Abstract

The culinary industry in Bandung is very numerous and varied. So it is necessary to match the level of importance of service products according to costumers and the level of performance that a restaurant has given. This study is to determine the level of customer satisfaction on the quality of restaurant services and to provide suggestions on which service products that become and to determine service strategies. The method used is the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of processing data with the IPA method obtained 6 service products that need attention. The results of data processing from the CSI method show the level of customer satisfaction of 0.682%. Although it meets or is within the criteria of satisfaction, it needs a service strategy by making improvements to product services by providing a clear standard of service time to implement a culture of discipline, maximizing employee training to improve the ability of employees to handle customers, and conducting promotions in the form of price discounts at certain times, and maintaining good relations with suppliers.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to know the accounting policy ofdepreciation of fixed assets determined by the company and how the influence ofaccounting policy depreciation of fixed assets applied by the company to thecompany's earnings. The research method used is descriptive method of analysis isa research that aims to collect data that have a relationship with the problemsstudied, then processed and analyzed and then the solution. While the data used isquantitative data in the form of numbers. After examining and analyzing thecompany's treatment in calculating depreciation for fixed assets, it can beconcluded that the accounting policy of depreciation of fixed assets applied by thecompany has been in accordance with the applicable financial accountingstandards that is straight-line method and the use of different methods will result indifferent amounts of depreciation. Using the straight-line method of depreciationexpense for each fixed period, profits generated in the early years are greater thanin subsequent years. While in the method of balance decreased multiplydepreciation expense higher in the early years and lower load in the coming period.The resulting profits were smaller in the early years and were greater in previousyears.

Abstract

Luvrina Fashion is a specialty clothing store located in the mature woman Jatinangor Town Square. Fashion Luvrina sales value in recent months has decreased. As the Micro, Small, Medium, he needs a business management that consists of financial management, marketing, production, distribution, and human resources to conduct its business. Marketing aspect is an important factor for companies to carry out his life (Bayu Promukoto, 2018). Thus the purpose of this research is the analysis of marketing priorities based model of the marketing mix. Tools of data collection using a questionnaire with 23 variables and the respondents as many as 100 visitors. The method used is the analysis of factors with steps Preparing Raw Data Matrix, Matrix Correlation between Variables, Calculations Eigenvalue, Extraction of factors, weighting factors, Rotation Factor, and determination of manifest variables that Form Factor. The results of data processingdikesimpulkan that marketing priorities with marketing mix models in a fashion luvrina is factor 1 has eigenvalue equal to 17.950 which includes the availability of diverse models of clothes, clothing quality, low price, method of payment by debit card, as well as their discount. The next priority is a factor 2, factor 3, a factor of 4, and a factor of 5. Keywords: Marketing, Marketing Mix, Factor Analysis

Abstract

The employee attendance system application in an educational institution occupies an important role in providing evaluation and improving performance in addition to being able to improve the transparency of employee and institutional relations. In its use, the employee attendance system must be able to accommodate the needs of its users, namely employees and staffing. This research evaluates user satisfaction over system applications using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. The evaluation was conducted by assessing the level of perception and satisfaction level of 40 users, in this case, employees. The research variable used is perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use (level of ease of use received), and user satisfaction (level of user satisfaction). Computing process was done by fuzzy methods. The results showed that some quality of the application could not meet the expectations of employees at this time. The only variable that met the performance and expectation was perceived ease. Key Words : TAM, Employee Attendance System Aplication, GAP Nad Fuzzy Method

