Abstract

This study was aims to analyze the influence Leadership, Discipline, and Organization Cultur to Employee Performance both simultaneously or partially. The population of this study was 107 employees in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district Sukoharjo regency, Central Java. This research uses proportional random sampling as technique which is calculated using Slovin formula that produces 84 respondents. The data collection method was accomplished by doing also using questionnares, observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses data analysis method with percentage descriptive analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a significant influence between leadership, discipline, and organization culture on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (2) there is no significant influence between leadership on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (3) there is a significant influence between discipline on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district, (4) there is a significant influence between organization cultur on employee performance in the villages in Sukoharjo Sub-district.

Abstract

Public service is an activity or a series of activities in the framework of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, service, and or administrative services provided by public service providers. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence between employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment on the service quality of Kendal Regency’s Population and Civil Registration Service. The population in this study were service user in the Kendal Regency Population and Civil Registry Service 115 respondents analyzed as samples using the iteration formula. Data collection methods were done by questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis and percentage descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicate that employee competency, employee discipline, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality. Employee competency have a positive and significant effect on the service quality, employee discipline have a positive and significant effect on the service quality, and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on the service quality.

Abstract

There are several factors that can affect student activity during the teaching and learning process. From preliminary observations found that SMK Karanganyar Wikarya does not yet have adequate facilities to support teaching and learning activities. The problem in this study is the level of student activity that is very low. The population in this study were all students of class XI Department of Office Administration Vocational School Wikarya Karanganyar which numbered 40 students. Researchers took a whole sample from the population because of the small population of 40 students. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables namely Parental Attention, Learning Facilities, Teacher Creativity while the dependent variable was Student Activity. Data collection method is done by Questionnaire / Questionnaire. The data analysis method uses regression analysis with SPSS tools. The results showed partially the parent's attention variable (X1) and teacher creativity (X3) did not significantly influence the student activeness variable (Y). while the Learning Facilities (X2) significantly influence the student activity variable (Y). The magnitude of R² variable parents' attention, learning facilities, and teacher creativity did not affect student activity, which was only 14.3% and the rest was influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the results of research that has been done, the suggestion that can be given is SMK Karanganyar Wikarya should improve facilities to be more adequate.

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the logistic management and examining the arising problems faced when managing the logistics at economics faculty of Semarang state university. Logistics is one essential administration that should be made by an organization. The logistic procedures consist of procurement, recording, storage, distribution, maintenance, and elimination. At present, the logistic activities at economics faculty are running quite well. However, based on the studies conducted by many researchers, the logistic impacts require further examination and analysis. The pre-research study based on interviews shows that no logistic staff handles the logistic management. For the time being, the logistic activities are handled by the public utility staffs. Besides, the Standardized Operational Procedures on logistic management are still unclear.This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data are obtained from informants in the forms of words, measures, and writings. Interview, observation, and documental analysis are techniques used to collect the data. Samples are taken with a purposive sampling technique and then data are analyzed using an interactive technique. Data validation is conducted using triangulation techniques and methodologies. The research results show that the logistic activities are not yet ideally running, such as poor conditioned inventory management of goods, uncontrolled stock opname; not maximally utilized forms as the controlling devices; limited warehouses for supply storage; unavailable warehouses for storage of the upcoming goods to eliminate, unscheduled goods inventory maintenance, and too long waiting period of elimination activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas layanan perpustakaan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang berbasis implementasi pemesanan bahan pustaka online. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan formative-sumatif evaluation model. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pustakawan dan pemustaka (pengguna layanan pemesanan bahan pustaka online). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan evaluasi layanan perpustakaan berbasis implementasi  pemesanan bahan pustaka online pada webisite perpustakaan FE UNNES diukur menggunakan 4 indikator: (1) keahandalan/pemenuhan, (2) desain/tampilan fitur, (3) keamanan/ privasi, dan (4) layanan pelanggan. Kualitas layanan perpustakaan berbasis implementasi pemesanan bahan pustaka online di perpustakaan FE UNNES menunjukkan bahwa telah optimal dan efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya fitur pemesanan bahan pustaka online mampu memudahkan pemustaka dalam mendapatkan dan memperoleh referensi bahan pustaka secara cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, fitur ini sangat mudah diakses melalui laptop/komputer/android. Akan tetapi, apabila di lihat dari desain/tampilan fitur pemesanan bahan pustaka online ini masih kurang menarik, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitain ini adalah secara keseluruhan kualitas layanan perpustakaan berbasis implementasi pemesanan bahan pustaka online mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Evaluation of online library booking service AbstractThe study aims to describe the quality of the library services based on the implementation of online booking for a book. The qualitative and formative-summative evaluation model is used in this study. The samples were then librarians and users. Methods of data collection use observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The result showed that the evaluation of quality service bashed on online booking has been optimal and efficient because the feature of online booking can facilitate to obtain references quickly and precisely. The quality of service measured using 4 indicators: (1) reliability, (2) design features; (3) security/privacy; and (4) customer service. In addition, the feature is very accessible via laptop/computer/android. However, when viewed from the design of feature is still less interesting, so it needs improvement of the library service quality. Conclusion, overall the quality of library service-based online booking is able to improve the service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the on-time graduation program in the Economic Department of Economics Education Faculty, State University of Semarang. On time graduation is one of the educational programs aimed at increasing the graduation rate on time. This research is an evaluation research using countenance stake evaluation model. The respondentof this research is the students of S1 Economic Department of Economic Education Cooperative Study Program, Education Accounting Study Program and Education Office Study Program of force as many as 205 people. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires, interviews and documentation. To analyze the data is using quantitative description analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the study period of the students of Economic Department of Economics Education Faculty is still not in accordance with the standard of BAN-PT which is 5 (five) years. This is due to various things one of which is the length of completion of the thesis. The duration of the completion of the thesis is caused by having to repeat the course, the duration of guidance, the students' understanding of the research methodology or the obstacles in the internal or external motivation of the students. The actuality of the program on time graduation achievement has not fully contributed to the timely graduation and completion of the students’ thesis.

