Abstract

       The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes in the management of administrative processes in the field of education, including the process of student learning assessment. This study aims to design and develop a cloud-based report card application to assist Inpres Bhoanawa 1 Elementary School in managing academic data more effectively and securely. The system was developed using the PHP Native programming language and MySQL database, with a waterfall system development approach. The application has three main levels of access: school administrators, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers. School administrators are responsible for entering student data and granting access to homeroom teachers; homeroom teachers are responsible for entering learning objectives, student grades, and printing report cards; while subject teachers are responsible for entering formative and summative assessments as well as learning objectives. Cloud-based storage was chosen to ensure data security and availability, allowing access anytime and from any device connected to the internet.       The test results show that the system functions properly according to the design, features a simple interface, and is easy to operate even by users with limited technological skills. The implementation of this system can speed up the report card creation process, reduce the risk of data loss, and minimize paper usage, making it more environmentally friendly. In conclusion, this cloud-based report card application serves as a practical solution for elementary schools in managing student assessments while improving the efficiency of educational administration. Abstract

Gender equality is becoming an important issue in the development of social and economic conditions in Indonesia, including in Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, which is still influenced by the culture of patriarchy. This culture places women in a subordinate position, limiting their access to education, employment, and public employment decisions. Thus, Ende women remain important players in family, economy, and social life. This research aims to analyze the role of women in social, economic, and cultural contexts, identifying obstacles faced, as well as explore strategies and policies to strengthen gender equality by paying attention to local wisdom. Research using a mixed-methods approach through questionnaires, in-depth interviews with women, character society, and gender activists, and field observations. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach. phenomenology to understand the experience of women facing cultural patriarchy. The findings of this study show that local mark culture is strongly influential in the formation of the role of women, significant gender barriers still exist, and new government policy areas provide a partial contribution to social change. Therefore, the achievement of gender equality in Ende Regency requires synergy between public policy, community support, and women’s empowerment. This effort must be accompanied by the transformation of mark culture and the improvement of literacy, as well as the strengthening of women’s capacity to be able to participate actively in development. This finding confirms the need to approach structural and cultural aspects simultaneously to speed up the realization of sustainable gender equality in Ende Regency.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires adaptation across various business sectors, including small and medium enterprises (SMEs). BUMDes Poto Bo’o, located in Wolotopo Village, Ndona Timur District, still manages sales data manually using ledger books. This practice leads to several issues, such as data inaccuracies, lack of automatic inventory updates, and delays in report generation.This study aims to design and implement a basic necessities (sembako) sales information system for the BUMDes. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database.The main features of the system include product management, customer management, transaction processing, tracking of incoming and outgoing goods, and real-time sales reporting. The results show that the developed information system improves transaction recording accuracy, enhances inventory data accuracy, and accelerates the sales reporting process.Therefore, the system is expected to improve the operational efficiency of BUMDes Poto Bo’o, support financial management transparency, and increase public trust in the performance of the village-owned enterprise.

Abstract

Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi informasi mendorong digitalisasi di berbagai sektor, termasuk penyewaan baju. Dzaim Organizer masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses penyewaan, yang menyebabkan kendala seperti pencarian baju yang tidak efisien, pengelolaan stok yang lambat, dan keterbatasan akses informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penyewaan baju berbasis website dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Boolean Retrieval guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara. Algoritma Boolean Retrieval diterapkan pada fitur pencarian menggunakan operator logika AND, OR, dan NOT agar hasil pencarian lebih akurat dan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mempercepat pencarian, mempermudah proses reservasi, serta membantu pemilik usaha dalam pengelolaan stok dan pencatatan penyewaan. Pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox membuktikan bahwa semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik sesuai tujuan. Sistem ini memberikan solusi efektif dan efisien dalam mendukung digitalisasi layanan penyewaan baju. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, penyewaan baju, website, Boolean Retrieval, pencarian baju .

Abstract

Traditional learning methods in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), such as textbooks and blackboards, are still widely used and tend to be less engaging, resulting in passive and less motivated students. This study aims to design and develop a web-based learning application with gamification features for PAUD Desa Boafeo. The development process employed the waterfall method through stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application includes features such as counting, number recognition, and word spelling, enhanced with gamification elements to create a more interactive and enjoyable learning experience. Black box testing results indicate that all features function as intended. The findings conclude that the proposed application supports teachers in delivering materials effectively and contributes to improving students’ learning motivation and overall learning effectiveness.

Abstract

Degradasi kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya air pada mata air umumnya dipicu oleh eksploitasi antropogenik. Implementasi sistem konservasi kawasan mata air diproyeksikan mampu memitigasi erosi, menjamin ketersediaan air, serta meningkatkan konsentrasi hara tanah guna memulihkan lahan kritis. Pegabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengonservasi kawasan Mata Air Detubela, Kecamatan Wewaria, Kabupaten Ende. Metodologi pelaksanaan mencakup tiga fase utama: persiapan, implementasi lapangan, dan tahap akhir. Fase persiapan meliputi sosialisasi serta mobilisasi personil sebanyak 50 orang per Rukun Tetangga (RT). Tahap pelaksanaan diwujudkan melalui reboisasi 1.000 bibit tanaman, yang terdiri atas 500 bibit tanaman Muntin dan 500 bibit Durian melalui kolaborasi antara akademisi, staf instansi, dan masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan mengindikasikan adanya diversifikasi vegetasi di sekitar kawasan Mata Air Detubela. Selain itu, penanaman komoditas durian berpotensi memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi masyarakat Desa Detubela.

Abstract

The University of Flores first conducted E-Learning learning amid the covid 19 pandemic, the problem faced was that most of the lecturers at the University of Flores did not understand E-learning by using information technology. The Faculty of Information Technology facilitated all faculties at the university to conduct e-training. E-Learning, in the learning process. The aim is to measure success in implementing the University of Flores E-Learning information system. The model in this study is the Delone and Mclean model to measure success with six dimensions, namely, system quality, information quality, users, service quality, user satisfaction, net benefits. The method in this research is observation, a survey using questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale, and a literature study. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results showed that the Delone and Mclean models were very well used to measure the success of using e-learning. The conclusion is that the quality of information on the use percentage of 34.4%, the quality of service they use of 33.8%, the quality of the system on the satisfaction of the users is 38.6%, and the quality of the services on the satisfaction of the users 34,5%, the users on the satisfaction of the users 43,4%, use of net benefits is 58.7% and user satisfaction of net benefits is 48.8%. The higher the value of these variables, the higher the success rate of information systems using E-learning at universities will be.

Abstract

The current problem is that PPDB (New Student Admission) is still carried out conventionally, this results in data recorded in the applicant's book and processing this data takes a long time. The author uses website-based technology as a service provided by the internet to improve services to prospective students by using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages, so that prospective students can find out information about registration and registering without having to go to school but simply access the website. The author believes that prospective students simply follow the new student registration procedure using the web-based PPDB. Students can be easily selected based on their performance in exams, can improve work effectiveness, and provide information quickly and effectively, because this system does not take long to enter prospective new student data and generate reports.
