Abstract

This research was conducted to know what type of vegetables most desired by consumers those are sold in the supermarket, the characteristic of consumer behavior and those faktors could influence consumer to decide to get vegetables in the supermarket. Consumer samples was purposively chosen in four representative supermarket in the city of Bekasi. Those consumer respondents were asked to express their motives to buy vegetables in the supermarket by Questionnaire. The result shows that vegetables buyers were 89% woman and 11% man. The respondents varied 26-35 years old (41%), 36-45 years old (34%) and 15-25 years old (25%). The respondents have married (73%) and single (27%) By educational level, they were grouped 75% high education degree and senior high school 25%. By status of work, 43% (housewives), 37% (private works), 10% (entrepreneur) and 10% (state officers). Their income varied 46% (Rp. 2.000.000 – 3.000.000), 24% (Rp. 3.000.000 – 4.000.000), 18% (< Rp. 2.000.000), 10% (Rp.4.000.000 – 5.000.000) and 2% (>Rp 5.000.000). their family level 1-4 person (67%) and >4 person (33%). The most desired vegetables by consumers in the supermarket were spinach, broccoli, carrot, sweet maize, and the white mustard. The intensity of shopping for vegetables were only on special purposed (45%), weekly (22%), twice in a month (18%) and monthly (15%). The total money spent for vegetables shopping were 37% (Rp. 25.000 – 50.000). The data were analyzed to list 14 variables which influence the respondent to shopping vegetables in the supermarket by using SPSS 12.0. those variables were grouped into 4 groups. The first group were field of job (0.867), status and role (0.782), phase and age (0.757) and knowledge (0.705). the second group were family (0.749), life style (0.740), reference by group (0.660) and demography (0.6210. the third group were personality (0.794), perception (0.790), motivation (0.745) and confidence (0.636). the fourth group were economic welfare status (0.841) and social class (0.792).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan dan menguji hubungan antara faktor moneter dan nonmoneter, faktor moneter dan teknis, faktor sosial dan nonmoneter, serta pengaruh faktor sosial, ekonomi, dan teknis terhadap profitabilitas pertanian tembakau mol. Investigasi ini menggunakan metode survei dan berfokus pada produsen tembakau di Kecamatan Sukasari pada tahun 2021. Tujuh puluh enam produsen getah pinus diberi sampel. Data diolah melalui penyesuaian deskriptif analitis dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Program Analisis Jalur SPSS Versi 22. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa aspek sosial dan ekonomi ternyata saling berkorelasi positif satu sama lain. Elemen ekonomi dan teknologi, serta aspek sosial dan teknis, berkorelasi positif. Bagaimana pertanian mol tobbaco telah dipengaruhi oleh perubahan masyarakat, ekonomi, dan teknologi. Keberhasilan penanaman mol tembakau didorong oleh kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan teknologi yang membaik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap produksi roti Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet Cianjur dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh preferensi konsumen dan factor sosial ekonomi terhadap konsumsi roti bulat. Responden ditentukan dengan keacakan sederhana yang diperoleh sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis CSI (Customer’s Satisfaction Index), dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kinerja prefensi konsumen terhadap roti bundar produksi Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet Kabupaten Cianjur, yang terdiri dari: Tekstur; Membentuk; Rasa; Kemasan; Aroma; dan Warna mencapai 78,27% kriteria baik. Kinerja Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Konsumen Roti Bulat Produksi Edufood Agroindustri SMKN 1 Pacet yang terdiri dari, harga roti, penghasilan, usia, dan kemudahan memperolehnya diperoleh pencapaian 76,25% kriteria baik. Kinerja konsumsi roti bundar yang dihasilkan oleh Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet, diperoleh capaian sebesar 58,57% dengan kriteria cukup. Kepuasan konsumen roti bundar produksi Edufood Agroindustri SMKN 1 Pacet ditunjukkan oleh CSI (Costumer’s Satisfaction Index) angka 78,05, dengan tingkat/kriteria: Puas. Atribut Preferensi Konsumen dan Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Konsumen berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi roti bundar produksi Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet. Atribut preferensi yang mempengaruhi adalah kemasan dan rasa. Untuk atribut lainnya Tekstur, membentuk, aroma, dan warna menunjukkan efek yang tidak nyata. Selanjutnya, factor sosial ekonomi konsumen untuk: pendapatan, usia, dan kemudahan memperolehnya menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan sedangkan harga roti tidak berpengaruh dengan arah negatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan: