Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of the activities of intensive exercises that applied to students of class XII, considering the student will face national exam (UNAS). This activity is done manually using paper, and made within the last 3 months XII class teaching and learning process. In the course of intensive exercises having some problems such as: the lack of time the application of intensive activity exercises, the use of the manual system causes the resulting information is still static and not give actual information, and lack the information needed to monitor the development activities of teacher-intensive exercises. To overcome some of these obstacles, constructed a plan to build learning applications with drill and practice-based methods android, or the so-called D-SMART. D-SMART has a function Deliver exercises, Notification of new matter. In addition to overcoming determine the achievement of performance is D-SMART method produces an output in the form of graphs and details. D-SMART can help the implementation of intensive exercises which have reduced hours class XII student learning. Time intensive exercises with drill and practice methods are becoming increasingly enhanced, the start of class X in order to get the best value when students face national exam (UNAS)

Abstract

PT. Bahtera Global Solutions is a company engaged in the provision of services and sales of IT products. IT products in the form of audio-visual products, computer, network solutions, security products, software telecommunications products and other office supplies. Marketing is one of the main factors that could affect the interests of the customer. Good marketing system and on target, may increase the purchasing power of customers and customer loyalty to the company. Thus it can increase profits for the company. Currently, the company still has obstacles in the marketing process is the lack of information regarding the products of the company making the customer trouble knowing what products are sold by the company. The company also difficult to know what products are needed promotions regularly, goods and services are most desirable, what are the needs of each customer, and promotions such as what is required of each customer. Of the above problems, the company wants to increase its marketing system. Marketing information system based 4p ie, place, price, promotion, and product marketing are needed to address the problems that occur in the company. The early stages of the design of information systems in the form of information system design can be used as a cornerstone in building a marketing information system.

Abstract

Dinas Pendidikan ( dispendik ) surabaya is implementing the element of local government in charge of teachers and contract workers in the city of Surabaya. The labor contract to extend the service life of each year. Extension of the term based on the results of the assessment carried out by energy performance contracts passed. But in reality the process of assessing the performance of contractors Dispendik Surabaya often not timely. Abstract

Abstract:Memorandum newspaper headquartered in Kembang Jepun No.167-169 Street, Surabaya. Memorandum is a weekly newspaper company that stands on 10 November 1969 and has many years become a popular newspaper in the field of media information. Human resources is a source of competitive advantage and the key elements that are essential for success in achieving competing objectives. An individual employee increased position employee promotion will encourage human resources as a whole in increased productivity. Based on observations and interviews, the company experienced problems in the process of position employee promotion as well as items that are still considered in general and not detailed, although the company has the competency standards are structured, and the frequent occurrence of errors in perekapan as well as the calculation of assessment data as it is still done manually and the length of time required to run multiple processes in position employee promotion. For overcome these problems, then made an application solution Promotion of Employee Competence Based on PT. Memorandum Sejahtera. This application can shorten the process and the time taken is 25 days become 9 days at the stage of promotion of employees by way of doing automation such as data recording competence and perekapan results of promotion of employees (1 day), the performance assessment (7 days), analyzing assessment and reporting of assessment results promotion of employees (1 day). Keywords: Application, Position Employee Promotions, Competency Standards

Abstract

Job fair is central to places job offer. Job fair is important in providing job vacancy for alumnus. But there are the problem in STIKES foundation hospital Dr. Soetomo surabaya, the alumnus cannot know information job opportunities right away and detail, The number of a letter vacancy who come on UKSPBK&A is different than administration general and UKSPBK&A cannot be knowing the number and anyone who applied and received work in every vacancy, and agencies could not know whether a vacancy they send was approved for received or not. To solve that problems, STIKES need made application job fair. Application is capable of accessed by UKSPBK&A, alumnus and agencies through facilities web. So that can reach all users and processing job fair which more easily and fast. Making this applications using methods sdlc waterfall. The results of the tryouts this application is system  can organize job vacancy. Help to provide a realtime vacancy work and providing function applied job vacancy. And can produce report applicants , the reports of alumni who applied and received on each vacancy.

