Abstract

Bantuan pendidikan adalah dukungan atau bantuan yang diberikan kepada individu atau kelompok yang membutuhkan untuk mengakses pendidikan. Pada BAZNAS Kota Pekanbaru terdapat program bantuan pendidikan. Proses dalam mengajukan bantuan pendidikannya saat ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu peserta harus datang menanyakan bantuan, lalu kembali lagi untuk mengumpulkan berkas persyaratan bantuan pendidikan sehingga peserta harus mengeluarkan biaya untuk transportasi dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengajuan bantuan pendidikan adalah metode prototype dimana teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain wawancara dan observasi. Metode desain pada langkah perancangan ini digambarkan dengan menggunakan use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework laravel dan MySQL sebagai database. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi seleksi penerima pengajuan bantuan pendidikan berbasis web yang mempermudah bagi BAZNAS Kota Pekanbaru, dan mempercepat proses pengolahan data yang valid dalam sistem informasi seleksi penerima pengajuan bantuan pendidikan berbasis web bagi BAZNAS Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to study the effect of land slope and distance from the main crops on soil water content at the end of the rainy season. The research location is located at position 3°41'51.8"S - 102°18'58.0"East in Talang Tengah I Village, Pondok Kubang District, Central Bengkulu. The research was conducted in February - April 2021. Soil analysis was done at the Soil Laboratory, University of Bengkulu. The study used a completely randomized block design with two factors. The first factor is the slope of 0-3% and 30%. The second factor is the distance of the cutting slope from the main oil palm tree, namely 1.5; 2.0; 2.5; 3.0; 3.5; and 4.0 m. Data were analyzed using ANAVA and LSD at 5% level. The results showed that the slope of the land and the distance between the slopes had a significant effect on the soil water content. The soil water content in both gravimetric and volumetric methods on slopes of 0-3% is higher than on slopes > 30%. The water content at a distance of 1.5 to 3 m from the tree of oil palm is lower than at a distance of 3.5 – 4.0 m.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika guru terhadap motivasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam peelitian ini berupa angket persespsi siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaranm matematika guru dan angket motivasi belajar matematika siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 26 dengan taraf signifikan 5% . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara persepsi siswa pada pembelajaran matematika guru dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa yang ditunjukan dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar . Lebih lanjut ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa pada pembelajaran matematika guru dan motivasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Negeri 6 Samarinda yang ditunjukan oleh nilai sig. yang kurang dari 5% atau 0,007 < 0,05.

Abstract

Rubber plant is an important industrial crop, as for economic community and a source of non-oil foreign exchange for the country.  In Indonesia, 85% rubber planting area is community rubber plantation with its productivity is still very low (700 - 900 kg ha-1 year-1), compared to its potential which can be more than 1,500 kg ha-1 year-1.  The low productivity of community rubber plantation is because of the lack of proper handling and maintenance of their plants.  Efforts is needed to improve the quality and productivity of community rubber plantation so as to compete in international trade by improvement on planting, maintenance, latex post-harvesting from the garden to the final processing stage.  This research utilizes solid waste from rubber processing factory that is local organic fertilizer (LOF) which is usually merely dumped and become source of environment contaminant.  The objective of this study was to determine the optimum dosage of rubber mill waste to the yield of rubber plants.  The research was carried out at farmer’s plantation of Tanjung Tengah village, Sub-district of Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu, from May to August 2016.  The experiment was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four replications and 6 levels of LOF as the treatments i.e. 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 kg tree-1 equal to 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 tons ha-1, respectively.  The results showed that the effect of several doses of organic fertilizer of rubber waste to rubber plants had no effect on latex volume, stem girth, latex weights, latex slab weight, and dry weight.  The yield of rubber even tended to decrease as the increase of dose of LOF.  This was supposedly because the rubber plant is an annual crop so takes a long time to show the response of the treatment.Keywords: rubber sap, waste, compost fertilizer

Abstract

he rapid pace of urbanization in the modern era presents significant challenges in managing housing and settlements, particularly concerning environmental, economic, and social sustainability. One of the main challenges is preventing housing and settlements from becoming centers of slum growth, which can deteriorate the quality of urban life. This article explores the concept of sustainable housing and settlements as an innovative solution to address these issues. By integrating principles of energy efficiency, responsible natural resource management, and inclusive design that fosters social cohesion, sustainable housing meets the demand for adequate living spaces without compromising future sustainability. This study also highlights strategies to prevent slum development through good governance, participatory planning, and the integration of basic infrastructure such as sanitation, clean water, and green open spaces. Moreover, the application of eco-friendly technologies, the utilization of renewable energy, and community-based designs are key to creating healthy and orderly environments. The findings reveal that sustainable housing and settlements not only offer practical solutions to urbanization challenges but also contribute to preventing the emergence of slums while building resilient, inclusive, and environmentally friendly cities. These insights are expected to serve as a reference for the planning and development of future cities

