Abstract

This study wants to describe the influence of organizational culture on increasing employee motivation in Sumut Bank of sharia unit, North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The place of research was conducted at Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit in North Sumatera. Considering the nature of this research is descriptive and verification, the research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey method. The type of investigation in this research is causality, which is testing the causal relationship between independent variables, intervening variables, moderating variables and dependent variables. The unit of analysis in this study is the employees at the North Sumatra Syariah Unit Bank in North Sumatra. The result shows that Organizational Culture on Increasing Employee Motivation in Sumut Bank of Sharia Unit, North Sumaterais perceived as less powerful to very strong. The highest average value on management indicators supports strengthening organizational culture, meaning that management always improves organizational culture as a support of the company's goals.

Abstract

In fact, the work performance of employees does not match the expectations of an agency, and they still encounter low employee performance. As a result of low employee performance, the impact on agency productivity decreases and cannot meet the targets set by the agency, so that the agency suffers losses and experiences obstacles in its development. Meanwhile, for employees who have low work performance, it will hinder the career development and income of the employee.Descriptive analysis is a research method that provides an overview regarding situations and events so that this method intends to Base data accumulation applies.From the results of the analysis with the number of respondents as many as 63 people, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Simalungun Regency Agriculture Office. 2) Leaders are expected to improve the promotion appraisal system based on performance and work results. 3) Maintaining the current good condition of employees, who are able to work hard to get awards, a well-developed family atmosphere and an interesting and challenging work atmosphere has been created.

Abstract

Background: Daya penggerak dalam diri seseorang untuk melakukan aktivitas berwirausaha demi tujuan wirausaha merupakan definisi dari motivasi berwirausaha. Wirausaha bukan hanya dunianya orang dewasa, tapi juga menjadi bagian dari dunia anak remaja. Remaja yang mengenal dunia wirausaha sejak dini, akan memperoleh manfaat untuk bekal masa depan kelak. Di usia yang masih remaja, belajar menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha menjadi pribadi yang kreatif. Kreativitas yang terlatih menjadi modal utama produktivitas dan kemandirian anak setelah dewasa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan sebagai peluang bisnis bagi generasi milenial yang mandiri dan mampu menciptakan kreativitas dan inovasi. Metode: Pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara Penyuluhan dan Diskusi atau Tanya jawab. Hasil: Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa memiliki motivasi berwirausaha, mulai dari merencanakan sebuah bisnis atau usaha, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam berwirausaha. Kesimpulan: Siswa yang memiliki motivasi berwirausaha yang tinggi melahirkan nilai produktif dan kreatif dalam berwirausaha. Melalui diskusi dan Tanya jawab, siswa memahami solusi dari tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Role Stressor on organizational commitment with employee empowerment as an intervening variable on Cv. Kotama Shoes Medan. Data collection techniques used in this study were surveys and questionnaires. The population and samples used in this study were employees at Cv. Kotama Shoes Medan as many as 100 employees as the research sample. The data analysis technique used in this study is testing the validity and reliability of the data, classical assumption test, regression test, path analysis and the coefficient of determination. Some of the variables used in this study are role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload and employee empowerment. The role conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on commitment with a value of -0.532 and a significance value of 0.013, so hypothesis 1 is accepted. The variable role ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on commitment with a value of -0.525 and a significance value of 0.008, so hypothesis 2 is accepted. The role overload variable has a positive and significant effect on commitment with a value of 0.583 and a significance value of 0.036, so hypothesis 1 is rejected. Employee empowerment variable employee empowerment is not able to mediate the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload on organizational commitment. This is evidenced by the t-count value of the role conflict variable of -0.1579 , role ambiguity of -1.0879, and the t-count value of role overload of 1.003 , this explains that the t-count value of each variable is smaller than t table of 1,983. This means that employee empowerment cannot mediate the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Based on this statement, hypotheses 2, 5 and 6 are rejected.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Aido Nauli Sibolga which is engaged in retail, where the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation, job rotation, and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Aido Nauli Sibolga either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study amounted to 58 employees, so the samples taken were all employees of PT. Aido Nauli Sibolga because the population is less than 100 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive method and quantitative method using the SPSS 20.0 analysis tool. The results of this research simultaneously work motivation, job rotation, and compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. AidoNauli Sibolga.

