Abstract

Service quality and fares are very important parameters in the operation of the public transport system. BRT Trans Semarang is a bus-based public transportation system in Semarang city that is operated to overcome congestion and accommodate the movement of people in Semarang City. This study aims to evaluate the service performance and fares of BRT Trans Semarang and to determine the level of user satisfaction. The methods used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires and primary surveys. The data obtained is processed, analyzed and all indicators are evaluated referring to the Technical Guidelines for Organizing Public Transport in Urban Areas in the Fixed and Regular Routes of the Director General of Land Transportation 2002. The results show that: 1) overall the performance of BRT Trans Semarang services has met the standards , and there are 2 (two) indicators that doesn't meet the standards, are the average loading factor (utilization factor) and passenger waiting time; 2) Most passengers are satisfied with BRT Trans Semarang services; 3) The exixting fare applied is below the amount of the cost operation issued by the operator so it needs Government support (subsidies) to ensure BRT Trans Semarang can continue operate.

Abstract

Pengguna transportasi memiliki keinginan untuk mendapatkan layanan yang absolut dan setiap pengguna layanan mempunyai tingkat persepsi kepuasan berbeda, sesuai dengan misi dari Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian tentang meningkatkan kinerja layanan transportasi perkeretaapian yang efisien dan efektif serta meningkatkan keselamatan transportasi perkeretaapian yang efektif perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja Kereta Api Argo Cheribon. Evaluasi kinerja operasional dan pelayanan Kereta Api Argo Cheribon dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang perlu diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Kereta Api Argo Cheribon. Parameter yang dianalisis yaitu frekuensi, waktu tempuh, headway, kecepatan tempuh, load factor, ATP dan WTP, serta kualitas pelayanan dalam kereta menggunakan metode CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Hasil evaluasi operasional berdasarkan dengan ketentuan waktu tempuh (Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan RI No. PM 63 Tahun 2019, 2019) baik/memenuhi, load factor (Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan RI No. PM 17 Tahun 2018, 2018) kurang memenuhi, kecepatan tempuh (Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan RI No. PM 121 Tahun 2017, 2017) baik/memenuhi, sedangkan untuk kinerja pelayanan hasil dari perhitungan metode CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) memperoleh nilai sebesar 84% untuk masing-masing pertanyaan dan 83% untuk kelompok pertanyaan, maka kinerja pelayanan Kereta Api Argo Cheribon sangat puas menurut persepsi penumpang.

Abstract

PO. Haryanto is an Otobus company from Kudus, Central Java, which is engaged in Inter-City Inter-Provincial (AKAP) bus transportation services, one of which operates from Jepara to Jakarta with the type of service Executive Class. This study aims to determine the performance and tariffs based on vehicle operating costs. In this study, data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires directed to service users. The method for analyzing operational performance, calculating tariffs and operating costs for vehicles refers to the method of the Ministry of Transportation SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002, and analysis of service performance using the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Results of operational performance in terms of load factor obtained by 70,79%, the value of travel speed is 53,70 km/hour, the frequency of service is obtained 4 vehicles/hour, the service time is obtained 2 hours (morning and evening), the travel time is 1,14 minutes/km, the number of fleets operating 100%, and circulation time of 34,05 hours. The actual fare for the PO. Haryanto bus for the Jepara – Jakarta route is IDR 240.000. The results of the tariff analysis based on the BOK with the furthest distance traveled obtained a BOK value of IDR 4.803.356,79 with a tariff value of IDR 251.604,40. PO. Haryanto bus service performance results with the method IPA shows some performance indicatorsa that should be maintained and some that should be improved.

Abstract

Fire fighter performance can be represented by the speed of handling the fire case, where greatly influenced by the travel speed of the fire trucks to the fire location. This study aims to determine the fastest route for fire trucks in Cirebon City based on the travel distance, time, congestion and land use. The method used in this study is by applying the Geographic Information System (GIS) model in identifying several variables that affect the travel speed of fire trucks. In this study, several alternative routes were determined from the fire station (Harjamukti fire station and Bima fire station) to the location of fire (Harjamukti Market) and then calculated the travel time on each alternative route by considering travel distance, time, congestion and land use. The results showed that the fastest travel time for fire trucks in Cirebon City was largely influenced by the travel distance. However, in conditions of high traffic flow, a route with a longer distance but does not cross a congested road segment can produce a faster travel time when compared to a shorter route but crosses congested roads. The fastest route from the Bima fire station to  Harjamukti market is route 1 (2,854 m) in the morning, route 3 (3,019 m) in the afternoon and evening. Meanwhile, the fastest route from the Harjamukti fire station to Harjamukti Market is Route 1 (2,069 m) in the morning, afternoon and evening because it has the shortest distance.

Abstract

Cities are the result of social interactions that form a community and produce culture. cultural resilience as a term that describes the extent to which a person's cultural strength in overcoming regional developments. Cirebon City as a City of Culture is inseparable from the history and culture of the past that form the characteristics of its own people. The City Village that still survives today is the North Kanoman Village, which is in the Kanoman Palace area. Cultural and artistic traditions are still maintained from generation to generation so that the characteristics of local wisdom are well preserved, so it is necessary to study the survival of the North Kanoman village in changing the development of a modern city. This study aims to determine the adaptation of the local wisdom of North Kanoman Village as an art and culture village in Cirebon City in an effort to maintain its existence as an art village in the midst of urban development. The output of this research is the modeling of the resilience of North Kanoman Village. The research uses a qualitative approach through qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. In this study, the method used is to use open interviews to examine and understand the attitudes, views, feelings and behaviors of individuals or groups of people. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the phenomenon of survival and adaptation methods were carried out by the North Kanoman community, this adaptation was closely related to changes in attitudes that occurred in the community. The synergy between the community and cultural leaders occurs in how to maintain culture and art for the younger generation from urban modernity and the era of digitalization. By adapting, the people of North Kanoman Village try to survive and continue their lives. Keywords: Survival, Urban Village, City Development, Local Wisdom, Arts and Culture

