Abstract

With the increasing number of debtors who do credit activity, PT Bank BTN experiencing credit constraints in the monitoring activities of the debtor. Currently the monitoring conducted not as desired management. This was due to the system monitoring company could not monitor the number of debtors who are in arrears per the desired period.From these problems PT Bank BTN requires a monitoring system that can produce an information in accordance with the desired period, then be made application performance monitoring debtors collectability. This monitoring system requires a three indicators as a reference for the evaluation of the NPL and delinquent debtors.This application is able to produce the monitoring report delinquent debtors, and the monitoring report of non-performing loans that can be used to provide an alternative decision-making on the management of PT Bank BTN. Keyword : Monitoring, Application, Overdue debtors.Dengan semakin banyaknya debitur yang melakukan aktivitas kredit, maka PT Bank BTN mengalami kendala dalam memonitor aktivitas kredit debitur. Saat ini monitoring yang dilakukan belum sesuai yang diinginkan pihak manajemen. Hal ini disebabkan karena sistem monitoring perusahaan belum dapat memonitor jumlah debitur yang menunggak per periode yang diinginkan.Dari permasalahan tersebut PT Bank BTN membutuhkan sistem monitoring yang bisa manghasilkan informasi sesuai periode yang diinginkan, maka dibuatlah aplikasi monitoring kinerja kolektabilitas debitur. Sistem monitoring ini membutuhkan tiga indikator sebagai acuan untuk evaluasi npl dan debitur menunggak.Aplikasi ini mampu menghasilkan laporan monitoring debitur menunggak, dan laporan monitoring non-performing loan yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan alternative pengambilan keputusan pada manajemen PT Bank BTN. Kata Kunci : Monitoring, Aplikasi, debitur menunggak

Abstract

Logistic department is one department at PT . Rukina Sukses Abadi that supports the company's operations by managing the spare parts ship and one of the outputs of this department is reporting procurement of spare parts . As part of the logistic department late in making statements procurement of spare parts and long reports to the purchasing section , it can hinder the performance of the ship because the ship will wait for a new spare part is needed , so the company could suffer losses owing to ships that do not work.Based on these issues , then the author made application workflow reporting the use of spare parts web-based, in this system there is a list of input request , form input data usage and features of data management usage and online demand spare parts can be giving notifications when usage and the demand for spare parts , so as to overcome the problem of the length of an agreement that could hamper the activities of dredgers.Conclusion The results of trials that have been conducted , application usage reporting workflow spare parts can perform user management and request spare parts directly when the ship parts to wear or ask for spare parts , and is able to generate reports when the procurement of spare parts as well.

Abstract

The attendance of employees at the company is one of the important factors considered by the company, from the attendance data can be seen employees attendance level such as how often an employee is late for work, how often the employee's consent, or even alpha. However, the process of managing existing attendance in the representative office of SKK Migas Surabaya has several problems, such as the absence of data delay and does not relate processes such as employee absence permit, leave, and service in the process of managing employee attendance. With this application can help offices SKK Migas Surabaya manage employee attendance, prevent data loss in the absence of the permitting process, and provide authorization in stages in the process of application for permission, leave, and overtime

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) "Bahagia" is a business cooperatives engaged in the sale of goods, savings and loans to members in the sale of goods, the cooperative has a business field stores, in stores KPRI "Bahagia" there are some problems, errors high in the process of recording so that data is not in accordance with these transactions, search history data that most sales of goods sold, sales transaction data storage which has also still in the form of documents and inventory can not see inventory is empty.Of these problems, we need a system that can help in addressing the problems that occur with making the system where the system is design application sale of goods at KPRI “Bahagia”,  With a system that has been created it will be able to overcome the problems that occurred in the cooperative.The test is done by inserting a few transactions that have different cases of this type of sale. From the test results, the system can generate sales transaction information required by the cooperative to undertake an evaluation.Keywords: Applications, the Sale of Goods Stores KPRI "Bahagia"

Abstract

Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya is the type of Credit Unions which aims to provide storage services and loan capital for the community and surrounding surabaya area. All this time transaction in Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya done manually. With these processes have a problems such as piling files, recording the activity of deposit and loan transactions to be slow and spend a lot of time and susceptible to errors in preparing reports. Therefore we need tools that can simplify the process of savings and loans. With these problems Koperasi Sumber Rejeki Surabaya wanted to create an application that can backup deposit and loan transaction documents, storing data and displays all deposit and loan transaction documents, assist employees in managing deposits and loans well and useful for its users. Applications savings and credit cooperatives can improve employee performance so that they can save time and speed up the work. With the application of savings and loan is expected all problems can be overcome and cooperatives can improve the performance of cooperative employees so as to save time and speed up the work.