Abstract

Abstract: Mother and child hospital is a hospital that provide health services and medical services for the surrounding community. Health services and medical provided to the public is not optimal, this is because lack of the number of health workers that led to the average waiting time patients who do not meet standard prescribed by health department. The process of planning needs analysis of health workers in RSIA currently only reference to the rules of health minister regulation no. 340/MenKes/PER/III/2010 about a minimal amount of health to be owned and not consider their workload. While ideally in determining the amount of health workers have to consider their workload. It takes an appropriate solution that is using a method of WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) in the process of planning needs analysis of health workers based on their workload and can give a total number of optimal health workers needed.                 Results from the trial of research and evaluation of this final project research is that produce an application of planning needs analysis of health workers using methods WISN (Workload Indicator Staff Need) which can facilitate the user in determining the amount of planning needs of health workers required

Abstract

Tracer study is one of the elements in the assessment and accreditation of academic policy making, especially in the preparation of curriculum. But in the process of the tracer study in STIKES there are some problems, and that problem is uneven distribution of questionnaires, costs a lot, waiting times filling out of the questionnaires are too long, problems possibility of mistake entering the data and the problem of data security is not guaranteed because there is no distribution of privileges. To solve that problems, STIKES need a web-based system tracer study. stakeholders can access the system to be able to answer the questionnaire quickly, so that the data from the questionnaire can be processed quickly and accurately. With this application can help the STIKES in conducting tracer easily and quickly. Stakeholders can do a tracer study questionnaire online that can be accessed anywhere. STIKES parties can see the direct results of tracer study reports and graphs based on the desired criteria.

Abstract

SICYCA is the main website as media appreciation STIKOM Surabaya, the fact that not all SICYCA are used with maximum facilities by students. To know the success rate of a technology implementation, how high the student acceptance rate of SICYCA. The model used by researchers is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology ( UTAUT ). The instrument in this study was used questioner. The writer spread the questioner to students in STIKOM Surabaya in academic year 2010-2013 in every major at STIKOM Surabaya. The writer used 200 students as the sample in this study. The research design was used Stratified Random Sampling method which was focused on separated the elements group of words in STIKOM Surabaya. Descriptive analysis, validity analysis, and reliability was used SPSS 16 software. Data analysis was used Structural Equation Model (SEM) and use AMOS 22 software to analysis the structural. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded as follows: 1) performance expectancy has an positive effect to intentions of using SICYCA. 2) effort expectancy has an positive effect to the intentions of using the SICYCA. 3) social influence do not positive effect significantly to the intention of using the SICYCA. 4) facilitating conditions do not have an positive effect to the SICYCA utilizing. 5) behavioral intention has an positive effect to the use of behavioral SICYCA.

Abstract

PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is a travel agency company located in the city of Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. PT. Gery Anugerah Tours & Travel is here to serve the needs of customers for services ticketing domestic and international flights. The management of the company is promoting superior service to customers. In 2013 and 2014 the company experienced a very rapid increase in the sale of airline tickets, with increasing sales then give a positive impact to the company so that the company provides to the customer convenience in transaction using cash or credit. Given the ease of appearing an obstacle in the form of ticket sales related record keeping became sloppy in filing into sales reporting. Ticket sales transaction records that are not neatly arranged this represented a loss of 12% of the records of the sales and the loss of customers who have previously made booking tickets. Any problems that occur, it will be created an information system that will govern the sale of tickets as well as ticket sales reporting company, in order to eliminate the losses incurred earlier. Abstract

Institute for Business and Information Stikom hereinafter referred Stikom Surabaya Surabaya is a private university based Information Technology (IT). To support the development of this campus then made a website as a media introduction and means of information for students Stikom Surabaya. But the problems that occurred during this ranking website where Stikom Surabaya far behind compared with campuses in Indonesia and ranks 52 campuses throughout Indonesia. The aim of this study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website (Website Quality) and customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction). From questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 127 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability. The next test and test data normality assumption as a condition for the implementation of the next step, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this test showed that the variable quality of use (usability), the quality of information (information quality), and the quality of interaction (interaction quality) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) with a coefficient of determination of (26,213) > F table (3,07).
