Abstract

The research objectives that have been stated previously are that the researcher wants to measure the magnitude of the influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of apparatus. Tinelo Ayula Village, Bulango Selatan District, the effect is obtained between the interpersonal communication variable and the village apparatus performance variable. In this study, researchers used quantitative data analysis methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents as a sample in this study with a total sample of 40 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were Observation, Interview Interviews, Questionnaires/Questionnaires and Documentation as well as Data Analysis Techniques in this study using Descriptive Analysis Analysis Techniques, Data Normality Test, and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination in the table above show that the adjusted determination coefficient or the R Square number is 0.520. or 52.0% This value indicates that 0.52% of apparatus performance variability can be explained by the interpersonal communication variable, while the remaining 42.0% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the research in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that Interpersonal Communication has a significant positive effect on the performance of Tinelo Ayula Village Officials, Bulango Selatan District. This result is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.280 which is greater than the t-table of 2.02439 and a significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05. These results indicate that by implementing interpersonal communication with officials, it can improve the performance of Tinelo Ayula Village officials, Bulango Selatan District.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Luas Lahan, Jumlah Panen dan Biaya Terhadap Pendapatan Petani di Desa Anutapura Kecamatan Bolano Lambunu Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Survei. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara pada masyarakat Desa Anutapura Kecamatan Bolano Lambunu Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 41 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel luas lahan (X1), jumlah paanen (X2), dan biaya (X3) secara bersama-sama memiliki sumbangan pengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani (Y) sebesar 0,98 atau 98% dan sisanya sebesar 0,02 atau 2% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran mengunakan media power point terhadap prestasi belajar siwa kelas x akuntansi SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo (2) untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempebgaruhi pembelajaran menggunakan media power point oleh guru mata pelajaran ekonomi bisnis di SMK Negeri 5 Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triagulasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data, redukasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Presedur penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tahap pra lapangan, tahap kerjaan lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan media power point berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan  minat dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas x SMK Negeri 5 Kota.Bahwa media pembelajaran power point terhadap minat dan prestasi belajar siswa mampu membuat hasil belajar menjadi lebih baik, digunakan dalam pembelajaran sebab itu pentingnya kesadaran dari dalam diri tenaga pengajar untuk lebih inovasi dan produktif dalam menyajikan materi kepada siswa dalam memilih dan mengunakan media pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi inovasi bagi siswa. Pengembangan lebih lamjut diharapkan media power point menjadi media yang lebih interaktif. Faktor pendukung yaitu kesiapan sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang ada disekolah, dan kesiapan LCD untuk proses pembelajaran mengunakan media pembelajaran seperti power point.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Metode Pencatatan Persediaan Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Pada Meubel Faninda Jaya Di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan faninda jaya meuble dengan Jumlah 30 orang. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 30 responden. Teknis analisis data menggunakan rumus statistic korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan metode pencatatan persediaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada meuble faninda jaya di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Besaran determinasi metode pencatatan persediaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada meubelfanindajaya Di Kabupaten Gorontalo yaitusebesar 74,3% baik. Dengan demikian dinyatakan bahwa semakin menggunakan metode pencatatan persediaan maka akan meningkatkan pendapatan pada meuble faninda jaya di kabupaten Gorontalo.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Dalam Pengembangan Proyek Pembelajaran di Kelas X Di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar dalam Pengembangan Proyek Pembelajaran kelas X di SMA Negeri Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kualitatif Pendekatan Narative Inquiry dimana peneliti menjelaskan dan menggambarkan situasi yang terjadi. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui tahapan perkembangan implementasi proyek pembelajaran yang memuat penguatan profil pancasila di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Gorontalo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo telah melakukan Proyek Pembelajaran Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan mengangkat tiga tema ; Tema Gaya Hidup Berkelanjutan, Kewirausahaan, dan Berkhebinekaan tunggal Ika. Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembelajaran Penguatan Profil Pancasila berjalan efektif selama pelaksanaannya serta mengalami Pengembangan dari segi subyek atau pelaksanaanya. Pelaksanaan Proyek Pembelajaran Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dirancang pun menanamkan enam karakater pancasila yang telah digagas. walaupun Impelementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo belum lama ditambah lagi tenaga pendidik yang belum maksimal namun telah memberikan hasil yang cukup signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Agriculture Agency of Gorontalo Province. This study used a quantitative approach with the Ex-post facto research method. The data used were primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to the employees of the Agriculture Agency of Gorontalo Province. The samples included 42 respondents. Data analysis applied simple linear regression. The results show the influence of the work environment on the performance of Gorontalo Province employees. The influence of the work environment on employees performance is 76,6%, while the remaining 23,4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This present study to determine the effect of applying bussines ethics on employees’ at CV. Mufidah. Gorontalo City. This study employed a quantitative approach with a survey research method. The data used were primary data obtained by distributing questionaires to employees of     CV. Mufidah, Gorontalo City in 2022. Additionally, the number of samples in this study was 30 respondents, while the data analysis tecnique was simple linear regression. The finding of the study revealed that applying business ethics affected employees’ performance at CV. Mufidah, Gorontalo City by 70,9%, while the remaining 29,1% were affected by other variebles were not examined in this study

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of classroom management on the learning quality of Integrated Social Science subject in grade VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Tilamuta, Boalemo Regency. This study employs a quantitative method. The data collection is carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population includes 121 students and 36 students, as samples are taken from the population. The analysismethod uses simple linear regression. The research finding shows that class managemment affects the learning quality in the Integrated Social Science Subject grade VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Tilamuta, Boalemo Regency, with a significant effect of 45,3%

Abstract

The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive research method where the data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to the Popalo village community, including the Popalo village government. In the meantime, the population of this research was the entire Heads of Household, totaling 347 people, including the village government registered in Popalo Village, Anggrek Subdistrict, Gorontalo Utara Regency. Meanwhile, the research samples were 30 respondents or 30 Heads of Household. At the same time, the data analysis technique used was the product-moment correlation statistical formula. The findings depicted that the village fund positively and significantly affected the development of Popalo Village, Anggrek Subdistrict, Gorontalo Utara Regency. This finding signified that the good implementation of village fund by the government could improve the development of Popalo Village, Anggrek Subdistrict, Gorontalo Utara Regency.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out to what extent the effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. Moreover, The research method used was a quantitative research method where the data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and the data analysis was done through simple regression analysis. The research finding depicted that the statistical hypothesis was accepted, and there was an effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants at the Department of Health of Gorontalo Province. The effect of job mutations on the performance of civil servants was 68.4%, while the remaining 31.6% was affected by other variables that were not examined in this research.
