Abstract

The role of information technology in the era of digitalization as it is today is very important to support all forms of activity. One of the areas of research being studied is the social sector, the Orphanage. Bhakti Luhur Orphanage Ende Branch is one of the orphanages in Ende Regency which is moved to help serve children with special needs. The problem in this study is that the data processing of the orphanage is still done conventionally, namely by recording in a ledger so that there is accumulation of data which causes difficulties in searching for certain data and the quality of information and data is not presented quickly and accurately. The purpose of this research is to design and implement an orphanage management information system using Java Netbeans programming and MySQL database. Data collection techniques by conducting interviews, direct observation and study documentation. The system development method uses the Fountain Model with system testing using black box testing and user testing. From the results of blackbox testing, it shows that the results are in accordance with the design and some functionalities are running well. Meanwhile, based on the results of non-functional testing through questionnaires from 7 respondents from the Bhakti Luhur Orphanage at Ende Branch, the majority of this system is acceptable for users, through an indication of the average percentage of 88% and 85% and overall can be categorized as "Decent".

Abstract

The problem that occurs in this study is the Aries Star Motor workshop which is engaged in the supply of automotive goods as a place to renovate a two-wheeled vehicle, this workshop has a lot of vehicle parts that are stored and not recorded properly and are still manual by using books. and calculators, be it transactions or reports so as to make workshop performance less effective and efficient. Employees sometimes still cannot distinguish the names of goods and the code of goods. Of course this problem will make financial reports and inventory reports will not be well controlled. The purpose of this research is to design an inventory information system for incoming and outgoing goods at a website-based Aries star motor workshop. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, and literature studies. System development using the waterfall method and testing using black box testing the results of the system made are able to design an inventory information system for incoming and outgoing goods properly and can be implemented. The conclusion is that it can implement the design of the incoming and outgoing goods inventory information system at the website-based Aries star motor workshop so that it is better.

Abstract

Currently, the Ende Regency PERUMDA is still using the manual turbidity meter monitoring system. This causes the low quality of clean water. This problem prompted the author to conduct research by creating a new system, namely An air turbidity monitoring system created using a website-based system and the Internet of Things. The device used in the manufacture of this system is a turbidity sensor as a water turbidity detector by reading the optical properties of water. In addition to the turbidity sensor, there is another device, namely the ESP 8266 which functions as an open source micro controller, this device can be used in the development of Internet of Things projects. An automatic turbidity monitoring system is expected to assist in the process of monitoring water turbidity. In order to complete the IoT-based Water Turbidity Monitoring System Design, conduct research based on specific, detailed, and clear methods. This method is used by researchers with data analysis techniques using statistics. In this research, the system design or development method used is Rapid Application Development. The Rapid Application Development method is a software development process that designs and implements information systems so as to produce a short, concise, and solid development cycle. The beginning of this test is to ensure that the implementation of the designed water turbidity monitoring software can work properly according to the program.

Abstract

Masalah dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masih rendah kesadaran masyarakat dan membuang sampah di sembarang tempat, masyarakat juga belum memahami bagaimana pengolahan sampah anorganik menjadi Bahan yang bernilai ekonomis. Tujuan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi, edukasi melaluli clean up sampah berdasarkan jenisnya, mencacah dan mengolah menjadi bahan yang bernilai ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan memberikan pre test untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman pengolahan sampah, sosialisasi, edukasi dan pelatihan pembuatan paving blok dari sampah anorganik dan memberikan post test untuk mengukur kemampuan akhir setelah melakukan pelatihan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukan bahwa masyarakat sudah memahami pemilahan sampah berdasarkan jenisnya dan di edukasi saat clean up, hasil clean up di cacah menjadi serbuk untuk diolah menjadi paving blok. Kesimpulan masyarakat sudah paham pemanfaatan sampah anorganik yang bernilai ekonomis dengan pembuatan paving blok.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat dalam era dunia modern saat ini, sangat dibutuhkan alat yang bisa membantu mengefisiensi aktifitas kita. Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat memungkinkan adanya berbagai usaha untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi manusia. Latar belakang penulisan ini adalah karena kasus pencurian yang sering terjadi dikalangan masyarakat yang membobol pintu rumah agar bisa masuk untuk mencuri. Meskipun sudah ada kunci konversial yang digunakan namun itu tidak menjamin keamanan rumah sepenuhnya. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat akases kontor pintu rumah dengan berbasis iot (internet of things) dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino yang di control menggunakan android atau smartphone tanpa harus menggunakan kunci konversial. Alat yang di butuhkan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah Arduino uno, HC Bluetooth, Relay 12v dan solenoid door lock. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen (uji coba). Peneliti juga membuat aplikasi untuk mengontrol pintu agar pintu bisa terbuka dan tertutup dengan menggunakan inventor. Hasil akhir yang diharapkan pada penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya keamanan rumah dari tindakan kejahatan terutama kasus pencurian.

