Abstract

Various distractions that attract students’ attention can reduce concentration and learning motivation, which in turn affects performance in Physical Education learning. In response to this low level of motivation, Physical Education teachers need to foster students’ learning motivation through goal-setting training. Based on an agreement with the Community Service team, the proposed solutions include helping students identify their future goals, strengthening their self-confidence, and engaging them in educational games in which students are asked to write down the goals they want to achieve. The activity is followed by the creation of a “hope tree” as a reflection of positive daily activities that students can consistently practice. The methods used in this program include lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and evaluations. The results of this Community Service activity indicate an increase in participants’ knowledge of the role of goal-setting training and provide practical strategies that can be applied in the teaching and learning process to prevent boredom.

Abstract

The training process is sometimes boring for children, the lack of creativity and innovation from the coaches makes children stop training at any time, sometimes the goals and objectives of training have not been achieved children have stopped training because they feel bored. In an effort to eliminate boredom, warming up during the training process can be done through traditional games such as traditional games terompah panjang and gerobak sodor because in addition to being fun, the game also includes many elements of movement, such as running. In addition, traditional games are one of the cultural contents that need to be maintained so that they are not lost. Of course, it is a challenge for traditional games that prioritize the values of responsibility, teamwork, honesty, and even involve nature as their characteristics to remain present in every generation. Traditional games are also expected to be an alternative that can be used as a warm-up medium in a sport with the aim of the values contained in the game can be adopted and applied. In order to achieve this goal, the role of traditional games is very important. It is hoped that this community service activity will increase students' and athletes' insight into the role of traditional games as a warm-up medium for training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kosntribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil smash bolivoli Siswa Ektrakurikuler SMAN 2 Siak Hulu. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan penelitian korelasi ganda dengan membandingkan hasilpengukuran dua variable yang berbeda agar dapat menetukan Tingkat hubungan antara variabel-variabel ini. Populasi tersebut adapun merupakan yang dipergunakan untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Ekstrakurikuler SMAN 2 Siak Hulu yang berjumlah 8 orang. Instrumen penelitian ialah Tes Pengukuran Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai. Tes pengukuran Kekuatan otot lengan, Tes Smash Bolavoli. Hasil penelitian ini ialah sebagai berikut : Tidak terdapat pengaruh daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap hasil smash bola voli bernilai -,051sehingga masuk kedalam skala tidak dihitung karena nilainya kecil dari 0 dengan poin perseentase sebesar 5,6 %. Terdapat pengaruh kekuatan otot lengan terhadap hasil smash dengan poin ,284 tergolong dalam skala rendah dengan persentase sebesar 28,4%. Terdapat Kontribusi Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Dan Kekuatan Otot Lengan Terhadap Hasil SmashBolavoli Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Sman 2 Siak Hulu tergolong dalam skala rendah dengan total 28,7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of lower limb explosive power and eye-hand coordination to the jump serve ability of the PLT Putra Kampar Volleyball Club. This research employed a correlational design. The population consisted of all athletes from the PLT Putra Kampar Club, totaling 15 individuals. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with a sample size of 15 athletes. The research instruments included a vertical jump test to measure lower limb explosive power, a tennis ball throw-and-catch test to assess eye-hand coordination, and a jump serve test for volleyball ability. Based on the results, it can be concluded that (1) there is a contribution of lower limb explosive power to the jump serve ability of the PLT Putra Kampar Volleyball Club by 37.58%, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.613 greater than the critical value (r table) of 0.514, categorized as strong; (2) eye-hand coordination contributes 52.85% to the jump serve ability, with an r value of 0.727 > 0.514, also categorized as strong; and (3) the combined contribution of lower limb explosive power and eye-hand coordination to the jump serve ability is 53.14%, with an r value of 0.729 > 0.514, again categorized as strong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor fisik dan mental yang berkontribusi terhadap cedera atlet bola tangan serta menganalisis peran latihan mental dalam pencegahan cedera. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan model analisis data kualitatif menurut Sugiono dengan rancangan studi kasus pada 30 atlet bola tangan Provinsi Riau yang aktif mengikuti program latihan dan kompetisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terkait riwayat cedera serta kondisi kesiapan mental atlet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cedera atlet bola tangan dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor fisik, seperti kelelahan, kontak fisik keras, dan teknik gerak yang kurang optimal, serta faktor mental berupa kurang konsentrasi, tekanan psikologis, dan kecemasan bertanding. Penerapan latihan mental berupa latihan relaksasi pernapasan Pengamatan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesiapan mental atlet yang meliputi konsentrasi, kontrol emosi, kepercayaan diri, dan pengelolaan stress, peningkatan kondisi mental ini menjadi dasar penurunan cedera karena atlet mampu menjaga fokus gerak, mengontrol ketegangan otot, merespons situasi pertandingan secara lebih tenang, serta mengambil keputusan teknik yang lebih tepat, sehingga mengurangi kesalahan gerak dan risiko cedera, khususnya cedera berulang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa latihan mental merupakan bagian penting dalam pendekatan holistik pencegahan cedera atlet bola tangan. Integrasi latihan fisik dan mental secara terstruktur direkomendasikan untuk mendukung keselamatan dan keberlanjutan performa atlet.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas neuromuscular training terhadap stabilitas dinamis dan risiko cedera Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) pada pemain sepakbola remaja. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari pemain sepakbola remaja yang dibagi ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan program neuromuscular training yang meliputi latihan keseimbangan, propriosepsi, dan kekuatan otot inti yang dilakukan secara terstruktur dan bertahap, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menjalani latihan konvensional sesuai program rutin. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Y-Balance Test untuk mengukur stabilitas dinamis dan Landing Error Scoring System untuk menilai risiko cedera ACL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan stabilitas dinamis yang lebih optimal serta penurunan risiko cedera yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa neuromuscular training efektif dalam meningkatkan kontrol neuromuskular dan mengurangi risiko cedera, serta berpotensi menjadi strategi latihan preventif yang efektif pada pemain sepakbola remaja. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of neuromuscular training on dynamic stability and the risk of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in adolescent soccer players. This study employed a quasi-experimental design using a pretest–posttest control group approach. The participants consisted of adolescent soccer players who were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received a structured and progressive neuromuscular training program consisting of balance, proprioception, and core strength exercises, while the control group followed conventional training based on their routine practice. The instruments used were the Y-Balance Test to assess dynamic stability and the Landing Error Scoring System to evaluate ACL injury risk. The results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated greater improvements in dynamic stability and a more significant reduction in injury risk compared to the control group. It can be concluded that neuromuscular training is effective in enhancing neuromuscular control and reducing injury risk, and it has strong potential as an effective preventive training strategy for adolescent soccer players.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. This study was to analyze the method of passing training with fixed target eye-foot coordination high-low and target passing moving eye-foot coordination high-low and analyze the interaction between passing training methods and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy. Materials and methods. This study used a quasi-experimental method of pre-test and post-test design. The population in this study was 36 players with an average age of 16 years. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total sample of 36 players, data analysis used the ANOVA test. Results. 1) There is a difference in the effect between fixed target passing practice and moving target passing on football passing accuracy on average p = (82.78±7.51), p-value = (0.000<0.05) and Fcount ( 18,050)>Ftable (0.225). 2) There is a different effect between high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy where the value of sig p-value = (0.007 <0.05) and Fcount (8.450)>Ftable (0.225). 3) There is a difference in the Effect of Fixed Target Passing Training Method with High and Low Eye-foot Coordination on Soccer Passing Accuracy with an average value of p = (83.33> 67.78). 4) There is a difference in the effect of moving target passing practice with high and low eye-foot coordination on soccer passing accuracy with an average value of p=(85.56>80.00). 5) There is no interaction between training methods and eye-foot coordination on football passing accuracy with sig p-value = (0.053>0.05) and Fcount (4.050) >Ftable (0.225). Conclusions. Research shows that moving target passing exercises are better at improving passing accuracy than fixed target passing exercises and players with high eye-foot coordination have better accuracy than players with low eye-foot coordination.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. The aim of this research is to determine the level (VO2Max) in the UIR Student Activity Unit. Materials and methods. The population in this study were 15 female futsal players at the Riau Islamic University. This study uses a descriptive method, which can be interpreted by describing or describing the current state of the research subject/object based on the facts that appear. the type of research is descriptive in which the variables studied are independent about the VO2 max of female futsal players which is measured by the bleeb test. Results. The average score for the VO2 Max level test for the Women's Futsal Student Activity Unit at the University of Isalam Riau with a score of 22.21%. Judging from the norm of the VO2 Max level, the category is classified as not good. Conclusions. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the VO2 Max level of the Players of the Women's Futsal Student Activity Unit with an average value of 22.21% which is located at the interval of 20.00 – 21.27 with a percentage of 40% in the category of Less Once.

