Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Teacher Teaching Skills and Learning Interests on Student Learning Achievement in Civic Education Subjects in Class XI TBSM SMK HKBP Pematang Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023. The population and sample in this study were class XI as many as 53 people. To obtain data on teachers' teaching skills and interest in learning, researchers used questionnaires as a data collection tool consisting of four options assessed through availability and reliability tests. the two variables above were first tested for chi squared and it turned out that both variables were normal. then the hypothesis is tested by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y on X1, Y on X2 linear with Y and Y on X1 and X2 linear with Y. The coefficients of influence obtained are as follows: Based on the significance test of the effect (t test) by rejecting H0 and accept H1, then it is obtained: The effect of Teacher Teaching Skills and Learning Interest together on student learning achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh pola asuh orang tua dan peranan guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di kelas XI MIPA I dan XI PIPS I SMA Swasta Kampus Pematang Siantar yang berjumlah 67 orang. Untuk memperoleh data pola asuh orang tua dan peranan guru, peneliti menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup disusun secara berstruktur dimana item-item pernyataan yang diikuti dengan jawaban terdiri dari empat buah pilihan. Kualitas instrumen penelitian untuk angket dinilai melalui uji vadilitas dan reliabilitas. Seluruh data dari kedua variabel diatas terlebih dahulu diuji apakah berdistribusi normal atau tidak dengan menggunakan uji kecocokan atau uji chi kuadrat dan ternyata kedua variabel tersebut berdistribusi normal. Langkah selanjutnya adalah pengujian hipotesis dengan menghitung persamaan regresi linier yaitu : Y atas X1 adalah = 70,49 + 0,2 X1artinya bahwa antara variabel X1 linier dengan Y dan Y atas X2 adalah = 73,39 + (0,6) X2 artinya bahwa antara variabel X2 linier dengan Y serta Y atas X1 dan X2 adalah = 8,9 +0,67 X1+1,91 X2 artinya bahwa antara variabel X1 dan X2 linier dengan Y. Adapun koefisien Pengaruh yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Pengaruh antara X1 terhadap Y adalah 1,11 , (2) Pengaruh antara X2 terhadap Y adalah 0,76 , (3) Pengaruh antara X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah 0,87 , (4) Koefisien kontribusi Y atas X1 sebesar 54,21% , (5) Koefisien kontribusi Y atas X2 sebesar 25,41% , (6) Koefisien kontribusi X1 terhadap X2 sebesar 33,30%. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yaitu uji signifikansi pengaruh (Uji t) dengan menolak H0 dan menerima H1, maka diperoleh : Terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Kelas XI SMA Swasta Kampus Pematang Siantar, bahwa : (Fhitung 0,77 > nilai Ftabel sebesar 0,24). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Terdapat hubungan peranan guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Kelas XI SMA Swasta Kampus Pematang Siantar, bahwa: (Fhitung sebesar 3,52 > nilai Ftabel sebesar 0,24). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Terdapat hubungan pola asuh orang tua dan peranan guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Kelas XI SMA Swasta Kampus Pematang Siantar, bahwa: (Fhitung 25,38 > nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,14). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether or not The Influence Of Visual Media And Student Learning Motivation On Student Achievement. To obtain data on task-giving skills and how to learn, researchers use questionnaires as data collection tools and the ones used are closed questionnaires arranged in a structured The quality of research instruments for questionnaires is assessed through vadilitas and rehabilitation tests. This research do the class XI SMA Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar. using a match test or chi quadratic test and it turns out that the two variables are normally distribution. The hypothesis testing by calculating the linear regression equation i.e. Y over X1 is = 81,93 + 0.09X1 means that between the linear variableS X1 with Y and Y over X2 is = 90.15 + 0.09X2 This means that between the variables X2 linear with Y and Y above X1 and X2 is = 1,2 + 0.61X1 + 0.68X2 means that between variables X1 and X 2 linear with Y.

Abstract

This study discusses the understanding and dissemination of legal awareness in society, especially criminal law in social life. The author believes that early prevention efforts to minimize unlawful acts are indispensable in every context of legal socialization events. By socializing the law, all citizens aim to create a just and prosperous, safe and prosperous society free from crime, security disturbances, and anarchy. The better the socialization of criminal law, the easier it will be for the community to be invited to achieve independence in order to increase legal awareness. This socialization is the responsibility of all parties, especially the academic community and state apparatus, to guide citizens, especially indigenous peoples in remote parts of the country, to produce peaceful, capable, disciplined, responsible, and courageous citizens who are honest in life. This study also hopes that narrative narratives and academic thoughts on criminal law in indigenous peoples become ceremonial events. Law must be a life-giving culture, especially for indigenous peoples, to be a good example for other communities. Condor has been studied in several legal publications and other sources we have reviewed to answer the most valid research questions. This is also to ensure the data review process runs smoothly and responsibly.

Abstract

Abstract

This writing aims to determine the capacity of law higher education and law students in creating law enforcers who have integrity, professionalism, and are able to realize legal justice. The method used is descriptive qualitative method through a phenomenological approach, we examine data using critical data coding, in-depth interpretation and drawing conclusions which are answers to this research question by adhering to the principles of high validity and reliability. Next, we describe the data in the findings section by adding criticism and discussion to understand whether this data is relevant to answering the problem. For the reporting stage, we choose qualitative data reporting depending on data or literature review, which we limit to information and data released between 2010 and 2021 to find the latest information and data. Law enforcement in Indonesia that does not synergize with one another will hinder realization of justice. Therefore the existence of law higher education and law students as the forerunner of law enforcement must be questioned. The results of this study are that law enforcement in Indonesia still shows ineffectiveness in its operations. So the authors suggest that higher education in law must be oriented towards efforts to provide stimulus to students so that they are able to have critical, analytical, innovative and progressive thinking so that the essence of law enforcement, namely justice, can be achieved.

