Abstract

Soybean is strategic commodities in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to soybean sufficiently not only aim to fulfill food need, but also to support agroindustry and save foreign exchange with decrease dependence towards import foodstuff. But, potential big market and then bloom not yet can be maked use in an optimal with domestic product development such as technical problem, social, and economy. When does economy social condition condusif so technically has potential and opportunity good, because farmer decision participates in soybean product increase economy climate that beneficial and also according to social acceptable.The aims are (1) Analyze influential factor towards production usahatani soy bean at Wonokalang Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. (2) Analyze competitive superiority usahatani soy bean at Wonokalang Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. Population in this research is as much as 140 farmer respondents and sample as much as 30 soybean farmers uses method purposive random sampling with criteria faemwr who owner the tune status, penyakap and tenant. Analysis method that used to measures system competitive superiority soy bean farming Private Cost Ratio (PCR) and Cobb - Douglas. PCR and Cobb - Douglas can give analysis sketch enough comprehensive hit competitive superiority, towards every agriculture commodities that be more importanter to see is production commodities in country compete in global market.The result shows that factor - factors of production that is land, seed, chemistry fertilizer, organic fertilizer, insecticide and labour positive influential with variable influence level as a whole as big as 98,5% and 1,5% influenced by variable other not at pack into this discussion. Product value marginal (NPMXI/ Pxi) in soy bean farmingat Wonokalang Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency< 1 mean factors of production use not yet efficient economically that is vast tune, seed, chemistry fertilizer, organic fertilizer, insecticide and labour besides, got result that usahatani soy bean at Wonokalang Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency has competitive superiority, at show coefficient value privat cost ratio (pcr) that is 0,584.Keyword: Competitiveness, soybean and policy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research objective was to analyze the influence of a startup innovation strategy in the form of a futuristic concept of digital services, environmental friendliness, and the quality advantages offered on customer satisfaction. In this study there are 4 variables and 15 indicators (3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable), then the minimum sample size is 15 x 6 = 90 samples. The sample used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and component-based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Futuristic Concept plays a significant role in influencing consumer satisfaction of Fore coffee. Quality excellence has the most significant effect on consumer satisfaction Fore coffee. Environmentally friendly factors do not significantly influence customer satisfaction Fore coffee. Abstract

Asuransi Usahatani Padi (AUTP) adalah perjanjian antara petani dan pihak perusahaan asuransi untuk mengikatkan diri dalam pertanggungan risiko usahatani padi untuk memberikan ganti rugi kepada petani akibat gagal panen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap petani terhadap program AUTP, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap petani terhadap program AUTP, menganalisis tingkat partisipasi petani dalam program AUTP, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi petani dalam program AUTP.  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Rengel, Kabupaten Tuban. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 petani. Tujuan pertama dan ketiga dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Tujuan kedua dan keempat dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Sikap petani terhadap program AUTP tergolong netral sebanyak 56,6%. 2) Faktor pengalaman petani, pengaruh orang lain yang dianggap penting, pendidikan formal, dan pendidikan non formal berpengaruh signifikan dan positif, sedangkan faktor media massa tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap petani dalam program AUTP. 3) Tingkat partisipasi petani tergolong rendah dengan skor 55,6%. Berdasarkan konsep Arnstein, tingkat partisipasi petani berada pada tingkat peredalam kemarahan (placation). 4) Faktor umur, pendidikan formal, pendidikan non formal, pengalaman berusahatani, pendapatan, keaktifan keanggotaan petani, luas lahan, dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif, sedangkan pendidikan non formal dan sikap petani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi petani dalam program AUTP.

