Abstract

This research aims to investigate whether production costs and selling price influence the income of corn farmers in Ilomata Vilage, Atinggola Sub-District, Gorontalo Utara Regency. Employing using a linier regression. The findings indicate a positive in Ilomata Village, Atingggola Sub-disctrict, Gorontalo Utara Regerency. The findings further confirm that production sosts and selling price exert a statistically significant influence on the income of these corn farmers in Ilomata Village, Atinggola Sub-district, Gorontalo Utara Regerency. Additionally, these findings demonstrate the value of coefficient of correlation (R) which further confirms that contribution of variable of production costs and selling price, simultaneously, elucitade corn farmers’ income 0.415 or 41.5%.

Abstract

This study wasconducted in dunggala village, tibawa subdistrict, gorontalo regency. The objective Is to determine the effect of clash social assistance (BST) on the consumer behavior of the comunity in dungala vilage. This study employed a quantitative aproach. Data were collected thourgh observation, interviews , questionnaires, and documention. The population consisted of 98 individuals, with a sample of respondents. The date were analyzed using simple linier regresion. The results indicate that cash social assistance (BST)affects the consumer behavior of the comunty in dunggala vilage. Based on the cofficient of the determination (R square), a value of 0, 326 was obtained, indicating that 67,4% of the variabilty in consumer behavior can be explained by the cash social assistance variable, while the remaning 6,74% is affected by other variabels not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Tapa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode penelitian Ex-post facto. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Jumlah Penarikan Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 53 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tapa Kab. Bone Bolango. Besaran pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa 27,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 72,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Moodle-based e-learning on the social studies learning outcomes of grade IX students at MTs Negeri 3 South Bolaang Mongondow. The research employed a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental design using the Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 43 students from classes IX A and IX B. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using an Independent Sample T-test. The findings revealed that the average posttest score of the control class was 61.91, while the experimental class, which used Moodle-based e-learning, scored an average of 84.15. The significance value obtained was 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between the two groups. These results suggest that the use of Moodle-based e-learning has a positive impact on student learning outcomes in social studies. Therefore, it can be concluded that Moodle is more effective than conventional learning methods in enhancing students’ academic performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Financial Literacy on the Welfare of the Community in Titidu Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample size of 44 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire or survey. The data analysis technique employed is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the simple regression analysis, it can be seen that there is a positive and significant effect of financial literacy on the welfare of the community in Titidu Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. The regression analysis shows a coefficient of determination of 0.434, indicating that 43.4% of the variation in community welfare is influenced by financial literacy. This indicates a positive relationship between financial literacy and community welfare, where the better the financial literacy, the higher the community welfare. The remaining 56.6%, or the residual value, is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the KIP-Kuliah (Smart Indonesia Card for College) Scholarship on the academic performance of students in the 2021 cohort of the Department of Economics Education at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, with a sample size of 32 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. The findings indicate that the KIP-Kuliah Scholarship significantly influences students' academic performance in the Department of Economics Education, 2021 cohort. The scholarship's contribution to students' academic achievement is 46.9%, while the remaining 53.1% is attributed to other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This studyaims to examine the economic activities of low-income communities and identify factors that influence these activities in Tamaila Utara Village,Tolangohula Sub-district,Gorontalo Regency. The study employed a qualitative method using a systematic approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interview, and source triangulation.Data analysis involved data reduction followed by drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that most low-income residents in Tamaila Utara rely on agriculture, particularly corn farming, as their primary livelihood. Farming activities are supported by family members due to limited financial capacity to hire labor, and the tools used are still very simple or traditional. For crop distribution,the community depends on local traders who offer prices significantly lower than market rates, due to limited transportation access to larger markets. In terms of consumption,residents can only meet their basic needs, with low nutritional intake due to minimal income. Other challenges to improving the local economy include water scarcity during the dry season, low educational attainment among farmers,lack of government-provided training, and unpredictable weather and environmental conditions. Therefore,government support is urgently needed,such as irrigation development, agricultural training, and the provision of modern tools or technology to enhance community welfare in the future.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the project based learning model with the respect education approach can improve students' critical thinking skills in the subject of economics for class XI at Sma Negeri 2 Tilamuta. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design (quasi-experiment) with a sample size of 61 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, documentation and research data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the t-test. The results showed that the critical thinking skills of students who used the Project Based Learning Model with the Respect Education Approach increased more than students who used the Conventional Learning Model in the Subject of Economics for Class XI at Sma Negeri 2 Tilamuta. This is supported by the independent sample test, the results of the t-test showed a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.021 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of family income and economic literacy on the consumptive behavior of Economics Education students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, Class of 2021. The study employed a quantitative approach. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to students of the 2021 cohort. The total sample size was 63 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The regression test results show a determination coefficient (R2) value of R 0,856 and R Square = 0,748. This indicates that the regression model explains that the variables of Family Income (X1) and Economic Literacy (X2) influence the Consumptive Behavior of Economics Education students by 74,8%. Meanwhile, the remaining variation is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
