Abstract

This paper is a type of qualitative research with a library research approach. Collection of literature related to charismatic and visionary leadership. Furthermore, when viewed from the closeness of the content, the literature can be classified into two. First, the primary source (primary source) and the second secondary source (secondary source). Charismatic leadership is a leadership style by highlighting charisma to attract and inspire devotion by others. A visionary leader is a leader who is able to determine where the organization is going and how to achieve it. Thus, visionary leaders must have predictive, anticipatory, systematic, holistic, integrative, and comprehensive thinking skills.

Abstract

This research uses a type of qualitative research with a library research approach by digging up information through the literature regarding leadership and educational institutional management to answer the focus of the study in this study. This study examines the basic concepts of management, the benefits of school-based management, the characteristics of school-based management, the implementation of school-based management, strategies for implementing school-based management, indicators of success of school-based management and the constraints in implementing SBM. Perinsip is one of the important things that must be owned by a leader. The implementation of school management basically chooses the best choice for schools in school development. School-specific management must be sustainable so that in the end it leads to improving education. Abstract

This study examines the definition of educational leadership, general principles of educational leadership, general principles of educational leadership, educational leadership requirements, educational leadership skills, and educational leadership measurement instruments. Perinsip is one of the important things that must be owned by a leader. Principles can be a provision so that leadership can run well. Principles of educational leadership. among others: 1) constructive. 2) creative. 3) participatory. 4) Cooperative. 5) delegate. 6) integrative. 7) rational. 8) pragmatic. 9) do not force yourself to carry out activities beyond the capabilities of the madrasa. 10) exemplary. 11) adaptable and flexible.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative research type methods with a library research approach, namely (library research) or literature studies by exploring information through literature regarding characteristics and transformational leadership to answer the focus of the study in this research. This study examines the definition of transformational leadership, the four dimensions of transformational leadership, the characteristics of transformational leadership and the measurement instruments of transactional and transformational leadership. Leadership is one of the most important things that everyone must have because oneself is actually a leader for our own body, for that leadership is very important. The characteristics of transformational leadership include: 1) Idealized influence (or charismatic influence) 2) Inspirational motivation. 3) Intellectual stimulation. 4) Individualized consideration.

Abstract

As a conscious and planned effort, education is an effort to develop the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. To realize efforts to achieve educational goals, educational institutions need a measurable and planned regulatory pattern. So educational institutions need good institutional management. In education management must focus on the object of study, so that human resources, funding, materials, methods, markets and time can be managed properly. Likewise, the field of work on education management must be given serious attention so that students, curriculum, personnel, education financing, and community relations can be properly managed through quality management of educational institutions.

Abstract

This research article examines the roles and challenges women face in the leadership of Islamic educational institutions through literature review methods. The literature review method is used to collect data from articles, journals, and books related to women's leadership in the context of Islamic education. The results of the study show that women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions has a significant role in the development of Islamic educational institutions as a whole. Women leaders are able to bring about changes in how institutions are managed, improve the quality of education, and develop innovations in teaching methods. In addition, women's leadership is also able to set an example and motivation for students and staff. However, women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions is still faced with a number of challenges, including gender discrimination, social stereotypes, and traditional roles applied in society. In conclusion, this article shows that women’s leadership has an important role in the development of Islamic educational institutions, but what. However, what needs to be examined is the expertise possessed by the man or woman who wants to be a leader. Of course, a leader must be skilled, competent, and professional or have qualified abilities in the field of leadership and manageria management.

Abstract

The basic concept of education management is a hot topic of discussion and is the center of attention among educators and education staff. The issues to be discussed in this study are the urgency of education management the meaning of education menegement, the goal education menegement, the function of education management, the education menegemen model, the development management theory and educational management issues. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach in the literature study educationtmanagement functions, education management models, management theory devlopments and management issues.