Abstract

Pabrik Gula Tambora adalah PG berbasis tebu, untuk untuk mencukupi bahan baku tebu perusahaan menjalin hubungan  kemitraan dengan petani mitra. Jumlah Petani mitra yang dimiliki PG dari tahun ketahun semakin menurun jumlah mitra petani.  Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat penurunan petani mitra yang menanam tebu dan beralih ke komoditas lain. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan pola kemitraan yang terjalin antara PG dengan Petani. (2) Mengidentifikasi dan Mendeskripsikan  alasan  petani melanjutkan dan mengentikan bermitra dengan PG  (3) Menganalisis  komparatif pendapatan usahatani tebu dengan usahatani kompetitor (Jagung).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the 4P marketing mix on the level of customer satisfaction at the Quokka coffee cafe. The data analysis method is SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that the variables that affected Quokka Coffee customer satisfaction were products and promotions. This could be seen from the results of the analysis which showed that the product variable had a T-Statistics value of 4,516 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.024 <0.05. Meanwhile, the promotion variable has a T-Statistics value of 2,393 > 1.96 and a p-value of 0.017 <0.05. Whereas the price and place variables do not have a significant effect on Quokka Coffee customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the results of the analysis which show that the price variable has a T-Statistics value of 0.888 <1.96 and a p-value of 0.375 > 0.05. Whereas the place variable has a T-Statistics value of 0.575 <1.96 and a p-value of 0.565 > 0.05. Keywords: Cafe, Marketing Mix, Consumer Satisfaction. INTISARITujuan riset ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran 4P terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan di Kafe Quokka coffe. Metode analisis data berupa analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Quokka Coffe adalah produk dan promosi hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel produk nilai T-Statistics 4.516 > 1,96 dan nilai p-value 0,024 < 0,05. Sedangkan pada variabel promosi memiliki nilai T-Statistics 2.393 > 1,96 dan nilai p-value 0,017 < 0,05. Sedangkan pada variabel harga dan tempat tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Quokka Coffe, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel harga nilai T-Statistics 0.888 < 1,96 dan nilai p-value 0,375 > 0,05. Sedangkan pada variabel tempat memiliki nilai T-Statistics 0.575 < 1,96 dan nilai p-value 0,565 > 0,05. Kata Kunci: Kafe, Bauran Pemasaran, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

This reiseiarch was conduicteid to find ouit thei deiscription of farmeirs' peirceiptions of ciheirang ricei farming and to analyzei thei feiasibility of ciheirang ricei farming in Keidanyang Villagei, Keibomas District, Greisik Reigeincy. Thei meithod uiseid in deiteirmining farmeir reispondeints is ricei farmeirs in paddy fieilds in thei 2023 planting seiason uising thei ceinsuis meithod, beicauisei thei popuilation is small (limiteid), nameily a total of 30 ciheirang ricei farmeirs. Data analysis uiseis thei conceipt of farming reiveinuiei and farming incomei and uiseis incomei analysis and analysis of thei R/C ratio (Reituirn Ana Cost Ratio) to deiteirminei thei feiasibility of farming. Thei data uiseid in thei stuidy weirei obtaineid from direict inteirvieiws with farmeirs. Thei reisuilts of this stuidy indicatei an aveiragei peirceiption valuiei of 3.81, which meians that thei peirceiption of farmeirs towards ciheirang ricei farming in Keidanyang Villagei, Keibomas District, Greisik Reigeincy is High. Produictivity, Eiasei of seilling, and Profits from seilling high yieilds makei farmeirs still havei high peirceiptions. This is what makeis farmeirs still maintain and opeiratei theiir farms. Thei Ciheirang Varieity ricei farming in Keidanyang Villagei, Keibomas District, Greisik Reigeincy with an oveirall aveiragei of farmeirs with a land areia of 1 Ha has an aveiragei incomei of Rp. 38,090,061.67 with a total cost of Rp. 7,048,400. For incomei analysis has an aveiragei of Rp. 31,041,661.67. and for thei analysis of thei eifficieincy of thei R/C ratio, it is obtaineid 5.354 which is deiclareid eifficieint and feiasiblei beicauisei thei valuiei of thei R/C ratio is morei than 1 which is said to bei feiasiblei. Keywords: Incomei, Paddy Fieild, Feiasibility INTISARIPenelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui Mendeskripsikan persepsi petani terhadap usahatani padi ciherang dan Menganalisis kelayakan usahatani padi ciherang di Desa Kedanyang Kecamatan Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik. Penggunaan metode dalam penentuan responden petani yang digunakan yaitu petani padi di lahan sawah pada musim tanam tahun 2023 menggunakan metode sensus, karena jumlah populasinya sedikit (terbatas) yaitu total sebanyak 30 orang petani padi ciherang. Analisi data menggunakan konsep usahatani penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani serta menggunakan analisis pendapatan dan analisis R/C ratio (Return Ana Cost Ratio) untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian didapatkan dari hasil wawancara langsung kepada petani. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai persepsi rata-rata sebesar 3.81 yang artinya persepsi petani terhadap usahatani padi ciherang di Desa Kedanyang Kecamatan Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik adalah Tinggi. Produktivitas, Kemudahan dalam mejual, dan Keuntungan dari menjual hasil panen yang tinggi membuat petani masih memiliki persepsi yang tinggi. Hal inilah yang membuat petani masih mempertahankan dan mengoperasikan usahataninya. Usahatani padi Varietas Ciherang di Desa Kedanyang Kecamatan Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dari petani dengan luas lahan 1Ha memiliki rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp. 38.090.061,67 dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 7.048.400. Untuk analisis pendapatan memiliki rata-rata sebesar Rp. 31.041.661,67. dan untuk analisis efisiensi R/C Ratio didapat 5,354 yang dinyatakan efisien dan layak karna nilai R/C ratio lebih dari 1 yang dikatan layak untuk diusahakan. Kata kunci: Pendapatan, Padi Sawah, Kelayakan