Abstract

Pembangunan jalan lingkar timur bertujuan untuk memutus arus jalur utama. Jalan lingkar timur Kuningan memiliki jalan dan jembatan yang dikerjakan dengan panjang jalan 7,2 km dan untuk Jembatan Lingkar Timur Kuningan pembangunan jembatan meliputi 30% dari total pekerjaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan jembatan di ja;an lingkar timur Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode CPM untuk mempercepat pekerjaan konstruksi jembatan dan kurva s untuk mengendalikan proyek dengan membandingkan kurva s desain dan kurva s di lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah :1) estimasi pekerjaan konstruksi Jembatan Lingkar Timur Kuningan diperkirakan akan memakan waktu 32 minggu ; 2) Total Rencana Anggaran Biaya adalah Rp5.806.300.000 ; 3) jalur kritis yang terjadi pada proyek Jembatan Jalan Lingkar Timur Kuningan adalah A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W.

Judul : Evaluasi Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Jalan Raya Jendral Sudirman – Jalan Raya Babakan Madang, Kab Bogor, Nama : Agil Fahri Firdaus, NPM : 117130084, Dosen Pembimbing : Mira Lestira Hariani, ST.,MT. 2022. Penelitian ini berpacu pada metode MKJI 1997, dengan menggunakan metode simpang tiga tak bersinya, melakukan penelitian dengan mengevaluasi simpang tiga tak bersinyal, mendapatkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian selama 4hari diantara jumat dan senin (Hari Kerja), sabtu dan minggu (Hari Libur). Didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu : Dengan hasil yang didapatkan kinerja simpang tiga tak bersinyal pada jalan Jend-Sudirman – Jl Raya babakan Madang,Kab Bogor, berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan maka simpang tersebut dinilai masih layak sesuai dengan persyaratan MKJI 1997 Dengan keterangan Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) Pendekat A = 0.42, B = 0.67, dan C = 0.63, dengan peluang antrian (QP) Pendekat A = (8.2 – 19.9 )<100%, B = (18.5 – 37.8)>100%, C = (16.5 – 34.4)>100%.Keyword : Evaluation of the performance of the unsignalized intersection at the Babakan Madang intersection.

Abstract

Demi menunjang kelancaran dalam sarana transportasi darat yang saat ini sangat menunjang perkembangan dan kemajuan suatu wilayah maka dibutuhkan sarana trasnportasi yang mampu mendukung perkembangan di segala bidang khususnya dalam perpindahan manusia dan barang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja Bus Trans Cirebon koridor I dengan mengacu pada indikator kinerja angkutan umum menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996 dan BRT Standart 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan menganalisis eksploratif dengan pengumpulan data primer meliputi waktu antara (headway), faktor muat, jumlah penumpang, jarak antar halte, waktu tempuh, kecepatan perjalanan, data sekunder seperti peta jalur Bus Trans Cirebon, kapasitas bus, dan penjadwalan Bus Trans Cirebon. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel kemudian hasil pengolahan data dibandingkan dengan indikator Kinerja Angkutan Umum Menurut Departemen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1996 dan BRT Standart 2016. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari evaluasi Bus Trans Cirebon mempunyai kapasitas bus 40 penumpang, waktu antara (headway) 15,25 menit, faktor muat (load factor) 8,16% waktu tunggu 15 menit untuk terminal dukuh semar dihalte 1 menit di bus stop 10 detik, waktu tempuh 60 menit dan kecepatan perjalanan 22,02 km/jam. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada Bus Trans Cirebon 8 indikator yang ada dan yang memenuhi 4 indikator. Bus Trans Cirebon juga mendapat nilai 7 poin menurut penilaian The BRT Standard 2016 sehingga belum bisa disebut Bus Rapid Transit.

Abstract

Kondisi jalur pejalan kaki di ruas Jalan Siliwangi Kabupaten Kuningan banyak mengalami kerusakan dan fungsi jalur pejalan kaki sebagai fasilitas pejalan kaki tidak dapat bekerja secara optimal. Banyaknya hambatan samping seperti pedagang kaki lima dan parkir di bahu jalan diduga menjadi pemicu rusaknya fungsi jalur pejalan kaki di jalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan fasilitas pejalan kaki di Jalan Siliwangi Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu survei kuesioner dan survei primer. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Metode HCM 1985, sedangkan dalam analisis kondisi eksisting geometrik pejalan kaki menggunakan Pedoman Penyediaan dan Pemanfaatan Prasarana dan Sarana Ruang Pejalan Kaki di Perkotaan 2008. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa menurut Highway Capacity Manual (HCM 1985) tingkat pelayanan jalur pejalan kaki di Jalan Siliwangi adalah F. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk menyediakan jalur khusus bagi penyandang disabilitas dan menghilangkan pedagang kaki lima sehingga dapat menambah lebar efektif jalur pejalan kaki.

Abstract

Traffic density increases fluctuatively during holidays due to rising tourist activities, requiring seasonal traffic management. This study analyzes the impact using PKJI 2023 and PTV VISSIM modeling. At peak hour, the intersection shows a degree of saturation (DS) = 0.776 and average delay = 13.075 sec/MPH with LOS B. Projections for the next 5–10 years indicate DS = 1.10 and delay = 25.234 sec/MPH with LOS D. Of three modeled alternatives, the best is Alternative 2: diverting major north-south traffic to the east minor road, resulting in average speed = 23 km/h, delay = 14.075 sec/MP, queue length = 16.417 m, and LOS B.
