Abstract

Guilt is a conscious emotion that causes adolescents to feel sorry, uncomfortable as a result of violating a social norm and religiosity is the belief in the existence of forces outside of oneself that regulate life and life in the universe. This study aims to explore and determine the relationship between religiosity and guilt in adolescents at SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin, Solok Regency. The independent variable (x) in this study is religiosity and the dependent variable (y) is guilt. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of religiosity and guilt scale. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 165 students of SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin Solok Regency. Test the validity and reliability in this study using the alpha cronbach technique. The item discriminatory index on the religiosity scale moves from rix= 0.327 to rix= 0.839 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.926 while the guilt scale moves from rix= 0.327 to rix= 0.816 with a reliability coefficient of = 0.930. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a very significant relationship between religiosity and guilt, with a correlation value (r) of 0.511 with a significant level of 0.000 which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that with the proposed hypothesis there is a very significant positive relationship between religiosity and guilt in adolescents at SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin, Solok.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Body Shaming Dengan Konsep Diri Pada Siswa Di SMPN 5 Kubung Saok Laweh Kabupaten Solok. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah body shaming dan terikat adalah konsep diri. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala body shaming dan konsep diri. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 orang siswa SMPN 5 Kubung Saok Laweh, Kabupaten. Solok. Uji validitas dan realibilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala body shaming rxy = 0.308 sampai dengan rxy = 0.563 dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar ? = 0.856 sedangkan pada skala konsep diri bergerak dari rxy = 0.303 sampai dengan rxy = 0.714 dengan koefisien realibilitas ? = 0.914 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara body shaming dengan konsep diri Pada Siswa Di SMPN 5 Kubung Saok Laweh Kabupaten Solok. Sumbangan efektif dari variabel body shaming dengan konsep diri Pada Siswa Di SMPN 5 Kubung Saok Laweh Kabupaten Solok yaitu sebesar 37 %.

Abstract

There are so many problems that arise in adolescence, so they need special attention. Adolescence is a period of searching for identity, so many teenagers sometimes fall into juvenile delinquency. There are many factors that cause juvenile delinquency, and if not handled properly can cause decreased academic achievement. One factor that can handle it is religiosity. This research observed the student class XI of Senior High School X. The purpose of this observation is to see the correlation between religiosity and student’s achievement class XI at Senior High School X. As hypothesis, there is positive correlation between religiosities and student’s achievement. It shows when the religiosities are high, so the student’s achievement will be high. In the other hand when the religiosities are low, so the student’s achievement will be low. The population in this research are all student in ninth class (XI) at Senior High School X  it totally 77 students. And the sampling technique that used is saturated sample. Subject of the research relative small, so it better to take all subject. So the research called population research. It is done because the number of population relative small and the researcher want make the generalization with very small mistake. All students at ninth class totally 77 students, so the samples in this research are 77 students. The measuring instrument that used is religiosities scale that arranged based on the theory and the documentation of student report to see study achievement. The data analyzing method that used for hypothesis testing in this research is using product moment correlation Pearson that shows (r) = 0,589 with score (p) = 0,000 (p<0,01), Means the there is significant correlation with positive   between religiosities with student achievement. In conclusion the hypothesis of this research can be accepted.

Abstract

Students who practice academic procrastination often experience failure in the academic field due to the behavior of procrastinating time in doing assignments from lecturers which results in feelings of laziness, fatigue, and boredom so that students experience failure in the academic field. Conscientiousness can be interpreted as a description of a person's persistence to control his inner urges so that he can be responsible and comply with existing norms and rules. Peer social support is needed to reduce academic procrastination behavior, this is because positive support from peers in the educational process will improve student academic performance. This study aims to empirically examine the role of conscientiousness and peer social support in predicting student academic procrastination in the computer systems department of Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. The sample for this study was 152 active status students from 2016 to 2019 using a simple random sampling technique. This research is non-experimental quantitative research with a survey method. The research measuring instrument consists of three scales, namely the conscientiousness scale, the peer social support scale and the academic procrastination scale. The results of this study indicate that conscientiousness and peer social support in collaboration are able have a significant effect on student academic procrastination in the computer systems department. Furthermore, conscientiousness partially has a significant effect on student academic procrastination in the computer systems department. Finally, peer social support partially has a significant effect on student academic procrastination in the computer systems department. The relationship that occurs is negative, the higher the conscientiousness and peer social support, the lower the student academic procrastination in the computer systems department.

Abstract

Productivity and effectiveness of the company to achieve a target or goal must have human resources or employees who can behave positively and can also create a good and comfortable atmosphere. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Bank Nagari Employees, Padang head office. The independent variable in this study is organizational climate and the dependent variable is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The measurement tools used in this study are the organizational climate scale and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The sample in this study is based on the table from Issac and Michael with an error rate of 10%. So that the number of samples in this study were 130 people. The test results show that the validity coefficient on organizational climate moves from 0.403 to 0.849, while the reliability coefficient is 0.955, and the validity coefficient on Organizational Citizenship Behavior moves from 0.303 to 0.887, while the reliability coefficient is 0.941. Based on data analysis, a correlation value of 0.777 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000, which means that the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship Behavior of employees who work at Bank Nagari Padang Head Office. The effective contribution of organizational climate with organizational citizenship behavior for employees working at Bank Nagari Head Office is 60.5%.

