Abstract

The study examined the influence of leadership, motivation and religiosity on job satisfaction at. Unza Vitalis Salatiga. Regression model of this quantitative research is: Y = -44.504 + 0.290 K + M + 0,270 R 1,070. The research concluded that leadership, motivation, and religiosity positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Unza Vitalis Salatiga. Leadership, motivation and religiosity simultaneously affect job satisfaction with the positive and significant at PT. Unza Vitalis Salatiga. The most dominant variable in influencing job satisfaction is work motivation.Studi ini meneliti pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan religiusitasterhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Unza Vitalis Salatiga. Model persamaanregresi dari penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah: Y= -44,504 + 0,290 K + 1,070M + 0,270 R. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Unza Vitalis Salatiga. Kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan religiusitas secara simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dengan positif dan signifikan pada PT. Unza Vitalis Salatiga. Variabel paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja adalah motivasi kerja.

Abstract

The principal problem in this research includes two things; how does the understanding and implementation of the flood victims Pasirsari villages toward the concept of patience?; What is the process of understanding to the formation and implementation of such forbearance in the context of socio-cultural and religious in Pasirsari? This research is a field research using qualitative methods. Qualitative methods are used to describe the understanding of the flood and how the formation process. The analysis used is descriptive-evaluative analysis, followed by explanatory analysis, critical analysis and comparative analysis. Among the results of this study are among the flood victims identified three aspects of patience, namely ahwal, aqwal, and af'al. So, the internal act aspect of people only covers ahwal residents only. While the act covering external aspects of speech (aqwal) and action (af'al).

Abstract

Abstract The community service program in the form of Banjari training and mentoring at Pondok Pesantren Madarasatul Qur'an Assalafiyah Singosari Malang is carried out in order to improve the skills and enthusiasm of the students. The results of this training and mentoring Banjari include being able to increase the students' understanding and skills in using the tambourine and the students' enthusiasm in reading al-Barzanji. This article provides a description of the implementation of training and mentoring, evaluation results, and further plans to preserve the art of Banjari music among Islamic boarding schools. In addition, this article also shows that Banjari training can be an effective and efficient solution in improving the skills and enthusiasm of students in preserving Indonesian Islamic culture. Abstrak Program pengabdian masyarakat berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan Banjari di Pondok Pesantren Madarasatul Qur’an Assalafiyah Singosari Malang dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan dan semangat santri. Hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan Banjari diantaranya mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan santri dalam menggunakan rebana dan semangat santri dalam membaca al-Barzanji. Artikel ini memberikan diskripsi tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan, hasil evaluasi, dan rencana lanjutan untuk melestarikan seni musik Banjari di kalangan pesantren. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan Banjari dapat menjadi salah satu solusi yang efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan semangat santri dalam melestarikan budaya Islam Indonesia. Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 brings significant changes to the world of work, especially for vocational high school students who need to adapt to the integration of digital technology. Through this seminar, students of SMKN 8 Tangerang Selatan were given an in-depth understanding of technologies such as AI and IoT as well as the skills needed to compete in the digital era. This community service activity included presentations, discussions, and interactive quizzes aimed at increasing students' awareness and readiness to face industry challenges. In conclusion, this seminar effectively equipped participants with relevant knowledge and skills to face the ever-changing world of work.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of spawnprim hormone induction with different doses on gonadal maturity of tinfoil barb fish broodstock (Barbonymus schwanenfeldii). A completely randomized design (CRD) was used in this study with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Fish broodstock in group A (control) was not given any treatment, while fish broodstocks in groups B, C, and D were injected with spawnprim hormone at doses of 0.3 ml/kg body weight, 0.6 ml/kg body weight, and 0.9 ml/kg body weight, respectively. The measured parameters were gonad maturity level, broodstock weight gain, egg diameter, and fecundity. Data were analyzed using one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result showed that the gonad maturity level (GML) in groups B, C, and D (GML III and IV) was better than group A (GML I). Statistical analysis showed that the induction of spawnprim hormone on tinfoil barb broodstocks significantly affect (P<0.05) broodstock weight gain, egg diameter, and fecundity. The optimal dose of spawnprim hormone for tinfoil barb was 0.6 ml/kg body weight, with the average broodstock weight gain, egg diameter, and fecundity were 0.011 kg, 1.55 mm, and 102.15 eggs, respectively. The induction of spawnprim hormone has a positive effect on gonad maturation of tinfoil barb fish (B. schwanenfeldii), with the optimum dose is 0.6 ml/kg fish Keywords: gonad maturity, tinfoil barb fish, spawnprim ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan hormon spawnprim dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap kematangan gonad induk ikan lemeduk Barbonymus schwanenfeldii. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 kelompok perlakuan dan 3 kali pengulangan. Ikan pada kelompok A (kontrol) tidak diberikan perlakuan, sedangkan ikan pada kelompok B, C, dan D masing-masing diinjeksi hormon spawnprim dengan dosis 0.3 ml/kg bobot badan; 0.6 ml/kg bobot badan; dan 0,9 ml/kg bobot badan. Parameter yang diamati adalah persentase induk matang gonad akhir, pertambahan bobot induk, pertambahan diameter telur, dan fekunditas. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) pola satu arah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kematangan gonad (TKG) pada kelompok perlakuan B, C, dan D (TKG III dan IV) lebih baik dari kelompok A (TKG I). Hasil uji ANAVA menunjukkan bahwa pemberian hormon spawnprim pada induk ikan lemeduk berpengaruh nyata (P<0.05) terhadap pertambahan bobot induk, pertambahan diameter telur, dan fekunditas. Tingkat kematangan gonad terbaik pada penelitian ini diperoleh pada kelompok perlakuan C yang diinduksi hormon spawnprim dengan dosis 0.6 ml/kg bobot badan induk ikan dengan rata - rata pertambahan bobot induk, pertambahan diameter telur, dan fekunditas masing-masing adalah 0.011 kg, 1.55 mm, dan 102.15 butir telur. Induksi hormon spawnprim menimbulkan pengaruh yang positif terhadap pertambahan bobot induk, diameter telur dan fekunditas ikan lemeduk (B. schwanenfeldii), dengan dosis optimum 0.6 ml/kg bobot badan. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong perusahaan untuk memiliki media informasi resmi yang dapat diakses secara daring. Salah satu bentuk media tersebut adalah website company profile yang mampu menampilkan informasi perusahaan secara profesional, menarik, dan responsif. Hans Valet Parking sebagai unit usaha baru yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan parkir belum memiliki website resmi, sehingga visibilitas dan branding digital perusahaan masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun website company profile Hans Valet Parking guna meningkatkan citra dan daya saing perusahaan secara digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Website dikembangkan menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, dan database MySQL, serta diuji menggunakan metode black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah website responsif yang menampilkan informasi perusahaan, layanan, galeri, testimoni, dan form kontak. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan sistem. Website ini dinilai mampu menjadi sarana branding digital yang efektif dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola kemitraan Kampung Edamame dengan PT. Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh terhadap keberdayaan masyarakat Desa Curah Kates, Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Curah Kates. Pola kemitraan Kampung Edamame dengan PT. Gading Mas Indonesia Teguh yaitu pola kemitraan inti plasma. Hal ini ditandai dengan adanya syarat yang menjadi penunjang pola kemitraan inti plasma seperti pendampingan dan pelatihan, pemberian bahan baku, pemberian sarana dan peralatan produksi, dan pendampingan pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pengetahuan, masyarakat yang percaya diri, mendapatkan pengalaman, menjadi kreatif, mendapatkan relasi dari pemerintah dan sesama UMKM, dan juga mendapatkan penghasilan.

