Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh growth mindset dan agile mindset pelaku UMKM terhadap kapabilitas inovasi dan kinerja bisnis UMKM di wilayah Subosukawonosraten. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pelaku UMKM binaan Bank Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa growth mindset berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas inovasi, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja bisnis. Sebaliknya, agile mindset terbukti berpengaruh positif baik terhadap kapabilitas inovasi maupun kinerja bisnis. Kapabilitas inovasi memainkan peran penting sebagai variabel mediasi yang menghubungkan pola pikir dengan peningkatan kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan pola pikir tumbuh dan lincah, disertai peningkatan kemampuan inovasi, merupakan strategi penting untuk memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan UMKM dalam menghadapi dinamika lingkungan bisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh store atmosphere, gaya hidup, service quality, dan word of mouth terhadap repurchase intention pada Kopi Nako Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 97 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu, seperti konsumen yang pernah membeli produk Kopi Nako minimal satu kali dan berdomisili di Semarang. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen, yaitu store atmosphere, gaya hidup, service quality, dan word of mouth, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Store atmosphere yang nyaman, gaya hidup konsumen yang sesuai, pelayanan yang berkualitas, serta rekomendasi dari konsumen lain menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan niat beli ulang. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola Kopi Nako untuk memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan  melalui  peningkatan  pengalaman  pelanggan  yang menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran berbasis pengalaman dan kepuasan pelanggan perlu terus dikembangkan.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the effect of IT-strategy alignment, responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship on sustainable competitive advantage and the mediating effect of responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship in relationships between IT-strategy alignment and sustainable competitive advantage. Data were collected from 189 Batik SME in Pekalongan and analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows that IT-strategy alignment significantly affects responsiveness. Responsiveness, operational flexibility, and also business relationship significantly affect sustainable competitive advantage. Furthermore, responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship mediate the correlation of IT-strategy alignment and sustainable competitive advantage. Responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship have the confidence and value that puts customers on every business decision. It encourages Batik SME to improve the sustainable competitive advantage based on the customers’ expectations. IT-strategy alignment is essential to enhance responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. That IT-strategy alignment can improve the sustainable competitive advantage of the Batik SME.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) develop a new concept of Bilateral Symmetry, which is the ability of similarity based on transparency and standardization, 2) conduct empirical testing and analyzing the effect of bilateral symmetry to the improved supply chain performance through quality of synergy in industrial automotive components. The study population includes the entire automotive component industry in Indonesia. This study used sample of 105 respondents using purposive sampling method to comply with the AMOS program. The study result shows that the ability of similarity standardization and the ability of the similarity of transparency have positive significant impact on the quality of synergy, and quality of synergy have positive significant impact on the supply chain performance. In addition, from the results of hypothesis testing found two strategies that can improve supply chain performance with 1) increasing the ability of similarity standardization and 2) improve transparency through quality of synergy.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan konsep baru bilateral symmetry, yang merupakan kemampuan kesamaan berdasarkan transparansi dan standarisasi, dan melakukan pengujian empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh simetri bilateral untuk peningkatan kinerja rantai pasokan melalui kualitas sinergi pada komponen otomotif industri. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh industri komponen otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 105 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kesamaan standarisasi dan kemampuan kesamaan transparansi berdampak signifikan positif pada kualitas sinergi, dan kualitas sinergi berdampak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. Selain itu, dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan dua strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja supply chain dengan meningkatkan kemampuan kesamaan standarisasi dan meningkatkan transparansi melalui kualitas sinergi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi, keterlibatan kerja personil, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja personil Polri di Ditreskrimsus Polda Banten. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori yang bersifat asosiatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh SDM Subdit I Industri Perdagangan Ditreskrimsus Polda Banten, yang berjumlah 134 personil, terdiri dari 131 anggota personil dan 3 PNS Polri. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan responden yang berjumlah 131 anggota personil. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan melalui kuesioner pribadi dengan skala Likert 1-5, di mana pernyataan berkisar dari Sangat Tidak Setuju (STS) hingga Sangat Setuju (SS). Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin optimal implementasi budaya organisasi, semakin baik pula perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Selain itu, peningkatan budaya organisasi juga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja pelayanan. Keterlibatan kerja yang tinggi berhubungan positif dengan peningkatan perilaku OCB, yang pada gilirannya turut meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan personil Polri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan budaya organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja dapat memperkuat perilaku OCB dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan personil Polri.

Abstract

This mixed-method study investigates consumer choice between nationally subsidized rice (SPHP) and local rice in the West Kalimantan Cheap Food Movement (GPM) program. This study examines positional advantage and dynamic marketing ability. Quantitative findings indicate the price and availability advantages of SPHP rice. Qualitative data reveal consumer perceptions of the quality of local rice. This study concludes with implications for food security programs."This mixed-methods study rigorously investigates the intricate interplay between positional advantage, consumer choice dynamics concerning the Stabilisasi Harga Pangan dan Ketersediaan Pangan (SPHP) national rice program versus locally sourced rice, the role of dynamic marketing capability, and the resultant marketing performance within the specific socio-economic context of the Gerakan Pangan Murah (GPM) initiative implemented by the Food Security Agency of West Kalimantan Province. Employing a sequential explanatory design, the study first quantifies consumer perceptions of positional advantages and their rice preferences through a survey of 200 GPM participants, utilizing random sampling and analyzed via descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Subsequently, qualitative insights are gathered through in-depth interviews with 20 consumers and 5 program managers, selected via purposive sampling, and focus group discussions to deeply explore the underlying motivations behind consumer choices and the strategic deployment of dynamic marketing capabilities. The quantitative findings reveal a significant consumer perception of SPHP rice's positional advantage, particularly in terms of price and consistent availability. The qualitative data further elucidates that affordability and accessibility are primary drivers for SPHP rice preference, while also uncovering nuances related to local rice quality perceptions and marketing efforts. This research contributes to a more nuanced understanding of agricultural marketing strategies within the context of national food security programs, consumer behavior in developing economies, and the strategic importance of dynamic marketing capabilities in achieving program objectives. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers and marketing practitioners seeking to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of food security initiatives