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly influenced various aspects of human life, including the field of education. One of the most widely used AI tools today is ChatGPT, a language model developed by OpenAI. This application can respond to questions, generate essays, explain complex concepts, and assist students in completing academic tasks in a clear and interactive manner.This study aims to examine the effect of using the ChatGPT application on the analytical skills of students at HKBP Nommensen University, Pematangsiantar. ChatGPT is a natural language-based artificial intelligence model that is now starting to be used as a learning companion in various fields of science, including higher education. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method through a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 60 students, divided into two groups: experimental and control. The research instrument was a descriptive test of analytical skills that had been validated by experts. The results of data analysis using ANCOVA showed a significant effect of the use of ChatGPT on students' analytical skills (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that ChatGPT can contribute positively to the development of students' analytical thinking skills if used appropriately and directed in learning.

Abstract

Bullying remains a serious problem in many schools in Indonesia. In general, data from the UN Children's Fund (UNICEF), released in 2021, indicates that approximately 30% of students have experienced bullying at school. The prevalence of bullying tends to make children who are victims feel afraid, isolated, and stressed, which negatively impacts their mental health and academic performance. Bullying cases in schools in Indonesia are quite concerning. The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) recorded 17 cases of physical violence in 2021, resulting in six student deaths and one paralysis. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to educate the academic community of Muhammadiyah 55 Kandangan Private Middle School so they understand the dangers of bullying and understand character education from an early age as a way to prevent bullying in and outside of school. The results obtained through the implementation of the PkM activity are that the students of Muhammadiyah 55 Kandangan Private Middle School have a better understanding of the meaning, types, and dangers of Bullying, as well as character education efforts as the best way to reduce and prevent Bullying at school and outside of school. The school and the PkM Team have almost the same views and suggestions, namely that there is a need for further activities in other forms, for example a Workshop within the framework of the Anti -Bullying School strengthening project

Abstract

The existence of restorative justice certainly brings a new paradigm in the settlement of criminal cases, by seeking to settle cases solely outside the court. The implementation of restorative justice-based termination of prosecution can be applied to the crime of theft as the highest number of cases in Indonesia. This is because economic stability was disrupted after the Covid-19 pandemic created a moral crisis with a drastic increase in theft crimes in Indonesia. Meanwhile, there has recently been the establishment of restorative justice houses in each jurisdiction of the prosecutor's office to optimize the resolution of all legal problems by filtering cases that go to court, dissemination of law to local residents, and being able to develop local wisdom by involving local traditional leaders to emphasize consensus deliberation. The research approach is to use a normative juridical method with reference to laws and regulations sourced from primary data and literature studies originating from criminal law literature in Indonesia, which is then processed into a specific conclusion. The results of the study show that humanist restorative justice houses are an alternative to solving cases of theft. the embodiment of restorative justice in a hybrid way within the prosecutor's office will be achieved as a humane law enforcement agency in Indonesian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh problem based learning dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan kelas XI PMIPA Di SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Pengaruh Problem Based Learning dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas XI PMIPA Di SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar Tahun Ajaran 2022/23. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI PMIPA sebanyak 62 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Kualitas instrumen penelitian untuk angket dan prestasi belajar siswa dinilai melalui uji validitas dan reabilitas. Seluruh data dari ketiga variabel diatas terlebih dahulu diuji apakah berdistribusi normal atau tidak dengan menggunkan uji kecocokan atau uji chi kuadrat dan ternyata ketiga variabel tersebut berdistribusi normal. Langkah selanjutnya adalah pengujian hipotesis dengan menghitung persamaan regresi linier yaitu Y atas X1 adalah = 76,57 + 0,09 X1 artinya bahwa antara variabel X1 linier dengan Y dan Y atas X2 = 72,17 + 0,15 X2 artinya bahwa antara variabel X2 linier dengan Y serta Y atas X1 dan X2 adalah = 7,82 + 0,40 X1 + 0,70 X2 artinya antara variabel X1 dan X2 linier dengan Y. Adapun koefisien pengaruh yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Koefisien kontribusi Y atas X1 sebesar 42,54 % (2) Koefisien kontribusi Y atas X2 sebesar 45,36 % (3) Koefisien kontribusi X1 atas X2 sebesar 58,07% (4) Koefisien kontribusi Y atas X1 dan X2 sebesar 51,84%.Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yaitu uji signifikan pengaruh (Uji t) dengan menolak H0 dan menerima H1 maka diperoleh : Pengaruh antara Problem Based Learning Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas XI PMIPA Di SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar T.A. 2022/2023 adalah “sangat kuat” (2,43). Pengaruh antara Motivas Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas XI PMIPA Di SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar T.A. 2022/2023 adalah “sangat kuat” (2,51). Pengaruh antara Problem Based Learning Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Kelas XI PMIPA Di SMA Negeri 2 Pematang Siantar T.A. 2022/2023 adalah “sangat kuat” (2,84).
