In this paper we analyze the internet pricing schemes based on bandwidth function diminished with increasing bandwidth utility function with 3 pricing strategies for homogeneous and heterogeneous consumer. The new proposed pricing schemes with this utility function will give the information to the internet service providers (ISP) in maximizing profits and provide better service quality for users. The Models on every type of consumer are applied to the data traffic in Palembang local server. LINGO 11.0 is used to compute the nonlinear programming problem to get the optimal solution. The results showed that for each case based on 3-pricing scheme, ISPs get better profit by choosing all three schemes in consumers type of homogenous case while for heterogeneous cases on willingness to pay and based on demand of the consumers, ISPs can select flat fee scheme to gain higher profit rather than those two other schemes.

The greater numbers of internet users the greater challenge will be tackled by ISP to provide good services but gain maximum profit. By analyzing Cobb-Douglass utility function we will obtain optimal pricing scheme. Wu and Banker analyzed modified Cobb-douglass utility function and obtained optimal model of flat fee and two part tariff for homogen consumers meanwhile we focus on getting optimal pricing scheme model by using original Cobb-Douglass utility function. The first step to conduct this research is by formulating Cobb-Douglass utility function then analyzing that function. The results show that we obtain optimal pricing scheme model for homogenous and heterogeneous consumer cases. The two-part tariff pricing scheme yield better optimal solution rather than flat fee and two-part tariff pricing scheme regarding with homogen consumers and heterogen consumers based on willingness to pay. For heterogeneous consumers based on consumption level, the optimal pricing scheme is on two-part tariff pricing scheme.

This paper discussed the new improved and modified internet pricing scheme in multiservice networks [1]. This new improved scheme is created to set up the base price, quality premium and Quality of service (QoS). This scheme has the purposes to help Internet Service Provider (ISP) in maximizing the revenue and contribute better quality of service to the users. The objective function will be formed to set up the base price and quality premium as a vaiable or a constant. The models used are in nonlinear forms and solved by using LINGO 11.0 to get the optimal solution. The results show that for each cases of improved scheme, ISP gets better optimal solutions by varying or fixing the base price and quality premium.

Pricing scheme in wireless networks were developed to provide maximum benefit to the internet service provider (ISP), where the given scheme can guarantee customer satisfaction and service providers who use such services. So that the proposed model should be able to attract consumer interest in applying such services. In this research we established wireless pricing model that involve QoS attributes then the model will be transformed into a model of optimization. Pricing models in wireless networks will be studied by looking at existing models as a nonlinear programming problem that can be solved optimally using LINGO 11.0. The solution is to maximize the total price for the connection based on the QoS parameters. Optimal results in the maximizing of pricing scheme is achieved when providers set the increase of price changes due to QoS changes and number of QoS value.

Pencarian nilai optimal fungsi nonlinier berkendala linier dapat menggunkan metode arah fisibel yaitu metode Zoutendij. Metode arah fisibel ini terdiri atas dua langkah utama yakni penelusuran arah fisibel yang diperbaiki secara tepat dan penelusuran panjang langkah yang sesuai sepanjang arah fisibel tersebut. Penelusuran arah fisibel yang diperbaiki pada metode Zoutendij diperoleh dengan mentransformasi fungsi nonlinier menjadi fungsi linier. Dengan meminimumkan arah gradient pada titik fisibel terhadap arah fisibel maka program linier Z = Vf(x)TS dengan kendala A1S£0 dan -1£Sj£1 dapat diselesaikan dengan metode Simpleks. Pada penelitian ini dicoba untuk menentukan keoptimalan fungsi nonlinier dengan hasil integer berdasarkan metode Zoutendij. Arah fisibel integer dari hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui pemotongan bidang, suatu program nonlinier yang diselesaikan dengan metode Zoutendij dapat menghasilkan solusi integer bila arah yang diperoleh adalah integer.

PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari merupakan perusahaan farmasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pendistribusian produk alat kesehatan. Produk alat kesehatan yang dijual terbagi menjadi beberapa macam, salah satunya alat suntik. Dalam penentuan jumlah pesanan PT. Anugrah Pharmindo Lestari masih dilakukan berdasarkan perkiraan dan tidak berdasarkan perhitungan pasti. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu metode yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perencanaan pengendalian persediaan yang baik dan total biaya persediaan yang minimum yaitu dengan menerapkan metode Economic Part Period (EPP) dan Part Period Balancing (PPB). Pada penelitian ini dibahas tentang penentuan kebijakan ukuran lot size pemesanan untuk meminimalkan biaya persediaan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, metode PPB menghasilkan biaya persediaan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan metode EPP. Total biaya persediaan dengan menggunakan metode EPP selama setahun sebesar , dengan biaya terendah yaitu pada bulan Mei yang memerlukan 7 kali pemesanan dan 24.033 unit alat suntik tersimpan sehingga total ongkos menjadi sebesar . Sedangkan biaya dengan menggunakan metode PPB selama setahun sebesar , dengan biaya terendah yaitu pada bulan April yang memerlukan 8 kali pemesanan dan 29.715 unit alat suntik tersimpan sehingga total ongkos menjadi sebesar .

Metode cutting plane dapat digunakan sebagai metode pencarian solusi masalah program nonlinier yang berkendala. Pada masalah praktis solusi yang dikehendaki seringkali berbentuk integer. Untuk itu dikaji suatu pendekatan dengan mengaplikasikan metode cutting plane Kelly dan Gomory. Program nonlinier yang diselesaikan dengan cutting plane Kelley ditransformasikan menjadi program linier dan selanjutnya program linier tersebut diselesaikan dengan cutting plane Gomory sehingga dihasilkan solusi yang bernilai integer.

The optimum route for garbage transport vehicles is restricted by vehicle capacity and time windows that the garbage transport vehicle starts at the origin and does not return to the origin. The problem of transporting waste routes is a robust optimization problem where the amount of waste in an area and travel time is uncertain. In the real world, traffic jams and vehicle engine damage can cause delays. This paper proposes the robust counterpart open capacitated vehicle routing problem (denoted by RCOCVRP) with soft time windows model. The aim of RCOCVRP with soft time windows model is to find schedule and optimum route of transporting waste. This model calculation uses LINGO software and GAMS software. Finally for the evaluation of the RCOCVRP model with soft time windows on the proposed waste transportation problem is conducted so that it hasa feasible solution.
