Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Cryptocurrency sebagai alat pembayaran yang sah berdasarkan perspektif peraturan perundang-undangan dan fatwa DSN-MUI di Indonesia. Ini didasari bahwa fenomena Cryptocurrency sebagai mata uang digital yang tersistem dari penciptaan terdesentralisasi. Berbeda dengan mata uang yang ada saat ini, yang sistemenya desentralisasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan pendektan kualitatif. Data peneltian dikumpul dari sumber skunder berupa dokumen peraturan perundang-undangan, laporan, artikel jurnal, dan lain-lain sesuai dengan objek penelitian ini. Analsis data penelitian menggunakan beberapa langkah-langkah; pengumpulan materi, diskusi, dan analisis deskriptif.. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Cryptocurrency belum dapat menjadi alat pembayaran yang sah, karena bertentengan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Bank Indonsia. dengan tegas menyatkan Cryptocurrency tidak dapat menjadi alat trasaksi pembayaran yang sah (Ilegal Tender). Demikian juga dari fatwa DSN-MUI, menyatakan keharaman Cryptocurrency sebagai mata uang, karena beretentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Sebagai mata uang mengikuti ketentuan dari aturan undang-undang atau otoritas moneter, sehingga menjadikan Cryptocurrency tidak mendapatkan tempat sebagai alat pembayaran yang sah (Illegal tender). Namun demikian, Cryptocurrency dilegalkan, hanya sebatas komiditi (aset) berdasarkan dalam regulasi yang dikelaurakan oleh PERMENDAG/BAPPETI..

Abstract

The increase in the number of violent incidents occurring in schools due to acts of intolerance indicates that the concept of multicultural education has not yet been fully implemented. Therefore, the aim of this service activity is to strengthen multicultural education through religious literacy. This can be a strategic effort to equip students with a good understanding of tolerance in diversity. In its implementation, this activity will adopt the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) methodology. The ABCD method was chosen with the consideration that this activity is more focused on guidance. The outcome of this activity is that religious literacy can be highly effective in strengthening multicultural education, with students showing openness, respecting different beliefs, and embracing diversity well.ABSTRAKMeningkatnya jumlah kekerasan yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah disebabkan oleh tindakan-tindakan intoleransi, menunjukkan bahwa konsep dari pendidikan multikultural belumlah sepenuhnya diterapkan dengan baik. Oleh sebab itulah, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pendidikan multikultural melalui literasi agama. Hal ini dapat menjadi upaya strategis dalam membekali peserta didik untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai toleransi dalam keberagaman. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Kegiatan ini akan mengimplementasikan metodologi Asset Bassed Community Develovment (ABCD). Metode ABCD ini dipilih dengan pertimbangan bahwa kegiatan ini lebih bersifat pendampingan. Adapun hasil kegiatan ini ialah literasi agama dapat sangat efektif memperkuat pendidikan multikultural, siswa menunjukkan sikap keterbukaan, menghormati keyakinan yang berbeda dan merangkul keberagaman dengan baik.

Abstract

In the new trend of the transformation of women's roles from the 19th century to the present, a number of issues have emerged within religious communities, causing women to face ethical and psychological dilemmas. Therefore, this study aims to describe gender and family welfare; the Islamic perspective on the transformation of women's roles in the era of globalization. This research applies the library research method with a philosophical approach and analyzes the data using an interdisciplinary perspective. The findings of the study are as follows: First, through education and the development of communication technology, both women and men have equal opportunities to access information, which allows for equality between women and men, both inside and outside the household. Second, spiritually, socially, economically, and politically, Islam, through various verses in the Qur'an, has allowed women to become modern individuals by engaging in activities just like other human beings. Third, family empowerment can be achieved by building the principle of Tawhid; making the Qur'an the guide for family life; using the criteria of faith and piety as measures of success; fostering friendly, polite, and gentle behavior within the family; and nurturing a balance between modernity and spirituality in the family. Abstract

Millennials are people who are very attached to technology and the internet. Millennials prefer everything that is instant and efficient. The role of millennials in the sharia economy in Indonesia is to develop technology that can facilitate the Indonesian people in carrying out economic activities that are more efficient and not wasting time, millennials can disseminate sharia economic products through social media in Indonesia or abroad. This article aims to determine the role of millennials in the Islamic economy in Indonesia. The instrument in this study is an inductive thinking model and interviews with research informants. Based on interviews conducted by researchers, they found that millennials have had a positive impact on the Islamic economy in Indonesia, namely: 1) introducing Islamic economics to society, 2) developing Islamic economic products, 3) adding new innovations to the Islamic economy through existing technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of religiosity and product knowledge on people's interest in saving at Islamic banks in Panyabungan City. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents, while the data analysis method used was multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 21. Partial t-test results of this study show that religiosity has a significant effect on the interest in saving of the people of Panyabungan City with a significant value of 0.000 < 0,005 and product knowledge has a significant effect. on interest in saving with a significance value of 0.000 < 0,005. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained R2 of 0.709 or 70.9%, which means that people's interest in saving is influenced by religiosity and product knowledge. Meanwhile, the remaining 29.1% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research. Keywords: Religiosity, Knowledge, and Interest in Saving

