Abstract

This research is motivated by the processing of employee data that has not been neatly arranged in a database, but in processing data it takes more time so it is not effective and efficient. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research using data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and literature studies. This application uses black box testing, PHP and MYSQL programming languages. The result of this research is to design a web-based civil servant data management system. The results of this study are in order to make it easier for employees, leaders to access information and the field of personnel in managing employee data so as to minimize time.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan hilirisasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) melalui pelatihan pembuatan sistem monitoring lingkungan sekolah berbasis NodeMCU di SMA Negeri 3 Manokwari. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya pemanfaatan teknologi IoT di lingkungan sekolah serta rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap penerapan teknologi digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode pelatihan berbasis praktik yang meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, persiapan materi dan perangkat, pelaksanaan pelatihan dan praktik perakitan sistem, implementasi sistem monitoring, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Pada tahap pelatihan, peserta diperkenalkan dengan konsep dasar Internet of Things, penggunaan mikrokontroler NodeMCU, serta sensor lingkungan yang digunakan untuk membaca data suhu dan kelembapan. Selanjutnya peserta melakukan praktik perakitan perangkat dan pemrograman menggunakan Arduino IDE sehingga sistem dapat mengirimkan data lingkungan secara real-time melalui jaringan internet. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar IoT serta berhasil merancang sistem monitoring lingkungan sederhana yang dapat menampilkan data suhu dan kelembapan secara real-time. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan literasi teknologi serta keterampilan praktis siswa dan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis IoT. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat menjadi salah satu upaya dalam mendorong penerapan teknologi digital di lingkungan sekolah serta mendukung pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di era digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Kemajuan ini memudahkan masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan secara lebih cepat, efektif, dan efisien. Namun demikian, tidak semua institusi pendidikan mampu memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut secara optimal. Banyak sekolah, termasuk SMP Negeri 15 Rendani, masih menghadapi kendala dalam mempublikasikan aktivitas sekolah secara luas dan terstruktur kepada masyarakat.SMP Negeri 15 Rendani memiliki 442 siswa aktif dan didukung oleh 18 tenaga pengajar. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, sekolah ini menerapkan sistem shift dengan total 13 rombongan belajar. Walaupun proses pembelajaran sudah didukung dengan penggunaan infokus sebagai media bantu, namun penyampaian informasi terkait kegiatan sekolah masih tergolong terbatas. Informasi seperti proses belajar-mengajar, data siswa dan guru, hasil penilaian, serta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler belum terkelola dalam suatu sistem yang terintegrasi dan mudah diakses oleh pihak luar, khususnya orang tua siswa.Kondisi ini tentu menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi sekolah dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan komunikasi dengan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu solusi berbasis teknologi yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan tersebut. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan ini, penulis mengusulkan perancangan sebuah aplikasi website sekolah yang berfungsi sebagai media informasi digital.Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk menyampaikan berbagai informasi penting terkait aktivitas sekolah secara real-time. Selain itu, orang tua siswa juga dapat lebih mudah memantau perkembangan dan aktivitas anak-anak mereka di sekolah. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan “Perancangan Aplikasi Aktivitas Sekolah Menengah SMP Negeri 15 Rendani Berbasis Web” sebagai solusi yang efektif, efisien, dan inovatif

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design an application for scheduling procurement of goods at the Logistics of Awal Bros Hospital Makassar and to apply the a priori algorithm for scheduling procurement of goods at the Logistics of Awal Bros Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are that based on application testing carried out on Gtmetrix, the results for pageSpeed Score 96% YSlow Score 90%, which means the program can function properly and based on program functionality testing with blackbox that the application is valid and can be applied. The conclusion of this research by applying the Apriori algorithm. This application displays the priority of procurement requests in the form of print and atk categories based on the categories of goods that are frequently requested and can display the scheduling of procurement of goods to restock goods by looking at the functions of the red, orange and green buttons on the application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pengelolaan berkas di PT. PLN Manokwari khususnya pada bagian pengadaan barang dan jasa masih tidak efisien. pengelolaan berkas yang dimaksud diantaranya pencarian berkas data masuk dan keluar. Ada banyak data jika dicatat manual akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga pembagian tugas setiap staf tidak merata. karena proses pencarian pendataan keluar masuk tidak efisien. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti untuk membuat sistem pencarian arsip dengan metode parsing. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan staf dalam mengelola data dan mencari data yang banyak. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Aplikasi ini di uji menggunakan black box, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan dan aplikasi pencarian arsip menggunakan metode parsing pada PT.PLN Manokwari. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat memudahkan staf dalam mengelola dan mencari data arsip pengadaan barang dan jasa.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the problems that we often encounter in the community. One of the factors causing the accumulation of garbage is the lack of public awareness to dispose of garbage in its place. In this problem, it is necessary to have a smart trash can using sound information media which includes Ultrasonic Sensors as distance detectors and trash volume detectors, Servos are used to control the trash can cover, Speakers are used as information media, DFPlayer mini is used as a voice recorder and microcontrollers are used as input data processors from the components used. The trash can cover will open and close automatically by detecting humans at a distance of ≤ 30 cm then detecting the height of the trash from the trash can cover ≤ 10 cm then the trash can is full then the trash can cover will not open and emit information in the form of sound. The method used in this study is the experimental method, namely by designing, assembling, and testing a smart trash can system based on Arduino Uno. Testing was conducted to evaluate the performance of the sensor, and the voice module in responding to the presence of objects in front of the trash can. This research is useful for the community because it can increase awareness in disposing of garbage in its place through an interactive approach in the form of sound, thus supporting the creation of a cleaner and more orderly environment. In addition, scientifically, this research contributes to the development of science and technology, especially in the field of hardware that can be used as a basis for similar innovations in various fields of life.

Abstract

The measurement of dam water level is an important aspect in water resource management and flood risk mitigation. Conventional monitoring systems still have limitations in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and the availability of real-time information. This study aims to implement the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method in an Internet of Things (IoT)-based dam water level measurement system using the ESP8266. The research method employed is a descriptive method, which includes system design, water level sensor data collection, data processing using the fuzzy method, and system testing. In this study, the fuzzy input variable is the water level with linguistic sets of low, medium, and high, while the output variable is the dam status with the sets of safe, alert, and danger. Based on the test results, at a water level value of 40 cm, the membership degrees obtained were μ_low = 0.3, μ_medium = 1.00, and μ_high = 0.22. The fuzzy inference process produced a crisp output value using the Tsukamoto defuzzification method of 87.45, which is categorized as an alert condition. The test results indicate that the system is capable of processing sensor data accurately and providing real-time information on water level conditions through the internet network. Therefore, the implementation of Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto in an IoT-based system using ESP8266 can be an effective and reliable solution for monitoring dam water levels and supporting fast and accurate decision-making.

Abstract

In today's technological era, social media has had an impact on everyday life, both positive and negative, and almost all levels of society use social media. Some behaviors that are prone to being done by students, especially high school students, in social media such as cyberbullying, spreading hoaxes, uploading inappropriate content, spreading personal data, hate speech and addiction to social media. It is important to provide an understanding of the ethics of using social media so that there is no behavior that violates norms and can also be avoided from sanctions from the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE). For this reason, participants are equipped with an understanding and skills in utilizing or using social media wisely and responsibly. There are 7 stages that are carried out starting from observation, implementation plan, proposal preparation, activity implementation, evaluation, reporting and publication.
