Abstract

The process of guiding air traffic is not only for planes in the air but also for landing, take-off and setting up the plane to the parking stand. Analysis of the problem found a very high workload that had an impact on ATC performance, where an ATC every day had to be responsible for guiding and supervising hundreds or even thousands of planes carrying thousands to millions of people on planes. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence the workload had on the performance of ATC personnel at the Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The research method uses quantitative methods with a correlative approach. The result of this research is that there is a strong negative relationship between workload and the performance of ATC Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Center. The conclusion of the study shows that there is a fairly strong relationship between workload on ATC APP performance in MATSC and workload has a significant contribution to ATC performance.

Abstract

The governance network serves as a crucial conceptual framework to be applied within the context of air transportation policy, particularly concerning aviation safety. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review of prior research focusing on governance networks in the aviation safety sector and to elaborate on the existing knowledge landscape, identify prevailing research gaps, and formulate pertinent implications for future investigations. The review relies on a systematic literature review comprising 67 publications from the Scopus database. The review process adheres to the PRISMA method, wherein data from each article are categorized and documented in worksheet format. This approach facilitates systematic data grouping and subsequent descriptive and thematic analysis. The result from the review reveals a significant body of prior research about governance networks within the aviation context, predominantly in Europe and the United States. Research on networks and governance in the aviation sector has been underway since 2004. However, research explicitly applying the concept of governance network within the aviation context remains somewhat limited. Over 18 years, only 19 relevant articles have been identified. Furthermore, applying network governance concepts in aviation safety contexts is an underexplored area, with only ten articles focusing on this aspect. These findings underscore substantial opportunities for further research in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh komunikasi pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia (STPI) Curug - Tangerang melalui metode kuantitatif dengan rumusan masalah assosiatif dengan dua variabel independen yaitu komunikasi dan pengawasan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para pegawai STPI Curug - Tangerang. Data penelitian diperoleh dari seberan kuesioner terhadap 83 ( delapan puluh tiga) orang responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa komunikasi dan pengawasan secara bersama - sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada STPI Curug Tangerang, hal ini diperoleh dari hasil persamaan Y= 8,897 + 0,395X1 +0,249X2. Diperoleh Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,444, artinya kontribusi komunikasi dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja 44,40% dan sisanya 55,60% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainya yang tidak dianalisis lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. This article reviews the factors that affect the Reliability of Electrical Installations, namely Short Circuit Protection, Leakage Current Protection, and Grounding Systems, which is a literature study on human resource management. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Short circuit protection affects the reliability of electrical installations; 2) Leakage current protection affects the reliability of electrical installations; and 3) The land system affects the Reliability of the Electrical Installation. Abstrak: Riset sebelumnya atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Keandalan Instalasi Listrik , yaitu Pengaman Hubug Singkat, Pengaman Arus Bocor dan Sistem Pertanahan , merupakan suatu studi literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Pengaman hubung singkat berpengaruh terhadap Keandalan Instalasi Listrik ; 2) Pengaman arus bocor berpengaruh terhadap Keandalan Instalasi Listrik ; dan 3) Sistem pertanahan berpengaruh terhadap Keandalan Instalasi Listrik.

Abstract

Pelayanan Informasi Aeronautika (AIS) adalah sistem yang memberikan informasi penting untuk keperluan penerbangan, melibatkan aspek-aspek seperti kondisi bandara, rute penerbangan, pemeliharaan fasilitas, dan lainnya. Penerbitan Notice to Airmen (Notam), Ashtam, Snowtam merupakan bagian integral dari AIS, memberikan informasi resmi tentang perubahan fasilitas, pemeliharaan, dan navigasi. yang memberikan informasi mengenai perubahan aktifitas gunung berapi, erupsi dan awan debu gunung berapi yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap pengoperasian pesawat udara. memberikan laporan kondisi permukaan yang memberitahukan ada atau berhentinya kondisi berbahaya akibat salju, es, lumpur, embun beku, genangan air atau air yang terkait dengan salju, lumpur, es atau embun beku di area pergerakan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penyegaran ilmu Notam,  Ashtam dan Snowtam kepada personel Air Traffic Services (ATS) di Lanud Atang Sendjaja Bogor, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan keselamatan penerbangan, mengenai perubahan fasilitas, pemeliharaan dan navigasi serta aturan-aturan terbaru  yang berlaku untuk kepentingan  pelayanan Aeronautika Information Service.

Abstract

Modeling of the photovoltaic (PV) approach is generally described by nonlinear equations with solving the equation using the steps iteratively.  However, this proposed research discusses the monocrystal type PV module approach model to estimate the characteristics of a photovoltaic generator, because it has the advantage that it is good enough to operate in Indonesia. This approach model takes into account the relationship between power, energy, and current to obtain the performance characteristics of the PV generator. This PV generator approach model is compared with PV generator manufacturer data and analyzed to validate the proposed approach model. Approach model with simulation hope this helps to find out IV characteristics according to the data recorded on the PV module and can save time or reduce the time to measurement results. The simulation results obtained the amount of power, energy, and current, 200.475W, 133.65 W/m2, and 7.9 Amperes, respectively with a simulation time of about 1.5 milliseconds. In addition to the above results, a comparison between the current and the power of the PV modules under study is also given and it gives the result that at a certain current the power level will no longer increase, but the power will decrease drastically due to heat from the PV panel module, because the module has the ability to receive heat from outside.