apakah petani merasa diberdayakan oleh PPL kelompok taninya, dan bagaimana pemberdayaan tersebut terjadi Sensus digunakan untuk memilih 70 peserta. Analisis CSI (Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan), uji-t satu sampel, dan analisis jalur digunakan. Untuk program penyuluhan, rencana kerja tahunan, data peta wilayah, diseminasi teknologi informasi, pengembangan budaya dan individu, realisasi kemitraan, akses petani ke pelaku usaha, peningkatan produktivitas, dan peningkatan pendapatan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa Penyuluhan Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) di Kecamatan Cilaku Kabupaten Cianjur mencapai kriteria baik 70,67%. Keberhasilan PPL diukur dalam lima dimensi (pelatih/penasihat, teknisi, relasi, penyelenggara, dan pembaharu/inovator) dalam budidaya padi di Kecamatan Cilaku, dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 73,48%. Kinerja pemberdayaan anggota kelompok tani dalam hal partisipasi, kemerdekaan, memenuhi kebutuhan, dan perlindungan mencapai 73,31% dengan kriteria baik. Di Kecamatan Cilaku Kabupaten Cianjur, petani menunjukkan kepuasan terhadap penyuluhan pertanian yang diberikan oleh PPL, dengan angka CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) sebesar 70,61 dan tingkat kepuasan: Puas. Ada hubungan positif antara kinerja PPL dan peran PPL, dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,65. Ini berarti bahwa peran PPL akan lebih baik seiring dengan kinerjanya. Peran dan kinerja PPL mendukung pemberdayaan petani anggota kelompok tani. Besar pengaruh masing-masing adalah 11,99% dan 72,30%, dengan faktor tambahan memengaruhi 15,71%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen dalam menentukan preferensi dan keputusan pembelian konsumen kopi Buhun. Konsumen Kopi Buhun Nagarawangi didominasi oleh pria  pada rentang usia 26-45 tahun. Sebagian besar konsumen yang merupakan wiraswasta yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Sumedang. Pendidikan terakhir konsumen adalah  sarjana dan memiliki pendapatan per bulan Rp. 4.000.000,- Rp. 6.000.000,-. Pada hasil uji F seluruh variable menunjukkan nilai signifikansi di atas 0,05 yaitu 0,36 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap variable tidak berpengaruh nyata secara simultan. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa secara umum konsumen memiliki persepsi dan keputusan yang hamper sama. Hasil  Uji T ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variable secara parsial. Nilai signifikansi Uji T adalah 0,017  yang menyatakan bahwa variaebl tersebut berpengaruh nyata secara partial pada variable aroma. Variabel citarasa menunjukkan nilai 0,096, meskipun secara matematis tidak berpengaruh nyata, akan tetapi nilai Tingkat pencapaiannya sebesar 81,11%. Kopi Buhun memiliki kekuatan produk dari segi citarasa dan aroma kopi. Citarasa dan Aroma kopi yang khas menjadi sebuah keunggulan. Kopi buhun nagarawangi memiliki kekuatan product yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem produksi dan strategi pemasaran terhadap keberhasilan peternakan lebah. Peternak lebah madu di area target CDK IX, Kabupaten Bandung, Sumedang, menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini. Penentuan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan sensus dan diperoleh sebanyak 60 responden. Studi ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sistem produksi untuk pengembangan bisnis lebah madu memperoleh kriteria baik sebesar 80,86%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem produksi saat ini baik. Strategi bauran pemasaran bisnis lebah madu mencapai kriteria baik sebesar 75,29%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi bauran pemasaran telah berjalan dengan baik dan pencapaian budidaya lebah madu yang berhasil memperoleh kriteria baik sebesar 77,50%. Terdapat hubungan positif kuat antara sistem produksi dan strategi bauran pemasaran dalam bisnis lebah madu seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi r = 0,854 yang berarti semakin baik sistem produksi, semakin baik juga strategi bauran pemasaran. Hipotesis terbukti bahwa sistem produksi dan bauran pemasaran memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan peternakan lebah madu baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Pengaruh total kedua variabel tersebut adalah 83,82% yang disumbangkan oleh pengaruh total sistem produksi sebesar 51,32% dan pengaruh total bauran pemasaran sebesar 32,78%, sementara sisanya sebesar 16,18% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Upaya diperlukan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas madu yang dihasilkan, salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan sumber pakan dari tanaman berbunga yang menghasilkan banyak nektar sebagai makanan bagi lebah dan serbuk sari sebagai makanan bagi lebah serta menghasilkan jumlah getah yang seimbang untuk membangun dan melindungi sarang.