Abstract

Remaja dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder merasa kekurangan terhadap tubuhnya. Remaja yang merasa tidak puas akan bentuk tubuhnya, umumnya beberapa gejala seperti benci dengan diri, merasa jelek atau sering iri dengan kesempurnaan fisik orang lain. Kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder erat kaitannya dengan body image. Body image merupakan pengalaman remaja yang berupa persepsi terhadap bentuk dan berat tubuhnya, serta perilaku yang mengarah pada evaluasi remaja tersebut terhadap penampilan fisiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Body Image dengan Kecenderungan Body Dysmorphic Disorder pada Siswa SMA X. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X dan XI SMA X dengan jumlah sampel 187 orang, metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan random berstrata proporsional (proportionate stratified random sampling). Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala body image dan skala kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder. Hasil koefisien validitas pada skala body image berkisar antara 0,332 sampai 0,601. Hasil koefisien validitas pada kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder berkisar antara 0,310 sampai 0,712. Dengan koefisien reliabilitas body image sebesar 0,835 dan pada skala kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder sebesar 0,887. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar r=-0,309 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000, uji hipotesis menunjukkan hubungan body image dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder pada siswa SMA X dan hubungan keduanya negatif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara body image dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder pada siswa SMA X dengan taraf rendah. Adapun besar sumbangan efektif dari variabel body image dengan kecenderungan body dysmorphic disorder pada siswa SMA X sebesar 9,5%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sense of humor dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kecemasan dan variabel independen adalah sense of humor. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adaah skala sense of humor dan skala kecemasan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dimana semua mahasiswa populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi yang berjumlah 77 orang. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan koefisien validitas pada sense of humor bergerak dari 0,363 sampai 0,804, sedangkan koefisien reliability nya sebesar 0,932, dan untuk koefisien validitas pada kecemasan bergerak dari 0,312 sampai 0,787, sedangkan koefisien reliability nya sebesar 0,929. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh nilai korelasi sebesar -0,447 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,005 yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sense of humor dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi. Dengan besar sumbangan efektif sense of humor dengan kecemasan pada mahasiswa yang sedang bimbingan skripsi sebesar 20 %. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between a sense of humor and anxiety in students who are under thesis. The dependent variable in this study is anxiety and the independent variable is a sense of humor. The measuring instrument used in this research is the sense of humor scale and the anxiety scale. The sampling technique is saturated sample, which is a sampling technique in which all student populations are sampled. The sample in this study were students who were under thesis, totaling 77 people. The test results show that the validity coefficient on the sense of humor moves from 0.363 to 0.804, while the reliability coefficient is 0.932, and the validity coefficient on anxiety moves from 0.312 to 0.787, while the reliability coefficient is 0.929. Based on data analysis, the correlation value is -0.447 with a significance level of 0.005, which means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between a sense of humor and anxiety in students who are under thesis. With a large effective contribution of sense of humor with anxiety to students who are guiding their thesis, Padang by 20%.

Abstract

Kecemasan dapat timbul dengan intensitas yang berbeda tingkatannya. Faktor penyebab kecemasan terdiri dari faktor internal yaitu kognitif dan biologis, serta faktor eksternal yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar individu yang berpotensi memunculkan kecemasan. Salah satu cara untuk menurunkan kecemasan adalah dengan bergerak. Outbound adalah kegiatan aktivitas fisik yang di lakukan beberapa kelompok kecil dan besar dimana membutuhkan strategi, taktik, ketangkasan, olahraga dan olahrasa untuk mencapai suatu tujuan yang mengisi dari 4 (empat aspek) yaitu aspek kepribadian, aspek sosial, aspek pedagogik, dan aspek professional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas outbound terhadap penurunan gejala kecemasan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa baru yang berkuliah di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri X berjumlah 33 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, menggunakan metode pengamatan eksperimen Quasi- experimental design, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 25 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah menggunakan metode statistic dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berdasarkan uji analasis deskriptif pretest and posttest pengaruh efektivitas outbond terhadap penurunan gejala kecamasan dengan rata-rata sebesar 27,20-19,20 kemudian hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh metode outbound pada penurunan gejala anxiety memakai uji paired sample t-test didapatkan nilai t sebesar 3,855 dengan Sig.(2- tailed) adalah sebesar 0,001 yang mana p<0,05 jadi dapat disimpulkan jika terdapat beda rata-rata antara metode outbound dalam penurunan gejala anxiety pretest dan posttest yang artinya ada dampak metode outbound pada penurunan gejala anxiety pada mahasiswa baru. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara penurunan gejala anxiety sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan.

Abstract

The ever-evolving education demands teachers to have the ability to innovate and adapt to changes in order to improve the quality of learning. Innovative work behavior demonstrated by teachers is closely related to learning agility. Learning agility is the ability to learn and adapt quickly to challenges and changes. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between learning agility and innovative work behavior in teachers of SMA X. This study was conducted on SMA X teachers with a sample of 63 people with a quantitative research method where the subject determination technique used a total sampling technique, namely all members of the population were sampled or respondents. The measuring instrument used was the learning agility adaptation scale and the innovative work behavior adaptation scale . The results of the validity coefficient on the innovative work behavior scale ranged from 0.371 to 0.770 with a reliability coefficient of 0.860. The results of the validity coefficient on the learning agility scale ranged from 0.323 to 0.841 with a reliability coefficient of 0.916. Based on the results of the study, a correlation value of r = 0.596 was obtained with a significance level of 0.000. The hypothesis test shows a positive relationship between learning agility and innovative work behavior in high school X teachers. This finding also shows that there is a significant relationship between learning agility and innovative work behavior in high school X teachers, so the research hypothesis is accepted. This study found an effective contribution of the learning agility variable to innovative work behavior of 35.52%, which means that learning agility is able to contribute to innovative work behavior by 35.52%.
