Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the acceptance of E-Tax by users, the results of the study are intended to provide information to the Palembang City Regional Tax Management Agency regarding the factors that influence the acceptance of E-Tax. So the researchers conducted research on E-Tax from the user's point of view which aims to measure the level of acceptance, influence or perception of an information system using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The initial step to identify these factors is to design a questionnaire. The design of the questionnaire was carried out to be addressed to respondents, namely business entity taxpayers at the Regional Tax Management Agency of Palembang City, which aims to determine the skdrptsbilitsd factor from the responses of the respondents. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan E-Tax oleh pengguna, hasil penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memberikan informasi kepada pihak Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Daerah Kota Palembang mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan E-Tax. Sehingga peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai E-Tax dari sisi pengguna yang bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan, pengaruh atau persepsi dari suatu sistem informasi dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Langkah awal untuk mengidentifikasi faktor tersebut ialah melakukan perancangan kuesioner. Perancangan kuesioner dilakukan untuk ditujukan kepada responden yaitu wajib pajak badan usaha di Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Daerah Kota palembang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor skdrptsbilitsd dari tanggapan para responden.

Abstract

PT ABC is a company operating in the development sector. This company was founded in 2010 and has a total of 27 employees. The current personnel system at PT ABC uses Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and email as communication media but still predominantly uses paper media for storing personnel documents, and errors and data loss often occur. So, many things could be improved in managing data on attendance, recruitment, leave, promotions, demotions, layoffs, rewards, and punishment. The author used the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method in the system development process by conducting interviews, observations, and literature studies. System design using a system built based on a website using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. The personnel information system that will record employee data consists of data on attendance, recruitment, leave, promotion, demotion, layoffs, rewards, and punishment. With the results obtained, there is a personnel information system that can help companies manage employee data effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Information technology has now become a necessity that must exist in an organization because of the growing digital era and intense business competition, organizations must adapt to existing technological developments. The company has difficulties in processing the assessment and ranking of technicians because they have to record many technicians manually. The purpose of the system development is to create a dynamic decision system for determining the best technician according to company criteria using the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method that can combine the weights of important criteria and has a unique principle where the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The decision support system is made transparent because the results of the calculations can be seen after the assessment process is carried out according to the standards and weights imposed by the company and the decision system made makes it easier for HRD to input data according to each technician. Based on the application that has been made regarding the decision support system for determining the best technician PT Sapta Karya Manunggal uses the topsis method based on a website, the suggestion from this paper is to try using other methods to make better decisions as a comparison.
