Abstract

ABSTRACT The Gade Coffee & Gold produces a lot of sales transaction data every day that is stored in the database, but this data has not been maximized in conducting analysis to produce new knowledge, based on this problem it is necessary to carry out an analysis using a data mining approach and applying association techniques. Data mining is able to analyze data into information by applying association techniques to find several purchasing patterns that are useful to assist companies in the process of making business decisions such as determining product cross-selling, determining promotional programs, and so on. This study aims to determine the pattern of combinations of food and drinks ordered by customers by applying the Apriori method based on sales transaction data for the month of September 2022. The results show that there are 16 association rules with the highest support value which is 6.8% with a confidence value of 85 .7% and the Lift value is 111%, with the rule formed that if a customer buys an Almond Croisant product, there is a chance that the customer will also buy Van Lenning – Iced products. Keywords: Data Mining, KDD, Association, Apriori ABSTRAK The Gade Coffee & Gold setiap harinya menghasilkan banyak data transaksi penjualan yang tersimpan dalam basis data, namun data tersebut belum dimaksimalkan dalam melakukan analisa untuk dapat menghasilkan suatu pengetahuan baru, berdasarkan masalah tersebut perlu dilakukan sebuah analisa dengan menggunakan pendekatan data mining serta menerapkan teknik asosiasi. Data mining mampu menganalisa data menjadi sebuah informasi dengan menerapkan teknik asosiasi dapat menemukan beberapa pola pembelian yang berguna untuk membantu perusahaan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan bisnis seperti menentukan cross-selling produk, menentukan program promosi, dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pola kombinasi dari makanan dan minuman yang dipesan oleh pelanggan dengan menerapkan metode Apriori berdasarkan data transaksi penjualan periode bulan September 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 16 aturan asosiasi dengan nilai support tertinggi adalah 6,8% dengan nilai confidence sebesar 85,7% dan nilai Lift 111%, dengan aturan yang terbentuk yaitu apabila pelanggan membeli produk Almond Croisant peluang pelanggan juga membeli produk Van Lenning – Iced. Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic has made people compete to create new digital-based business models, one of which is digital invitations. With the digital invitation, it is expected to reduce waste from paper and plastic produced from conventional invitations in general. In building the application, the author uses the Agile Development Method because this method can provide values faster with better quality and predictions. The Agile Development method in building this application also allows changing needs in the middle of the application Development process, because one of the properties of this method is flexibility. The author uses the Ionic Framework and Elementor in the application Development process because this Framework can produce applications that are easy, fast and have an attractive appearance. We develop this digital invitation application with the hope that people who want to organize events can take advantage of existing technology with digital invitations, instead of using conventional invitations which increase paper and plastic waste. In addition to this, the author's goal in building this application is to create business opportunities, namely by pioneering information technology companies/startups. The results of this study are a Mobile-based digital invitation application that can be downloaded on the Google Play Store which can be used by smartPhone users to create digital invitations

Abstract

ABSTRACT SDIT Nurul Ilmi Bilingual School Integrated Bekasi is one of the educational institutions that utilizes the advancement of technology and the internet that is currently growing by providing a school website that contains several features such as online new student admissions and e-reports along with other information. The lack of information available regarding new student admissions, academic information, and school programs available on the school website owned by SDIT Nurul Ilmi Bilingual School Integrated Bekasi makes users dissatisfied in using the website. The redesign of this website uses the design thinking method which is a human-centered design approach to understand user needs and problems and create new innovations. The results of the prototype testing using Maze as a whole were 96%, which means that the prototype design that was tested can work well and is easy to understand by users. The results of usability testing on the prototype obtained an average score of 88 which showed excellent results with a grade scale of B, which means that the system is declared feasible. The results of the redesign in the form of a prototype can be used by related parties, namely website developers. Keywords: User interface, User Experience, Design Thinking Abstrak SDIT Nurul Ilmi Bilingual School Integrated Bekasi merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi dan internet yang semakin berkembang saat ini dengan menyediakan website sekolah yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa fitur seperti penerimaan siswa baru secara online dan e-raport beserta informasi-informasi lainnya. Minimnya informasi yang tersedia mengenai penerimaan siswa baru, informasi akademik, dan program sekolah yang tersedia pada website sekolah yang dimiliki SDIT Nurul Ilmi Bilingual School Integrated Bekasi membuat user belum puas dalam menggunakan website tersebut. Perancangan ulang webstite ini menggunakan metode design thinking yang merupakan pendekatan desain berpusat pada manusia untuk memahami kebutuhan dan masalah pengguna serta menciptakan inovasi baru. Hasil testing prototype menggunakan Maze secara keseluruhan sebesar 96% yang artinya desain prototype yang diuji dapat bekerja dengan baik dan mudah dipahami oleh pengguna. Hasil usability testing pada prototype memperoleh nilai rata-rata 88 yang menunjukan hasil excellent dengan grade scale B yang artinya sistem dinyatakan layak. Hasil re-design yang berupa prototype ini dapat digunakan pihak terkait yakni pengembang website. Kata Kunci: User interface, User Experience, Design Thinking