Abstract

The method of implementing this community service is systematically designed to overcome the problems faced by the target partner, Ma Utik, in developing the Cilembu yam industry and its processed products. The preparation and planning stages as well as socialization and initial training are the main focuses in this program. The preparation stage begins with an initial survey to identify partner needs related to marketing, business management, distribution network development, and product innovation. A service team consisting of experts in economics, management, agribusiness, and informatics was formed with a division of tasks according to competence. A structured work plan includes a schedule of activities, implementation methods, and indicators of success, as well as careful management of budgets and resources. Socialization and training materials were developed based on partner needs to ensure in-depth understanding and mastery of relevant skills. The socialization phase begins with an initial meeting to introduce the program's objectives, benefits and solutions to partners, while accommodating their inputs. Initial training was conducted to provide partners with a foundation of knowledge and skills. Marketing strategy training covers the use of social media, digital marketing, branding, and promotion. Business management training covers business planning, financial management, and strategic decision-making using business management software. Distribution network development training includes negotiating and building relationships with distributors, as well as utilizing communication technology. Product innovation training includes identification of market trends and development of new products using market research technology. Through this approach, it is expected that partners can understand the program objectives and acquire the necessary skills to improve their competitiveness. With effective coordination between the service team, community partners, and supporting institutions, this program can run smoothly and have a significant impact. The implementation of a digital marketing application specifically for Cilembu yam products is one of the main results that is expected to increase product visibility, facilitate customer access, strengthen branding, and increase interaction with customers and business partners

Abstract

Food security is a global, multidimensional issue with social, economic, political and environmental interests. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of socioeconomic characteristics of farmers on the availability of farm household food in Warudoyong Sub-district, Sukabumi City. This study used descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, questionnaires, literature, and documentation. The results showed that the socio-economic characteristics of farmers, which include age, education, area of cultivated land, number of dependents, and farmers' income, together have a significant effect on the food availability of farming families with a contribution of 97.8%, while 2.2% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Farmers' age through education has a significant effect on food availability, but farmers' education through income does not have a significant indirect effect. Similarly, the size of cultivated land through income also has no significant effect on family food availability. The direct effect of these factors is greater than the indirect effect, so the income variable is not a significant mediator in the relationship between education and land area on food availability. The implication of this study is that the increasing age of farmers will further reduce the food availability of farming families.

Abstract

Fluctuations in chili prices often occur due to the uneven availability of chili supply throughout the year, so the price of chili will jump up when the supply is low. The decline in the amount of cayenne pepper crop production in West Bandung Regency is an indicator that there is a decrease on the supply side. This study aims to analyze the effect of total harvested area, production costs, and yields/production of curly red chili on the price of curly red chili at the farm level. This research uses quantitative research methods. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The types of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The method of determining the sample in this study is a survey method with random sampling techniques selected randomly. The total respondents were 68 farmers, so the number of samples in this study was 35 farmers and consumers. The results showed that simultaneously, there was no significant and simultaneous influence between area, production costs, and yields/production on the price of curly red chili peppers in Parongpong District. While partially independent, the independent variables (area, production costs, and yields/production) have a real effect on the price of curly red chili peppers in Parompong District