Abstract

PT Kopaba Jatim is a business entity engaged in manpower distribution to the Bank Jatim’s branches. PT Kopaba Jatim joint moves with Bank Jatim cooperative. Manpower provided by these companies is security, drivers and office boy. PT Jatim Kopaba have a problems associated with data employee. Some problems are piled up files, employee history data less accurate, and the difficulty in performing insert, update, delete. Moreover, in the process of making contracts letter, mutation letter and termination letter took a long time because the system is based on Microsoft Excel that can be accessed by one client only, Microsoft Excel are also less effective to monitor the employees in nearly all branches of Bank Jatim. Based on the issues, PT Kopaba should have a system to facilitate the process of personnel administration. So the correct solution is the making of personnel administration information system that can determine which employees will be out of contract next three months, facilitate administrative processes and simplify the employee making the report related. With this system, employee data collection process becomes more effective. Report generation is more accurate. Also based on alpha test with 27 function test result is 100% according to user needs.

Abstract

SMK Kesehatan Surabaya is a vocational school that has two majors, which is nursing and pharmacy. Tracer study is one of elements of accreditation and used to determine academic policies especially in the preparation of the curriculum. Tracer study process in SMK Kesehatan Surabaya currently experiencing some problems, namely the questionnaire format that less informative, there has been no feedback from the graduate user and alumni, there has been no details data of graduate user, alumni data is less valid, data collection takes a long time and repeatedly, and the issue of data security is not guaranteed. The solution that can solve the problem is making tracer study applications to facilitate the implementation of tracer study, so data collection of alumni more accurate and quicker than before, there is feedback from the graduate user and alumni, as well as there is a report tracer study that used the stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes the step of system analysis, system design and system implementation. The result showed that based on testing, application that have been made can help in obtaining feedback from users graduates and the alumni and generate report the tracer study of tables and charts that will facilitate the SMK in determining policy, and as a reference to repair curriculum to improve the quality of alumni in the future.

Abstract

Arbain Grafika Surabaya is an enterpreneurial business engaged in printing service. During the sales that have been conducted by Arbain Grafika Surabaya, there are some problems that occured, such as when the customers asked for a price of a product that they wished, they have to wait for a long time for the answer; the production division gets the information detail or work order letter behind the schedule from the owner because the owner forgets or giving the information unexpectedly, the administration division takes time to find the sales data in presenting the report desired by the owner, the administration division does not acknowledge the deadline of payment of customers that still have debts, the owner or administration is not able to acknowledge the customer’s product have been done or not and requires the information from the production division.  In order to solve those problems, it needs an aplication that helps the sales process. This application is based on the web that allows to calculate the product selling price, arranging customer’s orders and payments. The web-based selling application for Arbain Grafika Surabaya provides the reports that the owner needs. Furthermore, this web-based selling application also provides the information regarding the status of customers’ order, the status of customer’s payment, and work order letter.    Keywords: printing, sales, web based

Abstract

University Dr.Soetomo is located in Dr.Soetomo on Semolowaru road location, one of the existing services is e-learning.Based on the result of interview with 31 students, 18 students stated that the application of e-learning application is less interesting and 19 students stated that none of the features available in the e-learning application is good enough.Problem solving solution with Admission Technology Model 2. In this research sampling technique using Slovin theory with 94 respondents.The results can be found.The variables that affect the acceptance, the subjective norm against the image, subjective norms against the accepted use, subjective norms against the use and perception of Ease of Use to the Purpose of Use

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to produce a combination of optimal schedule where no severe conflicts and conflicts minimal value by searching the tabu search method and take into account a number of variables such as instructor schedule, the number of students, lectures limited time and space. So that the resulting schedule can help organize the lecture. With the scheduling of lectures using tabu search algorithm can help in pebuatan class schedules, especially in terms of making the course schedule with a minimum value of conflict or absence komflik courses, lecturers and rooms at a time.