Abstract

This research explains the conformity of polygamy practices in Indonesia with Pancasila values and national law, with the aim of assessing how far polygamy is in accordance with the state’s basic principles and applicable legal regulations. This research approach uses qualitative methods by studying cases and analyzing documents. Data was collected through interviews with key informants, observations of court cases, and analysis of legal documents and academic literature. Research findings show that although polygamy is regulated by Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, practices are often inconsistent with Pancasila values, especially in terms of social justice and gender equality. Weak legal implementation and inadequate protection of the rights of first wives and children contribute to exacerbating injustice. This research recommends legal reform, strengthening supervision, and protecting women’s rights to increase compatibility between the practice of polygamy and the basic principles of state and national law.

Abstract

Abstract: Every organization needs to pay attention and regulate the existence of its employees in an effort to improve good performance. Organizational culture is one of the factors that affect employee productivity. Study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between organizational culture and employee work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, and to find out how much influence organizational culture has on work productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with quantitative associative type. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Sources of data were obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Analyzing the data from the questionnaire results using the SPSS 23 computer program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee work productivity seen from the calculation of the determinant coefficient, which is 70%, the result of product moment correlation analysis is 0.835 compared to 0.3494. So r_count > r_table, therefore it can be concluded that the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee productivity at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. The Central Agency of Statistics of Hulu Sungai Utara Regency is expected to improve organizational culture for better work productivity and create innovative ideas to achieve office goals. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of digital learning media in improving student learning motivation at SDN 2 Selat Hulu Kuala Kapuas. The study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects were teachers and sixth-grade students at SDN 2 Selat Hulu Kuala Kapuas. Data collection techniques were observation and interviews. The results showed that the use of digital learning media, such as instructional videos, PowerPoint presentations, illustrative images, and interactive platforms, significantly impacted student learning motivation. Digital media created a more interactive, enjoyable, and visual learning environment, thereby increasing student attention, enthusiasm, and active participation in the learning process. Students felt more enthusiastic, less bored, and grasped the material more quickly due to the engaging presentation through clear visuals and audio. The consistency between the results of interviews, observations, and data analysis strengthens the conclusion that digital learning media positively contributes to improving student learning motivation. This study recommends the use of digital media in a well-structured and well-scheduled manner to optimize its benefits in supporting optimal learning outcomes.
