Abstract

Panrita Lopi Beach is one of the natural tourist destinations that needs to be surveyed by visitors in order to identify and determine strategies for developing tourist attractions and also marketing in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of tourists and travel patterns of tourists who visit and to determine the perception of the level of tourist satisfaction with infrastructure products, public facilities and tourism facilities in this tourist destination. The main variables used in segmenting comprise: Geographic Segmentation, Demographic Segmentation, Psychographic Segmentation, and Behavior-based Segmentation. This research is a type of survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach. I carried out data collection from primary data sources and secondary data sources. The sample used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique by accidental sampling, namely a sampling technique based on chance, anyone who coincidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person who was met is suitable as a data source. Data that has been collected from research results related to typology (characteristics, travel patterns) and visitor perceptions can be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The analyzed data comes from surveys through questionnaires that have been given to visitors, including data on visitor profiles, visitor travel patterns, and visitor perceptions about this Panrita Lopi beach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the indicators of e-government quality that mostly affect the people satisfaction on using the Disdukcapil Berau app at Berau, Tanjung Redeb regency. The research method used in this research is associative research with quantitative approach. Therefore the variables about e-government quality used in this research are: Content, Privacy, Usability, Quality, Accesibility, and Citizen engagement. The variables of people satisfaction in this reseach are: Terms,System, mechanism and procedur, Finishing time, Cost/fee,Competent and administrator habit, Report handling, feedback and suggestion, and Facilities and infrastructure. Data collecting method use is online survey which is googleform, literatur research and documentation with sampling method by doing proportional sampling from the apps user at Tanjung Redeb regency which is managed to get 99 responder. Analysis testing using validity test and reliability test, and standardized coefficients with the help of SPSS apps for windows v25. The result of the research can be said that the indication of e-government quality which mostly affect the people’s satisfaction is quality with a 0,330 value.

Abstract

Menentukan tingkat tersebut merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai perlindungan dan pelestarian Hutan Adat Hemaq Beniung di Kampung Juaq Asa, Kecamatan Barong Tongkok, sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, serta isu-isu yang menghambat upaya-upaya tersebut. dan mempertahankan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat No. 6 Tahun 2014 dengan mengimplementasikannya di Hutan Adat Hemaq Beniung di Kampung Juaq Asa, Kecamatan Barong Tongkok. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan betapa berhasilnya Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Barat No. 6 Tahun 2014, yang mengatur tentang pelestarian dan perlindungan Hutan Adat Hemaq Beniung, dipraktikkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat, pemerintah desa, dan pemerintah daerah setempat, yang meliputi penanaman pohon dan melibatkan aparat pemerintah untuk melindungi hutan adat. Kemudian, untuk melestarikan hutan adat, pemerintah Desa Juaq Asa membuat peraturan Desa Juaq Asa nomor 1 tahun 2017. Namun, ada beberapa tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, termasuk fakta bahwa beberapa anggota masyarakat belum menyadari perlunya menjaga kelestarian hutan, tidak adanya pos jaga, dan kurangnya pegawai pemerintah untuk mengawasi hutan adat Hemaq Beniung.

Abstract

Abstrak Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (LPMD) berposisi strategis sebagai mitra kerja pemerintah desa dalam menampung dan mewujudkan aspirasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat di bidang pembangunan. LPMD mewakili unsur masyarakat dalam pemerintahan di desa. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengurus LPM Desa Loa Lepu menyusun program kerja sebagai panduan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya. Pengurus LPMD yang terbagi dalam beberapa bidang akan diberi pengetahuan dan bimbingan agar mampu memunculkan gagasan dan ide dalam menyusun kegiatan memberdayakan sumberdaya manusia dan potensi sumberdaya alam dan lingkungan yang desa miliki untuk menunjang kehidupan masyarakat desa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam 4 (empat) tahap, yaitu observasi, pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Mulai bulan Juli 2024 hingga Oktober 2024 dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Publik FISIPOL Unmul. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, anggota LPMD Loa Lepu telah mampu menyusun kegiatan sesuai tugas dan fungsinya serta merencanakan aksi, tujuan dan sasaran serta jadwal pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dengan pelatihan ini, pengurus LPM Desa Loa Lepu berhasil tersusun dokumen program kerja yang dihasilkan oleh LPMD Desa Loa Lepu tahun 2024 yang kemudian disampaikan kepada pemerintah Desa Loa Lepu sebagai dokumen resmi kegiatan tahunan LPMD Desa Loa Lepu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Green Consumer Knowledge (GCK), Consumer Social Responsibility (CnSR), and Green Advertising (GA) on green purchasing behaviour (Green Purchase Behaviour) among Generation Z in Samarinda, Kalimantan. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method through an online questionnaire distributed to 189 respondents aged 18-25 years in Samarinda City. Data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that GCK significantly influenced Green Purchase Behaviour, both directly and through the partial mediation role of CnSR. This suggests that consumer knowledge of green products increases social awareness and encourages more environmentally responsible purchasing decisions. In addition, GA was shown to positively moderate the relationship between CnSR and Green Purchase Behaviour, indicating that sustainability-focused advertising strengthens the influence of social responsibility on consumer purchasing decisions. This study concludes that the combination of GCK, CnSR, and GA is a key driver in promoting sustainable consumption among Generation Z. Practical implications of this study include the importance of consumer education, corporate collaboration with NGOs to improve CnSR, and transparent and credible advertising strategies to avoid scepticism related to greenwashing. This study is limited to the cosmetics sector and the student population in Samarinda, so generalisation to other sectors or regions may be limited. Further research is recommended to involve non-student Generation Z and more diverse product categories.

