form of comments and opinions. In Appgrooves only assess by rating, but sometimes the rating is not enough to show consumers' responses to the services they get. From these problems, sentiment analysis is needed to classify user reviews based on positive and negative sentiments. In this study using the K-Nearest Neighbor method to classify negative and positive reviews. The reason for using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is because the level of accuracy is good and effective when used on training data which is large and contains information that is less or not meaningful (noisy). Based on the validity test using 10-Fold Cross Validation, the accuracy for Hotels.com is 94.55%, for Booking.com is 87.58%, and for Agoda.com is 98.83%.

Abstract

Firstudio is a startup that is engaged in the music field. Firstudio is engaged in music by providing online studio booking facilities and online teacher searches. From identifying and interviewing the community, instructors, students to the online search process for teachers. The difficulty in finding instructors for music lessons is a major problem that occurs in the community. By using the teacher's matching profile method and students can choose the criteria according to their wishes. In addition students can also directly choose instructors who have been recommended based on criteria. Of the several porblems that have been described, the solution given is the presence of a teacher search application with matching profile method. With this application, it is expected to make it easier for students to find instructors who are in accordance with the required criteria.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan kali ini adalah untuk mendukung mitra dalam rangka memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapinya. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mitra tersebut maka kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan mempersiapkan sebuah aplikasi yang menerapkan konsep Urun Daya Berbasis Internet (crowdsourcing) untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan sumber daya bahan baku pada UKM Batik Sidoarjo dan UKM Mekar Sari. Untuk selanjutnya mitra didampingi saat menerapkan aplikasi tersebut dalam sebuah kegiatan pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mitra untuk mengelola sumber daya bahan bakunya serta dapat mengatasi permasalahan mitra dalam hal pemenuhan sumber daya bahan bakunya. Rangkaian kegiatan pelatihan dan implementasi hasil pelatihan ini berlangsung sekitar 6 bulan (Juli-Desember 2019). Kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen sebagai peneliti dengan kepakaran yang terkait dan juga mahasiswa sebagai asisten pelatihan. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari aktifitas ini adalah berupa modul-modul pelatihan, publikasi ilmiah laporan hasil kegiatan dan hak cipta atas produk yang telah dihasilkan.Kata kunci: Urun Daya; Bahan Baku; Penerapan Aplikasi.AbstractThe Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to support partners in order to provide solutions to the problems they face. To meet the needs of these partners, the activity carried out is to prepare an application that applies the concept of crowdsourcing to meet the needs of raw material resources in Batik Sidoarjo UKM and Mekar Sari UKM. Furthermore, partners are accompanied when implementing the application in a training activity. Based on the results of the questionnaire, this training can improve partners 'ability to manage their raw material resources and can overcome partners' problems in terms of meeting their raw material resources. The series of training activities and implementation of the training results took place around 6 months (July-December 2019). This activity involves lecturers as researchers with related expertise and also students as training assistants. Outputs generated from these activities are training modules, scientific publications on activity reports and copyright on products that have been produced.Keywords: Crowdsourcing; Raw Material; Application Implementing.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak kemungkinan kombinasi jalur distribusi barang melalui darat yangdapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya perjalanan. Namun demikian, tidak semua kombinasi jalur distribusi tersebut akan memberikan solusi terbaik. Agar solusi terbaik dapat dicapai, suatu penelitian untuk menentukan jalur distribusi barang melalui jalur darat dilakukan. Untuk mempermudah proses penentuan jalur distribusi barang tersebut didukung dengan pembangunan perangkat lunak.Algoritma genetika memiliki kehandalan dalam menghasilkan output yang optimal dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Penerapan metode algoritma genetika diaplikasikan dalam suatu perangkat lunak. Pada perangkat lunak yang dibangun terdapat beberapa input yang dibutuhkan, yaitu: kota-kota tujuan distribusi sebagai jumlah kromosom awal, jumlah generasi, probabilitas crossover dan probabilitas mutasi. Hasil pemrosesan merupakan kombinasi jalur distribusi barang yang akan diambil yang merepresentasikan penyelesaian masalah ini. Hanya kromosom terbaik yang akan diberikan sebagai hasil. Melalui perangkat lunak yang dibangun, penentuan jalur distribusi barang diharapkan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih baik dan dapat mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya perjalanan.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, digunakan 5 kombinasi kota sebagai tujuan distribusi yang digunakan pada pengujian. Melalui pengujian yang telah dilakukan terhadap tiga skenario didapatkan bahwa penerapan skenario pertama dengan nilai PC dan PM yang rendah (PC & PM < 50). Skenario tersebut menghasilkan rute distribusi dengan nilai fitness yang lebih rendah daripada nilai fitness pada tahap inisialiasi data awal. Nilai fitness pada tahap inisialiasi dari kromosom adalah 931 dan setelah melalui proses algoritma genetika menghasilkan nilai fitness 762.