Abstract

The technical assistance program for communities plays a crucial role in ensuring the feasibility of residential buildings, particularly in rapidly developing areas such as Bontang City, East Kalimantan. This article examines the implementation of a community assistance program designed to enhance the capacity of local residents in understanding and complying with technical documentation and building feasibility standards based on local context. The program is grounded in Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021, which implements Law No. 28 of 2002 on Buildings, governing technical planning, construction execution, and building feasibility certification. The locality-based approach integrates local wisdom, environmental characteristics, and the specific needs of the community into building technical planning and implementation. The methods employed include community needs analysis, technical training, and assistance in preparing technical documents such as working drawings, cost estimates (RAB), and building feasibility certification. The program results indicate an improvement in the community's understanding of applicable technical regulations and administrative procedures, as well as enhanced building quality that meets safety and comfort standards. Additionally, the program successfully encouraged active community participation in the construction process and fostered collaboration between local governments, academics, and local residents. This article concludes that a locality-based approach not only accelerates the fulfillment of building feasibility requirements but also strengthens sustainable development in Bontang City. Recommendations for program development include expanding implementation scope and integrating technology to support more efficient technical assistance processes

Abstract

Research on the cultivation of king grass (Pennisetum purpureophoides) was conducted to obtain information on growth, productivity, and continuity in providing forage for a sustainablee ruminant farming business. One of the cultivation factors is fertilization using beef cow manure as a renewable, inexhaustible natural resource or organic fertilizer. Improving the quality beef manure is important for better stimulation of plant growth and production. Fertilizer can be enriched with Azolla microphylla as a good nitrogen contributor. This study used beef cow dung fertilizer at doses of 10, 20, 30 tons per hectare per defoliation, and Azolla microphylla enrichment by 0%, 10%, and 20 % as treatments in a completely randomized design (CRD). The observed variables were plant growth (plant height, stem diameter, number of plants, and number of leaves as production), every 14 days until harvesting on day 42. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively based on the dynamics of plant growth. The result showed that the growth dynamics of the king grass were strongly influenced by fertilizer and plant’s age but no interaction each other. In conclusion fertilizer made of beef cattle dung enriched with Azolla microphylla is a feasible nitrogen source. The optimum results were obtained from using 30 tons beef cattle dung enriched with 20% Azolla microphylla to fertilize per hectare per defoliation soil.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung koroner adalah suatu kelainan yang disebabkan oleh penghambatan pembuluh arteri yang mengalirkan darah ke otot jantung. Penyakit ini merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang kerap mengakibatkan kematian secara langsung pada para korbannya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah merancang sebuah arsitektur jaringan syaraf tiruan menggunakan metode backpropagation yang dapat memprediksi seseorang terkena penyakit jantung koroner dengan input kadar kolesterol, tekanan darah, dan kadar gula darah, dan indeks masa tubuh. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada pembuatan prototipe ini, yaitu: (1) analisa masalah, (2) analisa kebutuhan, (3) studi pustaka, (4) perancangan prototipe, dan (5) pengujian prototipe. Data pasien yang digunakan untuk menguji prototipe sejumlah 20. Hasil menunjukkan model jaringan syaraf tiruan yang digunakan memiliki nilai rata-rata kesalahan sebesar 0,792% dengan 5000 kali training. Prototipe diagnosa penyakit jantung koroner menggunakan backpropagation berjalan berhasil dibangun dengan hasil baik.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of performance feedback systems and work-life balance initiatives on employee retention in the Cikarang manufacturing sector. Employee retention is a crucial issue, especially with the high turnover rate influenced by employee expectations, especially from the Millennial and Gen Z generations. The results show that this system increases job satisfaction and employee commitment, thereby reducing turnover. Additionally, work-life balance initiatives, such as flexible work schedules and mental health support, are an important factor in increasing employee loyalty. This research confirms that the integration of feedback systems and work-life balance strategies significantly contributes to creating a supportive work environment and organizational sustainability. These findings show the importance of implementing these strategies in effective human resource management.

Abstract

This study intended in assessing the Leadership (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Competency (X3) impact towards Performance (Y) from the perspective of employees at KJPP Aditya Iskandar and Partners, both individually and collectively. Data for this research were drawn from employee performance reports spanning six years, from 2018 to 2023. This quantitative study involved all employees from the KJPP technical and operational division, totaling 63 respondents. The data collection employed Non- Random Sampling, specifically judgmental sampling, and was conducted using a questionnaire. Analysis performed by using multiple linear regression. The findings imply that X1 and X2 have an insignificant impact towards Y. X3 meanwhile exerts positive significant influence. Collectively, X1, X2, and X3 positively and significantly impact Y.
