This type of research is a quantitative correlation with a cross sectional research design. With the independent variable peer social support and the dependent variable learning motivation. Univariate using the frequency distribution and bivariate data analysis, using the Spearman rank correlation test to see the relationship between variables. The results of assistance and analysis of the relationship between peer social support and learning motivation in undergraduate students at level I engagement at STIKes Dharma Husada obtained the results of p-value (0.000) < É‘ (0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between peer social support and motivation to study in level I fellowship undergraduate students at STIKes Dharma Husada. Method: Type of correlation quantitative research. With the formula used spearmant rank. With a population of 30 and a sample of 28. Research was conducted at STIKes Dharma Husada in June-July 2023. Research Results Internal factors found the results of 24 people (85.7%) were moderate, 3 people (10.7%) were low and 1 person (3.5%) was high. External factors are good 16 people (57.1%) and low 12 people (42.9%) Moderate learning motivation as many as 20 people (71.4%), low and high each 4 people (14.2%). The results obtained in the study are Ho is accepted for internal factors and Ha is accepted for external factors on learning motivation. Suggestion: Suggestion: to increase learning motivation in non-regular students, study groups can be formed. And there is further research on this research to be a reinforcement or comparison

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang meempengaruhi lamanya penyembuhan luka diantaranya usia, jenis kelamin, nutris, derajat luka, pengontrolan gula darah, perawatan luka, aktifitas fisik.

Abstract

Work fatigue is a source of problems for occupational health and safety in the workplace, both in the formal and informal sectors. Work fatigue is one of the crucial problems that needs to be addressed because it can result in several negative impacts such as lost work skills, decreased health conditions of workers which can trigger work accidents, decreased productivity and work performance. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The population in this study were all 30 nurses. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 30 people. Data analysis used Univariate and Bivariate Analysis. The results of the Bivariate Analysis showed the p value for the variable Nutritional Status (p = 0.014) and Sleep Quality, p = 0.000. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of Nutritional Status and Sleep Quality on work fatigue in nurses. To minimize the emergence of work fatigue experienced by nurses, Puskesmas management can provide a comfortable rest room by placing aromatherapy in the corner of the room, holding outbound activities to strengthen teamwork. Nurses must also maintain a good sleep pattern by paying attention to sleep duration, doing exercise, paying attention to and consuming nutritious and balanced food, maintaining body weight so that nutritional status remains normal so as not to experience work fatigue and helping each other in order to reduce workload.
