Abstract

Dalam sııatu hükum terdapat seorang hakim untuk memutus perkara, dişini dijelaskan upaya hakim dalam memutus perkara menurut perspektif hukum positif dan hükum pidana İslam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum Normatif, yaitu penelitian yang mengacu kepada norma-norma hukum yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku sebagai pijakan normatif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Kota Medan yang bertempat di Pegadilan Tinggi Negeri Medan, pertimbangan mengenai dipilihnya lokasi penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan penelitian di Pegadilan Tinggi Negeri Medan penulis dapat memperoleh data yang lengkap, akurat dan memadai mengenai Tindak Pidana. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengetahui tata cara seorang hakim memberi putusan di Pengadilan, dan upaya untuk menguak suatu perkara tersebut oleh seorang hakim. Apabila pengadilan atau hakim berpendapat bahwa terdakwa secara sah dan meyakinkan menurut hukum terbukti salah maka terdakwa melakukan tindak pidana

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Kemandirian Belajar dan Keaktifan Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Kelas X MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023.Permasalahan penelitian adalah bagaimana Pengaruh Kemandirian Belajar dan Keaktifan Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Kelas X MIPA di SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Populasi dan Sampel dalam Penelitian ini adalah kelas X Sebanyak 63 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup disusun secara berstruktur dimana item-item pertanyaan yang diikuti dengan jawaban yang terdiri dari empat buah pilihan. Kualitas instrumen penelitian untuk angket dinilai melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menghitung persamaan regresi linier yaitu Y atas X1 adalah = 81,26+ 0,08 X1 artinya bahwa antara variabel X1 linier dengan Y dan Y atas X2 adalah = 80,99+0,01 X2 artinya bahwa antara variabel X2 linier dengan Y serta Y atas X1 dan X2 adalah = 1,48+ 2,70X1+ 1,41X2 artinya bahwa antara variabel X1 dan X2 linier dengan Y. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa Pengaruh antara Kemandirian Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran. 2022/2023 adalah sedang. Kedua, Pengaruh antara Keaktifan Belajar Siswa terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran. 2022/2023 adalah sangat kuat. Ketiga, Pengaruh antara Kemandirian Belajar Dan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran. 2022/2023 adalah kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation and learning outcomes of Civics in class X-4 SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar by applying the STAD type cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar, the subjects of this research are students of class X-4 with a total of 30 students. The results showed that student learning outcomes at the basic score of the average value of 48.61 increased by 16.95 points to 65.56 in the first cycle. In the second cycle the average score was 71.67 increase from the first cycle of 6.11 points. Classical completeness on a base score of 33% (13 students). In the first cycle test, the completeness increased to 72.5% (19 students). In the second cycle, classical completeness increased to 87.5% (25 students). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the student teams achievement division (STAD) type can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of Civics in class X-4 SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact and era of the industrial revolution 4.0 in the health sector, as well as the challenges faced by health ethics laws in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method using a phenomenological approach. We examine the data using critical data coding, in-depth interpretation and drawing conclusions which are the answers to this research question by adhering to the principles of high validity and reliability. Next, we describe the data in the findings section by adding criticism and discussion to understand whether the data is relevant to answering the problem. For the reporting stage, we chose qualitative data reporting based on data or literature reviews, which we limited to information and data released between 2010 and 2021 to look for the latest information and data. The results of the discussion carried out are that health ethics is taken from the word ethics, which is a discipline that begins with identifying, organizing, analyzing and deciding human behavior by applying principles to determine good behavior in a situation at hand. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a phenomenon that combines cyber technology and automation technology. Industrial Revolution 4.0 is also known as "cyber physical system". The health sector is the sector most likely to benefit from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 because of the joining of physical, digital and biological systems. The conclusion from this research is that there are changes and advances in the health sector, especially in dental implants, cosmetic surgery and oncology. The era of industrial revolution 4.0 presents challenges that are not easy in the health sector. Apart from the abundant demographic bonus, other challenges also exist in the realm of health service technology innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether or not the Influence of Parental Attention and Motivation on Student Learning Achievement. This research has been carried out in SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar. Where the class that becomes the population and research sample is XI PMIA as many as 63 people. The data obtained through the Microsoft Excel application. Based on the discussion of research data analysis, the results of hypothesis testing are obtained by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is =79,49 + 0,09X1 , Y over X2 is = 77,59 + 0,10X2 ,Y over X1 and X2 is = 2,65 + 1,93X1 + 2,77X2. The coefficient of influence obtained is the effect of X1 on Y 1.63, the effect of X2 on Y 0.27, the effect of X1 on X2 0.96, the effect of X1 and X2 on Y 5.50. While the coefficient of Y on X1 is 14.62%, the coefficient of Y on X2 is 40.09%, the coefficient of X1 on X2 is 50.68%, the coefficient of Y on X1 and X2 is 3.02%