Abstract

Banyak ragam gangguan yang muncul dan menarik perhatian siswa, sehingga kemungkinan besar dapat mengganggu daya kosentrasi siswa dalam beraktivitas serta kurangnya    motivasi    siswa    dalam menampilkan   performa pembelajaran   Pendidikan   Jasmani, Berdasarkan  fenomena  dari  rendahnya  motivasi  belajar,  maka  guru  pendidikan jasmani sebagai orang yang bertanggungjawab bagi peningkatan keterampilan siswa perlu menumbuhkan  motivasi belajar yang  dimiliki  masing-masing  siswa  atau  individu  maupun secara kelompok melalui pelatihan Goal Setting. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dari kesepakatan tim pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat solusi yang ditawarkan adalah (1) siswa  mampu menemukan pandangan terkait apa yang ingin menjadi tujuan di masa depan, (2) Menguatkan Kepercayaan diri, dan akan membuat siswa sukses dan memberikan game serta subjek diminta untuk menuliskan tujuan yang ingin dicapainya. Setelahnya baru membuat pohon harapan kegiatan yang positif yang akan dilakukan siswa sehari-hari. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu Ceramah, Demonstrasi, Diskusi, dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat tersebut, para peserta mendapatkan dan meningkatnya pengetahuan tentang peran latihan goal setting serta mendapatkan cara-cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam proses belajar mengajar sehingga tidak terjadi kebosanan.

Abstract

Perdamaian adalah fondasi utama bagi pembangunan masyarakat yang harmonis dan berkelanjutan. Dalam konteks pendidikan, guru memiliki peran strategis untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai perdamaian kepada generasi muda. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di SDN 179 Pekanbaru, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang peran lembaga internasional, seperti Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB), UNESCO, dan UNICEF, dalam menjaga perdamaian dunia. Kegiatan ini meliputi seminar, diskusi kelompok, dan pelatihan penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) berbasis nilai perdamaian. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru mengenai peran lembaga internasional serta kemampuan mereka mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai perdamaian ke dalam pembelajaran. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model untuk pengembangan pendidikan berkarakter yang mendukung terciptanya budaya damai di lingkungan sekolah dasar.
