Abstract

Radiofrequency (RF) coil is a tool for sending and receiving frequency waves during an MRI scanner and RF coils are one of the most important components in terms of image quality. At Bali Mandara Hospital there are two types of coils that can be used for Cervical MRI examination. The purpose of this research is quality of sagittal T2 FSE cervical MRI image information with cspine coil and headneck coil in cases of hernia nucleus pulposus (HNP) and which coil is more optimal in displaying the quality of mri image information cervical T2 TSE sagittal hernia nucleus pulposus (HNP) cases. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental approach. Samples of 5 patients using two types of coils, namely cspine coil and headneck coil. The research was conducted at the Radiology Installation of Bali Mandara Hospital using a 1.5 Tesla MRI. The result obtained from the calculation is that the average value of SNR using cspine coil is 229.92, while the average value of SNR using a headneck coil is 289.71. From the results of these calculations showed a difference in the average SNR value of 59.79, therefore, the headneck coil have higher SNR value compared to the cspine coil. The conclusion of this study is that on the MRI examination of cervical T2 TSE sagittal, there ia a significant difference in image quality in terms of SNR between the use of cspine coil and headneck coil, and the use of headneck coil can increase the SNR value

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize colors in children aged 4-5 years through the implementation of colored ball games. The background of this study is based on the low ability of children to recognize colors as seen in the pre-cycle results, namely an average achievement of only 33% with the category of Starting to Develop (MB). This study uses classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles with the Kemmis and MC Taggart models; each cycle consists of two meetings. The research location was carried out at PAUD IT Al Ghazali Modern School Palangka Raya. The research subjects consisted of 17 children aged 4-5 years class A1 Abdullah bin Azzar. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation and interviews which were analyzed descriptively with a percentage. Based on the results of the study, it showed that there was a significant increase in the development of children's ability to recognize colors. In cycle I, the average achievement of children's ability to recognize colors was 64% (Developing According to Expectations), but had not met the success criteria of 76% (Developing Very Well) so that it was continued in cycle II resulting in an average of 89.5% which met the success criteria of Developing Very Well (BSB). These findings indicate that the application of colored ball games is effective in improving the color recognition abilities of children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Early childhood development is something that is very important for children. This can be stimulated through a series of games that can support aspects of development. One aspect that must be developed in early childhood is the physical motor aspect related to fine motor skills and gross motor skills. 6 types of outbound game activities, namely 1) Moving the flag to the bottle, 2) Blowing the ping pong ball on the water, 3) Hula Hoop Relay, 4) Putting the ping pong ball into the glass through the head, 5) Relay ping-pong balls using spoons, 6) Obstacle course. This community service activity is carried out using the service learning method. The target for this activity is 20 students at RA Al-Musafirin Palangk Raya. The results of this activity are that children can demonstrate the game well even though they still need assistance. Therefore, there is a need for more varied stimulation activities that can develop children's fine and gross motor skills.

Abstract

Adolescents who are still in school are vulnerable to feeling academic stress. This study aims to find out about academic stress and the role of Islamic counseling in managing it at SMK Iptek Weru Sukoharjo. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources of this research are the results of interviews with counseling teachers and literature studies. The results of the research are Academic stress is a situation or condition in which there is a mismatch between environmental demands and the abilities possessed by students, so that students feel increasingly burdened by various pressures and demands. Examples of academic stress in SMK Iptek students are missing school, skipping class, being alone, always sleeping in class, and never doing assignments. Factors that trigger academic stress are competition between friends and even between classes, teachers who emphasize that all students must be able and assume that all students' abilities are the same as well as the absence of complete facilities and provided by the school. Therefore, the role of Islamic counseling is present in helping to manage academic stress by collaborating with PAI teachers in providing motivation, material in stress management and so on as well as material about character.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional menjadikan siswa tidak dapat aktif dalam mengeksplorasi pengetahuan dan pengalaman belajarnya, sehingga menjadikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa rendah. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Mayonglor pada mata pelajaran matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas model discovery learning berbantuan aplikasi LASERA terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 27 siswa. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik smapling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawacara, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji paired sample t-test, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil uji normalitas pretest diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,164 > 0,05 dan posttest 0,108 > 0,05 maka H0 diterima H1 ditolak yang menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sedangkan hasil uji N-Gain diperoleh skor 0,6911 dengan kategori sedang atau 69,11% termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model discovery learning berbantuan aplikasi LASERA terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar; (2) model discovery learning berbantuan aplikasi LASERA cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola asuh orang tua terhadap pendidikan agama Islam pada anak di Desa Karanganyar. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu unsur dasar dalam pembangunan bangsa, karena memiliki tujuan yang sama yang diabadikan dalam pembukaan UUD 1945, yaitu upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yaitu sebuah penelitian dengan melakukan analisis terhadap suatu kasus yang dideskripsikan secara mendetail. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pola asuh orang tua terhadap pendidikan agama Islam di Desa Karanganyar sudah diterapkan kepada anak sejak kecil. Orang tua di Desa Karanganyar mengajarkan anak tentang beberapa ajaran Islam seperti memiliki akhlak yang baik, mengerjakan shalat, dan membaca Al-Qur’an. Terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai agama di Desa Karanganyar yaitu faktor ekonomi, faktor lingkungan sekitar, dan faktor teknologi.