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of teacher professionalism and parental attention on student learning achievement in the subject of civic education for class XI at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.The next step is testing the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over is X1= 74,76 + 0,117 X1, meaning that between variable X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 = 75,70 + 0,1 X2, meaning that between variable X2 is linear with Y and Y over X1 and X2 is = 0.85 + 3.03 X1 + 2.01 X2, meaning that between variables X1 and X2 are linear with Y.he coefficients of influence obtained are as follows: (1) The contribution coefficient of Y on X1 is 35.45% (2) The contribution coefficient of Y on X2 is 38.68% (3) The contribution coefficient of X1 on X2 is 76.15% (4) The contribution coefficient of Y on X1 and X2 is 50.09%.Based on the hypothesis test, namely the significant influence test (t-test) by rejecting H0 and accepting H1, it is obtained: 1. The influence of Teacher Professionalism on Student Learning Achievement in Civic Education Subjects for Class XI at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 academic year is "low" (0.3747). 2. The influence of Parental Attention on Student Learning Achievement in Civic Education Subjects for Class XI at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 academic year is "low" (0.3915). 3. The influence of teacher professionalism and parental attention on student learning achievement in the subject of Civics for grade XI at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 academic year is "strong" (0.9799).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether ther is an influence of problem based learning and learning method on student learning achievement in citizenship education subject for class XI P1 at SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar academic year 2024/2025. The problem in this research is the influence of problem based learning dan learning method on student learning achievement in the citizenship education subject class XI P1 at SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar for the 2024/2025 academic year.The population and sample in this study were all 36 students of class XI P1. The instrument used are questionnaires and documentation. The quality of research instrument for questionnaires and student learning achievement is assessed through validity and reliability tests. All data from the three variables above were first tested whether they were normally distributed or not using a goodness of fit test or chi square test and it turned out that the three variables were normally distributed. The next step is testing the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation namely Y over X1 IS = 84,08 + 0,001 X1 meaning that the variable X1 is linier and Y and over X2 = 78,60+ 0.07 X2 means that the variable X2 is linier with Y and Y for X1 and X2 is = 2,06 + 0.30 X1 + 0.80 X2 means that variable X1 and X2 linier with Y The influence coefficient obtained is as follows : (1) The contribution coefficient of Y to X1 is 76,59% (2) The contribution coefficient of Y to X2 is 40,22% (3) The contribution coefficient of X1 over X2 is 50,73% (4) The contribution coefficient of Y to X1 and X2 is 55,81% Based on the hypothesis test, namely the significant influence test (t test) by rejecting H0 and accepting H1, we obtain : The influence of Problem Based Learning on Student learning Achievement in Citizenship Education Subjects Class XI P1 at SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar T.A. 2024/2025 is “very strong” (3,7). The influence of Learning method on Student learning Achievement in Citizenship Education Subjects Class XI P1 at SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar T.A. 2024/2025 is “very strong” (2,68). The influence of Problem Based Learning and Learning method on Student learning Achievement in Citizenship Education Subjects Class XI P1 at SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Siantar T.A. 2024/2025 is “very strong” (3,01).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of demonstration learning methods and student interest in learning on student learning achievement in class XI citizenship education subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar for the 2024/2025 academic year. The problem in this research is the influence of the demonstration learning method and students' interest in learning on student learning achievement in Class The population and sample in this study were all 44 students in class XI-3 and XI-4. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. The quality of research instruments for questionnaires and student learning achievement is assessed through validity and reliability tests. All data from the three variables above were first tested whether they were normally distributed or not using the goodness of fit test or chi square test and it turned out that the three variables were normally distributed. The next step is testing the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 and X2 is = 2.11+1.17x1+2.95 The influence coefficient obtained is as follows: (1) The contribution coefficient of Y to X1 is 22.37%% (2) The contribution coefficient of Y to X2 is 59.06% (3) The contribution coefficient of X1 to X2 is 63.45% ( 4) The contribution coefficient of Y to X1 and X2 is 48.29%. Based on the hypothesis test, namely the significant influence test (t test) by rejecting H0 and accepting H1, we obtain: The Influence of Demonstration Learning Methods on Student Learning Achievement in Class XI Citizenship Education Subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar T.A. 2024/2025 is “very strong” (1.87). The influence of student learning interest on student learning achievement in class XI citizenship education subjects at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar T.A. 2024/2025 is “strong” (0.9607). The influence between the demonstration learning method and students' interest in learning on students' learning achievement in class XI at SMA Negeri 5 Pematangsiantar for the 2024/2025 academic year is “strong” (0.9915).

Abstract

The formulation of the problem to be answered through this study is: (1) How do learning discipline and learning interest influence the learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether or not there is an influence of learning discipline and learning interest on the learning achievement of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.This type of research is a correlational study with the research population being 216 students of class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. Meanwhile, the sample in this study was 1 class, namely class XI-10, as many as 36 students. The instruments used in this study were the Learning Discipline and Learning Interest questionnaires and the PPKn Report Card scores of Class XI-10 of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar for the 2024/2025 Academic Year.All data from the two variables above were first tested whether they were normally distributed or not using a goodness-of-fit test or chi square and it turned out that both variables were normally distributed.The next step is to test the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is Ŷ = 78.048 + 0.65X1, meaning that between variable X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 is Ŷ = 79.92 + 0.54X2, meaning that between variables X1 and X2 is linear with = 14.03 + 0.68X1 + 0.25X2.The coefficients of influence obtained are as follows:(1) The influence between X1 on Y is 0.82, (2) The influence between X2 on Y is 0.54, (3) The influence between X1 and X2 on Y is 0.69, (4) The Contribution Coefficient of Y on X1 is 67.24%, (5) The Contribution Coefficient of Y on X2 is 29.16%, (6) The Contribution Coefficient of X1 on X2 is 47.61%.Based on the hypothesis test, namely the significant influence test (t-test) by rejecting Ho and accepting H1, it is obtained: The influence of student learning discipline on student learning achievement in Civic Education subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The influence of student learning interest on student learning achievement in Civic Education subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar in the 2024/2025 Academic Year.