Abstract

Providing qualified domestic workers and looking for employers who have good behavior are things that are needed by the community. In addition, the assurance of the contract promised at the beginning of the agreement and its realization from the perspective of the employer and domestic worker is something that must be considered. With Maximom present as the answer needed by the public, Maximom utilizes a website-based application in the form of a company profile and dashboard to convey value and maintain performance to customers. In order to determine the characteristics and needs of users, the author uses the User Persona tool to focus on target users who will operate the display system. It is intended that the resulting UI display matches the expectations of each potential user. The approach that the author applies to UI design is the Google Design Sprint which is superior in terms of time saving, focus on problems and solving goals (in the form of prototypes), and idea development. The stages in Google Design Sprint are Mapping, Sketching, Deciding, Prototyping, and Testing.

Abstract

In the implementation of the guidance and counseling program, the counselor has not been supported by a computerized system and is connected to the PPTI Undika section database in fulfilling the data needs of students and lecturers for counseling activities. The next problem is counselor only provides one place to store counseling documentation by month. This is very ineffective in the counseling process, especially for the process of alleviating student problems. The counselor should not have moved and looked for old case counseling documentation to diagnose new case problems that are being experienced by students during the counseling process. Alleviation is part of counseling, counseling is the process of handling individual problems assisted by a professional, namely the counselor voluntarily to change the patient's behavior. The problem alleviation process is a problem-solving process. Applying the Case-Based Reasoning method in the process of alleviating student problems for the BK Section is a suitable solution to the problems identified. The author here provides a solution in the form of designing student problem alleviation applications in the Counseling Guidance Section with a web-based case-based reasoning method. The application of Case-Based Reasoning in the system consists of 2 paths. The first path is to match new cases with the diagnosis of problems in the knowledge base (Retrieve). If a similarity is found between the two, the system will adapt the diagnosis to be included in the Counseling Medical Record (Reuse). The second path, if there is no match of diagnosis between the new case and the knowledge base, the system will direct the counselor to a revised form to modify the diagnosis of new cases to be stored and add data to the knowledge base (Revise). The last process in this second route is to save the diagnosis of the new case into a database (Retain). This solution aims to assist the counselor in diagnosing the problem and proceeding to the alleviation process so as to produce output in the form of Counseling Medical Records, Student Counseling Summary and Guidance and Counseling Program Implementation Reports. From the results of this design it is suggested for future research by developing user interface designs and implementing good solutions for the webbased display of the Student Problem Alleviation Application. Because the weakness in this study is that it is not yet able to implement a comfortable application interface for the user.

Abstract

E-commerce offers the convenience of buying and selling online, which can save time and money. Limited functionality in social media transactions makes it difficult to complete and obtain information about custom orders and product purchases. That is proven by customer interviews  with the results of 6 UEQ scales with “bad” criteria. The author intends to analyze and design e-commerce user interface (UI) / user experience (UX)  using  lean ux method and user experience questionnaire (UEQ) for the purpose of creating a user interface design  is well received by users. There are several phases of Lean UX including declaration assumption, create MVP, run an experiment, and feedback and research. The experiment consisted of  32 customer respondents  using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. From the results of testing the prototype using UEQ, got 4 UEQ scales with above average criteria, "efficiency" with value 1.66, "precision" with value 1.84, "stimulation" with value 1.81, and a "novelty" with value 2.71. There is an increase in user experience when custom orders and purchasing products.

Abstract

BKPSDM is a regional apparatus work unit in charge of managing personnel management in Sumenep Regency. Personnel administration services are used to compile and manage daily service submissions so that all activities of employees can be fulfilled. There are 22 services that can be requested by employees. Based on the results of observations and interviews, there are several problems, namely the absence of monitoring from employees who apply for services so that these employees cannot find out information on services, besides that it can hamper the service process and abuse of authority. Another problem is that employees cannot know their personal data independently, quickly, and in real time. Based on these problems, BKPSDM needs an application that can monitor the personnel administration service process and personnel information data independently, quickly, and in real time. developed using hybrid mobile development (Flutter) technology so that it can be published on two Android and IOS operating systems, besides that it also uses realtime push notifications. With this application for monitoring personnel administration services, it can solve the above problems so that employees can find out information on the service process submitted in real time and also employees can know the data independently.