Abstract

Guru merupakan pilar utama pendidikan. Peran guru sangat strategis dalam perkembangan kemajuan pendidikan di negara manapun.Keberhasilan pendidikan berada di tangan para guru, untuk itu berbagai kompetensi harus dimiliki guru.Salah satu bentuk pengembangan kompetensi guru adalah pengembangan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan penelitian khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Untuk memberikan ketrampilan dalam menulis artikel kepada para guru digunakan metode ceramah dan praktik.Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan materiyang berkaitan dengan penulisan artikel.Setelah peserta menerima penjelasan mengenai tata cara penulisan artikel yang  benar, peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk mempraktikkannya dengan menulis artikel dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas. Untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan peserta pelatihan dalam penulisan artikel digunakan metode diskusi.Kegiatan pelatihan ini berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menulis artikel hasil penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pemahaman guru mata pelajaran Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Semarang dalam menulis artikel hasil penelitian tindakan kelas sangat beragam walaupun sebagian peserta sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan serupa dan ada yang sudah pernah menulis artikel dan mempublikasikannya namun para peserta masih sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan ini. Kata Kunci : Penulisan artikel , penelitian tindakan kelas, kompetensi guru

Abstract

Menulis surat lamaran pekerjaan (application letter) sangat penting bagi remaja, karena bermanfaat dalam memperoleh pekerjaan yang layak. Akan tetapi, masih banyak remaja mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis application letter. Dengan demikian, tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat khususnya Karang Taruna Desa Rambeanak Kecamatan Mungkid Kabupaten Magelang, dalam hal ini bagi mereka yang siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah service learning melalui tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, melayani, dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan ini adalah peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman tentang pembuatan application letter secara elektronik dan konvensional. Saran dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta diharapkan tetep mempertajam keterampilan application letter writing. Selain itu, peserta juga dapat sharing pengalaman terkait pelatihan ini kepada pihak lain.  Abstract. Writing an application letter is very important for teenagers because it helps them get a decent job. However, there are still many teenagers who have difficulty writing application letters. Thus, the purpose of this community service is to know and improve the understanding and skills of the community, especially Karang Taruna, Rambeanak Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency, in this case for those who are ready to enter the world of work. Implementing this activity is service-learning through three stages, namely preparation, serving, and evaluation. These training results are that participants gain knowledge and experience about making electronic and conventional application letters. Suggestions from this activity are that participants are expected to continue to hone their skills in writing job application letters to suit the needs of the world of work, and participants are expected to share their experience of writing job applications with others.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan orientasi pencapaian tujuan, lingkungan keluarga dan fasilitas sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Kudus secara simultan atau parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kelas X di SMKN 1 Kudus dan penelitian ini adalah populasi dengan 137 responden. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif, regresi linier dan uji hipotesis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini adalah Y = 4,935 + 0,332 (X1) + 0,306 (X2) + 0,311 (X3) + e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 51,9%, sedangkan secara parsial orientasi pencapaian tujuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 10,6%, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 14,5%, dan fasilitas sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 8,5%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh orientasi pencapaian tujuan, lingkungan keluarga dan fasilitas sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi siswa siswa X di SMKN 1 Kudus secara simultan dan parsial.

Abstract

The learning process in the 4.0 revolution era has changed from conventional systems to digital. It causes every component of education to use various features of digital technology as a learning medium, so this study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness and influence of digital-based learning media on learning outcomes in economics subjects in senior and vocational high school. The meta-analysis by examining the results of research that are relevant to research variables from various research articles and theses is used in this study. Twenty-six studies examined digital-based cooperative learning media. The findings present that the effectiveness of digital-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The quality of educators influences the effectiveness of using digital-based learning media in learning materials according to the tools or media used so that students' enthusiasm in participating in learning increases.