Abstract

Dalam masa transisi perkembangan teknologi segala aspek dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mau tidak mau harus mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, yang tak luput dari pengaruh perkembangan teknologi ialah bidang pendidikan yang harus mengubah kebiasaan, cara kerja serta menyesuaikan tatanan dalam proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Salah satu ialah Prodi yang juga membutuhkan penyesuaian dengan perkembangan teknologi Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Flores yang saat ini masih menggunakan absensi manual, yang mana masih harus menggunakan pembukuan dan rekap absen secara manual. Oleh sebab itu maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi absensi yang bisa diakses lewat sebuah web tanpa harus melakukan absensi manual. Berdasarkan beberapa masalah yang telah dijabarkan, maka penulis menjadikannya landasan untuk memberi solusi yang diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan masalah. Dengan membuat sistem informasi yang terintegrasikan dengan Deteksi Lokasi guna mengetahui lokasi, WebCam untuk mengambil gambar.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the information system on the sale of clothing and accessories that is being used to manage sales data and inventory is still conversion, namely using a bookkeeping system, where operational activities do not utilize the existing computer. So the purpose of this research is to design and create an application for selling clothes and accessories using visual basic at the Chya Shop Shop. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. System development using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and testing using black box testing. The result of the system created is to be able to make clothing and accessories sales applications well and can be implemented. The conclusion is that the application of clothing and accessories sales can provide information about stock data of goods, sales data and presentation of reports based on a certain period in order to make it easier for owners to manage inventory. Abstract

Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant is a business engaged in the culinary business, namely the sale of food and beverages. However, at this time, information management is still using a manual system, namely data processing is still done by hand, so errors often occur in recording orders and payment transactions when payment transactions, the media used is a calculator so errors often occur, there are difficulties in making order reports. food, causing unclear details of income earned. The purpose of this information system is to process web-based food and beverage ordering data at the Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant to facilitate the work process, especially in the process of ordering food menus and transaction reports. The research method used to design a web-based food and beverage ordering information system is by conducting observations, interviews, and literature studies. The design method used in this research is the design method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model. While the system development method uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) technique. The test method used is the Black-Box Testing method. The results achieved in this study are the formation of a web-based food and beverage ordering information system at the Mie Ayam Bakso Solo Restaurant which can facilitate the process of ordering food and drinks and transaction reports. Abstract

The problem at the Ende Regency Environmental Service is that waste disposal in the environment is still carried out conventionally, namely with ordinary trash cans. The purpose of this study is to design a smart trash can application with notifications using telegram. The method used in this study is an experimental method, which can be said as a research method used to seek certain treatments for others in uncontrolled conditions. The data collection technique is by conducting interviews, observations, and literature studies. User testing directly in the smart trash can. The result of this research is the ease of disposing of garbage in its place because there is no smart trash can that opens automatically. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah website atau sistem yang dapat melakukan proses penyewaan jadwal lapangan futsal. Sebelumnya Penyewa saat sedang ingin melakukan penyewaan harus datang langsung ke lokasi atau mengirimkan pesan whatapps kepada pengelola lapangan. Lokasi penelitian di Futsal Tanjung yang merupakan tempat penyewaan lapangan futsal yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Ende Selatan, Ende. Manfaat dari aplikasi ini adalah bagi Penyewa adalah mempermudah penyewa dalam melakukan penyewaan lapangan tanpa harus datang ke lokasi. Manfaat dari aplikasi ini bagi Pemilik dan Pengelola adalah membantu dalam pengelolaan manajemen segala aktivitas proses bisnis dan pemilik juga dapat lebih mudah melihat laporan hasil sewa lapangan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan software yatiu metode Waterfall. Dalam tahapan construction sistem dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL.
