Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the causes and effects of the preferences of the Functional Position of Goods / Services Procurement Manager (JF PPBJ) reviewed from the perspective of perception, potential, motivation and interest using Fishbone analysis in an effort to improve the Functional Position of Goods / Services Manager at the Regional Secretariat of Rembang Regency. The lack of the number of goods/services procurement managers has resulted in the fulfillment of the elements of professionalism of goods / services procurement managers in the form of human resources implementing goods and services procurement in this case JF PPBJ has not been optimal and fulfilled. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants involved by the researcher were 15 (fifteen) people. The results of this study indicate that things that can be done to meet the needs of the Functional Position of Procurement Manager of Goods and Services are by implementing a renaksi (action plan) for fulfilling JF PPBJ until at least 60% of the needs are met through the first appointment , namely the Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) acceptance path, appointment from other positions in the form of appointment of Civil Servants (PNS) from other positions into JF PPBJ (position transfer), increasing competency tests or functional training organized by the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP) as the JF PPBJ Supervisory Agency, the existence of guarantees and certainty from the Regional Government to design legal protection (ranperkada) related to JF PPBJ, providing additional income to improve the welfare of JF PPBJ, implementing the procurement process of goods/services according to procedures to mitigate risks related to the law, and maintaining JF PPBJ so that it is not transferred because in terms of maturity it will have an impact on the decline in the ITKP ratio value (Governance Index). With these efforts, the Procurement of Goods and Services Section of the Rembang Regency Secretariat is able to fulfill the elements of procurement professionalism in the form of human resources implementing the procurement of goods/services in this case, JF PPBJ and contribute to providing better services to the community.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengembangan UMKM Kedai Kopi yang tengah marak menjamur dikalangan anak muda. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kedai Kopi Love Story yang terletak di Desa Besito, Kecamatan Gebog, Kabupaten Kudus. Karena usaha masih tergolong baru, maka permasalahan utama atas adanya konsep social distancing di era new normal ini adalah masih sedikitnya pembeli, selain karena selama ini pemasaran produk dilakukan secara offline dari mulut ke mulut, juga karena mitra belum mempunyai kemampuan manajerial yang cukup dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia. Sehingga mitra memerlukan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan risiko dari aspek pemasaran dan sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra tersebit, maka tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) peningkatan aspek pemasaran; dan (2) peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan SDM. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung kepada mitra. Solusi yang diberikan pada permasalahan aspek pemasaran adalah perluasan jangkauan pasar secara online melalui media sosial Instagram dan terdaftar di Google Map. Solusi yang diberikan pada aspek SDM adalah terwujudnya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan mitra dalam pengelolaan SDM. Harapannya dengan kedua solusi yang diberikan, risiko mitra atas permasalahan pada aspek pemasaran dan SDM dapat diminimalisir, dan akhirnya mitra dapat lebih mengembangkan usahanya di masa New Normal.

Abstract

Kudus is one of the districts on the north coast of Central Java which has a prominent entrepreneurial tradition. There are also many types of factories and MSME businesses. All of this gives Kudus Regency its own style as a city of industry and trade. One of the MSME industries that also promotes the local wisdom culture of the city of Kudus is the herbal ginger and parijoto syrup industry typical of the Muria mountains, namely the UMKM UD Yogas Delima and CV Seleksi Alam Muria. The aim of this service activity is to encourage the development of SMEs in increasing competitiveness and improving product quality with digital marketing-based information technology, handling aspects of production, human resources, management, administration and production, as well as improving the skills of entrepreneurs, improving quality and quantity, and management. good management. The implementation method prioritizes product improvements by exploring raw materials, product design, marketing, improving HR soft skills and marketing. Abstract

The marketing system of every company aims to achieve its organizational objectives. This study analyzes the influence of perceived quality, brand awareness, and price on repurchase intention, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, among farmers of CV Putra Daerah Jaya. The research involved a sample of 140 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with AMOS software. The findings reveal that perceived quality has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on repurchase intention, indicating that an increase in product quality perception does not significantly enhance repurchase intention. In contrast, brand awareness exerts a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, suggesting that strengthening brand awareness encourages repeat purchases among farmers. Meanwhile, price suitability shows no significant impact on the repurchase intention of NPK Plus fertilizer. Perceived quality, brand awareness, and price suitability all have positive and significant effects on farmer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on farmers repurchase intention, implying that improving satisfaction can lead to higher repurchase intention. The study also finds that customer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between perceived quality and brand awareness to repurchase intention but not significant, and customer satisfaction can mediate price suitability price on farmers repurchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan dan interaksi sosial, terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dan inovasi dengan kinerja bisnis pada usaha kecil dan menengah industri konveksi di Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 117 responden. Responden adalah pemilik usaha kecil menengah industri bordir dan konveksi. Temuan teoritis dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan melalui peningkatan kepercayaan, interaksi sosial, melalui berbagi pengetahuan, Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dapat dilakukan dengan melalui peningkatan berbagi pengetahuan dan inovasi. Penelitian ini menyumbang temuan dalam teori modal sosial, dan teori inovasi, di dalam menjelaskan peran berbagi pengetahuan sebagai variabel yang memediasi variabel-variabel modal sosial.

