Abstract

Absorption of SMK graduates in the world of work is said to still beproblem crucia lTeFa learning at SMK Negeri 1 Garut by producing products/services resulting from student learning and the use of products/services by the community. Competence  in Accounting and Financial Institutions (AKL) of SMK Negeri I Garut is still transforming towards the implementation of TeFa learning. The research methodology used includes a population consisting of students involved in TeFa, TeFa administrators, and educators. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations and focus group discussions; and this research is a descriptive study using the SWOT analysis method and risk management review on the TeFa component. The results of the study indicate that the development TeFa learning uses a strength-opportunity of approach with moderate risk analysis results. The implication of implementing the (Strength-Opportunity) strategy is to accelerate the implementation of TeFa learning and have the impact of producing according to market

Abstract

An economy that is oriented towards a system of feasibility based on security and convenience is the basis for economic actors to compete with each other to provide the best options for partners. This system involves the standardization value shown. Therefore, geographical/regional factors must be carried out and studied more broadly, on the impact on the related industrial sector. One of the economic industrial sectors that is still active in the agricultural sector in the Bogor area is One Home Farm. the purpose of this study is to determine the level of correlation between the variables price, location, and facilities whether they have enough effect on the intention to visit One Home Farm. The flow of this research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach, in which the results of calculations and processing of SPSS data are translated and studied further with the support of a literature review. Based on the simultaneous test results obtained F count = 8.981, with a p value of 0.000 <0.05, in accordance with the above conditions means the hypothesis states that simultaneously the independent variables (price, location and facilities) have a significant effect on the decision to visit One Home Farm. The results of the study also show the percentage value of the visiting decision variable by the independent variable (coefficient of determination) which is indicated by the value. Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.406. in this case it can be interpreted that the decision to visit can be explained by price, location and facilities of 40.6% while the remaining 49.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to develop strategies enabling Small and Medium Tourism Enterprises (SMTEs) to effectively navigate and actively participate in digital transformation and collaborative networks. Employing a qualitative methodology with the application of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis, data for this study is gathered through direct observations and interviews involving stakeholders in the tourism industry, local government, village authorities, and tourism business associations such as PHRI (Persatuan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia) and BPW (Badan Pariwisata Wisatawan). The key findings underscore the significance of (1) fostering a positive service reputation culture, (2) involving diverse stakeholders in establishing a sustainable tourism destination management system, and (3) reinforcing tourism promotion efforts through the strategic use of expanded digital media channels. The practical implications of this research extend to providing tangible guidance for SMTEs to actively enhance their services for tourists. The distinctive contributions of this study manifest in three key dimensions. Firstly, the introduction of the service reputation culture as an innovative approach supports the evolution of novel services in the tourism industry. Secondly, it addresses the underexplored research theme of SMTEs, filling a significant knowledge gap. Thirdly, the utilization of QSPM analysis in this study showcases originality, as this analytical method is rarely employed in analogous contexts. Consequently, this research contributes unprecedented insights to the strategic understanding of SMTEs within the realm of service reputation culture, paving the way for innovative and informed approaches in the tourism industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Perceived Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the work engagement variable as a mediator at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Samples were taken as many as 63 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 22 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, Perceived Organizational Support. This study also succeeded in proving that Perceived Organizational Support has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Work Engagement at the Palembang City Tourism Office. Based on the results of research analysis, several suggestions can be used as consideration in determining future policies, namely, the Office should pay more attention to any complaints felt by employees so that it will create a sense of meaning and feelings of pleasure and employees feel considered necessary by the service.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti strategi pemasaran yang digunakan PT. Prakoso Lestari Jaya Semarang untuk mempertahankan eksistensi vespa matic. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Uji kreadibilitas data digunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi teknik pengumpulan data, dan narasi data. Penelitian menggunakan 5 partisipan sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa unsur strategi pemasaran yakni Produk berperan dalam mempertahankan eksistensi vespa matic, sedangkan Harga, Promosi dan Tempat dinyatakan tidak berperan, karena dalam pembelian vespa matic konsumen tidak mempermasalahkan tiga hal tersebut.Kata Kunci : Strategi pemasaran, mempertahankan Eksistensi, Bauran Pemasaran

Abstract

This article aims to determine the impact of audit quality, profitability, solvency, and leverage on the going concern audit opinion. The literature review is crafted to pinpoint hypotheses between variables, employing documentary studies and utilizing quantitative methods with secondary data from prior articles. The findings indicate that audit quality, profitability, and liquidity variables do not exhibit a significant negative effect on the going concern audit opinion. However, the solvency variable is identified to have a positive influence on the going concern audit opinion. These outcomes imply that maintaining high audit quality, ensuring profitability and liquidity, while managing solvency effectively, are crucial elements in forming a comprehensive and accurate assessment of a company's ability to sustain operations. These insights contribute to refining audit practices and decision-making processes for stakeholders, fostering a more robust foundation for corporate governance and financial reporting.

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab terhambatnya proses penyerapan zat besi adalah konsumsi teh yg berlebihan.  Selain itu juga dapat meningkatkan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pembina dan mengidentifikasi perilaku konsumsi teh pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan design cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu semua ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang yang mengkonsumsi teh dengan teknik total sampling. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dan data sekunder berupa hasil pemeriksaan Hb. Besar sampel sebanyak 39 responden. Karakteristik ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pembina tahun 2019 yaitu sebagian besar berusia 20-30 tahun, multigravida, cukup mengonsumsi tablet besi, tidak mengalami KEK, dan memiliki kadar hemoglobin yang normal. Sebagian besar ibu hamil di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang mengkonsumsi teh celup hitam yang diseduh dalam waktu kurang dari 2 menit dan dikonsumsi segera setelah makan.

Abstract

Salah satu poin terpenting dalam menjaga kesehatan organ reproduksi adalah dengan menjaga kebersihan organ kewanitaan, terutama saat menstruasi. Tindakan yang dilakukan untuk menjaga kebersihan organ luar (vulva) wanita disebut juga dengan vulva higiene. Tujuan dari vulva higiene adalah untuk mencegah infeksi pada daerah vulva. Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja putri dapat menyebabkan buruknya sikap dalam menjaga kebersihan daerah kemaluan saat menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku vulva higiene saat menstruasi pada siswi SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Palembang tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian diambil sebagai data utama adalah siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 06 Palembang tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Jumlah sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi adalah 47 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa 30 responden (63,8%) mempunyai pengetahuan baik tentang perilaku vulva higiene saat menstruasi, sebanyak 27 responden (57,4%) mempunyai sikap positif terhadap perilaku vulva higiene saat menstruasi , dan terdapat 25 responden (53,2%) berperilaku baik tentang vulva hygiene saat menstruasi. Hasil uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov diketahui terdapat hubungan (p=0,015) antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku vulva hygine saat menstruasi, dan antara sikap dengan perilaku vulva hygine saat menstruasi juga terdapat hubungan (p=0,000). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku vulva higiene saat menstruasi