Abstract

Kaidah-kaidah fikih ekonomi ialah yang membahas tentang masalah ekonomi atau muamalah. (kaidah-kaidah fiqih) terdiri dari kaidah umum dan kaidah khusus, kaidah khusus terbagi lagi kepada beberapa bidang, salah satunya adalah di bidang Ekonomi (Muamalah) Kaidah yang khusus di bidang Ekonomi (Muamalah) menjadi sangat penting karena perhatian sumber hukum islam yaitu al-Qur’an dan Hadist. Munculnya kaidah fikih ekonomi syariah dari persoalan-persoalan muamalah di kalangan masyarakat sehingga perlu adanya menegaskan berdasarkan kaidah-kaidah ekonomi syariah. Abstract

Shariah-based investments are increasingly in demand in Indonesia along with the increasing awareness to invest according to Islamic principles, such as being free from usury, gharar and maysir. However, low financial literacy is an obstacle in choosing the right instrument, especially for novice speculators. This study aims to identify the right type of Islamic investment and its selection criteria. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing various academic and relevant sources. The results showed that Islamic mutual funds, sukuk, and gold are the most appropriate instruments because they are low-risk, affordable, and in accordance with sharia principles. The findings are expected to be an educative reference to improve financial literacy and encourage public participation in sustainable halal investment.

Abstract

Abstract The existence of law as a rule or social norm, is to regulate social life. Law as an order and guide in behavior is intended to regulate human behavior in social life in order to protect social life and further to maintain social life. In principle, the law only gets its validity when the community accepts it and then obeys it. Compliance with this law can mean acceptance internally or externally. External acceptance is paying attention to formalities or the legal form cannot be separated from the coercive power inherent in the law in the form of sanctions for those who violate it, then the law is interpreted as a coercion. But on the other hand, internal acceptance is more about legal acceptance, which is not only a formality but is more substantial. So that the law is substantially, indeed aims to protect the interests of the community so that they have the obligation and awareness to comply with it. This process of acceptance through good internalization of the law should be owned by every member of the community as a form of compliance with the law. Keywords: Philosophical Studies, Compliance, Legal Philosophy Abstrak Keberadaan hukum sebagai aturan ataupun norma sosial, adalah untuk mengatur kehidupan bermasyarakat. Hukum sebagai tatanan dan pedoman dalam bertingkah laku ditujukan untuk mengatur tingkah laku manusia dalam hidup bermasyarakat dalam rangka melindungi kehidupan bermasyarakat dan lebih lanjut untuk mempertahankan kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pada prinsipnya hukum barulah mendapatkan keberlakuannya ketika masyarakat menerima yang kemudian mematuhinya. Kepatuhan terhadap hukum ini bisa bermakna penerimaan secara internal maupun eksternal. Penerimaan secara eksternal adalah memberikan perhatian secara formalitas atau bentuk hukum tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan daya paksa yang melekat pada hukum berupa sanksi bagi yang melanggarnya, maka hukum dimaknai sebagai suatu paksaan. Namun di sisi lain penerimaan secara internal lebih kepada penerimaan hukum yang tidak hanya secara formalitas tetapi lebih kepada substansial. Sehingga hukum secara substansial, memanglah bertujuan untuk melindungi kepentingan masyarakat sehingga memiliki kewajiban dan kesadaran untuk mematuhinya. Proses penerimaan melalui internalisasi yang baik terhadap hukum inilah yang hendaknya dimiliki oleh setiap anggota masyarakat sebagai suatu bentuk kepatuhan terhadap hukum.

Abstract

Sustainable development has become a global priority that requires the integration of economic, social, and environmental goals. Islamic finance, which is based on maqashid sharia and ethical principles, offers a structured framework to align investment practices with the needs of sustainable development. This study examines how Islamic investment principles integrate with the SDGs by evaluating the contribution of Islamic financial instruments in Indonesia and identifying key challenges and opportunities. Using a qualitative descriptive desk research design, data was systematically collected from academic journals, official publications, and policy documents, then analysed through content analysis with source triangulation and peer-review. The findings show that green sukuk issuance has funded five renewable energy and sanitation projects, reduced carbon emissions, and generated risk-adjusted returns comparable to conventional sukuk with better risk management. Productive waqf schemes have channelled public capital into sustainable agriculture and education, improving food security and human capital, and corporate zakat programmes have encouraged the development of MSMEs. Portfolio studies show positive impacts on economic growth and social development, mediated by good governance and regulatory support. Nonetheless, gaps remain in terms of the availability of reporting standardisation, and investor literacy highlighting the need for harmonised frameworks and capacity building. The study concludes that Islamic financial instruments significantly advance sustainable development in Indonesia, and recommends regulatory incentives, standardised Islamic ESG reporting, sustainable thematic funds, and digital financial planning platforms to make the most of Islamic investment potential for a sustainable future.