Abstract

Paket wisata kreatif ini bertujuan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan ekosistem dan budaya, melibatkan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata, dan memberikan pengalaman nyata kepada pengunjung. Pengembangan paket pariwisata berbasis komunitas diharapkan menjadi solusi strategis untuk merangkai daya tarik desa-desa wisata dan meningkatkan hubungan harmonis antara wisatawan dan penduduk lokal. Dengan melibatkan komunitas dalam setiap tahap pengembangan, mulai dari pengelolaan sumber daya hingga pembuatan produk wisata, diharapkan dapat tercipta kesempatan bagi masyarakat lokal untuk memperoleh keuntungan ekonomi yang lebih besar. metode untuk mengembangkan pariwisata dengan memulai kunjungan ke setiap desa untuk menentukan daya tarik yang mungkin menjadi tujuan wisata, seperti wisata alam, budaya, dan wisata dengan minat khusus. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui survei yang dilakukan bersamaan dengan kehadiran perwakilan dari desa. Setelah mengumpulkan data tentang daya tarik wisata, tim akan berbicara dengan pengelola, termasuk kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis), untuk menentukan destinasi mana yang dapat dipromosikan. Sebuah model pelatihan pendampingan digunakan, dan pelatihan dilakukan setiap tiga minggu sekali pada akhir pekan selama sekitar empat bulan.

Abstract

Indigenous forests in Indonesia are vital ecological and cultural assets, yet they often face legal uncertainty and limited recognition within formal governance systems. To address this, the Regional Regulation of West Kutai Regency Number 6 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Customary Forests, Historical Sites, Flora and Fauna, and Environmental Conservation in West Kutai Regency provides formal recognition and a legal framework for safeguarding indigenous forest management. This study analyzes how the regulation bridges indigenous law with formal governance to ensure the sustainability of the Hemaq Beniung Indigenous Forest in Juaq Asa Village, East Kalimantan. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, drawing on interviews with government officials, indigenous leaders, and forestry stakeholders, as well as document analysis and field observations. The findings show that regional regulation establishes a foundation for protection, supervision, and conservation, while strengthening indigenous rights and community participation. Its implementation has enhanced legal recognition, fostered collaboration between government and communities, and improved conservation outcomes for biodiversity. However, challenges remain, including limited enforcement resources and pressures from illegal logging and forest conversion. This study emphasizes the significance of local regulation as a vital policy instrument for incorporating customary practices into formal governance, thereby enhancing both ecological sustainability and the resilience of indigenous communities.

Abstract

The study aimed to identify and describe the collaborative development of Dewi Belai in Batuah Village, examining both the facilitating and hindering factors in this process. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the research investigated variables influencing the cooperative growth of tourism attractions on the Benua Elai. Key informants included the Village Head of Batuah, PT. Baramulti Suksessarana, Samarinda State Polytechnic, Kutai Kartanegara Regency Communication, and Information Service, and a journalist from Kaltimkece. id. Kelompok Tani Borneo Hijau also contributed valuable information. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and documentation. Miles, Huberman, and Saldana's interactive model guided the data analysis. The qualitative analysis revealed that the collaborative development of Dewi Belai using the Pentahelix Model in Batuah Village faced challenges due to insufficient focus on infrastructure development and a lack of public trust. Despite having the necessary resources and willingness from involved parties, the management of tourism sites faced obstacles such as poor cooperation and limited communication between the village authority and the local population. This hindered the success of the collaborative development initiative in promoting tourism spots on the Dewi Belai.