Abstract

Objective study This test influence Education, communication, And Leadership to Performance Employee PT Shopee In Jakarta South, Good in a manner Partial nor simultaneous. This research studies descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is PT Shopee employees in South Jakarta number 1,600 people. Sample this research obtained by 94 people with the formula Slovin and the sampling technique is the technique simple random sampling. Method statistics used is analysis sis multiple linear regression. Results calculation testing in a manner Partial obtained mark t count 3.058 > t table 1.98638 and value significant of 0.003 <0.05, value t count 2.689 > t table 1.98638 and value significant as big 0.009 < 0.05, value t count 5.820 > t table 1.98638 and value significant of 0.001 <0.05. Results calculation testing in a manner simultaneous obtained mark F count 113.436 > F table 2.71 and value significant 0.000 <0.05. The magnitude coefficient determination of 78.4% and the remaining 21.6% are explained by other variables that have not been examined in this study such as motivation, environment work, and compensation. The conclusion of this research is in a manner simultaneous and partial Education, Communication, and influence influential significant on Performance Employee PT. Shopee In South Jakarta.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Pt Pegadaian Pringgan Branch. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the pandemic, restructuring and collateral loans on the satisfaction of microentrepreneurs at PT. Pringgan Branch Pawnshop. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population was 250 personnel employees and the sample was 71 personnel employees. Sampling technique Using Simple Random Samplin. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression análisis. The conclusion of this study states that the pandemic has a significant effect on the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the Sig value is < 0.05. Restructuring significantly affect the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the value of GIS <0.05. Collateral loans have a significant effect on the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian where the Sig value is < 0.05. Simultaneously with the pandemic, restructuring and collateral loans had a significant effect on the satisfaction of microentrepreneurs fostered by PT Pegadaian, where the Sig value was < 0.05. Adjusted value of RSquare is 0.733 or 73.30%, meaning that the research variables contribute greatly in explaining the satisfaction of micro entrepreneurs fostered by Pt Pegadaian at 73.30% while the remaining 26.70% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Abstract

This research paper explores the significant role of Generation Z individuals in the successful execution of the Generation Program Planning (GENRE) and its impact on shaping the family setup and lifestyle of the future. Generation Z, born roughly between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, represents a generation that has grown up in a technologically advanced and interconnected world. As they enter adulthood and become active members of society, understanding their influence on the family structure and lifestyle choices is essential for policymakers, educators, and families themselves. The findings reveal that Generation Z plays a crucial role in the implementation of the Generation Program Planning, actively shaping the family setups and lifestyles of the future. Their unique perspectives, tech-savvy nature, and emphasis on social and environmental consciousness influence the ways families function and interact. However, the research also identifies certain barriers to successful implementation, such as traditional norms, resistance from older generations, and socioeconomic disparities.Ultimately, this study sheds light on the Generation Z cohort's impact on the Generation Program Planning and its implications for family life. Policymakers and educators can use these insights to design more effective programs that cater to the needs and values of this generation. As Generation Z continues to grow in influence, understanding their role in shaping family setups and lifestyles becomes paramount for a sustainable and thriving society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. The study was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, with a population of 103 people, and a study sample. of 50 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the IMB Statistics computer program for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. Based on the analysis results obtained performance appraisal process have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by the results of t count analysis > t-table (2,095 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Career development has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count > t-table (2,457 > 2,014) at n = 50 at 95% significance level. Work specifications has a not effect on the performance of employees work of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama, this is supported by an analysis of t count < -table (1,430 < 2,014) at n = 50 with a significant level of 95%. Value of F-count> F table (24,325 > 2,81) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of performance appraisal process, career development and work specifications on the performance of employees work of employees of the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance at Indra Makmu 2 Middle School, East Aceh District. (2) To determine the effect of developing teacher resources on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency. (3) To determine the effect of competency on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency. (4) To determine the effect of self-efficacy, teacher resource development, and competency on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh District simultaneously. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency. With a total population of 25 people. The sample in the study was determined using a total sampling technique, so the sample size was 25 people. Data collection techniques used non-test methods, with questionnaire research instruments and library studies. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh District, with a t-count > t-table, namely 2,924 > 2,059. (2) There is an effect of the development of teacher resources on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh District, where the t-test > t-table ((2.222 > 2.059). (3) There is an influence of competence on teacher performance in junior high schools Negeri 2 Indra Makmu, East Aceh Regency, with t-count > t-table (2,181 > 2,059) (4) Based on the simultaneous test the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely there is an effect of self-efficacy, resource development teachers, and competency on teacher performance at Indra Makmu Public Middle School 2, East Aceh District (5) The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 72.0%, and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this research
