The achievement of the advancement of cultural globalization has spread to various advertisements in the mass media including one of Sari Ayu Ads. The transformation of Islamic culture has made one of the important changes in the representation of cultural values in advertising. The focus of this study examines the Islamic cultural values represented by ad text and how Islamic cultural values are represented through ad text. The approach used in understanding signs was developed by Roland Barthes. Roland Barthes interpreted the denotation and connotation of the Sari Ayu ad text sample. The results found that the cultural values represented in Sari Ayu's ad text indicate the value of harmony to nature, traditional beauty care values, modern cultural values, gender, social class, tradition, femininity, and history. The Islamic values contained in Sari Ayu Ads represent Indonesia in interpreting universal cultural values for the development of the world today. These cultural values are widely presented, especially seen in modern cultural values mixed with Islamic values in text and visual advertisements.

The people of Aceh are currently confronted with two value systems that can be said to be their way of life. The two value systems are value systems based on Pancasila and value systems based on Islamic Sharia. Based on this it is important to know how this value system is formed in society so that everyday behavior will follow the Pancasila or Islamic Sharia value system. The results of the study show that the value system between the two can run together and there isn't a very significant difference. Differences occur only because of interpretation or understanding. The process of formation in addition to the acceptance of values by the community itself through an understanding of daily events is also determined by other components of society such as government officials, village leaders, teungku (religious leaders), and ureueng carong (clever clever people). This component has access to convey even sometimes can be imposed on the community. The community also adopts a value system from what the figures convey as well as adopting their learning from everyday behavior.

This study was conducted to determine the factors and impacts that caused conflict in Krueng Alem Village, Darul Makmur District, Nagan Raya Regency which resulted in domestic violence, the theory used was Randall Collins' conflict theory. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study which become a factor in domestic violence against women are the most important factor getting married at the same age as young so they cannot control their emotions when there are problems, inadequate economic problems, infidelity, or a third person in a household, association wrong husband, emotional instability in the husband so that it often causes conflict. Then as for the impact that occurs on domestic violence, namely a deep sense of trauma to the victim, fear, the pain felt by the victim physically and psychologically, psychologically bad for the child and the last is separation or divorce which will result in securing the future of his wife and future child.

Several tourist attractions in Indonesia have involved local communities in their management and development. Community empowerment strategies include human resource development, productive endeavors, provision of information, capital development, and group institutionalization. This article focuses on women's participation in the empowerment of coastal communities in the tourist attraction of Pulau Banyak, Aceh Singkil. The objective of this article is to describe women's participation, forms of empowerment, and inhibiting factors. This study is based on qualitative field research to be conducted in 2022. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with relevant informants. The study showed that, in addition to the economic potential of marine and fisheries resources, Pulau Banyak also possesses promising tourism potential due to its attractive natural landscapes. This tourism potential has been utilized by the local community and women through microeconomic activities. However, women's empowerment strategies in the context of tourism on Pulau Banyak are still limited and rely on government assistance. Insufficient mentoring and limited marketing access are obstacles to women's empowerment. Abstrak Beberapa objek wisata di Indonesia telah melibatkan masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan. Strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat termasuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia, usaha produktif, penyediaan informasi, pengembangan modal, dan kelembagaan kelompok. Artikel ini fokus pada partisipasi perempuan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir di objek wisata Pulau Banyak, Aceh Singkil. Tujuan artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan partisipasi perempuan, bentuk pemberdayaan, dan faktor penghambatnya. Kajian ini didasarkan pada penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan pada tahun 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan terkait. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa selain potensi ekonomi dari hasil kelautan dan perikanan, Pulau Banyak juga memiliki potensi wisata yang menjanjikan karena panorama alamnya yang menarik. Potensi wisata tersebut telah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat dan kaum perempuan dalam bentuk aktivitas ekonomi mikro, Namun, strategi pemberdayaan perempuan dalam konteks wisata di pulau banyak masih terbatas dan bergantung pada bantuan pemerintah. Kurangnya pendampingan dan akses pemasaran yang terbatas menjadi kendala dalam pemberdayaan perempuan.

AbstractMany OJS-based journal managers do not understand the steps that should be taken. Many still publish by relying on back issues, even though the applications used are already based on OJS. The important thing that becomes the question is how is the real management of OJS-based scientific journals? For this reason, it is very important to carry out this socialization to increase the capacity of journal managers so that they can be even better and by the applicable standards in OJS. The method of implementation is face-to-face with the presentation of material in the form of material slides. Participants who attended were journaled managers who had frequently opened the OJS application so that in general they understood how the OJS application worked. However, this participant needs to be deepened considering that several steps are often missed in journal management. The results of the socialization showed that the participants had increased their understanding of step by step journal management. This can be seen from the results of discussions or questions and answers at the end of the material presentation session. Thus it can be concluded that the journal society is ready to be operationalized or ready to accept article manuscripts from students.

Household organic waste in Gampong Pasie Aceh Baro has not been optimally utilized, potentially increasing the environmental burden and community dependence on chemical fertilizers. This community service initiative focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of the Women Farmers Group, "Wanita Berusaha," in processing local materials into liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) to support sustainable agricultural practices. The method employed involved socialization, including material presentation, hands-on fertilizer production, fermentation monitoring, and outcome evaluation, involving 22 participants. The evaluation showed a 100% improvement in soft skills, including knowledge of the materials and procedures for LOF production, active participation in the activities, and environmental awareness that supports sustainable agricultural practices. Furthermore, there is a potential for increased economic value through reduced expenditure on chemical fertilizers and the utilization of household waste. This activity underscores the importance of rural community empowerment in managing local resources as a fundamental step toward sustainable agriculture.