Abstract

Community service activities with Getuk Nyimut MSMEs aim to increase competitive advantage. Getuk nyimut is a food that has become an icon for visitors at the Muria Mountains. Getuk nyimut products are starting to develop along with the increasing number of consumers from outside the region who visit Kajar Village. This results in high competition for getuk nyimut. Business people compete to market their products to consumers through various strategies to stay and winning the competition. Based on the problems faced by partners, the team made efforts to improve business management through improving marketing and financial aspects. The solution given to partners is expanding market share through digital marketing as a means of product promotion media. Online promotion is carried out through social media such as Instagram and TikTok. Beside that, using product labels on packaging can increase product awareness so the products can be known to the more consumers. The solution to problems in the financial aspect is training and assistance in recording business finances by carrying out periodic recaps of business income and expenses. These efforts can indicate business progress because partners can find out his profits and losses. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence competency, training dan work facilities onemployee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variabel (Study of property user administration officials, user property administrators and auxiliary property administrators within the Kudus Regency Government). The population in this study was 155 people. Respondents totaled 125 people. Sampling Technique: In this research, quota sampling was used. This instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS. The results of this research show, firstly, competency has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, secondly training has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, thirdly work facilities have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, fourth competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, fifthly training has a positive effect on organizational commitment. positive and significant on employee performance, the six work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the seventh organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Periodic evaluations need to be carried out through monitoring and evaluation of the OPD as a benchmark for employee performance results, so that they are able to realize the vision and mission of regional property management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja Tim Pendamping Keluarga (TPK) di Kabupaten Kudus, dengan kompetensi sebagai variabel intervening. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena di lapangan yang menunjukkan masih adanya berbagai kendala dalam pelaksanaan tugas TPK, terutama terkait adaptasi lapangan, kesenjangan kompetensi, ketidaksempurnaan pelatihan, serta ketidakseimbangan pengalaman kerja antar anggota TPK. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan AMOS. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 132 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional sampling dari total populasi TPK sebanyak 1.962 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi. Pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja TPK. Kompetensi terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, serta mampu menjadi variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja TPK.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to examine more effective leadership styles which are the transformational or transactional leadership that influences on job performance through mediating of knowledge sharing serving as the role of energy resource based on the conservation of resources theory. Because of Pandemic Covid-19, the empirical evidence has come from employees at 1 to 5-star Hotels in Jawa Tengah to test our hypotheses by receiving a duplicate of e-Questionnaire submitting through email and WhatsApp messages by adding the link of google form. The sample was 111 respondents. Based on the results of the Structural Equation Model, transformational leadership does not influence significantly job performance. Furthermore, transactional leadership does not affect significantly job performance. Then, transformational leadership does not influence significantly knowledge sharing. However, transactional leadership affects significantly knowledge sharing. Moreover, knowledge sharing influences significantly job performance. Based on the mediation approach, knowledge sharing mediates between transformational leadership and job performance. In line with the harmony, knowledge sharing mediates transactional leadership and job performance. Therefore, to improve job performance, the organization has to apply the mediation of knowledge sharing between transformational leadership and transactional leadership.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menguji kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif, apakah kepemimpinan transformasional atau kepemimpinan transaksional yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pekerjaan melalui mediasi berbagi pengetahuan yang berperan sebagai sumber energi berdasarkan teori konservasi sumber daya. Disebabkan situasi pandemi Covid-19, data empiris dikirimkan kepada karyawan hotel bintang 1- 5 se-Jawa Tengah untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian dengan cara responden menerima tautan permohonan pengisian e-kuesioner melalui pesan e-mail dan WhatsApp yang berisi link google form. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 111 responden. Berdasarkan hasil Model Persamaan Struktural, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerjaan. Kemudian, kepemimpinan transaksional juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerjaan. Selanjutnya, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Namun, kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan. Setelah itu, berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerjaan. Berdasarkan pendekatan mediasi, berbagi pengetahuan memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pekerjaan. Sejalan dengan harmoni, berbagi pengetahuan memediasi kepemimpinan transaksional dan kinerja pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pekerjaan, organisasi harus menerapkan mediasi berbagi pengetahuan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan transaksional.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of the Effect of Education and Training and Competence on the Performance of Village Population Administration Information System Operators (SIAPKEDESA) in Rembang Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey form or explanatory pattern. Research design with causal patterns. The population was the SIAPKEDESA application operator in Rembang with proportional random sampling technique. The sample size is 120 respondents. Data collection methods and using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this study education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on motivation, education and training have no positive effect on employee performance, competence has no positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees, motivation is able to mediate the effect of education and training on employee performance, motivation is able to mediate the influence of competence on employee performance. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk deskriptif survey atau pola eksplanasi. Desain penelitian dengan pola kausal. Populasi adalah Petugas Operator Aplikasi SIAPKEDESA di Kabupaten Rembang dengan teknik sampling proportional random sampling. Besar sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data serta menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil dan implikasi dari penelitian ini pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja pegawai, Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan ini disarankan agar manajemen dapat lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai, sehingga bisa memberikan kinerja yang maksimal dan kualitas hasil kerja yang lebih optimal.
