Abstract

The process of guiding air traffic is not only for planes in the air but also for landing, take-off and setting up the plane to the parking stand. Analysis of the problem found a very high workload that had an impact on ATC performance, where an ATC every day had to be responsible for guiding and supervising hundreds or even thousands of planes carrying thousands to millions of people on planes. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence the workload had on the performance of ATC personnel at the Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The research method uses quantitative methods with a correlative approach. The result of this research is that there is a strong negative relationship between workload and the performance of ATC Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between workload on ATC APP performance in MATSC and workload has a significant contribution to ATC performance.

Abstract

The governance network serves as a crucial conceptual framework to be applied within the context of air transportation policy, particularly concerning aviation safety. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review of prior research focusing on governance networks in the aviation safety sector and to elaborate on the existing knowledge landscape, identify prevailing research gaps, and formulate pertinent implications for future investigations. The review relies on a systematic literature review comprising 67 publications from the Scopus database. The review process adheres to the PRISMA method, wherein data from each article are categorized and documented in worksheet format. This approach facilitates systematic data grouping and subsequent descriptive and thematic analysis. The result from the review reveals a significant body of prior research about governance networks within the aviation context, predominantly in Europe and the United States. Research on networks and governance in the aviation sector has been underway since 2004. However, research explicitly applying the concept of governance network within the aviation context remains somewhat limited. Over 18 years, only 19 relevant articles have been identified. Furthermore, applying network governance concepts in aviation safety contexts is an underexplored area, with only ten articles focusing on this aspect. These findings underscore substantial opportunities for further research in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia (STPI) Curug - Tangerang melalui metode kuantitatif dengan rumusan masalah assosiatif dengan dua variabel independen yaitu komunikasi dan pengawasan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para pegawai STPI Curug - Tangerang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari seberan kuesioner terhadap 83 ( delapan puluh tiga) orang responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi dan pengawasan secara bersama - sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada STPI Curug Tangerang, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil persamaan Y= 8,897 + 0,395X1 +0,249X2. Diperoleh Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,444, artinya kontribusi komunikasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja 44,40% dan sisanya 55,60% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainya yang tidak dianalisis lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. This article reviews the factors that affect the Reliability of Electrical Installations, namely Short Circuit Protection, Leakage Current Protection, and Grounding Systems, which is a literature study on human resource management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Short circuit protection affects the reliability of electrical installations; 2) Leakage current protection affects the reliability of electrical installations; and 3) The land system affects the Reliability of the Electrical Installation. Abstrak: Riset sebelumnya atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Keandalan Instalasi Listrik , yaitu Pengaman Hubug Singkat, Pengaman Arus Bocor dan Sistem Pertanahan , merupakan suatu studi literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Pengaman hubung singkat berpengaruh terhadap Keandalan Instalasi Listrik ; 2) Pengaman arus bocor berpengaruh terhadap Keandalan Instalasi Listrik ; dan 3) Sistem pertanahan berpengaruh terhadap Keandalan Instalasi Listrik.