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan usaha yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Marketplace. Proses bisnis yang dilakukan melaui media teknologi informasi dan internet tersebut dikenal dengan sebutan e-commerce. E-commerce dapat dilakukan melalui marketplace yaitu lokasi online dimana pembeli dan penjual melakukan transaksi komersil seperti menjual barang, jasa atau informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kriteria dalam memilih marketplace. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Antarmuka (At), Teknis (Ts), Konten (Kn) dan Privasi (Ps), Promosi (Pr) dan dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sukabumi, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 324 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode logit binner. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian AntarMuka (At) mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap terjadinya pemilihan keputusan markaetplace. Variabel Teknis (Ts) menunjukan bahwa mempunyai pengaruh terhadap terjadinya pemilihan keputusan markaetplace. Variabel Konten (Kn) mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap terjadinya pemilihan keputusan markaetplace. Hasil Uji Hipotesis Pengaruh Privasi Terhadap pemilihan keputusan market place menunjukan pengaruh negatif terhadap terjadinya pemilihan keputusan markaetplace. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis keempat yang menyatakan bahwa “Privasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pemilihan keputusan markaetplace” ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Promosi (Pr) dapat diketahui mempunyai pengaruh terhadap terjadinya pemilihan keputusan markaetplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of electronic services and examine the relationship of the dimensions of the electronic quality services to the satisfaction of the students. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 293 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. Using analyzing by dimensional electronic Quality Service that information quality, security, website functionality, customer relationship and responsiveness and fulfillment. Furthermore, this study identifies the relationship each of these dimensions on student satisfaction. This analysis reveals that all dimensions of electronic service quality has a strong connection to the student satisfaction. So, the need to preserve electronic quality service as a form of maintaining the existing student.

Abstract

The digital age makes all parties deal with delivery services, both e-commerce, and consumers. Not a few confused consumers choose a delivery service that is able to fulfill their desires. The purpose of this research is how to choose a delivery service using the selected criteria. The method used is The Hierarchical Analysis Process where this method can help determine the order of criteria used. Based on the results of the study, the order of criteria used by consumers is the time of collection and delivery of goods amounting to -1,646 stopover time -1,607 handling of loss and damage of goods -1,632 billing system -1,722 and accuracy of information of -1,543, where the results show JNE with a final conclusion rate of 0,392 then SICEPAT 0,342 and the last J&T which is 0,290.

Abstract

Dstyle is a business in the field of Fashion Online made from knitwear (Knitwear Specialist). With the market segment of adolescent women to adult women, Dstyle strives to meet market demands such as joining Marketplace (Shopee). The existence of a high level of competition makes knitwear fashion enter The Red Ocean where the market space becomes very competitive, in order to survive in the midst of competitors, it is necessary to design the right marketing strategy by providing more value to customers (focusing on creating new market spaces). Blue Ocean Strategy is the strategy chosen in the study, with 3 analytical tools namely Canvas Strategy, Four-Step Framework and ERRC Grid. From the results of the discussions that have been carried out, the proposed strategy is Knit Things, Reseller Price, Exclusivity is a strategy that has never existed so far, and is offered by competitors. Meanwhile, the attributes that need to be improved are product variations, innovations, promotions, and promos/discounts.

Abstract

The increase of coffee consumption encourage a small scale enterprise, Cijambe Coffee to identify the current business performance to face the challenge. The research purposes are 1) to evaluate the feasibility of Cijambe Coffee business, 2) To interpreted the evaluation result in recommendation that help enterprise to decide the strategy. The research method is quantities and qualitative approach. The evaluation results: 1) the product has distinctive quality, 2) Technical factor is feasible in terms of producing good quality, 3) financially feasible that is proven by the parameters: NPV (IDR 2,350,000), PP (2.9 years), IRR (27.88%), and unit BEP (169.23 units), and the value of BEP ( Rp. 5,076,923.07), 4) Recommended strategy are : expanding market and production capacity with accurate forcast and strategy; the shifting of B to C into B to B market strategy or mix of both; acquiring business partners with good bargain and productive resources.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan singkatan dari usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah. Usaha ini merupakan sumber pendapatan bagi sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia. Peluang dalam bisnis kuliner memang cukup menjanjikan. Dalam membuka, menjalankan dan mengelola sebuah bisnis, bisa dilakukan oleh siapa saja. Contohnya ibu rumah tangga, karyawan, mahasiswa dan lain sebagainya. UMKM di kecamatan Cimahi Selatan sudah memproduksi hasil usaha secara baik di bidang kuliner. Salah satu contoh seperti UPPKS Aster dan UMKM Keripik Ubi Balado merupakan UMKM yang berada di Cimindi Timur RT 01 RW 23 Cimahi Selatan. Melihat dari tingkat keuntungan yang bisa diraih, sehingga mengharuskan adanya suatu kreativitas dan inovasi dalam usaha ini, karena kompetisi dunia kuliner semakin ketat.