Abstract

Referring to ICAO Annex 15, the accuracy and timeliness of aeronautical data are the main foundation of aviation safety. This community service activity is present to bridge by increasing academic literacy and technical staff of the Indonesian Air Force ATC regarding AIS and the transition to Aeronautical Information Management. Through the community service activity held on July 29, 2025, at the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic in Curug, ten personnel were involved in this activity. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of data exchange and the concept of airspace use.

Abstract

Fire safety in airport environments is a crucial aspect that must be properly addressed, particularly regarding the provision of Fire Extinguishers (APAR). This study aims to evaluate the availability and placement of APAR units in tenant areas of the Domestic Terminal Building at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that several tenants do not yet have independently provided APARs, and some existing units are not positioned according to safety standards—being hard to see, difficult to access, or lacking proper signage. In addition, employee understanding of APAR use remains limited. These findings highlight the importance of compliance with fire safety regulations and the need for regular education and supervision. Proper placement and accessibility of APARs are essential to improve preparedness in the event of a fire emergency.

Abstract

Ruang kantor kosong di terminal bandara kerap luput dari perhatian, padahal kondisinya dapat menurunkan kesehatan lingkungan secara diam-diam, terutama di area berintensitas tinggi seperti area kedatangan domestik. Di Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali, sejumlah bekas ruang kantor Government of Indonesia (GOI) di area kedatangan domestik dibiarkan tidak terpakai dan kurang terawat, sehingga menimbulkan persoalan penumpukan debu, kelembapan tinggi, pertumbuhan jamur, ventilasi dan pencahayaan yang buruk, serta keberadaan hama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kondisi ruang kantor kosong tersebut dan menilai pengaruhnya terhadap kesehatan lingkungan di area kedatangan domestik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan, wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur terhadap empat informan pakar yang dipilih secara purposif, serta tinjauan literatur. Data dianalisis menggunakan content analysis, triangulasi sumber, dan gap analysis yang membandingkan kondisi lapangan dengan standar nasional dan internasional yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ruang kantor kosong tidak dikelola secara optimal: berdebu, lembap, berjamur, minim pencahayaan dan ventilasi, serta terdapat indikasi tikus dan kecoa. Gap analysis menegaskan bahwa seluruh parameter yang diuji di lapangan yaitu kelembapan, pencahayaan, ventilasi, kebersihan, pengendalian hama, dan pemeliharaan berkala tidak memenuhi standar yang berlaku. Kondisi ini berdampak pada risiko gangguan pernapasan, ancaman keselamatan operasional penerbangan akibat wildlife hazard, celah keamanan, serta menurunnya citra pelayanan bandara. Melalui kerangka 3S+1C (Safety, Security, Service, Compliance), penelitian ini mengusulkan strategi perbaikan jangka pendek, menengah, dan panjang, meliputi pembersihan rutin, pengendalian kelembapan, penyusunan SOP khusus, pengendalian hama terpadu, alokasi anggaran pemeliharaan, serta pemanfaatan kembali ruang idle.

Abstract

Abstract: Non-aeronautical revenue is a crucial source of income for airports to support operations and increase profitability, particularly at Fatmawati Soekarno Airport in Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the influence of advertising business optimization and lounge facility development on increasing non-aeronautical revenue at the airport. The research employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach, examining relevant literature and previous studies. The findings indicate that effective management of advertising media—both in print and digital formats—as well as the provision of comfortable and high-quality lounge facilities significantly contribute to attracting passengers and business partners, ultimately enhancing non-aeronautical revenue. However, the study also recognizes that many other factors may influence this revenue stream. Therefore, further research is needed to identify other relevant variables. Keyword: Non-aeronautical Revenue, Advertising Media, Airport Lounge, Airport Marketing, Fatmawati Soekarno Airport Bengkulu Abstrak: Pendapatan non-aeronautika menjadi salah satu sumber pemasukan penting bagi bandara dalam mendukung operasional dan peningkatan laba, terutama di Bandara Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh optimalisasi bisnis media iklan dan pengembangan fasilitas lounge terhadap peningkatan pendapatan non-aeronautika di bandara tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, mengkaji literatur dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan media iklan yang efektif, baik melalui media cetak maupun digital, serta penyediaan fasilitas lounge yang nyaman dan berkualitas, berkontribusi signifikan dalam menarik minat penumpang dan mitra bisnis, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan non-aeronautika. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyadari bahwa masih banyak faktor lain yang turut memengaruhi pendapatan sektor ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian lanjutan guna mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel lain yang relevan. Kata kunci: Pendapatan Non-Aeronautika, Media Iklan, Lounge Bandara, Pemasaran Bandara, Bandara Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu
