Abstract

Gender equality is becoming an important issue in the development of social and economic conditions in Indonesia, including in Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, which is still influenced by the culture of patriarchy. This culture places women in a subordinate position, limiting their access to education, employment, and public employment decisions. Thus, Ende women remain important players in family, economy, and social life. This research aims to analyze the role of women in social, economic, and cultural contexts, identifying obstacles faced, as well as explore strategies and policies to strengthen gender equality by paying attention to local wisdom. Research using a mixed-methods approach through questionnaires, in-depth interviews with women, character society, and gender activists, and field observations. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive approach. phenomenology to understand the experience of women facing cultural patriarchy. The findings of this study show that local mark culture is strongly influential in the formation of the role of women, significant gender barriers still exist, and new government policy areas provide a partial contribution to social change. Therefore, the achievement of gender equality in Ende Regency requires synergy between public policy, community support, and women’s empowerment. This effort must be accompanied by the transformation of mark culture and the improvement of literacy, as well as the strengthening of women’s capacity to be able to participate actively in development. This finding confirms the need to approach structural and cultural aspects simultaneously to speed up the realization of sustainable gender equality in Ende Regency.

Abstract

Kelurahan Kota Raja merupakan sebuah Kelurahan di Kecamatan Ende Utara dengan Jum lah RT sebanyak 18 dan RW sebanyak 9. Letak goegrafis kelurahan ini adalah sepanjang pantai sehingga pada waktu musim hujan wilayah kelurahan ini terhambur banyak salah yang berasal dari hulu. Salah salah upaya yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir dampak  sampah adalah melakukan sosialisasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang dampak dari sampah dan cara pengelolaan sampah menjadi barang bernilai ekonmis. Setelah memiliki pengetahuan dari hasil sosialisasi Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga Kelurahan Kota raja diberikan pelatihan pembuat sofa dari bahan dasar ecobricik dari sampah anorganik. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa minat peserta terhadap keberlanjutan program pelatihan pembuatan ecobrick sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan sofa sebanyak 90% menjawab ya dan 10 % menjawah tidak. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga Kelurahan Kota raja Sangat Auntusias. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengelolaan sampah bagi Ibu-Ibu Rumah Tangga  di Kelurahan Kota Raja Kabupaten Ende dengan menhasilkan produk berupa ecobrick dan sofa

Abstract

       The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes in the management of administrative processes in the field of education, including the process of student learning assessment. This study aims to design and develop a cloud-based report card application to assist Inpres Bhoanawa 1 Elementary School in managing academic data more effectively and securely. The system was developed using the PHP Native programming language and MySQL database, with a waterfall system development approach. The application has three main levels of access: school administrators, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers. School administrators are responsible for entering student data and granting access to homeroom teachers; homeroom teachers are responsible for entering learning objectives, student grades, and printing report cards; while subject teachers are responsible for entering formative and summative assessments as well as learning objectives. Cloud-based storage was chosen to ensure data security and availability, allowing access anytime and from any device connected to the internet.       The test results show that the system functions properly according to the design, features a simple interface, and is easy to operate even by users with limited technological skills. The implementation of this system can speed up the report card creation process, reduce the risk of data loss, and minimize paper usage, making it more environmentally friendly. In conclusion, this cloud-based report card application serves as a practical solution for elementary schools in managing student assessments while improving the efficiency of educational administration. Abstract

The current problem is that PPDB (New Student Admission) is still carried out conventionally, this results in data recorded in the applicant's book and processing this data takes a long time. The author uses website-based technology as a service provided by the internet to improve services to prospective students by using the PHP and MYSQL programming languages, so that prospective students can find out information about registration and registering without having to go to school but simply access the website. The author believes that prospective students simply follow the new student registration procedure using the web-based PPDB. Students can be easily selected based on their performance in exams, can improve work effectiveness, and provide information quickly and effectively, because this system does not take long to enter prospective new student data and generate reports.