Abstract

Penggerak pasar daya merupakan program dari PT Bank BTN Syariah Tbk yang diadakan oleh daya, yang memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan kepada ibu-ibu prasejahtera produktif pelaku UMKM dengan cara memberikan pendampingan usaha kepada nasabah. Pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah pendorong terbesar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di indonesia, Namun, dalam menjalankan usahanya para pelaku UMKM sering mengalami kesulitan seperti usaha dengan skala kecil sulit untuk akses pasar, modal terbatas, dan terbatasnya ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dimana hal ini terjadi pada pelaku UMKM ibu-ibu prasejahtera produktif nasabah BTPN Syariah yang berada di wilayah pedesaan yang kurang dalam mendapatkan akses informasi untuk memperluas pasar produk atau jasa, dikarenakan terbatasnya ilmu dari pelaku UMKM. Penggerak pasar daya acces to knowledge remote side pedesaan bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan kapasitas maupun skill nasabah dalam berwirausaha dengan memperluas potensi acces to market (akses pasar) melalui pemanfaatan media digital. sehingga mendapatkan akses pasar lebih luas. Dalam pemberdayaan ibu-ibu prasejahtera produktif BTPN Syariah memberikan akses penggerak pasar daya kepada nasabah dengan tujuan agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan mengenai peningkatan kualitas pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai kewirausahaan pemasaran digital. Pemberdayaan ini dharapkan dapat memperluas potensi acces to market (akses pasar) para pelaku UMKM sehingga dapat mengembangkan bisnis dan meningkatkan pendapatan pada usaha yang dijalanakan oleh nasabah Bank BTPN Syariah.

Abstract

As one of the pioneers of instant noodles, Indomie also took the lead in promoting its products through Instagram as one of the strategies to communicate and interact with its consumers. However, Indomie's engagement rate on Instagram is below average. It shows that Indomie needs to optimally utilize its Instagram media to drive its followers to connect to prevent the achievement of the objectives of using Instagram as a brand strategy to retain and acquire consumers. This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram marketing and brand performance on Indomie brand loyalty. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, which will be analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The research results on 81 Indomie consumers who also follow Indomie on Instagram show that Instagram marketing positively and significantly affects brand loyalty. Likewise,  performance shows a positive and significant relationship with brand loyalty. The results of this analysis indicate that Indomie's strategy of using Instagram has the opportunity to reach and listen to consumers more closely. Indomie also has good brand performance in consumers' minds

Abstract

Developing Indonesia's food and beverage business is increasing, ensuring product quality must be maintained. One of the products is Cincau Station. Cincau Station is a healthy drink made from fresh grass jelly leaves. However, the product needed a higher quality. Cincau station must have advantages; good quality products can help a business be better than other businesses. One way to increase competitive advantage is to link product quality with customer loyalty. Product quality has a very close relationship with customer satisfaction because product quality can be assessed from the product's ability to create customer loyalty. Product quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customers feel that the price of Cincau Station products is affordable, and the taste of Cincau Station products is also better than other brands
