Abstract: STMIK Royal Kisaran Community Service Team (PKM) provided training to students of Asahan Regency Mandiri Computer Education Course (LKP), because they saw that there were still many school children and residents around the village who were still very limited in knowledge of computer technology and its applications around the village. there is no nearest computer course. The training material taught at the Mandiri Computer Institute of Training and Education (LKP) is office administration using Microsoft Office 2010 application programs, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet. Implementation is done by direct practice accompanied by presentations and discussions and using computers to provide direct understanding to students LKP. Abstract: Community service activities in the form of training of multimedia-based interactive learning media for teachers of SMAN 02 Tanjung BALAI aims to provide knowledge, skills, which are expected to result in changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers. So that learning and teaching process can run smoothly and easy. The target audience in community service activities are SMA N 02 TanjungBalai. Activity of multimedia-based interactive learning media is presented with the method of preaching, demonstration and question and answer. The availability of adequate lecturers, the enthusiasm of participants, and the support of headmaster is a supporter of the terrestrial activity of the PKM. The obstacles faced is the ability of participants to use the application is still low and computer resources owned by some participants do not meet the multimedia processing specifications should be. Benefits derived from this activity, among others, participants can know about the importance of interactive multimedia media and abractive media to improve motivation and achievement of students who are educated participants. With the creation of learning media, the learning process will be more interesting, the students will be more motivated and passionate in learning, so that teachers can explain the subject matter more easily and attractively. Keyword: Multimedia, Instructional Media, Interactive learning Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia bagi guru-guru SMAN 02 Tanjung Balai ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari guru sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat berjalan dengna lancar dan mudah. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru-guru SMA N 02 TanjungBalai. Kegiatan pembuatan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis multimedia ini disajikan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Ketersediaan dosen yang memadai, antusiasme peserta, dan dukungan kepala sekolah merupakan pendukung teralksananya kegiatan PKM ini.Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan peserta menggunakan porgram aplikasi masih rendah serta sumberdaya komputer yang dimiliki sebagian peserta tidak memenuhi spefikasi pengolahan multimedia yang seharusnya. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain peserta dapat mengetahui tentang arti pentingnya media pembelajaran multimedia yang interaktif dan abraktif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi siswa yang dididik peserta. Dengan terciptanya media pembelajaran maka proses belajar mengajar akan lebih menarik, siswa akan lebih termotivasi dan bergairah dalam belajar, sehingga guru dapat menjelaskan materi pelajaran lebih mudah dan atraktif. Abstract: SMPN 2 Aek Ledong is a junior high school in Aek Bange Village, Aek Ledong District, Asahan Regency. Some of the people of Aek Bange Village are classified as middle to lower economic status, for that the school implements the Smart Indonesia Program for underprivileged students. The selection of prospective students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program in the first stage has been using the Microsoft Excel application which is used in a simple way, but there are many criteria that must be taken into account, so that it is difficult to determine prospective students who receive PIP in the first stage, to overcome these problems a system is needed. decision support that assists in determining the prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program using the VIKOR method. The goal is to facilitate administrative activities in determining prospective PIP recipients quickly and on target. The VIKOR method focuses on ranking and selecting from a set of alternatives, and determining a compromise solution to the problem of conflicting criteria. The ranking results from the student list sample data in 2021 obtained the largest value to the smallest value, but the ranking results with the smallest value which is the best rank, in this study maximizes the ranking value results, namely from a value of 0 to 0.643 which is the best rank. Keyword: decision support system; student; PIP; VIKOR; Abstrak: SMPN 2 Aek Ledong merupakan sekolah menengah pertama di Desa Aek Bange, Kecamatan Aek Ledong, Kabupaten Asahan. Sebagian masyarakat Desa Aek Bange status perekonomiannya tergolong menengah kebawah, untuk itu pihak sekolah menerapkan Program Indonesia Pintar bagi siswa-siswi yang kurang mampu. Penyeleksian calon siswa penerima Program Indonesia Pintar pada tahap pertama selama ini menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel yang dimanfaatkan dengan cara yang sederhana, namun banyaknya kriteria-kriteria yang harus diperhitungkan, sehingga kesulitan dalam penentuan calon siswa penerima PIP pada tahap pertama, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang membantu dalam penentuan calon penerima Program Indonesia Pintar dengan metode VIKOR. Tujuannya dapat mempermudah aktivitas tata usaha dalam menentukan calon penerima PIP secara cepat dan tepat sasaran. Metode VIKOR berfokus pada perangkingan dan memilih dari satu set alternatif, dan menentukan solusi kompromi untuk masalah kriteria yang bertentangan. Hasil perangkingan dari data sample daftar peserta didik pada tahun 2021 didapat nilai terbesar hingga nilai terkecil, namun hasil perangkingan dengan nilai terkecil yang merupakan peringkat terbaik, dalam penelitian ini memaksimalkan hasil nilai perngkingan, yaitu dari nilai 0 sampai dengan nilai 0,643 yang merupakan peringkat terbaik. Community service for women of family welfare development, usually named women of PKK. In Air Joman district, Asahan, is planned to provide training on the use of plants through eco-print education (i.e., leaf prints on cloth), which are environmentally eco-friendly to improve their creativity and skills. The participants were taught to recognize plants that can be used in eco-print techniques and understand the process of scouring and mordanting. Furthermore, the other objective is that they will be able to make plant trace motifs in the form of leaves and flowers on cloth and make it have a higher selling value for fashion needs and supporters. This training activity was carried out in direct practice by participants in June and July 2022 in 3 groups of 10. The first meeting will be presented to all groups using the offline direct exposure method. An eco-print expert will handle the training. The second meeting to the seventh meeting will be such a kind of workshop activity. The participants will be grouped into three groups and practice the process. Training on the using plants through eco-friendly education in the Air Joman district has giving an impact of knowing more plants that can be use in eco-print, and also increase the ability to produce the higher value of eco-printing product.

Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai is a business that sells various kinds of products ranging from cosmetic products, basic necessities and other goods located on Jl. M. Abbas, No B Lk. VII Ex. Sirantau district. Datuk Bandar Tanjungbalai City. The problem that occurs at Zahra Mart is that it has not implemented a website-based online sales system in marketing its products, and information about the products being sold is still limited, only people around the location know the existence of Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai. Therefore, the application of a CRM system is used to improve service quality at the Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai store which can help buyers find information about the products being sold and make it easier for buyers to place orders without having to come directly to Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai. In this study using qualitative methods that can help researchers to obtain solutions to all problems. The results of this study can help Zahra Mart in marketing their products and expanding sales of the products they market because of the features of rating, promo, discount, cashback, media chat, and service quality assessment (questionnaire). agree with the application of CRM at the Zahra Mart Tanjungbalai store. From the graph, it can be seen that the survey results strongly agree 55.89%, agree 23.72%, disagree 14.12%, strongly disagree 9.42%.

Sales is the purchase of an item from one party to another by getting money from that party, whether in the form of electronics, clothing, food and others. One of the businesses engaged in the business of selling clothing which includes clothes, pants, bags, shoes and others that are sold to customers is Jannah Boutique. the need for a media in the form of a system that integrates marketing, ordering and customer service into an online-based application that can manage the relationship between the company and its customers. The method used in this research is the concept of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) because it can be a company solution in company service management and can utilize customer databases and their complaints to be input and improvement of the company and can make it easier for customers to place orders (orders) and serve as as a promotional media for company products that can save the company's costs in promoting products to customers. This study resulted in E-CRM on fashion product sales at Jannah boutiques able to integrate existing functions within the company, namely marketing, product sales, information and can improve customer service. The conclusion obtained by E-CRM can improve store performance in service, sales and getting new customers.

Cow disease can attack animals, both young and adult, in this case it is necessary to do a quick diagnosis to provide basic knowledge about cow disease. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem, namely by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help farmers to diagnose cattle disease. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system for diagnosing cow disease based on web. The application of the expert system in this decision making uses the Bayes method, in probability theory and statistics, the Bayes theorem is a theorem with two different interpretations. In Bayes' interpretation, this theorem states that one of the decision-making methods, this method was developed to solve decision-making problems by determining the probability value of the event and the value of evidence obtained from the facts about the object under study. What kind of cow did he experience in order to get a solution with treatment. From the results of testing and implementation of this expert system, it has been able to produce Brucellosis (Transmitted Keluron) disease with a weight = 2 which is higher than the weight of other cattle diseases

Eyes are one part of the body that has an important role in human life. Eyes are often also affected by a disease that causes patients to go blind. Sometimes patients often experience early symptoms of unknown disease as if these symptoms are normal. This is due to lack of information about eye diseases so that patients do not understand the initial symptoms they experience are symptoms of one of the eye diseases that often occur if left untreated for a long time, eye disease will get worse. The diagnostic process requires an expert and experienced expert in order to produce the right diagnosis. However, the limited time that an expert has sometimes becomes an obstacle for patients who will consult to solve a problem to get the best solution. So for that patients need information about the disease, the researchers created a web-based system and contained expert knowledge so that they could answer what eye diseases they experienced. make a diagnosis in order to easily treat the disease. The application designed is a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help sufferers to diagnose the symptoms and types of eye diseases. The application of an expert system in making this decision by analyzing data using the Certainty Factor method to generate true and false values on the new and old knowledge bases and comparing them with the weight values in each frame so that the percentage of the disease type is obtained. From the results of the diagnostic process using this application, the system provides a choice of symptoms that must be answered by the patient based on the symptoms experienced by the patient, namely blurred vision such as foggy, seeing circles around light, and often changing the size of the glasses which results in cataract disease by 100% with a total value cf (Certainty) =26

Abstract : Fishermen are an asset for Indonesia and fishermen are also an important factor. As well as being the spearhead in the development of the field of fisheries. The activities of fishermen who go to sea to catch these fish have a high risk that can even threaten the safety of their lives. Asuransi adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk merujuk pada tindakan, sistem, atau bisnis di mana perlindungan finansial (atau ganti rugi secara finansial) untuk jiwa, properti, kesehatan dan lain sebagainya mendapatkan penggantian dari kejadian-kejadian yang tidak dapat diduga yang dapat terjadi seperti kematian, kehilangan, kerusakan atau sakit, di mana melibatkan pembayaran premi secara teratur dalam jangka waktu tertentu sebagai ganti polis yang menjamin perlindungan tersebut. Dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima bantuan asuransi jiwa untuk Nelayan Dinas Perikanan Asahan perlu membuat sistem yang dapat menentukan pemberian asuransi jiwa berdasrkan kriteria yang sesuai dengan ketentuan pada Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Asahan diantaranya usia Nelayan, ahli waris, pemilik kartu tabungan, kartu melayan dan tanggungan keluarga Nelayan, sistem tersebut menentukan dari banyaknya Nelayan, menilai Nelayan yang tepat di berikan asuransi jiwa berdasrkan kriteria. Abstract: In 2014 the government created the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) which became part of the improvement of Assistance for Poor Students. PIP is assistance from the government for the poor in terms of education provided to families with school-age children (6-21 years) coming from poor families. Public Elementary School 010069 Punggulan Village is obliged to register students who have KIP with Dapodik so that they can immediately receive PIP benefits. The obstacle faced by SDN 010069 Punggulan Village is that there are many criteria that must be taken into account so that it is difficult to determine the priority of potential PIP recipients. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a system to determine the priority of potential PIP recipients by adding some more basic criteria. In this study a decision support system was designed using the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method with several criteria, namely Student Active Status, Poor Certificate, Orphan Condition, Parents' Salary, Attendance Presentation. In this application, the final result is the priority ranking of students who will receive PIP assistance. Based on these problems, it can be concluded that there are many criteria for poor students who do not have KIP, making it difficult for SDN 010069 Punggulan Village to determine the priorities of poor students who wish to be registered as PIP recipients. Keywords: PIP Assistance Recipient; AHP Method; PHP and MySQL. Abstrak: Tahun 2014 pemerintah membuat Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) yang menjadi bagian penyempurnaan Bantuan Siswa Miskin. PIP merupakan bantuan dari pemerintah untuk masyarakat miskin dalam hal pendidikan yang diberikan kepada keluarga dengan anak usia sekolah (6-21 tahun) berasal dari keluarga miskin. Pihak Sekolah Dasar Negeri 010069 Desa Punggulan berkewajiban untuk mendaftarkan siswanya yang mempunyai KIP ke Dapodik supaya bisa segera mendapat manfaat PIP. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pihak SDN 010069 Desa Punggulan adalah terdapat banyak kriteria yang harus diperhitungkan sehingga kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima PIP. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya sistem dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima PIP dengan menambahkan beberapa kriteria yang lebih mendasar. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu Status Aktif Siswa, Surat Keterangan Miskin, Kondisi Yatim Piatu, Gaji Orang Tua, Presentasi Absensi. Pada aplikasi ini didapatkan hasil akhir berupa perankingan prioritas siswa yang akan menerima bantuan PIP. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa banyaknya kriteria bagi siswa miskin yang tidak memiliki KIP, menyulitkan pihak SDN 010069 Desa Punggulan dalam menentukan prioritas siswa miskin yang ingin didaftarkan sebagai penerima PIP.
